  1. 城(성)이 建築(건축)되매 ㅛ門(문)짝을 달고 門(문)지기와 노래하는 者(자)들과 레위 사람들을 세운 後(후)에
  2. ㅜ내 아우 하나니와 ㅠ營門(영문)의 官員(관원) 하나냐로 함께 예루살렘을 다스리게 하였는데 하나냐는 爲人(위인)이 으忠誠(충성)되어 하나님을 敬畏(경외)함이 무리에서 뛰어난 者(자)라
  3. 내가 저희에게 이르기를 해가 높이 뜨기 前(전)에는 예루살렘 城門(성문)을 열지 말고 아직 把守(파수)할 때에 곧 門(문)을 닫고 빗장을 지르며 또 예루살렘 居民(거민)으로 各各(각각) 班次(반차)를 따라 把守(파수)하되 自己(자기) 집 맞은便(편)을 지키게 하라 하였노니
  4. 그 城(성)은 廣大(광대)하고 居民(거민)은 稀少(희소)하여 家屋(가옥)을 오히려 建築(건축)하지 못하였음이니라
  5. 내 하나님이 내 마음을 感動(감동)하사 貴人(귀인)들과 民長(민장)과 百姓(백성)을 모아 譜系(보계)대로 計數(계수)하게 하신故(고)로 내가 이처음으로 돌아온 者(자)의 譜系(보계)를 얻었는데 거기 記錄(기록)한 것을 보면

  1. Y LUEGO que el muro fué "edificado," y asenté las "puertas," y fueron señalados porteros y cantores y "Levitas,"
  2. Mandé á mi hermano "Hanani," y á "Hananías," príncipe del palacio de "Jerusalem," (porque era "éste," como varón de verdad y temeroso de "Dios," sobre muchos;)
  3. Y díjeles: No se abran las puertas de Jerusalem hasta que caliente el sol: y aun ellos "presentes," cierren las "puertas," y atrancad. Y señalé guardas de los moradores de "Jerusalem," cada cual en su "guardia," y cada uno delante de su casa.
  4. Y la ciudad era espaciosa y "grande," pero poco pueblo dentro de "ella," y no había casas reedificadas.
  5. Y puso Dios en mi corazón que juntase los "principales," y los "magistrados," y el "pueblo," para que fuesen empadronados por el orden de sus linajes: y hallé el libro de la genealogía de los que habían subido "antes," y encontré en él escrito:
  1. After the wall had been rebuilt and I had set the doors in place, the gatekeepers and the singers and the Levites were appointed.
  2. I put in charge of Jerusalem my brother Hanani, along with Hananiah the commander of the citadel, because he was a man of integrity and feared God more than most men do.
  3. I said to them, "The gates of Jerusalem are not to be opened until the sun is hot. While the gatekeepers are still on duty, have them shut the doors and bar them. Also appoint residents of Jerusalem as guards, some at their posts and some near their own houses."
  4. Now the city was large and spacious, but there were few people in it, and the houses had not yet been rebuilt.
  5. So my God put it into my heart to assemble the nobles, the officials and the common people for registration by families. I found the genealogical record of those who had been the first to return. This is what I found written there:
  1. ㅐ옛적에 바벨론 王(왕) 느부갓네살에게 사로잡혀 갔던 者(자) 中(중)에서 놓임을 받고 예루살렘과 유다로 돌아와 各其(각기) 本城(본성)에 이른 者(자) 곧
  2. 스룹바벨과, 예수아와, 느헤미야와, ㄱ아사랴와, 라아마와, 나하마니와, 모르드개와, 빌산과, 미스베렛과, 비그왜와, 느훔과, 바아나 等(등)과 함께 나온 이스라엘 百姓(백성)의 名數(명수)가 이러하니라

  2. 저희는 들라야 子孫(자손)과, 도비야 子孫(자손)과, 느고다 子孫(자손)이라 都合(도합)이 六百(육백) 四十二名(사십이명)이요
  3. 祭司長(제사장) 中(중)에는 호바야 子孫(자손)과 학고스 子孫(자손)과 바르실래 子孫(자손)이니 바르실래는 길르앗 사람 바르실래의 딸 中(중)에 하나로 아내를 삼고 바르실래의 이름으로 이름한 者(자)라
  4. 이 사람들이 譜系(보계) 中(중)에서 自己(자기) 이름을 찾아도 얻지 못한故(고)로 저희를 不淨(부정)하게 여겨 祭司長(제사장)의 職分(직분)을 行(행)치 못하게 하고
  5. 으方伯(방백)이 저희에게 命(명)하여 우림과 둠밈을 가진 祭司長(제사장)이 일어나기 前(전)에는 이至聖物(지성물)을 먹지 말라 하였느니라

  3. Y de los sacerdotes: los hijos de "Habaías," los hijos de "Cos," los hijos de "Barzillai," el cual tomó mujer de las hijas de Barzillai "Galaadita," y se llamó del nombre de ellas.
  4. Estos buscaron su registro de "genealogías," y no se halló; y fueron echados del sacerdocio.

  1. The following came up from the towns of Tel Melah, Tel Harsha, Kerub, Addon and Immer, but they could not show that their families were descended from Israel:
  2. the descendants of Delaiah, Tobiah and Nekoda 642
  3. And from among the priests: the descendants of Hobaiah, Hakkoz and Barzillai (a man who had married a daughter of Barzillai the Gileadite and was called by that name).
  4. These searched for their family records, but they could not find them and so were excluded from the priesthood as unclean.
  5. The governor, therefore, ordered them not to eat any of the most sacred food until there should be a priest ministering with the Urim and Thummim.
  1. 온 會衆(회중)의 合計(합계)가 四萬(사만) 二千(이천) 三百(삼백) 六十名(육십명)이요
  2. 그 外(외)에 奴婢(노비)가 七千(칠천) 三百(삼백) 三十七名(삼십칠명)이요, 노래하는 男女(남녀)가 二百(이백) 四十五名(사십오명)이요

  1. La congregación toda junta era de cuarenta y dos mil trescientos y "sesenta,"
  2. Sin sus siervos y "siervas," que eran siete mil trescientos treinta y siete; y entre ellos había doscientos cuarenta y cinco cantores y cantoras.
  3. Sus "caballos," setecientos treinta y seis; sus "mulos," doscientos cuarenta y cinco;
  4. Camellos, cuatrocientos treinta y cinco; "asnos," seis mil setecientos y veinte.
  5. Y algunos de los príncipes de las familias dieron para la obra. El Tirsatha dió para el tesoro mil dracmas de "oro," cincuenta "tazones," y quinientas treinta vestiduras sacerdotales.
  1. The whole company numbered 42,360,
  2. besides their 7,337 menservants and maidservants; and they also had 245 men and women singers.
  3. There were 736 horses, 245 mules,
  4. 435 camels and 6,720 donkeys.
  5. Some of the heads of the families contributed to the work. The governor gave to the treasury 1,000 drachmas of gold, 50 bowls and 530 garments for priests.
  1. 또 어떤 族長(족장)들은 金(금) 二萬(이만) 다릭과 銀(은) 二千(이천) 二百(이백) 마네를 役事(역사) 곳간에 드렸고

  1. Y de los príncipes de las familias dieron para el tesoro de la "obra," veinte mil dracmas de "oro," y dos mil y doscientas libras de plata.
  2. Y lo que dió el resto del pueblo fué veinte mil dracmas de "oro," y dos mil libras de "plata," y sesenta y siete vestiduras sacerdotales.
  3. Y habitaron los sacerdotes y los "Levitas," y los "porteros," y los "cantores," y los del "pueblo," y los "Nethineos," y todo "Israel," en sus ciudades. Y venido el mes "séptimo," los hijos de Israel estaban en sus ciudades.
  1. Some of the heads of the families gave to the treasury for the work 20,000 drachmas of gold and 2,200 minas of silver.
  2. The total given by the rest of the people was 20,000 drachmas of gold, 2,000 minas of silver and 67 garments for priests.
