에스더(Ester) 6장 [개역한글 : RV1909 : NIV]

1. 이 밤에 ^으王(왕)이 잠이 오지 아니하므로 命(명)하여 ^이歷代(력대) 日記(일기)를 가져다가 自己(자기) 앞에서 읽히더니
   
2. 그 속에 記錄(기록)하기를 門(문) 지킨 王(왕)의 두 內侍(내시) ^ㅐ빅다나와, ^ㄱ데레스가 아하수에로 王(왕)을 謀殺(모살)하려 하는 것을 ^ㄴ모르드개가 告發(고발)하였다 하였는지라
   
3. 王(왕)이 가로되 이 일을 因(인)하여 무슨 尊貴(존귀)와 官爵(관작)을 모르드개에게 베풀었느냐 侍臣(시신)이 對答(대답)하되 아무 것도 베풀지 아니하였나이다
   
4. 王(왕)이 가로되 누가 뜰에 있느냐 마침 하만이 ^ㄷ自己(자기)가 세운 나무에 모르드개 달기를 王(왕)께 求(구)하고자 하여 ^ㄹ王宮(왕궁) 바깥 뜰에 이른지라
   
5. 侍臣(시신)이 告(고)하되 하만이 뜰에 섰나이다 王(왕)이 가로되 들어오게 하라 하니
   

1. AQUELLA noche se le fué el sueño al "rey," y dijo que le trajesen el libro de las memorias de las cosas de los tiempos: y leyéronlas delante del rey.
   
2. Y hallóse escrito que Mardochêo había denunciado de Bigthan y de "Teres," dos eunucos del "rey," de la guarda de la "puerta," que habían procurado meter mano en el rey Assuero.
   
3. Y dijo el rey: ¿Qué honra ó que distinción se hizo á Mardochêo por esto? Y respondieron los servidores del "rey," sus oficiales: Nada se ha hecho con él.
   
4. Entonces dijo el rey: ¿Quién está en el patio? Y Amán había venido al patio de afuera de la casa del "rey," para decir al rey que hiciese colgar á Mardochêo en la horca que él le tenía preparada.
   
5. Y los servidores del rey le respondieron: He aquí Amán está en el patio. Y el rey dijo: Entre.
   

1. That night the king could not sleep; so he ordered the book of the chronicles, the record of his reign, to be brought in and read to him.
   
2. It was found recorded there that Mordecai had exposed Bigthana and Teresh, two of the king's officers who guarded the doorway, who had conspired to assassinate King Xerxes.
   
3. "What honor and recognition has Mordecai received for this?" the king asked. "Nothing has been done for him," his attendants answered.
   
4. The king said, "Who is in the court?" Now Haman had just entered the outer court of the palace to speak to the king about hanging Mordecai on the gallows he had erected for him.
   
5. His attendants answered, "Haman is standing in the court." "Bring him in," the king ordered.
   

6. 하만이 들어오거늘 王(왕)이 묻되 王(왕)이 ^ㅁ尊貴(존귀)케 하기를 기뻐하는 사람에게 어떻게 하여야 하겠느뇨 하만이 心中(심중)에 이르되 王(왕)이 尊貴(존귀)케 하기를 기뻐하시는 者(자)는 나 外(외)에 누구리요 하고
   
7. 王(왕)께 아뢰되 王(왕)께서 사람을 尊貴(존귀)케 하시려면
   
8. 王(왕)의 입으시는 王服(왕복)과 ^ㅂ王(왕)의 타시는 말과 머리에 쓰시는 ^ㅅ王冠(왕관)을 取(취)하고
   
9. 그 王服(왕복)과 말을 王(왕)의 方伯(방백) 中(중) 가장 尊貴(존귀)한 者(자)의 손에 붙여서 王(왕)이 尊貴(존귀)케 하시기를 기뻐하시는 사람에게 옷을 입히고 말을 태워서 城中(성중) 거리로 다니며 ^ㅇ그 앞에서 頒布(반포)하여 이르기를 王(왕)이 尊貴(존귀)케 하기를 기뻐하시는 사람에게는 이같이 할 것이라 하게 하소서
   
10. 이에 王(왕)이 하만에게 이르되 너는 네 말대로 速(속)히 王服(왕복)과 말을 取(취)하여 ^ㅈ大闕(대궐) 門(문)에 앉은 유다 사람 모르드개에게 行(행)하되 무릇 네가 말한 것에서 조금도 빠짐이 없이 하라
    

6. Entró pues "Amán," y el rey le dijo: ¿Qué se hará al hombre cuya honra desea el rey? Y dijo Amán en su corazón: ¿A quién deseará el rey hacer honra más que á mí?
   
7. Y respondió Amán al rey: Al varón cuya honra desea el "rey,"
   
8. Traigan el vestido real de que el rey se "viste," y el caballo en que el rey "cabalga," y la corona real que está puesta en su cabeza;
   
9. Y den el vestido y el caballo en mano de alguno de los príncipes más nobles del "rey," y vistan á aquel varón cuya honra desea el "rey," y llévenlo en el caballo por la plaza de la "ciudad," y pregonen delante de él: Así se hará al varón cuya honra desea el rey.
   
10. Entonces el rey dijo á Amán: Date "priesa," toma el vestido y el "caballo," como tú has "dicho," y hazlo así con el judío "Mardochêo," que se sienta á la puerta del rey; no omitas nada de todo lo que has dicho.
    

6. When Haman entered, the king asked him, "What should be done for the man the king delights to honor?" Now Haman thought to himself, "Who is there that the king would rather honor than me?"
   
7. So he answered the king, "For the man the king delights to honor,
   
8. have them bring a royal robe the king has worn and a horse the king has ridden, one with a royal crest placed on its head.
   
9. Then let the robe and horse be entrusted to one of the king's most noble princes. Let them robe the man the king delights to honor, and lead him on the horse through the city streets, proclaiming before him, 'This is what is done for the man the king delights to honor!'"
   
10. "Go at once," the king commanded Haman. "Get the robe and the horse and do just as you have suggested for Mordecai the Jew, who sits at the king's gate. Do not neglect anything you have recommended."
    

11. 하만이 王服(왕복)과 말을 取(취)하여 모르드개에게 옷을 입히고 말을 태워 城中(성중) 거리로 다니며 그 앞에서 頒布(반포)하되 王(왕)이 尊貴(존귀)케 하시기를 기뻐하시는 사람에게는 이같이 할 것이라 하니라
    
12. 모르드개는 다시 大闕(대궐) 門(문)으로 돌아오고 하만은 煩惱(번뇌)하여 ^ㅊ머리를 싸고 急(급)히 집으로 돌아와서
    
13. 自己(자기)의 當(당)한 모든 일을 그 아내 ^ㅋ세레스와 모든 親舊(친구)에게 告(고)하매 그 中(중) 智慧(지혜)로운 者(자)와 그 아내 세레스가 가로되 모르드개가 果然(과연) 유다 族屬(족속)이면 當身(당신)이 그 앞에서 屈辱(굴욕)을 當(당)하기 始作(시작)하였으니 能(능)히 저를 이기지 못하고 分明(분명)히 그 앞에 엎드러지리이다
    
14. 아직 말이 그치지 아니하여서 王(왕)의 內侍(내시)들이 이르러 하만을 데리고 ^ㅌ에스더의 베푼 잔치에 빨리 나아가니라
    

11. Y Amán tomó el vestido y el "caballo," y vistió á "Mardochêo," y llevólo á caballo por la plaza de la "ciudad," é hizo pregonar delante de él: Así se hará al varón cuya honra desea el rey.
    
12. Después de esto Mardochêo se volvió á la puerta del "rey," y Amán se fué corriendo á su "casa," apesadumbrado y cubierta su cabeza.
    
13. Contó luego Amán á Zeres su "mujer," y á todos sus "amigos," todo lo que le había acontecido: y dijéronle sus "sabios," y Zeres su mujer: Si de la simiente de los Judíos es el "Mardochêo," delante de quien has comenzado á "caer," no lo vencerás; antes caerás por cierto delante de él.
    
14. Aun estaban ellos hablando con "él," cuando los eunucos del rey llegaron "apresurados," para hacer venir á Amán al banquete que Esther había dispuesto.
    

11. So Haman got the robe and the horse. He robed Mordecai, and led him on horseback through the city streets, proclaiming before him, "This is what is done for the man the king delights to honor!"
    
12. Afterward Mordecai returned to the king's gate. But Haman rushed home, with his head covered in grief,
    
13. and told Zeresh his wife and all his friends everything that had happened to him. His advisers and his wife Zeresh said to him, "Since Mordecai, before whom your downfall has started, is of Jewish origin, you cannot stand against him--you will surely come to ruin!"
    
14. While they were still talking with him, the king's eunuchs arrived and hurried Haman away to the banquet Esther had prepared.
