에스더(Ester) 4장 [개역한글 : RV1909 : NIV]

1. 모르드개가 이 모든 일을 알고 ^ㅜ그 옷을 찢고 ^ㅠ굵은 베를 입으며 재를 무릅쓰고 城中(성중)에 나가서 大聲(대성) 痛哭(통곡)하며
   
2. 大闕(대궐) 門(문) 앞까지 이르렀으니 굵은 베를 입은 者(자)는 大闕(대궐) 門(문)에 들어가지 못함이라
   
3. 王(왕)의 詔命(조명)이 各(각) 道(도)에 이르매 유다人(인)이 크게 哀痛(애통)하여 ^으禁食(금식)하며 哭泣(곡읍)하며 부르짖고 굵은 베를 입고 ^이재에 누운 者(자)가 無數(무수)하더라
   
4. 에스더의 侍女(시녀)와 內侍(내시)가 나아와 告(고)하니 王后(왕후)가 甚(심)히 근심하여 입을 衣服(의복)을 모르드개에게 보내어 그 굵은 베를 벗기고자 하나 모르드개가 받지 아니하는지라
   
5. 에스더가 王(왕)의 命(명)으로 自己(자기)에게 近侍(근시)하는 內侍(내시) 하닥을 불러 命(명)하여 모르드개에게 가서 이것이 무슨 일이며 무슨 緣故(연고)인가 알아 보라 하매
   

1. LUEGO que supo Mardochêo todo lo que se había "hecho," rasgó sus "vestidos," y vistióse de saco y de "ceniza," y fuése por medio de la ciudad clamando con grande y amargo clamor.
   
2. Y vino hasta delante de la puerta del rey: porque no era lícito pasar adentro de la puerta del rey con vestido de saco.
   
3. Y en cada provincia y lugar donde el mandamiento del rey y su decreto "llegaba," tenían los Judíos grande "luto," y "ayuno," y "lloro," y lamentación: saco y ceniza era la cama de muchos.
   
4. Y vinieron las doncellas de Esther y sus "eunucos," y dijéronselo: y la reina tuvo gran "dolor," y envió vestidos para hacer vestir á "Mardochêo," y hacerle quitar el saco de sobre él; mas él no los recibió.
   
5. Entonces Esther llamó á "Atach," uno de los eunucos del "rey," que él había hecho estar delante de "ella," y mandólo á "Mardochêo," con orden de saber qué era "aquello," y por qué.
   

1. When Mordecai learned of all that had been done, he tore his clothes, put on sackcloth and ashes, and went out into the city, wailing loudly and bitterly.
   
2. But he went only as far as the king's gate, because no one clothed in sackcloth was allowed to enter it.
   
3. In every province to which the edict and order of the king came, there was great mourning among the Jews, with fasting, weeping and wailing. Many lay in sackcloth and ashes.
   
4. When Esther's maids and eunuchs came and told her about Mordecai, she was in great distress. She sent clothes for him to put on instead of his sackcloth, but he would not accept them.
   
5. Then Esther summoned Hathach, one of the king's eunuchs assigned to attend her, and ordered him to find out what was troubling Mordecai and why.
   

6. 하닥이 大闕(대궐) 門(문) 앞 城中(성중) 廣場(광장)에 있는 모르드개에게 이르니
   
7. 모르드개가 自己(자기)의 當(당)한 모든 일과 ^ㅐ하만이 유다人(인)을 滅(멸)하려고 王(왕)의 府庫(부고)에 바치기로 한 銀(은)의 正確(정확)한 數爻(수효)를 하닥에게 말하고
   
8. 또 ^ㄱ유다人(인)을 殄滅(진멸)하라고 수산宮(궁)에서 내린 詔書(조서) 抄本(초본)을 하닥에게 주어 에스더에게 뵈어 알게 하고 또 저에게 付託(부탁)하여 王(왕)에게 나아가서 그 앞에서 自己(자기)의 民族(민족)을 爲(위)하여 懇切(간절)히 求(구)하라 하니
   
9. 하닥이 돌아와 모르드개의 말을 에스더에게 告(고)하매
   
10. 에스더가 하닥에게 이르되 너는 모르드개에게 告(고)하기를
    

6. Salió pues Atach á "Mardochêo," á la plaza de la ciudad que estaba delante de la puerta del rey.
   
7. Y Mardochêo le declaró todo lo que le había "acontecido," y dióle noticia de la plata que Amán había dicho que pesaría para los tesoros del rey por razón de los "Judíos," para destruirlos.
   
8. Dióle también la copia de la escritura del decreto que había sido dado en Susán para que fuesen "destruídos," á fin de que la mostrara á Esther y se lo "declarase," y le encargara que fuese al rey á "suplicarle," y á pedir delante de él por su pueblo.
   
9. Y vino "Atach," y contó á Esther las palabra de Mardochêo.
   
10. Entonces Esther dijo á "Atach," y mandóle decir á Mardochêo:
    

6. So Hathach went out to Mordecai in the open square of the city in front of the king's gate.
   
7. Mordecai told him everything that had happened to him, including the exact amount of money Haman had promised to pay into the royal treasury for the destruction of the Jews.
   
8. He also gave him a copy of the text of the edict for their annihilation, which had been published in Susa, to show to Esther and explain it to her, and he told him to urge her to go into the king's presence to beg for mercy and plead with him for her people.
   
9. Hathach went back and reported to Esther what Mordecai had said.
   
10. Then she instructed him to say to Mordecai,
    

11. 王(왕)의 臣僕(신복)과 王(왕)의 各(각) 道(도) 百姓(백성)이 다 알거니와 無論(무론) 男女(남녀)하고 부름을 받지 아니하고 ^ㄴ안뜰에 들어가서 王(왕)에게 나아가면 ^ㄷ오직 죽이는 法(법)이요 ^ㄹ王(왕)이 그 者(자)에게 金笏(금홀)을 내어 밀어야 살 것이라 이제 내가 부름을 입어 王(왕)에게 나아가지 못한지가 이미 三十日(삼십일)이라 하라
    
12. 그가 에스더의 말로 모르드개에게 告(고)하매
    
13. 모르드개가 그를 시켜 에스더에게 回答(회답)하되 너는 王宮(왕궁)에 있으니 모든 유다人(인) 中(중)에 홀로 免(면)하리라 생각지 말라
    
14. 이 때에 네가 萬一(만일) 潛潛(잠잠)하여 말이 없으면 유다人(인)은 다른 데로 말미암아 놓임과 救援(구원)을 얻으려니와 너와 네 아비 집은 滅亡(멸망)하리라 네가 王后(왕후)의 位(위)를 얻은 것이 이 때를 爲(위)함이 아닌지 누가 아느냐
    
15. 에스더가 命(명)하여 모르드개에게 回答(회답)하되
    

11. Todos los siervos del "rey," y el pueblo de las provincias del rey "saben," que cualquier hombre ó mujer que entra al rey al patio de adentro sin ser "llamado," por una sola ley ha de morir: salvo aquel á quien el rey extendiere el cetro de "oro," el cual vivirá: y yo no he sido llamada para entrar al rey estos treinta días.
    
12. Y dijeron á Mardochêo las palabras de Esther.
    
13. Entonces dijo Mardochêo que respondiesen á Esther: No pienses en tu "alma," que escaparás en la casa del rey más que todos los Judíos:
    
14. Porque si absolutamente callares en este "tiempo," respiro y libertación tendrán los Judíos de otra parte; mas tú y la casa de tu padre pereceréis. ¿Y quién sabe si para esta hora te han hecho llegar al reino?
    
15. Y Esther dijo que respondiesen á Mardochêo:
    

11. "All the king's officials and the people of the royal provinces know that for any man or woman who approaches the king in the inner court without being summoned the king has but one law: that he be put to death. The only exception to this is for the king to extend the gold scepter to him and spare his life. But thirty days have passed since I was called to go to the king."
    
12. When Esther's words were reported to Mordecai,
    
13. he sent back this answer: "Do not think that because you are in the king's house you alone of all the Jews will escape.
    
14. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?"
    
15. Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai:
    

16. 當身(당신)은 가서 수산에 있는 유다人(인)을 다 모으고 나를 爲(위)하여 禁食(금식)하되 ^ㅁ밤낮 三日(삼일)을 먹지도 말고 마시지도 마소서 나도 나의 侍女(시녀)로 더불어 이렇게 禁食(금식)한 後(후)에 規例(규례)를 어기고 王(왕)에게 나아가리니 ^ㅂ죽으면 죽으리이다
    
17. 모르드개가 가서 에스더의 命(명)한대로 다 行(행)하니라
    

16. Ve, y junta á todos los Judíos que se hallan en "Susán," y ayunad por "mí," y no comáis ni bebáis en tres "días," noche ni día: yo también con mis doncellas ayunaré "igualmente," y así entraré al "rey," aunque no sea conforme á la ley; y si "perezco," que perezca.
    
17. Entonces se fué "Mardochêo," é hizo conforme á todo lo que le mandó Esther.
    

16. "Go, gather together all the Jews who are in Susa, and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my maids will fast as you do. When this is done, I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish."
    
17. So Mordecai went away and carried out all of Esther's instructions.
