느헤미야(Nehemías) 5장 [개역한글 : RV1909 : NIV]

1. 때에 ^ㅋ百姓(백성)이 그 아내와 함께 크게 부르짖어 ^ㅌ그 兄弟(형제) 유다 사람을 怨望(원망)하는데
   
2. 或(혹)은 말하기를 우리와 우리 子女(자녀)가 많으니 穀食(곡식)을 얻어 먹고 살아야 하겠다 하고
   
3. 或(혹)은 말하기를 우리의 밭과 葡萄園(포도원)과 집이라도 典當(전당) 잡히고 이 凶年(흉년)을 爲(위)하여 穀食(곡식)을 얻자 하고
   
4. 或(혹)은 말하기를 우리는 ^ㅍ밭과 葡萄園(포도원)으로 돈을 빚내어 稅金(세금)을 바쳤도다
   
5. ^ㅎ우리 肉體(육체)도 우리 兄弟(형제)의 肉體(육체)와 같고 우리 子女(자녀)도 저희 子女(자녀) 같거늘 ^ㅏ이제 우리 子女(자녀)를 종으로 파는도다 우리 딸 中(중)에 벌써 종된 者(자)가 있으나 우리의 밭과 葡萄園(포도원)이 이미 남의 것이 되었으니 贖良(속량)할 힘이 없도다
   

1. ENTONCES fué grande el clamor del pueblo y de sus mujeres contra los Judíos sus hermanos.
   
2. Y había quien decía: "Nosotros," nuestros hijos y nuestras "hijas," somos muchos: hemos por tanto tomado grano para comer y vivir.
   
3. Y había quienes decían: Hemos empeñado nuestras "tierras," y nuestras "viñas," y nuestras "casas," para comprar grano en el hambre.
   
4. Y había quienes decían: Hemos tomado prestado dinero para el tributo del "rey," sobre nuestras tierras y viñas.
   
5. Ahora "bien," nuestra carne es como la carne de nuestros "hermanos," nuestros hijos como sus hijos; y he aquí que nosotros sujetamos nuestros hijos y nuestra戠̂ 戠̂ ຐ̀ 谰ʡ 抈̂ 所̂ 䀀 所̂ ijas sujetas: mas no hay facultad en nuestras manos para "rescatarlas," porque nuestras tierras y nuestras viñas son de otros.
   

1. Now the men and their wives raised a great outcry against their Jewish brothers.
   
2. Some were saying, "We and our sons and daughters are numerous; in order for us to eat and stay alive, we must get grain."
   
3. Others were saying, "We are mortgaging our fields, our vineyards and our homes to get grain during the famine."
   
4. Still others were saying, "We have had to borrow money to pay the king's tax on our fields and vineyards.
   
5. Although we are of the same flesh and blood as our countrymen and though our sons are as good as theirs, yet we have to subject our sons and daughters to slavery. Some of our daughters have already been enslaved, but we are powerless, because our fields and our vineyards belong to others."
   

6. 내가 百姓(백성)의 부르짖음과 이런 말을 듣고 크게 怒(노)하여
   
7. 中心(중심)에 計劃(계획)하고 貴人(귀인)과 民長(민장)을 꾸짖어 이르기를 ^ㅑ너희가 各其(각기) 兄弟(형제)에게 取利(취리)를 하는도다 하고 大會(대회)를 열고 저희를 쳐서
   
8. 이르기를 우리는 異邦人(이방인)의 손에 팔린 ^ㅓ우리 兄弟(형제) 유다 사람들을 우리의 힘을 다하여 贖良(속량)하였거늘 너희는 너희 兄弟(형제)를 팔고자 하느냐 더구나 우리의 손에 팔리게 하겠느냐 하매 저희가 潛潛(잠잠)하여 말이 없기로
   
9. 내가 또 이르기를 너희의 所爲(소위)가 좋지 못하도다 ^ㅕ우리 對敵(대적) 異邦(이방) 사람의 誹謗(비방)을 생각하고 ^ㅗ우리 하나님을 敬畏(경외)함에 行(행)할 것이 아니냐
   
10. 나와 내 兄弟(형제)와 從者(종자)들도 역시 돈과 穀食(곡식)을 百姓(백성)에게 取(취)하여 주나니 우리가 그 利息(이식) 받기를 그치자
    

6. Y enojéme en gran manera cuando oí su clamor y estas palabras.
   
7. Medité lo entonces para "conmigo," y reprendí á los principales y á los "magistrados," y díjeles: ¿Tomáiscada uno usura de vuestros hermanos? Y convoqué contra ellos una grande junta.
   
8. Y díjeles: Nosotros rescatamos á nuestros hermanos Judíos que habían sido vendidos á las "gentes," conforme á la facultad que había en nosotros: ¿y vosotros aun vendéis á vuestros "hermanos," y serán vendidos á nosotros? Y "callaron," que no tuvieron qué responder.
   
9. Y dije: No es bien lo que "hacéis," ¿no andaréis en temor de nuestro "Dios," por no ser el oprobio de las gentes enemigas nuestras?
   
10. También "yo," y mis "hermanos," y mis "criados," les hemos prestado dinero y grano: relevémosles ahora de este gravamen.
    

6. When I heard their outcry and these charges, I was very angry.
   
7. I pondered them in my mind and then accused the nobles and officials. I told them, "You are exacting usury from your own countrymen!" So I called together a large meeting to deal with them
   
8. and said: "As far as possible, we have bought back our Jewish brothers who were sold to the Gentiles. Now you are selling your brothers, only for them to be sold back to us!" They kept quiet, because they could find nothing to say.
   
9. So I continued, "What you are doing is not right. Shouldn't you walk in the fear of our God to avoid the reproach of our Gentile enemies?
   
10. I and my brothers and my men are also lending the people money and grain. But let the exacting of usury stop!
    

11. 그런즉 너희는 오늘이라도 그 밭과 葡萄園(포도원)과 橄欖園(감람원)과 집이며 取(취)한 바 돈이나 穀食(곡식)이나 새 葡萄酒(포도주)나 기름의 百分之(백분지) 一(일)을 돌려 보내라 하였더니
    
12. 저희가 말하기를 우리가 當身(당신)의 말씀대로 行(행)하여 돌려 보내고 ^ㅛ아무것도 要求(요구)하지 아니하리이다 하기로 내가 祭司長(제사장)들을 불러 저희에게 ^ㅜ그 말대로 行(행)하리라는 ^ㅠ盟誓(맹서)를 시키게 하고
    
13. ^으내가 옷자락을 떨치며 이르기를 이 말대로 行(행)치 아니하는 者(자)는 하나님이 또한 이와 같이 그 집과 産業(산업)에서 떨치실지니 저는 곧 이렇게 떨쳐져 빌지로다 하매 ^이會衆(회중)이 다 아멘 하고 여호와를 讚頌(찬송)하고 百姓(백성)들이 그 말한대로 行(행)하였느니라
    
14. 내가 유다 땅 總督(총독)으로 세움을 받을 때 곧 아닥사스다 王(왕) ^ㅐ二十年(이십년)부터 ^ㄱ三十二年(삼십이년)까지 十二年(십이년)동안은 나와 내 兄弟(형제)가 ^ㄴ總督(총독)의 祿(녹)을 먹지 아니하였느니라
    
15. 以前(이전) 總督(총독)들은 百姓(백성)에게 討索(토색)하여 糧食(량식)과 葡萄酒(포도주)와 또 銀(은) 四十(사십) 세겔을 取(취)하였고 그 從者(종자)들도 百姓(백성)을 壓制(압제)하였으나 나는 ^ㄷ하나님을 敬畏(경외)하므로 이같이 行(행)치 아니하고
    

11. Ruégoos que les devolváis hoy sus "tierras," sus "viñas," sus "olivares," y sus "casas," y la centésima parte del dinero y "grano," del vino y del aceite que demandáis de ellos.
    
12. Y dijeron: "Devolveremos," y nada les demandaremos; haremos así como tú dices. Entonces convoqué los "sacerdotes," y juramentélos que harían conforme á esto.
    
13. Además sacudí mi "vestido," y dije: Así sacuda Dios de su casa y de su trabajo á todo hombre que no cumpliere "esto," y así sea sacudido y vacío. Y respondió toda la congregación: ¡Amén! Y alabaron á Jehová. Y el pueblo hizo conforme á esto.
    
14. También desde el día que me mandó el rey que fuese gobernador de ellos en la tierra de "Judá," desde el año veinte del rey Artajerjes hasta el año treinta y "dos," doce "años," ni yo ni mis hermanos comimos el pan del gobernador.
    
15. Mas los primeros gobernadores que fueron antes de "mí," cargaron al "pueblo," y tomaron de ellos por el pan y por el vino sobre cuarenta siclos de plata: á más de "esto," sus criados se enseñoreaban sobre el pueblo; pero yo no hice "así," á causa del temor de Dios.
    

11. Give back to them immediately their fields, vineyards, olive groves and houses, and also the usury you are charging them--the hundredth part of the money, grain, new wine and oil."
    
12. "We will give it back," they said. "And we will not demand anything more from them. We will do as you say." Then I summoned the priests and made the nobles and officials take an oath to do what they had promised.
    
13. I also shook out the folds of my robe and said, "In this way may God shake out of his house and possessions every man who does not keep this promise. So may such a man be shaken out and emptied!" At this the whole assembly said, "Amen," and praised the LORD. And the people did as they had promised.
    
14. Moreover, from the twentieth year of King Artaxerxes, when I was appointed to be their governor in the land of Judah, until his thirty-second year--twelve years--neither I nor my brothers ate the food allotted to the governor.
    
15. But the earlier governors--those preceding me--placed a heavy burden on the people and took forty shekels of silver from them in addition to food and wine. Their assistants also lorded it over the people. But out of reverence for God I did not act like that.
    

16. 도리어 이 城(성) 役事(역사)에 힘을 다하며 땅을 사지 아니하였고 나의 모든 從者(종자)도 모여서 役事(역사)를 하였으며
    
17. 또 ^ㄹ내 床(상)에는 유다 사람들과 民長(민장)들 一百(일백) 五十人(오십인)이 있고 그 外(외)에도 우리 四面(사면) 異邦人(이방인) 中(중)에서 우리에게 나아온 者(자)들이 있었는데
    
18. ^ㅁ每日(매일) 나를 爲(위)하여 소 하나와 살진 羊(양) 여섯을 準備(준비)하며 닭도 많이 準備(준비)하고 열흘에 한番(번)씩은 各種(각종) 葡萄酒(포도주)를 갖추었나니 비록 이같이 하였을지라도 내가 總督(총독)의 祿(녹)을 要求(요구)하지 아니하였음은 百姓(백성)의 賦役(부역)이 重(중)함이니라
    
19. 내 하나님이여 내가 이 百姓(백성)을 爲(위)하여 行(행)한 모든 일을 ^ㅂ생각하시고 내게 恩惠(은혜)를 베푸시옵소서
    

16. También en la obra de este muro instauré mi "parte," y no compramos heredad: y todos mis criados juntos estaban allí á la obra.
    
17. Además ciento y cincuenta hombres de los Judíos y "magistrados," y los que venían á nosotros de las gentes que están en nuestros "contornos," estaban á mi mesa.
    
18. Y lo que se aderezaba para cada día era un "buey," seis ovejas "escogidas," y aves también se aparejaban para "mí," y cada diez días vino en toda abundancia: y con todo esto nunca requerí el pan del "gobernador," porque la servidumbre de este pueblo era grave.
    
19. Acuérdate de mí para "bien," Dios "mío," y de todo lo que hice á este pueblo.
    

16. Instead, I devoted myself to the work on this wall. All my men were assembled there for the work; we did not acquire any land.
    
17. Furthermore, a hundred and fifty Jews and officials ate at my table, as well as those who came to us from the surrounding nations.
    
18. Each day one ox, six choice sheep and some poultry were prepared for me, and every ten days an abundant supply of wine of all kinds. In spite of all this, I never demanded the food allotted to the governor, because the demands were heavy on these people.
    
19. Remember me with favor, O my God, for all I have done for these people.
