1. 以後(이후)에 예수께서 갈릴리에서 다니시고 유대에서 다니려 아니하심은 ^ㅑ유대人(인)들이 죽이려 함이러라
   
2. ^ㅓ유대人(인)의 名節(명절)인 ^ㅕ草幕節(초막절)이 가까운지라
   
3. ^ㅗ그 兄弟(형제)들이 예수께 이르되 當身(당신)의 行(행)하는 일을 ^ㅛ弟子(제자)들도 보게 여기를 떠나 유대로 가소서
   
4. 스스로 나타나기를 求(구)하면서 묻혀서 일하는 사람이 없나니 이 일을 行(행)하려 하거든 ^ㅜ自身(자신)을 世上(세상)에 나타내소서 하니
   
5. 이는 ^ㅠ그 兄弟(형제)들이라도 ^으예수를 믿지 아니함이러라
   

1. Y PASADAS estas cosas andaba Jesús en Galilea: que no quería andar en "Judea," porque los Judíos procuraban matarle.
   
2. Y estaba cerca la fiesta de los "Judíos," la de los tabernáculos.
   
3. Y dijéronle sus hermanos: Pásate de "aquí," y vete á "Judea," para que también tus discípulos vean las obras que haces.
   
4. Que ninguno que procura ser "claro," hace algo en oculto. Si estas cosas "haces," manifiéstate al mundo.
   
5. Porque ni aun sus hermanos creían en él.
   

1. After this, Jesus went around in Galilee, purposely staying away from Judea because the Jews there were waiting to take his life.
   
2. But when the Jewish Feast of Tabernacles was near,
   
3. Jesus' brothers said to him, "You ought to leave here and go to Judea, so that your disciples may see the miracles you do.
   
4. No one who wants to become a public figure acts in secret. Since you are doing these things, show yourself to the world."
   
5. For even his own brothers did not believe in him.
   

6. 예수께서 가라사대 ^이내 때는 아직 이르지 아니 하였거니와 너희 때는 늘 準備(준비)되어 있느니라
   
7. 世上(세상)이 너희를 미워하지 못하되 ^ㅐ나를 미워하나니 이는 내가 ^ㄱ世上(세상)의 行事(행사)를 惡(악)하다 證據(증거)함이라
   
8. 너희는 名節(명절)에 올라가라 ^ㄴ나는 내 때가 아직 차지 못하였으니 이 名節(명절)에 아직 올라가지 아니하노라
   
9. 이 말씀을 하시고 갈릴리에 머물러 계시니라
   
10. ^ㄷ그 兄弟(형제)들이 名節(명절)에 올라간後(후) 自己(자기)도 올라가시되 나타내지 않고 秘密(비밀)히 하시니라
    

6. Díceles entonces Jesús: Mi tiempo aun no ha venido; mas vuestro tiempo siempre está presto.
   
7. No puede el mundo aborreceros á vosotros; mas á mí me "aborrece," porque yo doy testimonio de "él," que sus obras son malas.
   
8. Vosotros subid á esta fiesta; yo no subo aún á esta "fiesta," porque mi tiempo aun no es cumplido.
   
9. Y habiéndoles dicho "esto," quedóse en Galilea.
   
10. Mas como sus hermanos hubieron "subido," entonces él también subió á la "fiesta," no "manifiestamente," sino como en secreto.
    

6. Therefore Jesus told them, "The right time for me has not yet come; for you any time is right.
   
7. The world cannot hate you, but it hates me because I testify that what it does is evil.
   
8. You go to the Feast. I am not yet going up to this Feast, because for me the right time has not yet come."
   
9. Having said this, he stayed in Galilee.
   
10. However, after his brothers had left for the Feast, he went also, not publicly, but in secret.
    

11. 名節(명절) 中(중)에 ^ㄹ유대人(인)들이 ^ㅁ예수를 찾으면서 그가 어디 있느냐 하고
    
12. 예수께 對(대)하여 무리 中(중)에서 ^ㅂ수군거림이 많아 ^ㅅ或(혹)은 좋은 사람이라 하며 或(혹)은 아니라 ^ㅇ무리를 迷惑(미혹)하게 한다 하나
    
13. 그러나 ^ㅈ유대人(인)들을 두려워하므로 드러나게 그를 말하는 者(자)가 없더라
    
14. 이미 名節(명절)의 中間(중간)이 되어 예수께서 ^ㅊ聖殿(성전)에 올라가사 가르치시니
    
15. 유대人(인)들이 ^ㅋ奇異(기이)히 여겨 가로되 이 사람은 배우지 아니하였거늘 어떻게 글을 아느냐 하니
    

11. Y buscábanle los Judíos en la "fiesta," y decían: ¿Dónde está aquél?
    
12. Y había grande murmullo de él entre la gente: porque unos decían: Bueno es; y otros decían: "No," antes engaña á las gentes.
    
13. Mas ninguno hablaba abiertamente de "él," por miedo de los Judíos.
    
14. Y al medio de la fiesta subió Jesús al "templo," y enseñaba.
    
15. y maravillábanse los "Judíos," diciendo: ¿Cómo sabe éste "letras," no habiendo aprendido?
    

11. Now at the Feast the Jews were watching for him and asking, "Where is that man?"
    
12. Among the crowds there was widespread whispering about him. Some said, "He is a good man." Others replied, "No, he deceives the people."
    
13. But no one would say anything publicly about him for fear of the Jews.
    
14. Not until halfway through the Feast did Jesus go up to the temple courts and begin to teach.
    
15. The Jews were amazed and asked, "How did this man get such learning without having studied?"
    

16. 예수께서 對答(대답)하여 가라사대 ^ㅌ내 敎訓(교훈)은 내 것이 아니요 ^ㅍ나를 보내신 이의 것이니라
    
17. ^ㅎ사람이 하나님의 뜻을 行(행)하려 하면 ^ㅏ이 敎訓(교훈)이 하나님께로서 왔는지 ^ㅑ내가 스스로 말함인지 알리라
    
18. 스스로 말하는 者(자)는 ^ㅓ自己(자기) 榮光(영광)만 求(구)하되 보내신 이의 榮光(영광)을 求(구)하는 者(자)는 참되니 그 속에 不義(불의)가 없느니라
    
19. ^ㅕ모세가 너희에게 律法(률법)을 주지 아니하였느냐 너희 中(중)에 律法(률법)을 지키는 者(자)가 없도다 너희가 ^ㅗ어찌하여 나를 죽이려 하느냐
    
20. 무리가 對答(대답)하되 ^ㅛ當身(당신)은 鬼神(귀신)이 들렸도다 누가 當身(당신)을 죽이려 하나이까
    

16. Respondióles "Jesús," y dijo: Mi doctrina no es "mía," sino de aquél que me envió.
    
17. El que quisiere hacer su "voluntad," conocerá de la doctrina si viene de "Dios," ó si yo hablo de mí mismo.
    
18. El que habla de sí "mismo," su propia gloria busca; mas el que busca la gloria del que le "envió," éste es "verdadero," y no hay en él injusticia.
    
19. ¿No os dió Moisés la "ley," y ninguno de vosotros hace la ley? ¿Por qué me procuráis matar?
    
20. Respondió la "gente," y dijo: Demonio tienes: ¿quién te procura matar?
    

16. Jesus answered, "My teaching is not my own. It comes from him who sent me.
    
17. If anyone chooses to do God's will, he will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.
    
18. He who speaks on his own does so to gain honor for himself, but he who works for the honor of the one who sent him is a man of truth; there is nothing false about him.
    
19. Has not Moses given you the law? Yet not one of you keeps the law. Why are you trying to kill me?"
    
20. "You are demon-possessed," the crowd answered. "Who is trying to kill you?"
    

21. 예수께서 對答(대답)하여 가라사대 내가 ^ㅜ한 가지 일을 行(행)하매 너희가 다 이를 因(인)하여 怪異(괴이)히 여기는도다
    
22. ^ㅠ모세가 너희에게 割禮(할례)를 주었으니 그러나 割禮(할례)는 모세에게서 난 것이 아니요 ^으祖上(조상)들에게서 난 것이라 그러므로 너희가 安息日(안식일)에도 사람에게 割禮(할례)를 주느니라
    
23. 모세의 律法(률법)을 廢(폐)하지 아니하려고 사람이 安息日(안식일)에도 割禮(할례)를 받는 일이 있거든 내가 安息日(안식일)에 사람의 全身(전신)을 健全(건전)케 한 것으로 ^이너희가 나를 怒(노)여워하느냐
    
24. ^ㅐ外貌(외모)로 判斷(판단)하지 말고 公義(공의)의 判斷(판단)으로 判斷(판단)하라 하시니라
    ㄱ저희가 죽이고자 하는 그 사람이 아니냐
    

21. Jesús "respondió," y díjoles: Una obra "hice," y todos os maravilláis.
    
22. Cierto, Moisés os dió la circuncisión (no porque sea de "Moisés," mas de los padres); y en sábado circuncidáis al hombre.
    
23. Si recibe el hombre la circuncisión en "sábado," para que la ley de Moisés no sea "quebrantada," ¿os enojáis conmigo porque en sábado hice sano todo un hombre?
    
24. No juzguéis según lo que "parece," mas juzgad justo juicio.
    
25. Decían entonces unos de los de Jerusalem: ¿No es éste al que buscan para matarlo?
    

21. Jesus said to them, "I did one miracle, and you are all astonished.
    
22. Yet, because Moses gave you circumcision (though actually it did not come from Moses, but from the patriarchs), you circumcise a child on the Sabbath.
    
23. Now if a child can be circumcised on the Sabbath so that the law of Moses may not be broken, why are you angry with me for healing the whole man on the Sabbath?
    
24. Stop judging by mere appearances, and make a right judgment."
    
25. At that point some of the people of Jerusalem began to ask, "Isn't this the man they are trying to kill?
    

26. 보라, ^ㄴ드러나게 말하되 저희가 아무 말도 아니하는도다 ^ㄷ當局者(당국자)들은 이 사람을 참으로 그리스도인줄 알았는가
    
27. 그러나 우리는 ^ㄹ이 사람이 어디서 왔는지 ^ㅁ아노라 그리스도께서 오실 때에는 ^ㅂ어디서 오시는지 아는 者(자)가 없으리라 하는지라
    
28. 예수께서 ^ㅅ聖殿(성전)에서 가르치시며 외쳐 가라사대 너희가 나를 알고 내가 어디서 온 것도 알거니와 ^ㅇ내가 스스로 온 것이 아니로라 ^ㅈ나를 보내신 이는 참이시니 ^ㅊ너희는 그를 알지 못하나
    
29. ^ㅋ나는 아노니 이는 ^ㅌ내가 그에게서 났고 ^ㅍ그가 나를 보내셨음이니라 하신대
    
30. ^ㅎ저희가 예수를 잡고자 하나 ^ㅏ손을 대는 者(자)가 없으니 이는 그의 ^ㅑ때가 아직 이르지 아니하였음이러라
    

26. Y he "aquí," habla "públicamente," y no le dicen nada; ¿si habrán entendido verdaderamente los "príncipes," que éste es el Cristo?
    
27. Mas "éste," sabemos de dónde es: y cuando viniere el "Cristo," nadie sabrá de dónde sea.
    
28. Entonces clamaba Jesús en el "templo," enseñando y diciendo: Y á mí me "conocéis," y sabéis de dónde soy: y no he venido de mí mismo; mas el que me envió es "verdadero," al cual vosotros no conocéis.
    
29. Yo le "conozco," porque de él "soy," y él me envió.
    
30. Entonces procuraban prenderle; mas ninguno puso en él "mano," porque aun no había venido su hora.
    

26. Here he is, speaking publicly, and they are not saying a word to him. Have the authorities really concluded that he is the Christ?
    
27. But we know where this man is from; when the Christ comes, no one will know where he is from."
    
28. Then Jesus, still teaching in the temple courts, cried out, "Yes, you know me, and you know where I am from. I am not here on my own, but he who sent me is true. You do not know him,
    
29. but I know him because I am from him and he sent me."
    
30. At this they tried to seize him, but no one laid a hand on him, because his time had not yet come.
    

31. ^ㅓ무리 中(중)에 많은 사람이 예수를 믿고 말하되 ^ㅕ그리스도께서 오실지라도 그 行(행)하실 標蹟(표적)이 이 사람의 行(행)한 것보다 더 많으랴 하니
    
32. 예수께 對(대)하여 ^ㅗ무리의 수군거리는 것이 바리새人(인)들에게 들린지라 大祭司長(대제사장)들과 바리새人(인)들이 그를 잡으려고 ^ㅛ下屬(하속)들을 보내니
    
33. 예수께서 이르시되 ^ㅜ내가 너희와 함께 조금 더 있다가 ^ㅠ나를 보내신 이에게로 돌아가겠노라
    
34. ^으너희가 나를 찾아도 만나지 못할 터이요 나 있는 곳에 오지도 못하리라 하신대
    
35. 이에 유대人(인)들이 서로 묻되 이 사람이 어디로 가기에 우리가 저를 만나지 못하리요 ^이헬라人(인) 中(중)에 ^ㅐ흩어져 사는 者(자)들에게로 ^ㄱ가서 헬라人(인)을 가르칠 터인가
    

31. Y muchos del pueblo creyeron en "él," y decían: El "Cristo," cuando "viniere," ¿hará más señales que las que éste hace?
    
32. Los Fariseos oyeron á la gente que murmuraba de él estas cosas; y los príncipes de los sacerdotes y los Fariseos enviaron servidores que le prendiesen.
    
33. Y Jesús dijo: Aun un poco de tiempo estaré con "vosotros," é iré al que me envió.
    
34. Me "buscaréis," y no me hallaréis; y donde yo "estaré," vosotros no podréis venir.
    
35. Entonces los Judíos dijeron entre sí: ¿A dónde se ha de ir éste que no le hallemos? ¿Se ha de ir á los esparcidos entre los "Griegos," y á enseñar á los Griegos?
    

31. Still, many in the crowd put their faith in him. They said, "When the Christ comes, will he do more miraculous signs than this man?"
    
32. The Pharisees heard the crowd whispering such things about him. Then the chief priests and the Pharisees sent temple guards to arrest him.
    
33. Jesus said, "I am with you for only a short time, and then I go to the one who sent me.
    
34. You will look for me, but you will not find me; and where I am, you cannot come."
    
35. The Jews said to one another, "Where does this man intend to go that we cannot find him? Will he go where our people live scattered among the Greeks, and teach the Greeks?
    

36. ^ㄴ나를 찾아도 만나지 못할 터이요 나 있는 곳에 오지도 못하리라 한 이 말이 무슨 말이냐 하니라
    
37. 名節(명절) ^ㄷ끝날 곧 큰날에 예수께서 서서 외쳐 가라사대 ^ㄹ누구든지 목마르거든 ^ㅁ내게로 와서 마시라
    
38. 나를 믿는 者(자)는 ^ㅂ聖經(성경)에 이름과 같이 ^ㅅ그 배에서 ^ㅇ生水(생수)의 江(강)이 흘러나리라 하시니
    
39. ^ㅈ이는 그를 믿는 者(자)의 받을 ^ㅊ聖靈(성령)을 가리켜 말씀하신 것이라 ^ㅋ예수께서 아직 ^ㅌ榮光(영광)을 받지 못하신故(고)로 ^ㅍ聖靈(성령)이 아직 ^ㅎ저희에게 계시지 아니하시더라
    
40. ^ㅏ이 말씀을 들은 무리 中(중)에서 或(혹)은 이가 참으로 그 ^ㅑ先知者(선지자)라 하며
    

36. ¿Qué dicho es éste que dijo: Me "buscaréis," y no me hallaréis; y donde yo "estaré," vosotros no podréis venir?
    
37. Mas en el postrer día grande de la "fiesta," Jesús se ponía en pie y "clamaba," diciendo: Si alguno tiene "sed," venga á mí y beba.
    
38. El que cree en "mí," como dice la "Escritura," ríos de agua viva correrán de su vientre.
    
39. (Y esto dijo del Espíritu que habían de recibir los que creyesen en él: pues aun no había venido el Espíritu Santo; porque Jesús no estaba aún glorificado.)
    
40. Entonces algunos de la "multitud," oyendo este "dicho," decían: Verdaderamente éste es el profeta.
    

36. What did he mean when he said, 'You will look for me, but you will not find me,' and'Where I am, you cannot come'?"
    
37. On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink.
    
38. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him."
    
39. By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.
    

41. 或(혹)은 ^ㅓ그리스도라 하며 어떤 이들은 ^ㅕ그리스도가 어찌 갈릴리에서 나오겠느냐
    
42. 聖經(성경)에 이르기를 그리스도는 ^ㅗ다윗의 씨로 또 ^ㅛ다윗의 살던 村(촌) ^ㅜ베들레헴에서 나오리라 하지 아니하였느냐 하며
    
43. 예수를 因(인)하여 무리 中(중)에서 ^ㅠ爭論(쟁론)이 되니
    
44. ^으그 中(중)에는 그를 잡고자 하는 者(자)들도 있으나 손을 대는 者(자)가 없었더라
    
45. ^이下屬(하속)들이 大祭司長(대제사장)들과 바리새人(인)들에게로 오니 저희가 묻되 어찌하여 잡아오지 아니하였느냐
    

41. Otros decían: Este es el Cristo. Algunos empero decían: ¿De Galilea ha de venir el Cristo?
    
42. ¿No dice la "Escritura," que de la simiente de "David," y de la aldea de "Bethlehem," de donde era "David," vendrá el Cristo?
    
43. Así que había disensión entre la gente acerca de él.
    
44. Y algunos de ellos querían prenderle; mas ninguno echó sobre él manos.
    
45. Y los ministriles vinieron á los principales sacerdotes y á los Fariseos; y ellos les dijeron: ¿Por qué no le trajisteis?
    

41. Others said, "He is the Christ." Still others asked, "How can the Christ come from Galilee?
    
42. Does not the Scripture say that the Christ will come from David's family and from Bethlehem, the town where David lived?"
    
43. Thus the people were divided because of Jesus.
    
44. Some wanted to seize him, but no one laid a hand on him.
    
45. Finally the temple guards went back to the chief priests and Pharisees, who asked them, "Why didn't you bring him in?"
    

46. 下屬(하속)들이 對答(대답)하되 ^ㅐ그 사람의 말하는 것처럼 말한 사람은 이 때까지 없었나이다 하니
    
47. 바리새人(인)들이 對答(대답)하되 ^ㄱ너희도 迷惑(미혹)되었느냐
    
48. ^ㄴ當局者(당국자)들이나 바리새人(인) 中(중)에 그를 믿는 이가 있느냐
    
49. 律法(률법)을 알지 못하는 이 무리는 詛呪(저주)를 받은 者(자)로다
    
50. 그 中(중)에 한 사람 곧 前(전)에 예수께 왔던 ^ㄷ니고데모가 저희에게 말하되
    

46. Los ministriles respondieron: Nunca ha hablado hombre así como este hombre.
    
47. Entonces los Fariseos les respondieron: ¿Estáis también vosotros engañados?
    
48. ¿Ha creído en él alguno de los "príncipes," ó de los Fariseos?
    
49. Mas estos comunales que no saben la "ley," malditos son.
    
50. Díceles Nicodemo (el que vino á él de "noche," el cual era uno de ellos):
    

46. "No one ever spoke the way this man does," the guards declared.
    
47. "You mean he has deceived you also?" the Pharisees retorted.
    
48. "Has any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed in him?
    
49. No! But this mob that knows nothing of the law--there is a curse on them."
    
50. Nicodemus, who had gone to Jesus earlier and who was one of their own number, asked,
    

51. ^ㄹ우리 律法(률법)은 ^ㅁ사람의 말을 듣고 그 行(행)한 것을 알기 前(전)에 判決(판결)하느냐
    
52. 저희가 對答(대답)하여 가로되 ^ㅂ너도 갈릴리에서 왔느냐 詳考(상고)하여 보라 ^ㅅ갈릴리에서는 先知者(선지자)가 나지 못하느니라 하였더라
    
53. 다 各各(각각) 집으로 돌아가고
    

51. ¿Juzga nuestra ley á "hombre," si primero no oyere de "él," y entendiere lo que ha hecho?
    
52. Respondieron y dijéronle: ¿Eres tú también Galileo? Escudriña y ve que de Galilea nunca se levantó profeta.
    
53. Y fuése cada uno á su casa.
    

51. "Does our law condemn anyone without first hearing him to find out what he is doing?"
    
52. They replied, "Are you from Galilee, too? Look into it, and you will find that a prophet does not come out of Galilee." The earliest and most reliable manuscripts and other ancient witnesses do not have John 7:53-8:11.
    
53. Then each went to his own home.
