사무엘상(1 Samuel) 5장 [개역한글 : RV1909 : NIV]

1. 블레셋 사람이 하나님의 櫃(궤)를 빼앗아 가지고 ^ㅜ에벤에셀에서부터 ^ㅠ아스돗에 이르니라
   
2. 블레셋 사람이 하나님의 櫃(궤)를 가지고 다곤의 堂(당)에 들어가서 ^으다곤의 곁에 두었더니
   
3. 아스돗 사람이 이튿날 일찌기 일어나 본즉 ^이다곤이 여호와의 櫃(궤) 앞에서 엎드러져 그 얼굴이 땅에 닿았는지라 그들이 다곤을 일으켜 다시 그 자리에 세웠더니
   
4. 그 이튿날 아침에 그들이 일찌기 일어나 본즉 다곤이 여호와의 櫃(궤) 앞에서 엎드러져 얼굴이 땅에 닿았고 ^ㅐ그 머리와 두 손목은 끊어져 門(문)지방에 있고 다곤의 몸둥이만 남았더라
   
5. 그러므로 다곤의 祭司長(제사장)들이나 다곤의 堂(당)에 들어가는 者(자)는 ^ㄱ오늘까지 아스돗에 있는 다곤의 門(문)지방을 밟지 아니하더라
   

1. Y LOS "Filisteos," tomada el arca de "Dios," trajéronla desde Eben-ezer á Asdod.
   
2. Y tomaron los Filisteos el arca de "Dios," y metiéronla en la casa de "Dagón," y pusiéronla junto á Dagón.
   
3. Y el siguiente día los de Asdod se levantaron de "mañana," y he aquí Dagón postrado en tierra delante del arca de Jehová: y tomaron á "Dagón," y volviéronlo á su lugar.
   
4. Y tornándose á levantar de mañana el siguiente "día," he aquí que Dagón había caído postrado en tierra delante del arca de Jehová; y la cabeza de "Dagón," y las dos palmas de sus manos estaban cortadas sobre el "umbral," habiéndole quedado á Dagón el tronco solamente.
   
5. Por esta causa los sacerdotes de "Dagón," y todos los que en el templo de Dagón "entran," no pisan el umbral de Dagón en "Asdod," hasta hoy.
   

1. After the Philistines had captured the ark of God, they took it from Ebenezer to Ashdod.
   
2. Then they carried the ark into Dagon's temple and set it beside Dagon.
   
3. When the people of Ashdod rose early the next day, there was Dagon, fallen on his face on the ground before the ark of the LORD! They took Dagon and put him back in his place.
   
4. But the following morning when they rose, there was Dagon, fallen on his face on the ground before the ark of the LORD! His head and hands had been broken off and were lying on the threshold; only his body remained.
   
5. That is why to this day neither the priests of Dagon nor any others who enter Dagon's temple at Ashdod step on the threshold.
   

6. ^ㄴ여호와의 손이 아스돗 사람에게 嚴重(엄중)히 더하사 ^ㄷ毒種(독종)의 災殃(재앙)으로 아스돗과 그 地境(지경)을 쳐서 亡(망)하게 하니
   
7. 아스돗 사람들이 이를 보고 가로되 이스라엘 神(신)의 櫃(궤)를 우리와 함께 있게 못할지라 그 손이 우리와 우리 神(신) 다곤을 친다 하고
   
8. 이에 보내어 ^ㄹ블레셋 사람의 모든 方伯(방백)을 모으고 가로되 우리가 이스라엘 神(신)의 櫃(궤)를 어찌할꼬 그들이 對答(대답)하되 이스라엘 神(신)의 櫃(궤)를 가드로 옮겨 가라 하므로 이스라엘 神(신)의 櫃(궤)를 옮겨 갔더니
   
9. 그것을 옮겨간 後(후)에 ^ㅁ여호와의 손이 甚(심)히 큰 患難(환난)을 그 城(성)에 더하사 城邑(성읍) 사람의 작은 者(자)와 큰 者(자)를 다 쳐서 毒種(독종)이 나게 하신지라
   
10. 이에 그들이 하나님의 櫃(궤)를 에그론으로 보내니라 하나님의 櫃(궤)가 에그론에 이른즉 에그론 사람이 부르짖어 가로되 그들이 이스라엘 神(신)의 櫃(궤)를 우리에게로 가져다가 우리와 우리 百姓(백성)을 죽이려 한다 하고
    

6. Empero agravóse la mano de Jehová sobre los de "Asdod," y "destruyólos," é hiriólos con hemorroides en Asdod y en todos sus términos.
   
7. Y viendo esto los de "Asdod," dijeron: No quede con nosotros el arca del Dios de "Israel," porque su mano es dura sobre "nosotros," y sobre nuestro dios Dagón.
   
8. Enviaron pues á juntar á sí todos los príncipes de los "Filisteos," y dijeron: ¿Qué haremos del arca del Dios de Israel? Y ellos respondieron: Pásese el arca del Dios de Israel á Gath. Y pasaron allá el arca del Dios de Israel.
   
9. Y aconteció que como la hubieron "pasado," la mano de Jehová fué contra la ciudad con grande quebrantamiento; é hirió los hombres de aquella ciudad desde el chico hasta el "grande," que se llenaron de hemorroides.
   
10. Entonces enviaron el arca de Dios á Ecrón. Y como el arca de Dios vino á "Ecrón," los Ecronitas dieron voces diciendo: Han pasado á mí el arca del Dios de Israel por matarme á mí y á mi pueblo.
    

6. The LORD'S hand was heavy upon the people of Ashdod and its vicinity; he brought devastation upon them and afflicted them with tumors.
   
7. When the men of Ashdod saw what was happening, they said, "The ark of the god of Israel must not stay here with us, because his hand is heavy upon us and upon Dagon our god."
   
8. So they called together all the rulers of the Philistines and asked them, "What shall we do with the ark of the god of Israel?" They answered, "Have the ark of the god of Israel moved to Gath." So they moved the ark of the God of Israel.
   
9. But after they had moved it, the LORD'S hand was against that city, throwing it into a great panic. He afflicted the people of the city, both young and old, with an outbreak of tumors.
   
10. So they sent the ark of God to Ekron. As the ark of God was entering Ekron, the people of Ekron cried out, "They have brought the ark of the god of Israel around to us to kill us and our people."
    

11. 이에 보내어 블레셋 모든 方伯(방백)을 모으고 가로되 이스라엘 神(신)의 櫃(궤)를 보내어 本處(본처)로 돌아가게 하고 우리와 우리 百姓(백성) 죽임을 免(면)케 하자 하니 이는 온 城(성)이 死亡(사망)의 患難(환난)을 當(당)함이라 거기서 하나님의 손이 嚴重(엄중)하시므로
    
12. 죽지 아니한 사람들은 毒種(독종)으로 치심을 받아 城邑(성읍)의 부르짖음이 하늘에 사무쳤더라
    

11. Y enviaron á juntar todos los príncipes de los "Filisteos," diciendo: Despachad el arca del Dios de "Israel," y tórnese á su "lugar," y no mate á mí ni á mi pueblo: porque había quebrantamiento de muerte en toda la "ciudad," y la mano de Dios se había allí agravado.
    
12. Y los que no "morían," eran heridos de hemorroides; y el clamor de la ciudad subía al cielo.
    

11. So they called together all the rulers of the Philistines and said, "Send the ark of the god of Israel away; let it go back to its own place, or it will kill us and our people." For death had filled the city with panic; God's hand was very heavy upon it.
    
12. Those who did not die were afflicted with tumors, and the outcry of the city went up to heaven.
