1. ^ㅈ사단이 일어나 ^ㅊ이스라엘을 對敵(대적)하고 다윗을 激動(격동)하여 이스라엘을 計數(계수)하게 하니라
   
2. 다윗이 요압과 百姓(백성)의 頭目(두목)에게 이르되 너희는 가서 브엘세바에서부터 단까지 이스라엘을 計數(계수)하고 돌아와서 내게 告(고)하여 그 數爻(수효)를 알게 하라
   
3. 요압이 가로되 여호와께서 그 百姓(백성)을 只今(지금)보다 百倍(백배)나 더하시기를 願(원)하나이다 내 主(주) 王(왕)이여 이 百姓(백성)이 다 내 主(주)의 종이 아니니이까 내 主(주)께서 어찌하여 이 일을 命(명)하시나이까 어찌하여 이스라엘로 罪(죄)가 있게 하시나이까 하나
   
4. 王(왕)의 命令(명령)이 요압을 재촉한지라 드디어 떠나서 이스라엘 땅에 두루 다닌 後(후)에 예루살렘으로 돌아와서
   
5. 百姓(백성)의 數爻(수효)를 다윗에게 告(고)하니 이스라엘 中(중)에 ^ㅋ칼을 뺄만한 者(자)가 一百(일백) 十萬(십만)이요 유다 中(중)에 칼을 뺄 만한 者(자)가 四十七萬(사십칠만)이라
   

1. MAS Satanás se levantó contra "Israel," é incitó á David á que contase á Israel.
   
2. Y dijo David á Joab y á los príncipes del pueblo: "Id," contad á Israel desde Beer-seba hasta "Dan," y traedme el número de ellos para que yo lo sepa.
   
3. Y dijo Joab: Añada Jehová á su pueblo cien veces otros tantos. Rey señor "mío," ¿no son todos estos siervos de mi señor? ¿para qué procura mi señor "esto," que será pernicioso á Israel?
   
4. Mas el mandamiento del rey pudo más que Joab. Salió por tanto "Joab," y fué por todo Israel; y volvió á "Jerusalem," y dió la cuenta del número del pueblo á David.
   
5. Y hallóse en todo Israel que sacaban "espada," once veces cien mil; y de Judá cuatrocientos y setenta mil hombres que sacaban espada.
   

1. Satan rose up against Israel and incited David to take a census of Israel.
   
2. So David said to Joab and the commanders of the troops, "Go and count the Israelites from Beersheba to Dan. Then report back to me so that I may know how many there are."
   
3. But Joab replied, "May the LORD multiply his troops a hundred times over. My lord the king, are they not all my lord's subjects? Why does my lord want to do this? Why should he bring guilt on Israel?"
   
4. The king's word, however, overruled Joab; so Joab left and went throughout Israel and then came back to Jerusalem.
   
5. Joab reported the number of the fighting men to David: In all Israel there were one million one hundred thousand men who could handle a sword, including four hundred and seventy thousand in Judah.
   

6. ^ㅌ요압이 王(왕)의 命令(명령)을 밉게 여겨 레위와 베냐민 사람은 計數(계수)하지 아니하였더라
   
7. 하나님이 이 일을 괘씸히 여기사 이스라엘을 치시매
   
8. 다윗이 하나님께 아뢰되 내가 이 일을 行(행)함으로 큰 罪(죄)를 犯(범)하였나이다 이제 懇求(간구)하옵나니 ^ㅍ종의 罪(죄)를 赦(사)하여 주옵소서 내가 甚(심)히 미련하게 行(행)하였나이다 하니라
   
9. 여호와께서 ^ㅎ다윗의 先見者(선견자) 갓에게 이르시되
   
10. 가서 다윗에게 말하여 이르기를 여호와의 말씀이 내가 네게 세 가지를 보이노니 그 中(중)에서 하나를 擇(택)하라 내가 그것을 네게 行(행)하리라 하셨다 하라
    

6. Entre estos no fueron contados los "Levitas," ni los hijos de "Benjamín," porque Joab abominaba el mandamiento del rey.
   
7. Asimismo desagradó este negocio á los ojos de "Dios," é hirió á Israel.
   
8. Y dijo David á Dios: He pecado gravemente en hacer esto: ruégote que hagas pasar la iniquidad de tu "siervo," porque yo he hecho muy locamente.
   
9. Y habló Jehová á "Gad," vidente de "David," diciendo:
   
10. Ve, y habla á "David," y dile: Así ha dicho Jehová: Tres cosas te propongo; escoge de ellas una que yo haga contigo.
    

6. But Joab did not include Levi and Benjamin in the numbering, because the king's command was repulsive to him.
   
7. This command was also evil in the sight of God; so he punished Israel.
   
8. Then David said to God, "I have sinned greatly by doing this. Now, I beg you, take away the guilt of your servant. I have done a very foolish thing."
   
9. The LORD said to Gad, David's seer,
   
10. "Go and tell David, 'This is what the LORD says: I am giving you three options. Choose one of them for me to carry out against you.'"
    

11. 갓이 다윗에게 나아가 告(고)하되 여호와의 말씀이 너는 마음대로 擇(택)하라
    
12. 或(혹) ^ㅏ三年(삼년) 饑饉(기근)일지 或(혹), 네가 석달을 對敵(대적)에게 敗(패)하여 對敵(대적)의 칼에 쫓길 일일지, 或(혹) 여호와의 칼 곧 瘟疫(온역)이 사흘동안 이 땅에 流行(류행)하며 여호와의 使者(사자)가 이스라엘 온 地境(지경)을 滅(멸)할 일일지 하셨나니 내가 무슨 말로 나를 보내신 이에게 對答(대답)할 것을 決定(결정)하소서
    
13. 다윗이 갓에게 이르되 내가 困境(곤경)에 있도다 여호와께서는 矜恤(긍휼)이 甚(심)히 크시니 내가 그의 손에 빠지고 사람의 손에 빠지지 않기를 願(원)하나이다
    
14. 이에 여호와께서 이스라엘 百姓(백성)에게 瘟疫(온역)을 내리시매 이스라엘 百姓(백성)의 죽은 者(자)가 七萬(칠만)이었더라
    
15. 하나님이 예루살렘을 滅(멸)하러 使者(사자)를 보내셨더니 使者(사자)가 滅(멸)하려 할 때에 여호와께서 보시고 이 災殃(재앙) 내림을 ^ㅑ뉘우치사 滅(멸)하는 使者(사자)에게 이르시되 足(족)하다 이제는 네 손을 거두라 하시니 때에 여호와의 使者(사자)가 여부스 사람 오르난의 打作(타작) 마당 곁에 선지라
    

11. Y viniendo Gad á "David," díjole: Así ha dicho Jehová:
    
12. Escógete, ó tres años de hambre; ó ser por tres meses deshecho delante de tus "enemigos," y que la espada de tus adversarios te alcance; ó por tres días la espada de Jehová y pestilencia en la "tierra," y que el ángel de Jehová destruya en todo el término de Israel: mira pues qué he de responder al que me ha enviado.
    
13. Entonces David dijo á Gad: Estoy en grande angustia: ruego que yo caiga en la mano de Jehová; porque sus misericordias son muchas en "extremo," y que no caiga yo en manos de hombres.
    
14. Así Jehová dió pestilencia en "Israel," y cayeron de Israel setenta mil hombres.
    
15. Y envió Jehová el ángel á Jerusalem para destruirla: pero estando él "destruyendo," miró "Jehová," y arrepintióse de aquel "mal,"
    

11. So Gad went to David and said to him, "This is what the LORD says: 'Take your choice:
    
12. three years of famine, three months of being swept away before your enemies, with their swords overtaking you, or three days of the sword of the LORD--days of plague in the land, with the angel of the LORD ravaging every part of Israel.' Now then, decide how I should answer the one who sent me."
    
13. David said to Gad, "I am in deep distress. Let me fall into the hands of the LORD, for his mercy is very great; but do not let me fall into the hands of men."
    
14. So the LORD sent a plague on Israel, and seventy thousand men of Israel fell dead.
    
15. And God sent an angel to destroy Jerusalem. But as the angel was doing so, the LORD saw it and was grieved because of the calamity and said to the angel who was destroying the people, "Enough! Withdraw your hand." The angel of the LORD was then standing at the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.
    

16. 다윗이 눈을 들어보매 여호와의 使者(사자)가 天地(천지) 사이에 섰고 칼을 빼어 손에 들고 예루살렘 便(편)을 가리켰는지라 다윗이 長老(장로)들로 더불어 ^ㅓ굵은 베를 입고 얼굴을 땅에 대고 엎드려
    
17. 하나님께 아뢰되 命(명)하여 百姓(백성)을 計數(계수)하게 한 者(자)가 내가 아니니이까 犯罪(범죄)하고 惡(악)을 行(행)한 者(자)는 곧 내니이다 이 羊(양)무리는 무엇을 行(행)하였나이까 請(청)컨대 나의 하나님 여호와여 主(주)의 손으로 나와 내 아비의 집을 치시고 主(주)의 百姓(백성)에게 災殃(재앙)을 내리지 마옵소서
    
18. ^ㅕ여호와의 使者(사자)가 갓을 命(명)하여 다윗에게 이르시기를 올라가서 여부스 사람 오르난의 打作(타작) 마당에서 여호와를 爲(위)하여 壇(단)을 쌓으라 하신지라
    
19. 다윗이 이에 갓이 여호와의 이름으로 이른 말씀대로 올라가니라
    
20. 때에 오르난이 밀을 打作(타작)하다가 돌이켜 天使(천사)를 보고 네 아들과 함께 숨었더니
    

16. (H21-17) Y alzando David sus "ojos," vió al ángel de "Jehová," que estaba entre el cielo y la "tierra," teniendo un espada desnuda en su "mano," extendida contra Jerusalem. Entonces David y los ancianos se postraron sobre sus "rostros," cubiertos de sacos.
    
17. (H21-18) Y dijo David á Dios: ¿No soy yo el que hizo contar el pueblo? Yo mismo soy el que "pequé," y ciertamente he hecho mal; mas estas "ovejas," ¿qué han hecho? Jehová Dios "mío," sea ahora tu mano contra "mí," y contra la casa de mi "padre," y no haya plaga en tu pueblo.
    
18. (H21-19) Y el ángel de Jehová ordenó á Gad que dijese á "David," que subiese y construyese un altar á Jehová en la era de Ornán Jebuseo.
    
19. (H21-20) Entonces David "subió," conforme á la palabra de Gad que le había dicho en nombre de Jehová.
    
20. (H21-21) Y volviéndose Ornán vió el ángel; por lo que se escondieron cuatro hijos suyos que con él estaban. Y Ornán trillaba el trigo.
    

16. David looked up and saw the angel of the LORD standing between heaven and earth, with a drawn sword in his hand extended over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders, clothed in sackcloth, fell facedown.
    
17. David said to God, "Was it not I who ordered the fighting men to be counted? I am the one who has sinned and done wrong. These are but sheep. What have they done? O LORD my God, let your hand fall upon me and my family, but do not let this plague remain on your people."
    
18. Then the angel of the LORD ordered Gad to tell David to go up and build an altar to the LORD on the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.
    
19. So David went up in obedience to the word that Gad had spoken in the name of the LORD.
    
20. While Araunah was threshing wheat, he turned and saw the angel; his four sons who were with him hid themselves.
    

21. 다윗이 오르난에게 나아가매 오르난이 내어다보다가 다윗을 보고 打作(타작) 마당에서 나와서 얼굴을 땅에 대고 절하매
    
22. 다윗이 오르난에게 이르되 이 打作(타작)하는 곳을 내게 붙이라 너는 相當(상당)한 값으로 붙이라 내가 여호와를 爲(위)하여 여기 한 壇(단)을 쌓으리니 그리하면 瘟疫(온역)이 百姓(백성) 中(중)에서 그치리라
    
23. 오르난이 다윗에게 告(고)하되 王(왕)은 取(취)하소서 내 主(주) 王(왕)의 좋게 여기시는대로 行(행)하소서 보소서 내가 이것들을 드리나이다 소들은 燔祭物(번제물)로 穀食(곡식) 떠는 機械(기계)는 和睦(화목)으로 밀은 素祭物(소제물)로 삼으시기 爲(위)하여 다 드리나이다
    
24. 다윗 王(왕)이 오르난에게 이르되 그렇지 아니하다 내가 決斷(결단)코 相當(상당)한 값으로 사리라 내가 여호와께 드리려고 네 物件(물건)을 取(취)하지 아니하겠고 값 없이는 燔祭(번제)를 드리지도 아니하리라 하고
    
25. 그 基址(기지) 값으로 ^ㅗ金(금) 六百(육백) 세겔을 달아 오르난에게 주고
    

21. (H21-22) Y viniendo David á "Ornán," miró "éste," y vió á David: y saliendo de la "era," postróse en tierra á David.
    
22. (H21-23) Entonces dijo David á Ornán: Dame este lugar de la "era," en que edifique un altar á "Jehová," y dámelo por su cabal "precio," para que cese la plaga del pueblo.
    
23. (H21-24) Y Ornán respondió á David: Tómalo para "ti," y haga mi señor el rey lo que bien le pareciere: y aun los bueyes daré para el "holocausto," y los trillos para "leña," y trigo para el presente: yo lo doy todo.
    
24. (H21-25) Entonces el rey David dijo á Ornán: "No," sino que efectivamente la compraré por su justo precio: porque no tomaré para Jehová lo que es "tuyo," ni sacrificaré holocausto que nada me cueste.
    
25. (H21-26) Y dió David á Ornán por el lugar seiscientos siclos de oro por peso.
    

21. Then David approached, and when Araunah looked and saw him, he left the threshing floor and bowed down before David with his face to the ground.
    
22. David said to him, "Let me have the site of your threshing floor so I can build an altar to the LORD, that the plague on the people may be stopped. Sell it to me at the full price."
    
23. Araunah said to David, "Take it! Let my lord the king do whatever pleases him. Look, I will give the oxen for the burnt offerings, the threshing sledges for the wood, and the wheat for the grain offering. I will give all this."
    
24. But King David replied to Araunah, "No, I insist on paying the full price. I will not take for the LORD what is yours, or sacrifice a burnt offering that costs me nothing."
    
25. So David paid Araunah six hundred shekels of gold for the site.
    

26. 다윗이 거기서 여호와를 爲(위)하여 壇(단)을 쌓고 燔祭(번제)와 和睦祭(화목제)를 드려 여호와께 아뢰었더니 ^ㅛ여호와께서 하늘에서부터 燔祭壇(번제단) 위에 불을 내려 應答(응답)하시고
    
27. 使者(사자)를 命(명)하시매 저가 칼을 집에 꽂았더라
    
28. 이 때에 다윗이 여호와께서 여부스 사람 오르난의 打作(타작) 마당에서 應答(응답)하심을 보고 거기서 祭司(제사)를 드렸으니
    
29. 옛적에 모세가 曠野(광야)에서 지은 여호와의 帳幕(장막)과 燔祭壇(번제단)이 ^ㅜ그 때에 기브온 山堂(산당)에 있으나
    
30. 다윗이 여호와의 使者(사자)의 칼을 두려워하여 敢(감)히 그 앞에 가서 하나님께 묻지 못함이라
    

26. (H21-27) Y edificó allí David un altar á "Jehová," en el que ofreció holocaustos y sacrificios "pacíficos," é invocó á "Jehová," el cual le respondió por fuego de los cielos en el altar del holocausto.
    
27. (H21-28) Y como Jehová habló al "ángel," él volvió su espada á la vaina.
    
28. (H21-29) Entonces viendo David que Jehová le había oído en la era de Ornán "Jebuseo," sacrificó allí.
    
29. (H21-30) Y el tabernáculo de Jehová que Moisés había hecho en el "desierto," y el altar del "holocausto," estaban entonces en el alto de Gabaón:
    
30. (H21-31) Mas David no pudo ir allá á consultar á "Dios," porque estaba espantado á causa de la espada del ángel de Jehová.
    

26. David built an altar to the LORD there and sacrificed burnt offerings and fellowship offerings. He called on the LORD, and the LORD answered him with fire from heaven on the altar of burnt offering.
    
27. Then the LORD spoke to the angel, and he put his sword back into its sheath.
    
28. At that time, when David saw that the LORD had answered him on the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite, he offered sacrifices there.
    
29. The tabernacle of the LORD, which Moses had made in the desert, and the altar of burnt offering were at that time on the high place at Gibeon.
    
30. But David could not go before it to inquire of God, because he was afraid of the sword of the angel of the LORD.
