요나(Jonas) 4장 [개역한글 : LSG1910 : NIV]

1. 요나가 甚(심)히 싫어하고 ^ㄹ怒(노)하여
   
2. 여호와께 祈禱(기도)하여 가로되 여호와여 내가 故國(고국)에 있을 때에 이러하겠다고 말씀하지 아니하였나이까 ^ㅁ그러므로 내가 빨리 다시스로 逃亡(도망)하였사오니 ^ㅂ主(주)께서는 恩惠(은혜)로우시며, 慈悲(자비)로우시며, 怒(노)하기를 더디하시며, 仁愛(인애)가 크시사 뜻을 돌이켜 災殃(재앙)을 내리지 아니하시는 하나님이신 줄을 내가 알았음이니이다
   
3. ^ㅅ여호와여 願(원)컨대 이제 내 生命(생명)을 取(취)하소서 ^ㅇ사는 것보다 죽는 것이 내게 나음이니이다
   
4. 여호와께서 이르시되 ^ㅈ너의 성냄이 어찌 合當(합당)하냐 하시니라
   
5. 요나가 城(성)에서 나가서 그 城(성) 東便(동편)에 앉되 거기서 ^ㅊ自己(자기)를 爲(위)하여 草幕(초막)을 짓고 그 그늘 아래 앉아서 城邑(성읍)이 어떻게 되는 것을 보려하니라
   

1. Cela déplut fort à Jonas, et il fut irrité.
   
2. Il implora l'Éternel, et il dit: Ah! Éternel, n'est-ce pas ce que je disais quand j'étais encore dans mon pays? C'est ce que je voulais prévenir en fuyant à Tarsis. Car je savais que tu es un Dieu compatissant et miséricordieux, lent à la colère et riche en bonté, et qui te repens du mal.
   
3. Maintenant, Éternel, prends-moi donc la vie, car la mort m'est préférable à la vie.
   
4. L'Éternel répondit: Fais-tu bien de t'irriter?
   
5. Et Jonas sortit de la ville, et s'assit à l'orient de la ville, Là il se fit une cabane, et s'y tint à l'ombre, jusqu'à ce qu'il vît ce qui arriverait dans la ville.
   

1. But Jonah was greatly displeased and became angry.
   
2. He prayed to the LORD, "O LORD, is this not what I said when I was still at home? That is why I was so quick to flee to Tarshish. I knew that you are a gracious and compassionate God, slow to anger and abounding in love, a God who relents from sending calamity.
   
3. Now, O LORD, take away my life, for it is better for me to die than to live."
   
4. But the LORD replied, "Have you any right to be angry?"
   
5. Jonah went out and sat down at a place east of the city. There he made himself a shelter, sat in its shade and waited to see what would happen to the city.
   

6. 하나님 여호와께서 박 넝쿨을 準備(준비)하사 요나 위에 가리우게 하셨으니 이는 그 머리를 爲(위)하여 그늘이 지게 하며 그 괴로움을 免(면)케하려 하심이었더라 요나가 박 넝쿨을 因(인)하여 甚(심)히 기뻐하였더니
   
7. 하나님이 벌레를 準備(준비)하사 이튿날 새벽에 그 박 넝쿨을 씹게 하시매 곧 시드니라
   
8. 해가 뜰 때에 하나님이 ^ㅋ뜨거운 東風(동풍)을 準備(준비)하셨고 ^ㅌ해는 요나의 머리에 쬐매 요나가 ^ㅍ昏困(혼곤)하여 스스로 죽기를 求(구)하여 가로되 사는 것보다 죽는 것이 내게 나으니이다
   
9. 하나님이 요나에게 이르시되 ^ㅎ네가 이 박 넝쿨로 因(인)하여 성냄이 어찌 合當(합당)하냐 그가 對答(대답)하되 내가 성내어 죽기까지 할지라도 合當(합당)하니이다
   
10. 여호와께서 가라사대 네가 受苦(수고)도 아니하였고 培養(배양)도 아니하였고 하룻밤에 났다가 하룻밤에 亡(망)한 이 박 넝쿨을 네가 아꼈거든
    

6. L'Éternel Dieu fit croître un ricin, qui s'éleva au-dessus de Jonas, pour donner de l'ombre sur sa tête et pour lui ôter son irritation. Jonas éprouva une grande joie à cause de ce ricin.
   
7. Mais le lendemain, à l'aurore, Dieu fit venir un ver qui piqua le ricin, et le ricin sécha.
   
8. Au lever du soleil, Dieu fit souffler un vent chaud d'orient, et le soleil frappa la tête de Jonas, au point qu'il tomba en défaillance. Il demanda la mort, et dit: La mort m'est préférable à la vie.
   
9. Dieu dit à Jonas: Fais-tu bien de t'irriter à cause du ricin? Il répondit: Je fais bien de m'irriter jusqu'à la mort.
   
10. Et l'Éternel dit: Tu as pitié du ricin qui ne t'a coûté aucune peine et que tu n'as pas fait croître, qui est né dans une nuit et qui a péri dans une nuit.
    

6. Then the LORD God provided a vine and made it grow up over Jonah to give shade for his head to ease his discomfort, and Jonah was very happy about the vine.
   
7. But at dawn the next day God provided a worm, which chewed the vine so that it withered.
   
8. When the sun rose, God provided a scorching east wind, and the sun blazed on Jonah's head so that he grew faint. He wanted to die, and said, "It would be better for me to die than to live."
   
9. But God said to Jonah, "Do you have a right to be angry about the vine?" "I do," he said. "I am angry enough to die."
   
10. But the LORD said, "You have been concerned about this vine, though you did not tend it or make it grow. It sprang up overnight and died overnight.
    

11. 하물며 이 큰 城邑(성읍) ^ㅏ니느웨에는 左右(좌우)를 分辨(분변)치 못하는 者(자)가 十(십) 二萬(이만) 餘名(여명)이요 ^ㅑ六畜(육축)도 많이 있나니 내가 아끼는 것이 어찌 合當(합당)치 아니하냐
    

11. Et moi, je n'aurais pas pitié de Ninive, la grande ville, dans laquelle se trouvent plus de cent vingt mille hommes qui ne savent pas distinguer leur droite de leur gauche, et des animaux en grand nombre!
    

11. But Nineveh has more than a hundred and twenty thousand people who cannot tell their right hand from their left, and many cattle as well. Should I not be concerned about that great city?"
