신명기(Deuteronomio) 22장 [개역한글 : RV1909 : NIV]

1. 네 兄弟(형제)의 牛羊(우양)의 길 잃은 것을 보거든 ^으못 본체 하지 말고 너는 반드시 끌어다가 네 兄弟(형제)에게 돌릴 것이요
   
2. 네 兄弟(형제)가 네게서 멀거나 네가 或(혹) 그를 알지 못하거든 그 짐승을 네 집으로 끌고 와서 네 兄弟(형제)가 찾기까지 네게 두었다가 그에게 돌릴지니
   
3. 나귀라도 그리하고 衣服(의복)이라도 그리하고 무릇 兄弟(형제)의 잃은 아무것이든지 네가 얻거든 다 그리하고 못 본체 하지 말 것이며
   
4. 네 兄弟(형제)의 나귀나 소가 길에 넘어진 것을 보거든 ^이못 본체 하지말고 너는 반드시 兄弟(형제)를 도와서 그것을 일으킬지니라
   
5. 女子(녀자)는 男子(남자)의 衣服(의복)을 입지 말 것이요 男子(남자)는 女子(녀자)의 衣服(의복)을 입지 말 것이라 ^ㅐ이같이 하는 者(자)는 네 하나님 여호와께 可憎(가증)한 者(자)니라
   

1. NO verás el buey de tu "hermano," ó su "cordero," "perdidos," y te retirarás de ellos: precisamente los volverás á tu hermano.
   
2. Y si tu hermano no fuere tu "vecino," ó no le "conocieres," los recogerás en tu "casa," y estarán contigo hasta que tu hermano los "busque," y se los devolverás.
   
3. Y así harás de su "asno," así harás también de su "vestido," y lo mismo harás con toda cosa perdida de tu hermano que se le "perdiere," y tú la hallares: no podrás retraerte de ello.
   
4. No verás el asno de tu "hermano," ó su "buey," caídos en el "camino," y te esconderás de ellos: con él has de procurar levantarlos.
   
5. No vestirá la mujer hábito de "hombre," ni el hombre vestirá ropa de mujer; porque abominación es á Jehová tu Dios cualquiera que esto hace.
   

1. If you see your brother's ox or sheep straying, do not ignore it but be sure to take it back to him.
   
2. If the brother does not live near you or if you do not know who he is, take it home with you and keep it until he comes looking for it. Then give it back to him.
   
3. Do the same if you find your brother's donkey or his cloak or anything he loses. Do not ignore it.
   
4. If you see your brother's donkey or his ox fallen on the road, do not ignore it. Help him get it to its feet.
   
5. A woman must not wear men's clothing, nor a man wear women's clothing, for the LORD your God detests anyone who does this.
   

6. 路中(노중)에서 나무에나 땅에 있는 새의 보금자리에 새 새끼나 알이 있고 어미새가 그 새끼나 알을 품은 것을 만나거든 ^ㄱ그 어미새와 새끼를 아울러 取(취)하지 말고
   
7. 어미는 반드시 놓아 줄 것이요 새끼는 取(취)하여도 可(가)하니 ^ㄴ그리하면 네가 福(복)을 누리고 長壽(장수)하리라
   
8. 네가 새 집을 建築(건축)할 때에 지붕에 欄干(란간)을 만들어 사람으로 떨어지지 않게 하라 그 피 흐른 罪(죄)가 네 집에 돌아갈까 하노라
   
9. ^ㄷ네 葡萄園(포도원)에 두 種子(종자)를 섞어 뿌리지 말라 그리하면 네가 뿌린 씨의 열매와 葡萄園(포도원)의 所産(소산)이 빼앗김이 될까 하노라
   
10. 너는 소와 나귀를 겨리하여 갈지 말며
    

6. Cuando topares en el camino algún nido de ave en cualquier "árbol," ó sobre la "tierra," con pollos ó "huevos," y estuviere la madre echada sobre los pollos ó sobre los "huevos," no tomes la madre con los hijos:
   
7. Dejarás ir á la "madre," y tomarás los pollos para ti; para que te vaya "bien," y prolongues tus días.
   
8. Cuando edificares casa "nueva," harás pretil á tu "terrado," porque no pongas sangre en tu "casa," si de él cayere alguno.
   
9. No sembrarás tu viña de varias "semillas," porque no se deprave la plenitud de la semilla que "sembraste," y el fruto de la viña.
   
10. No ararás con buey y con asno juntamente.
    

6. If you come across a bird's nest beside the road, either in a tree or on the ground, and the mother is sitting on the young or on the eggs, do not take the mother with the young.
   
7. You may take the young, but be sure to let the mother go, so that it may go well with you and you may have a long life.
   
8. When you build a new house, make a parapet around your roof so that you may not bring the guilt of bloodshed on your house if someone falls from the roof.
   
9. Do not plant two kinds of seed in your vineyard; if you do, not only the crops you plant but also the fruit of the vineyard will be defiled.
   
10. Do not plow with an ox and a donkey yoked together.
    

11. 羊(양)털과 베실로 섞어 짠 것을 입지 말지니라
    
12. ^ㄹ입는 겉옷 네 귀에 술을 만들지니라
    
13. 누구든지 아내를 取(취)하여 ^ㅁ그와 同寢(동침)한 後(후)에 그를 미워하여
    
14. 誹謗(비방)거리를 만들어 그에게 陋名(루명)을 씌워 가로되 내가 이 女子(녀자)를 取(취)하였더니 그와 同寢(동침)할 때에 그의 處女(처녀)인 標蹟(표적)을 보지 못하였노라 하면
    
15. 그 處女(처녀)의 父母(부모)가 處女(처녀)의 處女(처녀)인 標(표)를 얻어 가지고 그 城邑門(성읍문) 長老(장로)들에게로 가서
    

11. No te vestirás de "mistura," de lana y lino juntamente.
    
12. Hacerte has flecos en los cuatro cabos de tu manto con que te cubrieres.
    
13. Cuando alguno tomare "mujer," y después de haber entrado á ella la "aborreciere,"
    
14. Y le pusiere algunas "faltas," y esparciere sobre ella mala "fama," y dijere: Esta tomé por "mujer," y llegué á "ella," y no la hallé virgen;
    
15. Entonces el padre de la moza y su madre "tomarán," y sacarán las señales de la virginidad de la doncella á los ancianos de la "ciudad," en la puerta.
    

11. Do not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together.
    
12. Make tassels on the four corners of the cloak you wear.
    
13. If a man takes a wife and, after lying with her, dislikes her
    
14. and slanders her and gives her a bad name, saying, "I married this woman, but when I approached her, I did not find proof of her virginity,"
    
15. then the girl's father and mother shall bring proof that she was a virgin to the town elders at the gate.
    

16. 處女(처녀)의 아비가 長老(장로)들에게 말하기를 내 딸을 이 사람에게 아내로 주었더니 그가 미워하여
    
17. 誹謗(비방)거리를 만들어 말하기를 내가 네 딸의 處女(처녀)인 標蹟(표적)을 보지 못하였노라 하나 보라, 내 딸의 處女(처녀)인 標蹟(표적)이 이것이라 하고 그 父母(부모)가 그 자리옷을 그 城邑(성읍) 長老(장로)들 앞에 펼 것이요
    
18. 그 城邑(성읍) 長老(장로)들은 그 사람을 잡아 때리고
    
19. 이스라엘 處女(처녀)에게 陋名(루명) 씌움을 因(인)하여 그에게서 銀(은) 一百(일백) 세겔을 罰金(벌금)으로 받아 女子(녀자)의 아비에게 주고 그 女子(녀자)로 그 男子(남자)의 ^ㅂ平生(평생)에 버리지 못할 아내가 되게 하려니와
    
20. 그 일이 참되어 그 處女(처녀)에게 處女(처녀)인 標蹟(표적)이 없거든
    

16. Y dirá el padre de la moza á los ancianos: Yo dí mi hija á este hombre por "mujer," y él la aborrece;
    
17. Y, he "aquí," él le pone tachas de algunas "cosas," diciendo: No he hallado tu hija virgen; "empero," he aquí las señales de la virginidad de mi hija. Y extenderán la sábana delante de los ancianos de la ciudad.
    
18. Entonces los ancianos de la ciudad tomarán al hombre y lo castigarán;
    
19. Y le han de penar en cien piezas de "plata," las cuales darán al padre de la "moza," por cuanto esparció mala fama sobre virgen de Israel: y la ha de tener por "mujer," y no podrá despedirla en todos sus días.
    
20. Mas si este negocio fué "verdad," que no se hubiere hallado virginidad en la "moza,"
    

16. The girl's father will say to the elders, "I gave my daughter in marriage to this man, but he dislikes her.
    
17. Now he has slandered her and said, 'I did not find your daughter to be a virgin.' But here is the proof of my daughter's virginity." Then her parents shall display the cloth before the elders of the town,
    
18. and the elders shall take the man and punish him.
    
19. They shall fine him a hundred shekels of silver and give them to the girl's father, because this man has given an Israelite virgin a bad name. She shall continue to be his wife; he must not divorce her as long as he lives.
    
20. If, however, the charge is true and no proof of the girl's virginity can be found,
    

21. 處女(처녀)를 그 아비 집 門(문)에서 끌어내고 ^ㅅ그 城邑(성읍) 사람들이 그를 돌로 쳐 죽일지니 이는 그가 그 아비 집에서 ^ㅇ娼妓(창기)의 行動(행동)을 하여 이스라엘 中(중)에서 惡(악)을 行(행)하였음이라 ^ㅈ너는 이와 같이 하여 너의 中(중)에 惡(악)을 除(제)할지니라
    
22. ^ㅊ男子(남자)가 有夫女(유부녀)와 通姦(통간)함을 보거든 그 通姦(통간)한 男子(남자)와 그 女子(녀자)를 둘 다 죽여 이스라엘 中(중)에 惡(악)을 除(제)할지니라
    
23. 處女(처녀)인 女子(녀자)가 ^ㅋ男子(남자)와 約婚(약혼)한 後(후)에 어떤 男子(남자)가 그를 城邑(성읍) 中(중)에서 만나 通姦(통간)하면
    
24. 너희는 그들을 둘 다 城邑(성읍) 門(문)으로 끌어내고 그들을 돌로 쳐 죽일 것이니 그 處女(처녀)는 城邑(성읍) 中(중)에 있어서도 소리 지르지 아니하였음이요 그 男子(남자)는 그 이웃의 아내를 辱(욕)보였음이라 너는 이같이 하여 너의 中(중)에 惡(악)을 除(제)할지니라
    
25. 萬一(만일) 男子(남자)가 어떤 約婚(약혼)한 處女(처녀)를 들에서 만나서 强姦(강간)하였거든 그 强姦(강간)한 男子(남자)만 죽일 것이요
    

21. Entonces la sacarán á la puerta de la casa de su "padre," y la apedrearán con piedras los hombres de su "ciudad," y morirá; por cuanto hizo vileza en Israel fornicando en casa de su padre: así quitarás el mal de en medio de ti.
    
22. Cuando se sorprendiere alguno echado con mujer casada con "marido," entrambos "morirán," el hombre que se acostó con la "mujer," y la mujer: así quitarás el mal de Israel.
    
23. Cuando fuere moza virgen desposada con "alguno," y alguno la hallare en la "ciudad," y se echare con ella;
    
24. Entonces los sacaréis á ambos á la puerta de aquella "ciudad," y los apedrearéis con "piedras," y morirán; la moza porque no dió voces en la "ciudad," y el hombre porque humilló á la mujer de su prójimo: así quitarás el mal de en medio de ti.
    
25. Mas si el hombre halló una moza desposada en la "campo," y él la "agarrare," y se echare con "ella," morirá sólo el hombre que con ella se habrá echado;
    

21. she shall be brought to the door of her father's house and there the men of her town shall stone her to death. She has done a disgraceful thing in Israel by being promiscuous while still in her father's house. You must purge the evil from among you.
    
22. If a man is found sleeping with another man's wife, both the man who slept with her and the woman must die. You must purge the evil from Israel.
    
23. If a man happens to meet in a town a virgin pledged to be married and he sleeps with her,
    
24. you shall take both of them to the gate of that town and stone them to death--the girl because she was in a town and did not scream for help, and the man because he violated another man's wife. You must purge the evil from among you.
    
25. But if out in the country a man happens to meet a girl pledged to be married and rapes her, only the man who has done this shall die.
    

26. 處女(처녀)에게는 아무 것도 行(행)치 말 것은 處女(처녀)에게는 죽일 罪(죄)가 없음이라 이 일은 사람이 일어나 그 이웃을 쳐 죽인 것과 一般(일반)이라
    
27. 男子(남자)가 處女(처녀)를 들에서 만난 까닭에 그 約婚(약혼)한 處女(처녀)가 소리질러도 救援(구원)할 者(자)가 없었음이니라
    
28. ^ㅌ萬一(만일) 男子(남자)가 어떤 約婚(약혼)하지 아니한 處女(처녀)를 만나 그를 붙들고 通姦(통간)하는 中(중) 그 두 사람이 發見(발견)되거든
    
29. 그 通姦(통간)한 男子(남자)는 그 處女(처녀)의 아비에게 銀(은) 五十(오십) 세겔을 주고 그 處女(처녀)로 아내를 삼을 것이라 그가 그 處女(처녀)를 辱(욕)보였은즉 平生(평생)에 그를 버리지 못하리라
    
30. ^ㅍ사람이 그 아비의 後室(후실)을 取(취)하여 ^ㅎ아비의 下體(하체)를 드러내지 말지니라
    

26. Y á la moza no harás nada; no tiene la moza culpa de muerte: porque como cuando alguno se levanta contra su "prójimo," y le quita la "vida," así es esto:
    
27. Porque él la halló en el campo: dió voces la moza "desposada," y no hubo quien la valiese.
    
28. Cuando alguno hallare moza "virgen," que no fuere "desposada," y la "tomare," y se echare con "ella," y fueren hallados;
    
29. Entonces el hombre que se echó con ella dará al padre de la moza cincuenta piezas de "plata," y ella será su "mujer," por cuanto la humilló: no la podrá despedir en todos sus días.
    
30. No tomará alguno la mujer de su "padre," ni descubrirá el regazo de su padre.
    

26. Do nothing to the girl; she has committed no sin deserving death. This case is like that of someone who attacks and murders his neighbor,
    
27. for the man found the girl out in the country, and though the betrothed girl screamed, there was no one to rescue her.
    
28. If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered,
    
29. he shall pay the girl's father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the girl, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives.
    
30. A man is not to marry his father's wife; he must not dishonor his father's bed.
