신명기(Deuteronomio) 24장 [개역한글 : RV1909 : NIV]

1. 사람이 아내를 取(취)하여 데려온 後(후)에 羞恥(수치)되는 일이 그에게 있음을 發見(발견)하고 그를 기뻐하지 아니하거든 ^ㅋ離婚(리혼) 證書(증서)를 써서 그 손에 주고 그를 自己(자기) 집에서 내어보낼 것이요
   
2. 그 女子(녀자)는 그 집에서 나가서 다른 사람의 아내가 되려니와
   
3. 그 後夫(후부)도 그를 미워하여 離婚(리혼) 證書(증서)를 써서 그 손에 주고 그를 自己(자기) 집에서 내어 보내었거나 或時(혹시) 그를 아내로 取(취)한 後夫(후부)가 죽었다 하자
   
4. 그 女子(녀자)가 이미 몸을 더럽혔은즉 그를 내어 보낸 ^ㅌ全部(전부)가 그를 다시 아내로 取(취)하지 말지니 이 일은 여호와 앞에 可憎(가증)한 것이라 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 基業(기업)으로 주시는 땅으로 너는 犯罪(범죄)케 하지 말지니라
   
5. ^ㅍ사람이 새로이 아내를 取(취)하였거든 그를 軍隊(군대)로 내어 보내지 말 것이요 무슨 職務(직무)든지 그에게 맡기지 말 것이며 그는 一年(일년) 동안 집에 閑暇(한가)히 居(거)하여 ^ㅎ그 取(취)한 아내를 즐겁게 할지니라
   

1. CUANDO alguno tomare mujer y se casare con "ella," si no le agradare por haber hallado en ella alguna cosa "torpe," le escribirá carta de "repudio," y se la entregará en su "mano," y despedirála de su casa.
   
2. Y salida de su "casa," podrá ir y casarse con otro hombre.
   
3. Y si la aborreciere aqueste "último," y le escribiere carta de "repudio," y se la entregare en su "mano," y la despidiere de su casa; ó si muriere el postrer hombre que la tomó para sí por "mujer,"
   
4. No podrá su primer "marido," que la "despidió," volverla á tomar para que sea su "mujer," después que fué amancillada; porque es abominación delante de "Jehová," y no has de pervertir la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad.
   
5. Cuando tomare alguno mujer "nueva," no saldrá á la "guerra," ni en ninguna cosa se le ocupará; libre estará en su casa por un "año," para alegrar á su mujer que tomó.
   

1. If a man marries a woman who becomes displeasing to him because he finds something indecent about her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house,
   
2. and if after she leaves his house she becomes the wife of another man,
   
3. and her second husband dislikes her and writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house, or if he dies,
   
4. then her first husband, who divorced her, is not allowed to marry her again after she has been defiled. That would be detestable in the eyes of the LORD. Do not bring sin upon the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.
   
5. If a man has recently married, he must not be sent to war or have any other duty laid on him. For one year he is to be free to stay at home and bring happiness to the wife he has married.
   

6. 사람이 맷돌의 全部(전부)나 그 윗짝만이나 典執(전집)하지 말지니 이는 그 生命(생명)을 典執(전집)함이니라
   
7. ^ㅏ사람이 自己(자기) 兄弟(형제) 곧 이스라엘 子孫(자손) 中(중) 한 사람을 후려다가 그를 ^ㅑ부리거나 판 것이 發見(발견)되거든 그 후린 者(자)를 죽일지니 ^ㅓ이같이 하여 너의 中(중)에 惡(악)을 제할지니라
   
8. 너는 ^ㅕ문둥病(병)에 對(대)하여 삼가서 레위 사람 祭司長(제사장)들이 너희에게 가르치는 대로 네가 힘써 다 行(행)하되 곧 네가 그들에게 命(명)한 대로 너희는 注意(주의)하여 行(행)하라
   
9. 너희가 ^ㅗ애굽에서 나오는 길에서 네 하나님 여호와께서 ^ㅛ미리암에게 行(행)하신 일을 記憶(기억)할지니라
   
10. 무릇 네 이웃에게 꾸어줄 때에 네가 그 집에 들어가서 典執物(전집물)을 取(취)하지 말고
    

6. No tomarás en prenda la muela de "molino," ni la de abajo ni la de arriba: porque sería prendar la vida.
   
7. Cuando fuere hallado alguno que haya hurtado persona de sus hermanos los hijos de "Israel," y hubiere mercadeado con "ella," ó la hubiere "vendido," el tal ladrón "morirá," y quitarás el mal de en medio de ti.
   
8. Guárdate de llaga de "lepra," observando "diligentemente," y haciendo según todo lo que os enseñaren los sacerdotes Levitas: cuidaréis de hacer como les he mandado.
   
9. Acuérdate de lo que hizo Jehová tu Dios á María en el "camino," después que salisteis de Egipto.
   
10. Cuando dieres á tu prójimo alguna cosa "emprestada," no entrarás en su casa para tomarle prenda:
    

6. Do not take a pair of millstones--not even the upper one--as security for a debt, because that would be taking a man's livelihood as security.
   
7. If a man is caught kidnapping one of his brother Israelites and treats him as a slave or sells him, the kidnapper must die. You must purge the evil from among you.
   
8. In cases of leprous diseases be very careful to do exactly as the priests, who are Levites, instruct you. You must follow carefully what I have commanded them.
   
9. Remember what the LORD your God did to Miriam along the way after you came out of Egypt.
   
10. When you make a loan of any kind to your neighbor, do not go into his house to get what he is offering as a pledge.
    

11. 너는 밖에 섰고 네게 꾸는 者(자)가 典執物(전집물)을 가지고 나와서 네게 줄 것이며
    
12. 그가 가난한 者(자)여든 너는 그의 典執物(전집물)을 가지고 자지 말고
    
13. ^ㅜ해질 때에 典執物(전집물)을 반드시 그에게 돌릴 것이라 그리하면 그가 그 옷을 입고 자며 ^ㅠ너를 爲(위)하여 祝福(축복)하리니 ^으그 일이 네 하나님 여호와 앞에서 네 義(의)로움이 되리라
    
14. 困窮(곤궁)하고 貧寒(빈한)한 품군은 너의 兄弟(형제)든지 네 땅 城門(성문)안에 寓居(우거)하는 客(객)이든지 그를 ^이虐待(학대)하지 말며
    
15. ^ㅐ그 품삯을 當日(당일)에 주고 해진 後(후)까지 끌지 말라 이는 그가 貧窮(빈궁)하므로 마음에 품삯을 思慕(사모)함이라 두렵건대 ^ㄱ그가 너를 여호와께 呼訴(호소)하면 罪(죄)가 네게로 돌아갈까 하노라
    

11. Fuera "estarás," y el hombre á quien "prestaste," te sacará afuera la prenda.
    
12. Y si fuere hombre "pobre," no duermas con su prenda:
    
13. Precisamente le devolverás la prenda cuando el sol se "ponga," para que duerma en su "ropa," y te bendiga: y te será justicia delante de Jehová tu Dios.
    
14. No hagas agravio al jornalero pobre y "menesteroso," así de tus hermanos como de tus extranjeros que están en tu tierra en tus ciudades:
    
15. En su día le darás su "jornal," y no se pondrá el sol sin dárselo: pues es "pobre," y con él sustenta su vida: porque no clame contra ti á "Jehová," y sea en ti pecado.
    

11. Stay outside and let the man to whom you are making the loan bring the pledge out to you.
    
12. If the man is poor, do not go to sleep with his pledge in your possession.
    
13. Return his cloak to him by sunset so that he may sleep in it. Then he will thank you, and it will be regarded as a righteous act in the sight of the LORD your God.
    
14. Do not take advantage of a hired man who is poor and needy, whether he is a brother Israelite or an alien living in one of your towns.
    
15. Pay him his wages each day before sunset, because he is poor and is counting on it. Otherwise he may cry to the LORD against you, and you will be guilty of sin.
    

16. ^ㄴ아비는 그 子息(자식)들을 因(인)하여 죽임을 當(당)치 않을 것이요 子息(자식)들은 그 아비를 因(인)하여 죽임을 當(당)치 않을 것이라 各(각) 사람은 自己(자기) 罪(죄)에 죽임을 當(당)할 것이니라
    
17. ^ㄷ너는 客(객)이나 孤兒(고아)의 訟事(송사)를 抑鬱(억울)하게 말며 ^ㄹ寡婦(과부)의 옷을 典執(전집)하지말라
    
18. ^ㅁ너는 애굽에서 종이 되었던 일과 네 하나님 여호와께서 너를 거기서 贖良(속량)하신 것을 記憶(기억)하라 이러므로 내가 네게 이 일을 行(행)하라 命(명)하노라
    
19. ^ㅂ네가 밭에서 穀食(곡식)을 벨 때에 그 한 뭇을 밭에 잊어버렸거든 다시 가서 取(취)하지 말고 客(객)과 孤兒(고아)와 寡婦(과부)를 爲(위)하여 버려두라 ^ㅅ그리하면 네 하나님 여호와께서 네 손으로 하는 凡事(범사)에 福(복)을 내리시리라
    
20. 네가 네 橄欖(감람)나무를 떤 後(후)에 그 가지를 다시 살피지 말고 그 남은 것은 客(객)과 孤兒(고아)와 寡婦(과부)를 爲(위)하여 버려두며
    

16. Los padres no morirán por los "hijos," ni los hijos por los padres; cada uno morirá por su pecado.
    
17. No torcerás el derecho del peregrino y del huérfano; ni tomarás por prenda la ropa de la viuda:
    
18. Mas acuérdate que fuiste siervo en "Egipto," y de allí te rescató Jehová tu Dios: por "tanto," yo te mando que hagas esto.
    
19. Cuando segares tu mies en tu "campo," y olvidares alguna gavilla en el "campo," no volverás a tomarla: para el "extranjero," para el "huérfano," y para la viuda será; porque te bendiga Jehová tu Dios en toda obra de tus manos.
    
20. Cuando sacudieres tus "olivas," no recorrerás las ramas tras ti: para el "extranjero," para el "huérfano," y para la viuda será.
    

16. Fathers shall not be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their fathers; each is to die for his own sin.
    
17. Do not deprive the alien or the fatherless of justice, or take the cloak of the widow as a pledge.
    
18. Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and the LORD your God redeemed you from there. That is why I command you to do this.
    
19. When you are harvesting in your field and you overlook a sheaf, do not go back to get it. Leave it for the alien, the fatherless and the widow, so that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.
    
20. When you beat the olives from your trees, do not go over the branches a second time. Leave what remains for the alien, the fatherless and the widow.
    

21. 네가 네 葡萄園(포도원)의 葡萄(포도)를 딴 後(후)에 그 남은 것을 다시 따지 말고 客(객)과 孤兒(고아)와 寡婦(과부)를 爲(위)하여 버려두라
    
22. 너는 애굽 땅에서 종 되었던 것을 記憶(기억)하라 이러므로 내가 네게 이 일을 行(행)하라 命(명)하노라
    

21. Cuando vendimiares tu "viña," no rebuscarás tras ti: para el "extranjero," para el "huérfano," y para la viuda será.
    
22. Y acuérdate que fuiste siervo en tierra de Egipto: por "tanto," yo te mando que hagas esto.
    

21. When you harvest the grapes in your vineyard, do not go over the vines again. Leave what remains for the alien, the fatherless and the widow.
    
22. Remember that you were slaves in Egypt. That is why I command you to do this.
