신명기(Deuteronomio) 1장 [개역한글 : RV1909 : NIV]

1. 이는 모세가 요단 저便(편) ^ㄱ숩 맞은便(편)의 ^ㄴ아라바 曠野(광야) 곧 ^ㄷ바란과, 도벨과, 라반과, ^ㄹ하세롯과, 디사합 사이에서 이스라엘 무리에게 宣布(선포)한 말씀이니라
   
2. 호렙山(산)에서 세일山(산)을 지나 ^ㅁ가데스 바네아에까지 열 하룻 길이었더라
   
3. ^ㅂ第(제) 四十年(사십년) 十一月(십일월) 그 달 初一日(초일일)에 모세가 이스라엘 子孫(자손)에게 여호와께서 그들을 爲(위)하여 自己(자기)에게 주신 命令(명령)을 다 告(고)하였으니
   
4. 때는 ^ㅅ모세가 헤스본에 居(거)하는 아모리 王(왕) 시혼을 쳐 죽이고 ^ㅇ에드레이에서 아스다롯에 居(거)하는 바산 王(왕) ^ㅈ옥을 쳐 죽인 後(후)라
   
5. 모세가 요단 저便(편) ^ㅊ모압 땅에서 이 律法(률법) 說明(설명)하기를 始作(시작)하였더라 일렀으되
   

1. ESTAS son las palabras que habló Moisés á todo Israel de esta parte del Jordán en el "desierto," en el llano delante del mar "Bermejo," entre "Parán," y "Thopel," y "Labán," y "Haseroth," y Dizahab.
   
2. Once jornadas hay desde "Horeb," camino del monte de "Seir," hasta Cades-barnea.
   
3. Y "fué," que á los cuarenta "años," en el mes "undécimo," al primero del "mes," Moisés habló á los hijos de Israel conforme á todas las cosas que Jehová le había mandado acerca de ellos;
   
4. Después que hirió á Sehón rey de los "Amorrheos," que habitaba en "Hesbón," y á Og rey de "Basán," que habitaba en Astarot en Edrei:
   
5. De esta parte del "Jordán," en tierra de "Moab," resolvió Moisés declarar esta "ley," diciendo:
   

1. These are the words Moses spoke to all Israel in the desert east of the Jordan--that is, in the Arabah--opposite Suph, between Paran and Tophel, Laban, Hazeroth and Dizahab.
   
2. (It takes eleven days to go from Horeb to Kadesh Barnea by the Mount Seir road.)
   
3. In the fortieth year, on the first day of the eleventh month, Moses proclaimed to the Israelites all that the LORD had commanded him concerning them.
   
4. This was after he had defeated Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, and at Edrei had defeated Og king of Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth.
   
5. East of the Jordan in the territory of Moab, Moses began to expound this law, saying:
   

6. 우리 하나님 여호와께서 호렙山(산)에서 우리에게 말씀하여 이르시기를 ^ㅋ너희가 이 山(산)에서 居(거)한지 오래니
   
7. 方向(방향)을 돌려 進行(진행)하여 ^ㅌ아모리 族屬(족속)의 山地(산지)로 가고 그 近地(근지) 곳곳으로 가고 아라바와 ^ㅍ山地(산지)와 平地(평지)와 ^ㅎ南方(남방)과 海邊(해변)과 가나안 族屬(족속)의 땅과 레바논과 큰 江(강) 유브라데까지 가라 하셨나니
   
8. 여호와께서 너희의 列祖(열조) ^ㅏ아브라함과 이삭과 야곱에게 盟誓(맹서)하사 그들과 그 後孫(후손)에게 주리라 하신 땅이 너희 앞에 있으니 들어가서 얻을지니라
   
9. 그 때에 ^ㅑ내가 너희에게 말하여 이르기를 나는 홀로 너희 짐을 질 수 없도다
   
10. 너희 하나님 여호와께서 너희를 蕃盛(번성)케 하셨으므로 ^ㅓ너희가 오늘날 하늘의 별 같이 많거니와
    

6. Jehová nuestro Dios nos habló en "Horeb," diciendo: Harto habéis estado en este monte;
   
7. Volveos, partíos é id al monte del "Amorrheo," y á todas sus "comarcas," en el "llano," en el "monte," y en los "valles," y al "mediodía," y á la costa de la "mar," á la tierra del "Cananeo," y el "Líbano," hasta el gran "río," el río Eufrates.
   
8. Mirad, yo he dado la tierra en vuestra presencia; entrad y poseed la tierra que Jehová juró á vuestros padres "Abraham," "Isaac," y "Jacob," que les daría á ellos y á su simiente después de ellos.
   
9. Y yo os hablé "entonces," diciendo: Yo no puedo llevaros solo:
   
10. Jehová vuestro Dios os ha "multiplicado," y he aquí sois hoy vosotros como las estrellas del cielo en multitud.
    

6. The LORD our God said to us at Horeb, "You have stayed long enough at this mountain.
   
7. Break camp and advance into the hill country of the Amorites; go to all the neighboring peoples in the Arabah, in the mountains, in the western foothills, in the Negev and along the coast, to the land of the Canaanites and to Lebanon, as far as the great river, the Euphrates.
   
8. See, I have given you this land. Go in and take possession of the land that the LORD swore he would give to your fathers--to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob--and to their descendants after them."
   
9. At that time I said to you, "You are too heavy a burden for me to carry alone.
   
10. The LORD your God has increased your numbers so that today you are as many as the stars in the sky.
    

11. ^ㅕ너희 列祖(열조)의 하나님 여호와께서 너희를 現在(현재)보다 千倍(천배)나 많게 하시며 ^ㅗ너희에게 許諾(허락)하신 것과 같이 너희에게 福(복) 주시기를 願(원)하노라
    
12. 그런즉 ^ㅛ나 홀로 어찌 能(능)히 너희의 괴로운 것과 너희의 무거운 짐과 너희의 다툼을 擔當(담당)할 수 있으랴
    
13. ^ㅜ너희의 各(각) 支派(지파)에서 智慧(지혜)와 知識(지식)이 있는 有名(유명)한 者(자)를 擇(택)하라 내가 그들을 세워 너희 頭領(두령)을 삼으리라 한즉
    
14. 너희가 對答(대답)하여 이르기를 當身(당신)의 말씀대로 하는 것이 좋다 하기에
    
15. 내가 너희 支派(지파)의 頭領(두령)으로 智慧(지혜)가 있는 有名(유명)한 者(자)를 取(취)하여 ^ㅠ너희의 어른을 삼되 곧 各(각) 支派(지파)를 따라 千夫長(천부장)과, 百夫長(백부장)과, 五十夫長(오십부장)과, 十夫長(십부장)과, 牌長(패장)을 삼고
    

11. Jehová Dios de vuestros padres añada sobre vosotros como sois mil "veces," y os "bendiga," como os ha prometido!
    
12. ¿Cómo llevaré yo solo vuestras "molestias," vuestras "cargas," y vuestros pleitos?
    
13. Dad me de entre "vosotros," de vuestras "tribus," varones sabios y entendidos y "expertos," para que yo los ponga por vuestros jefes.
    
14. Y me "respondisteis," y dijisteis: Bueno es hacer lo que has dicho.
    
15. Y tomé los principales de vuestras "tribus," varones sabios y "expertos," y púselos por jefes sobre "vosotros," jefes de "millares," y jefes de "cientos," y jefes de "cincuenta," y cabos de "diez," y gobernadores á vuestras tribus.
    

11. May the LORD, the God of your fathers, increase you a thousand times and bless you as he has promised!
    
12. But how can I bear your problems and your burdens and your disputes all by myself?
    
13. Choose some wise, understanding and respected men from each of your tribes, and I will set them over you."
    
14. You answered me, "What you propose to do is good."
    
15. So I took the leading men of your tribes, wise and respected men, and appointed them to have authority over you--as commanders of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties and of tens and as tribal officials.
    

16. 내가 그 때에 너희 裁判長(재판장)들에게 命(명)하여 이르기를 너희가 너희 兄弟(형제) 中(중)에 訟事(송사)를 들을 때에 兩方間(양방간)에 ^으公正(공정)히 判決(판결) 할 것이며 그들 中(중)의 他國人(타국인)에게도 그리할 것이라
    
17. ^이裁判(재판)은 하나님께 屬(속)한 것인즉 ^ㅐ너희는 裁判(재판)에 外貌(외모)를 보지 말고 貴賤(귀천)을 一般(일반)으로 듣고 사람의 낯을 두려워 말 것이며 스스로 決斷(결단)하기 어려운 일이거든 ^ㄱ내게로 돌리라 내가 들으리라 하였고
    
18. 내가 너희의 行(행)할 모든 일을 그 때에 너희에게 다 命(명)하였느니라
    
19. 우리 하나님 여호와께서 우리에게 命(명)하신 대로 우리가 호렙山(산)에서 發行(발행)하여 너희의 본바 ^ㄴ크고 두려운 曠野(광야)를 지나 아모리 族屬(족속) 山地(산지) 길로 ^ㄷ가데스 바네아에 이른 때에
    
20. 내가 너희에게 이르기를 우리 하나님 여호와께서 우리에게 주신 아모리 族屬(족속)의 山地(산지)에 너희가 이르렀나니
    

16. Y entonces mandé á vuestros "jueces," diciendo: Oid entre vuestros "hermanos," y juzgad justamente entre el hombre y su "hermano," y el que le es extranjero.
    
17. No tengáis respeto de personas en el juicio: así al pequeño como al grande oiréis: no tendréis temor de "ninguno," porque el juicio es de Dios: y la causa que os fuere "difícil," la traeréis á "mí," y yo la oiré.
    
18. Os "mandé," "pues," en aquel tiempo todo lo que habíais de hacer.
    
19. Y partidos de "Horeb," anduvimos todo aquel grande y terrible desierto que habéis "visto," por el camino del monte del "Amorrheo," como Jehová nuestro Dios nos lo mandó; y llegamos hasta Cades-barnea.
    
20. Entonces os dije: Llegado habéis al monte del "Amorrheo," el cual Jehová nuestro Dios nos da.
    

16. And I charged your judges at that time: Hear the disputes between your brothers and judge fairly, whether the case is between brother Israelites or between one of them and an alien.
    
17. Do not show partiality in judging; hear both small and great alike. Do not be afraid of any man, for judgment belongs to God. Bring me any case too hard for you, and I will hear it.
    
18. And at that time I told you everything you were to do.
    
19. Then, as the LORD our God commanded us, we set out from Horeb and went toward the hill country of the Amorites through all that vast and dreadful desert that you have seen, and so we reached Kadesh Barnea.
    
20. Then I said to you, "You have reached the hill country of the Amorites, which the LORD our God is giving us.
    

21. 너희 하나님 여호와께서 이 땅을 너희 앞에 두셨은즉 너희 列祖(열조)의 하나님 여호와께서 너희에게 이르신 대로 올라가서 얻으라 ^ㄹ두려워 말라 躊躇(주저)하지 말라 한즉
    
22. 너희가 다 내 앞으로 나아와 말하기를 우리가 사람을 우리 앞서 보내어 우리를 爲(위)하여 그 땅을 偵探(정탐)하고 어느 길로 올라가야 할 것과 어느 城邑(성읍)으로 들어가야 할 것을 우리에게 回報(회보)케 하자 하기에
    
23. 내가 그 말을 善(선)히 여겨 ^ㅁ너희 中(중)에서 每(매) 支派(지파)에 한 사람씩 열 둘을 擇(택)하매
    
24. ^ㅂ그들이 앞으로 가서 山地(산지)에 올라 에스골 골짜기에 이르러 그곳을 偵探(정탐)하고
    
25. 그 땅의 果實(과실)을 손에 가지고 우리에게로 돌아와서 우리에게 回報(회보)하여 이르되 우리의 하나님 여호와께서 우리에게 주시는 땅이 좋더라 하였느니라
    

21. Mira, Jehová tu Dios ha dado delante de ti la tierra: sube y posée "la," como Jehová el Dios de tus padres te ha dicho; no temas ni desmayes.
    
22. Y llegasteis á mí todos "vosotros," y dijisteis: Enviemos varones delante de "nosotros," que nos reconozcan la tierra y nos traigan de vuelta razón del camino por donde hemos de "subir," y de las ciudades adonde hemos de llegar.
    
23. Y el dicho me pareció bien: y tomé doce varones de "vosotros," un varón por tribu:
    
24. Y se "encaminaron," y subieron al "monte," y llegaron hasta la arroyada de "Escol," y reconocieron la tierra.
    
25. Y tomaron en sus manos del fruto del "país," y nos lo "trajeron," y diéronnos "cuenta," y dijeron: Es buena la tierra que Jehová nuestro Dios nos da.
    

21. See, the LORD your God has given you the land. Go up and take possession of it as the LORD, the God of your fathers, told you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."
    
22. Then all of you came to me and said, "Let us send men ahead to spy out the land for us and bring back a report about the route we are to take and the towns we will come to."
    
23. The idea seemed good to me; so I selected twelve of you, one man from each tribe.
    
24. They left and went up into the hill country, and came to the Valley of Eshcol and explored it.
    
25. Taking with them some of the fruit of the land, they brought it down to us and reported, "It is a good land that the LORD our God is giving us."
    

26. 그러나 너희가 올라 가기를 즐겨 아니하고 너희 하나님 여호와의 命(명)을 拒逆(거역)하여
    
27. ^ㅅ帳幕(장막) 中(중)에서 怨望(원망)하여 이르기를 여호와께서 ^ㅇ우리를 미워하시는 故(고)로 ^ㅈ아모리 族屬(족속)의 손에 붙여 滅(멸)하시려고 우리를 애굽 땅에서 引導(인도)하여 내셨도다
    
28. 우리가 어디로 갈꼬 ^ㅊ우리의 兄弟(형제)들이 우리로 落心(락심)케 하여 말하기를 ^ㅋ그 百姓(백성)은 우리보다 長大(장대)하며 그 城邑(성읍)은 크고 城郭(성곽)은 하늘에 닿았으며 우리가 또 거기서 ^ㅌ아낙 子孫(자손)을 보았노라 하는도다 하기로
    
29. 내가 너희에게 말하기를 그들을 무서워 말라 두려워 하지 말라
    
30. 너희 앞서 行(행)하시는 너희 하나님 여호와께서 애굽에서 너희를 爲(위)하여 너희 目前(목전)에서 모든 일을 行(행)하신 것 같이 ^ㅍ이제도 너희를 爲(위)하여 싸우실 것이며
    

26. Empero no quisisteis "subir," antes fuisteis rebeldes al dicho de Jehová vuestro Dios;
    
27. Y murmurasteis en vuestras "tiendas," diciendo: Porque Jehová nos "aborrecía," nos ha sacado de tierra de "Egipto," para entregarnos en mano del Amorrheo para destruirnos.
    
28. ¿A dónde subimos? Nuestros hermanos han hecho desfallecer nuestro "corazón," diciendo: Este pueblo es mayor y más alto que "nosotros," las ciudades grandes y muradas hasta el cielo; y también vimos allí hijos de gigantes.
    
29. Entonces os dije: No "temáis," ni tengáis miedo de ellos.
    
30. Jehová vuestro "Dios," el cual va delante de "vosotros," él peleará por "vosotros," conforme á todas las cosas que hizo por vosotros en Egipto delante de vuestros ojos;
    

26. But you were unwilling to go up; you rebelled against the command of the LORD your God.
    
27. You grumbled in your tents and said, "The LORD hates us; so he brought us out of Egypt to deliver us into the hands of the Amorites to destroy us.
    
28. Where can we go? Our brothers have made us lose heart. They say, 'The people are stronger and taller than we are; the cities are large, with walls up to the sky. We even saw the Anakites there.'"
    
29. Then I said to you, "Do not be terrified; do not be afraid of them.
    
30. The LORD your God, who is going before you, will fight for you, as he did for you in Egypt, before your very eyes,
    

31. 曠野(광야)에서도 너희가 當(당)하였거니와 사람이 自己(자기) 아들을 안음 같이 너희 하나님 여호와께서 너희의 行路(행로) 中(중)에 ^ㅎ너희를 안으사 이곳까지 이르게 하셨느니라 하나
    
32. 이 일에 너희가 ^ㅏ너희 하나님 여호와를 믿지 아니하였도다
    
33. ^ㅑ그는 너희 앞서 行(행)하시며 ^ㅓ帳幕(장막) 칠 곳을 찾으시고 밤에는 불로, 낮에는 구름으로 너희의 行(행)할 길을 指示(지시)하신 者(자)니라
    
34. 여호와께서 너희의 말소리를 들으시고 怒(노)하사 盟誓(맹서)하여 가라사대
    
35. 이 惡(악)한 世代(세대) 사람들 中(중)에는 내가 그들의 列祖(열조)에게 주기로 盟誓(맹서) 한 ^ㅕ좋은 땅을 볼 者(자)가 하나도 없으리라
    

31. Y en el desierto has visto que Jehová tu Dios te ha "traído," como trae el hombre á su "hijo," por todo el camino que habéis "andado," hasta que habéis venido á este lugar.
    
32. Y aun con esto no creisteis en Jehová vuestro "Dios,"
    
33. El cual iba delante de vosotros por el "camino," para reconoceros el lugar donde habíais de asentar el "campo," con fuego de noche para mostraros el camino por donde "aduvieseis," y con nube de día.
    
34. Y oyó Jehová la voz de vuestras "palabras," y "enojóse," y juró diciendo:
    
35. No verá hombre alguno de estos de esta mala "generación," la buena tierra que juré había de dar á vuestros "padres,"
    

31. and in the desert. There you saw how the LORD your God carried you, as a father carries his son, all the way you went until you reached this place."
    
32. In spite of this, you did not trust in the LORD your God,
    
33. who went ahead of you on your journey, in fire by night and in a cloud by day, to search out places for you to camp and to show you the way you should go.
    
34. When the LORD heard what you said, he was angry and solemnly swore:
    
35. "Not a man of this evil generation shall see the good land I swore to give your forefathers,
    

36. ^ㅗ오직, 여분네의 아들 갈렙은 穩全(온전)히 여호와를 順從(순종)하였은즉 그는 그것을 볼 것이요 그가 밟은 땅을 내가 그와 그의 子孫(자손)에게 주리라 하시고
    
37. ^ㅛ여호와께서 너희의 緣故(연고)로 내게도 震怒(진노)하사 가라사대 너도 그리로 들어가지 못하리라
    
38. 너의 從者(종자) 눈의 아들 ^ㅜ여호수아는 그리로 들어갈 것이니 너는 ^ㅠ그를 膽大(담대)케 하라 그가 이스라엘에게 그 땅을 基業(기업)으로 얻게하리라
    
39. 또 ^으너희가 사로 잡히리라 하던 너희의 아이들과 當日(당일)에 ^이善惡(선악)을 分辨(분변)치 못하던 너희 子女(자녀)들 그들은 그리로 들어갈 것이라 내가 그 땅을 그들에게 주어 産業(산업)이 되게 하리라
    
40. 너희는 ^ㅐ回程(회정)하여 紅海(홍해) 길로 하여 曠野(광야)로 들어갈지니라 하시매
    

36. Excepto Caleb hijo de Jephone: él la "verá," y á él le daré la tierra que "pisó," y á sus hijos; porque cumplió en pos de Jehová.
    
37. Y también contra mí se airó Jehová por "vosotros," diciendo: Tampoco tú entrarás allá:
    
38. Josué hijo de "Nun," que está delante de "ti," él entrará allá: anímale; porque él la hará heredar á Israel.
    
39. Y vuestros "chiquitos," de los cuales dijisteis serán por "presa," y vuestros hijos que no saben hoy bueno ni "malo," ellos entrarán "allá," y á ellos la "daré," y ellos la heredarán.
    
40. Y vosotros "volveos," y partíos al desierto camino del mar Bermejo.
    

36. except Caleb son of Jephunneh. He will see it, and I will give him and his descendants the land he set his feet on, because he followed the LORD wholeheartedly."
    
37. Because of you the LORD became angry with me also and said, "You shall not enter it, either.
    
38. But your assistant, Joshua son of Nun, will enter it. Encourage him, because he will lead Israel to inherit it.
    
39. And the little ones that you said would be taken captive, your children who do not yet know good from bad--they will enter the land. I will give it to them and they will take possession of it.
    
40. But as for you, turn around and set out toward the desert along the route to the Red Sea."
    

41. 너희가 對答(대답)하여 내게 이르기를 ^ㄱ우리가 여호와께 犯罪(범죄)하였사오니 우리 하나님께서 우리에게 命(명)하신 대로 우리가 올라 가서 싸우리이다 하고 너희가 各各(각각) 兵器(병기)를 띠고 輕率(경솔)히 山地(산지)로 올라가려 할 때에
    
42. 여호와께서 내게 이르시되 너는 그들에게 이르기를 ^ㄴ너희는 올라가지 말라 싸우지도 말라 ^ㄷ내가 너희 中(중)에 있지 아니하니 너희가 對敵(대적)에게 敗(패)할까 하노라 하셨다 하라 하시기로
    
43. 내가 너희에게 告(고)하였으나 너희가 듣지 아니하고 여호와의 命(명)을 拒逆(거역)하고 ^ㄹ擅恣(천자)히 山地(산지)로 올라가매
    
44. 그 山地(산지)에 居(거)하는 ^ㅁ아모리 族屬(족속)이 너희를 마주 나와서 ^ㅂ벌떼같이 너희를 쫓아 세일山(산)에서 쳐서 ^ㅅ호르마까지 미친지라
    
45. 너희가 돌아와서 여호와 앞에서 痛哭(통곡)하나 여호와께서 너희의 소리를 듣지 아니하시며 너희에게 귀를 기울이지 아니하셨으므로
    

41. Entonces respondisteis y me dijisteis: Pecado hemos contra Jehová; nosotros subiremos y "pelearemos," conforme á todo lo que Jehová nuestro Dios nos ha mandado. Y os armasteis cada uno de sus armas de "guerra," y os apercibisteis para subir al monte.
    
42. Y Jehová me dijo: Diles: No "subáis," ni "peleéis," pues no estoy entre vosotros; porque no seáis heridos delante de vuestros enemigos.
    
43. Y os "hablé," y no disteis oído; antes fuisteis rebeldes al dicho de "Jehová," y persistiendo con "altivez," subisteis al monte.
    
44. Y salió el "Amorrheo," que habitaba en aquel "monte," á vuestro "encuentro," y os "persiguieron," como hacen las "avispas," y os derrotaron en "Seir," persiguiéndoos hasta Horma.
    
45. Y "volvisteis," y llorasteis delante de Jehová; pero Jehová no escuchó vuestra "voz," ni os prestó oído.
    

41. Then you replied, "We have sinned against the LORD. We will go up and fight, as the LORD our God commanded us." So every one of you put on his weapons, thinking it easy to go up into the hill country.
    
42. But the LORD said to me, "Tell them, 'Do not go up and fight, because I will not be with you. You will be defeated by your enemies.'"
    
43. So I told you, but you would not listen. You rebelled against the LORD'S command and in your arrogance you marched up into the hill country.
    
44. The Amorites who lived in those hills came out against you; they chased you like a swarm of bees and beat you down from Seir all the way to Hormah.
    
45. You came back and wept before the LORD, but he paid no attention to your weeping and turned a deaf ear to you.
    

46. ^ㅇ너희가 가데스에 여러날 동안 居(거)하였었나니 곧 너희가 그곳에 居(거)하던 날 數(수)대로니라
    

46. Y estuvisteis en Cades por muchos "días," como en los días que habéis estado.
    

46. And so you stayed in Kadesh many days--all the time you spent there.
