창세기(Génesis) 24장 [개역한글 : RV1909 : NIV]

1. 아브라함이 나이 많아 늙었고 여호와께서 그의 ^ㅈ凡事(범사)에 福(복)을 주셨더라
   
2. 아브라함이 ^ㅊ自己(자기) 집 모든 所有(소유)를 맡은 늙은 종에게 이르되 請(청)컨대 ^ㅋ네 손을 내 환도뼈 밑에 넣으라
   
3. 내가 너로 하늘의 하나님, 땅의 하나님이신 여호와를 가리켜 盟誓(맹서)하게 하노니 너는 나의 居(거)하는 이 地方(지방) 가나안 族屬(족속)의 딸 中(중)에서 ^ㅌ내 아들을 爲(위)하여 아내를 擇(택)하지 말고
   
4. ^ㅍ내 故鄕(고향) 내 族屬(족속)에게로 가서 내 아들 이삭을 爲(위)하여 아내를 擇(택)하라
   
5. 종이 가로되 女子(녀자)가 나를 좇아 이 땅으로 오고자 아니하거든 내가 主人(주인)의 아들을 主人(주인)의 나오신 땅으로 引導(인도)하여 돌아가리이까
   

1. Y ABRAHAM era "viejo," y bien entrado en días; y Jehová había bendecido á Abraham en todo.
   
2. Y dijo Abraham á un criado "suyo," el más viejo de su "casa," que era el que gobernaba en todo lo que tenía: Pon ahora tu mano debajo de mi "muslo,"
   
3. Y te juramentaré por "Jehová," Dios de los cielos y Dios de la "tierra," que no has de tomar mujer para mi hijo de las hijas de los "Cananeos," entre los cuales yo habito;
   
4. Sino que irás á mi tierra y á mi "parentela," y tomarás mujer para mi hijo Isaac.
   
5. Y el criado le respondió: Quizá la mujer no querrá venir en pos de mí á esta tierra: "¿volveré," "pues," tu hijo á la tierra de donde saliste?
   

1. Abraham was now old and well advanced in years, and the LORD had blessed him in every way.
   
2. He said to the chief servant in his household, the one in charge of all that he had, "Put your hand under my thigh.
   
3. I want you to swear by the LORD, the God of heaven and the God of earth, that you will not get a wife for my son from the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I am living,
   
4. but will go to my country and my own relatives and get a wife for my son Isaac."
   
5. The servant asked him, "What if the woman is unwilling to come back with me to this land? Shall I then take your son back to the country you came from?"
   

6. 아브라함이 그에게 이르되 삼가 내 아들을 그리로 데리고 돌아가지 말라
   
7. 하늘의 하나님 여호와께서 ^ㅎ나를 내 아버지의 집과 내 本土(본토)에서 떠나게 하시고 내게 말씀하시며 내게 盟誓(맹서)하여 이르시기를 ^ㅏ이 땅을 네 씨에게 주리라 하셨으니 그가 ^ㅑ그 使者(사자)를 네 앞서 보내실지라 네가 거기서 내 아들을 爲(위)하여 아내를 擇(택)할지니라
   
8. 萬一(만일) 女子(녀자)가 너를 좇아 오고자 아니하면 나의 이 ^ㅓ盟誓(맹서)가 너와 相關(상관)이 없나니 오직 내 아들을 데리고 그리로 가지 말지니라
   
9. 종이 이에 主人(주인) 아브라함의 환도뼈 아래 ^ㅕ손을 넣고 이 일에 對(대)하여 그에게 盟誓(맹서)하였더라
   
10. 이에 종이 그 主人(주인)의 약대 中(중) 열匹(필)을 取(취)하고 떠났는데 곧 그 主人(주인)의 모든 좋은 것을 가지고 떠나 ^ㅗ메소보다미아로 가서 나홀의 城(성)에 이르러
    

6. Y Abraham le dijo: Guárdate que no vuelvas á mi hijo allá.
   
7. Jehová, Dios de los "cielos," que me tomó de la casa de mi padre y de la tierra de mi "parentela," y me habló y me "juró," diciendo: A tu simiente daré esta tierra; él enviará su ángel delante de "ti," y tú tomarás de allá mujer para mi hijo.
   
8. Y si la mujer no quisiere venir en pos de "ti," serás libre de este mi juramento; solamente que no vuelvas allá á mi hijo.
   
9. Entonces el criado puso su mano debajo del muslo de Abraham su "señor," y juróle sobre este negocio.
   
10. Y el criado tomó diez camellos de los camellos de su "señor," y "fuése," pues tenía á su disposición todos los bienes de su señor: y puesto en "camino," llegó á "Mesopotamia," á la ciudad de Nachôr.
    

6. "Make sure that you do not take my son back there," Abraham said.
   
7. "The LORD, the God of heaven, who brought me out of my father's household and my native land and who spoke to me and promised me on oath, saying, 'To your offspring I will give this land'--he will send his angel before you so that you can get a wife for my son from there.
   
8. If the woman is unwilling to come back with you, then you will be released from this oath of mine. Only do not take my son back there."
   
9. So the servant put his hand under the thigh of his master Abraham and swore an oath to him concerning this matter.
   
10. Then the servant took ten of his master's camels and left, taking with him all kinds of good things from his master. He set out for Aram Naharaim and made his way to the town of Nahor.
    

11. 그 약대를 城(성) 밖 우물 곁에 꿇렸으니 저녁 때라 ^ㅛ女人(녀인)들이 물을 길러 나올 때이었더라
    
12. 그가 가로되 ^ㅜ우리 主人(주인) 아브라함의 하나님 여호와여 願(원)컨대 오늘날 ^ㅠ나로 順適(순적)히 만나게 하사 나의 主人(주인) 아브라함에게 恩惠(은혜)를 베푸시옵소서
    
13. 城(성) 中(중) 사람의 딸들이 물 길러 나오겠사오니 ^으내가 우물 곁에 섰다가
    
14. 한 少女(소녀)에게 이르기를 請(청)컨대 너는 물 항아리를 기울여 나로 마시게 하라 하리니 그의 對答(대답)이 마시라 내가 當身(당신)의 약대에게도 마시우리라 하면 ^이그는 主(주)께서 主(주)의 종 이삭을 爲(위)하여 定(정)하신 者(자)라 이로 因(인)하여 主(주)께서 나의 主人(주인)에게 恩惠(은혜) 베푸심을 내가 알겠나이다
    
15. 말을 마치지 못하여서 리브가가 물 항아리를 어깨에 메고 나오니 그는 아브라함의 同生(동생) 나홀의 아내 ^ㅐ밀가의 아들 브두엘의 所生(소생)이라
    

11. E hizo arrodillar los camellos fuera de la "ciudad," junto á un pozo de "agua," á la hora de la "tarde," á la hora en que salen las mozas por agua.
    
12. Y dijo: "Jehová," Dios de mi señor "Abraham," "dame," te "ruego," el tener hoy buen "encuentro," y haz misericordia con mi señor Abraham.
    
13. He aquí yo estoy junto á la fuente de "agua," y las hijas de los varones de esta ciudad salen por agua:
    
14. Sea, "pues," que la moza á quien yo dijere: Baja tu "cántaro," te "ruego," para que yo beba; y ella respondiere: "Bebe," y también daré de beber á tus camellos: que sea ésta la que tú has destinado para tu siervo Isaac; y en esto conoceré que habrás hecho misericordia con mi señor.
    
15. Y aconteció que antes que él acabase de "hablar," he aquí "Rebeca," que había nacido á "Bethuel," hijo de "Milca," mujer de Nachôr hermano de "Abraham," la cual salía con su cántaro sobre su hombro.
    

11. He had the camels kneel down near the well outside the town; it was toward evening, the time the women go out to draw water.
    
12. Then he prayed, "O LORD, God of my master Abraham, give me success today, and show kindness to my master Abraham.
    
13. See, I am standing beside this spring, and the daughters of the townspeople are coming out to draw water.
    
14. May it be that when I say to a girl, 'Please let down your jar that I may have a drink,' and she says, 'Drink, and I'll water your camels too'--let her be the one you have chosen for your servant Isaac. By this I will know that you have shown kindness to my master."
    
15. Before he had finished praying, Rebekah came out with her jar on her shoulder. She was the daughter of Bethuel son of Milcah, who was the wife of Abraham's brother Nahor.
    

16. 그 少女(소녀)는 보기에 ^ㄱ甚(심)히 아리땁고 至今(지금)까지 男子(남자)가 가까이 하지 아니한 處女(처녀)더라 그가 우물에 내려가서 물을 그 물 항아리에 채워 가지고 올라오는지라
    
17. 종이 마주 달려가서 가로되 請(청)컨대 네 물 항아리의 물을 내게 조금 마시우라
    
18. 그가 가로되 主(주)여, 마시소서 하며 急(급)히 그 물 항아리를 손에 내려 마시게 하고
    
19. 마시우기를 다하고 가로되 當身(당신)의 약대도 爲(위)하여 물을 길어 그것들로 배불리 마시게 하리이다 하고
    
20. 急(급)히 물 항아리의 물을 구유에 붓고 다시 길으려고 우물로 달려가서 모든 약대를 爲(위)하여 긷는지라
    

16. Y la moza era de muy hermoso "aspecto," "virgen," á la que varón no había conocido; la cual descendió á la "fuente," y llenó su "cántaro," y se volvía.
    
17. Entonces el criado corrió hacia "ella," y dijo: Ruégote que me des á beber un poco de agua de tu cántaro.
    
18. Y ella respondió: "Bebe," señor mío: y dióse prisa á bajar su cántaro sobre su "mano," y le dió á beber.
    
19. Y cuando acabó de darle á "beber," dijo: También para tus camellos sacaré "agua," hasta que acaben de beber.
    
20. Y dióse "prisa," y vació su cántaro en la "pila," y corrió otra vez al pozo para sacar "agua," y sacó para todos sus camellos.
    

16. The girl was very beautiful, a virgin; no man had ever lain with her. She went down to the spring, filled her jar and came up again.
    
17. The servant hurried to meet her and said, "Please give me a little water from your jar."
    
18. "Drink, my lord," she said, and quickly lowered the jar to her hands and gave him a drink.
    
19. After she had given him a drink, she said, "I'll draw water for your camels too, until they have finished drinking."
    
20. So she quickly emptied her jar into the trough, ran back to the well to draw more water, and drew enough for all his camels.
    

21. 그 사람이 그를 默默(묵묵)히 注目(주목)하며 여호와께서 果然(과연) 平坦(평탄)한 길을 주신 與否(여부)를 알고자 하더니
    
22. 약대가 마시기를 다하매 그가 半(반) 세겔 中(중) 金(금)고리 한個(개)와, 열 세겔中(중) 金(금) 손목고리 한 雙(쌍)을 그에게 주며
    
23. 가로되 네가 뉘 딸이냐 請(청)컨대 내게 告(고)하라 네 父親(부친)의 집에 우리 留宿(유숙)할 곳이 있느냐
    
24. 그 女子(녀자)가 그에게 이르되 ^ㄴ나는 밀가가 나홀에게 낳은 아들 브두엘의 딸이니이다
    
25. 또 가로되 우리에게 짚과 보리가 足(족)하며 留宿(유숙)할 곳도 있나이다
    

21. Y el hombre estaba maravillado de "ella," "callando," para saber si Jehová había prosperado ó no su viaje.
    
22. Y fué que como los camellos acabaron de "beber," presentóle el hombre un pendiente de oro que pesaba medio "siclo," y dos brazaletes que pesaban diez:
    
23. Y dijo: ¿De quién eres hija? Ruégote me "digas," ¿hay lugar en casa de tu padre donde posemos?
    
24. Y ella respondió: Soy hija de "Bethuel," hijo de "Milca," el cual parió ella á Nachôr.
    
25. Y añadió: También hay en nuestra casa paja y mucho "forraje," y lugar para posar.
    

21. Without saying a word, the man watched her closely to learn whether or not the LORD had made his journey successful.
    
22. When the camels had finished drinking, the man took out a gold nose ring weighing a beka and two gold bracelets weighing ten shekels.
    
23. Then he asked, "Whose daughter are you? Please tell me, is there room in your father's house for us to spend the night?"
    
24. She answered him, "I am the daughter of Bethuel, the son that Milcah bore to Nahor."
    
25. And she added, "We have plenty of straw and fodder, as well as room for you to spend the night."
    

26. 이에 ^ㄷ그 사람이 머리를 숙여 여호와께 敬拜(경배)하고
    
27. 가로되 ^ㄹ나의 主人(주인) 아브라함의 하나님 여호와를 讚頌(찬송)하나이다 나의 主人(주인)에게 ^ㅁ主(주)의 仁慈(인자)와 誠實(성실)을 끊이지 아니하셨사오며 여호와께서 ^ㅂ길에서 나를 引導(인도)하사 내 主人(주인)의 同生(동생)집에 이르게 하셨나이다 하니라
    
28. 少女(소녀)가 달려가서 이 일을 어미 집에 告(고)하였더니
    
29. 리브가에게 오라비가 있어 이름은 ^ㅅ라반이라 그가 우물로 달려가 그 사람에게 이르니
    
30. 그가 그 누이의 고리와 그 손의 손목고리를 보고 또 그 누이 리브가가 그 사람이 自己(자기)에게 이같이 말하더라 함을 듣고 그 사람에게로 나아감이라 때에 그가 우물가 약대 곁에 섰더라
    

26. El hombre entonces se "inclinó," y adoró á Jehová.
    
27. Y dijo: Bendito sea "Jehová," Dios de mi amo "Abraham," que no apartó su misericordia y su verdad de mi "amo," guiándome Jehová en el camino á casa de los hermanos de mi amo.
    
28. Y la moza "corrió," é hizo saber en casa de su madre estas cosas.
    
29. Y Rebeca tenía un hermano que se llamaba "Labán," el cual corrió afuera al "hombre," á la fuente;
    
30. Y fué que como vió el pendiente y los brazaletes en las manos de su "hermana," que "decía," Así me habló aquel hombre; vino á él: y he aquí que estaba junto á los camellos á la fuente.
    

26. Then the man bowed down and worshiped the LORD,
    
27. saying, "Praise be to the LORD, the God of my master Abraham, who has not abandoned his kindness and faithfulness to my master. As for me, the LORD has led me on the journey to the house of my master's relatives."
    
28. The girl ran and told her mother's household about these things.
    
29. Now Rebekah had a brother named Laban, and he hurried out to the man at the spring.
    
30. As soon as he had seen the nose ring, and the bracelets on his sister's arms, and had heard Rebekah tell what the man said to her, he went out to the man and found him standing by the camels near the spring.
    

31. 라반이 가로되 ^ㅇ여호와께 福(복)을 받은 者(자)여 들어오소서 어찌 밖에 섰나이까 내가 房(방)과 약대의 處所(처소)를 豫備(예비)하였나이다
    
32. 그 사람이 집으로 들어가매 라반이 약대의 짐을 부리고 ^ㅈ짚과 보리를 약대에게 주고 그 사람의 발과 그 縱者(종자)의 ^ㅊ발 씻을 물을 주고
    
33. 그 앞에 植物(식물)을 베푸니 그 사람이 가로되 내가 내 일을 陳述(진술)하기 前(전)에는 먹지 아니하겠나이다 라반이 가로되 말하소서
    
34. 그가 가로되 나는 아브라함의 종이니이다
    
35. ^ㅋ여호와께서 나의 主人(주인)에게 크게 福(복)을 주어 昌盛(창성)케 하시되 牛羊(우양)과, 銀金(은금)과, 奴婢(노비)와, 약대와, 나귀를 그에게 주셨고
    

31. Y díjole: "Ven," bendito de Jehová; ¿por qué estás fuera? yo he limpiado la "casa," y el lugar para los camellos.
    
32. Entonces el hombre vino á "casa," y Labán desató los camellos; y dióles paja y "forraje," y agua para lavar los piés de "él," y los piés de los hombres que con él venían.
    
33. Y pusiéronle delante qué comer; mas él dijo: No comeré hasta que haya dicho mi mensaje. Y él le dijo: Habla.
    
34. Entonces dijo: Yo soy criado de Abraham;
    
35. Y Jehová ha bendecido mucho á mi "amo," y él se ha engrandecido: y le ha dado ovejas y "vacas," plata y "oro," siervos y "siervas," camellos y asnos.
    

31. "Come, you who are blessed by the LORD," he said. "Why are you standing out here? I have prepared the house and a place for the camels."
    
32. So the man went to the house, and the camels were unloaded. Straw and fodder were brought for the camels, and water for him and his men to wash their feet.
    
33. Then food was set before him, but he said, "I will not eat until I have told you what I have to say." "Then tell us," Laban said.
    
34. So he said, "I am Abraham's servant.
    
35. The LORD has blessed my master abundantly, and he has become wealthy. He has given him sheep and cattle, silver and gold, menservants and maidservants, and camels and donkeys.
    

36. 나의 主人(주인)의 婦人(부인) 사라가 ^ㅌ老年(로년)에 나의 主人(주인)에게 아들을 낳으매 主人(주인)이 ^ㅍ그 모든 所有(소유)를 그 아들에게 주었나이다
    
37. 나의 主人(주인)이 ^ㅎ나로 盟誓(맹서)하게 하여 가로되 너는 내 아들을 爲(위)하여 나 사는 땅 가나안 族屬(족속)의 딸 中(중)에서 아내를 擇(택)하지 말고
    
38. 내 아비 집 내 族屬(족속)에게로 가서 내 아들을 爲(위)하여 아내를 擇(택)하라 하시기로
    
39. 내가 내 主人(주인)에게 말씀하되 或(혹) 女子(녀자)가 나를 좇지 아니하면 어찌 하리이까 한즉
    
40. 主人(주인)이 내게 이르되 ^ㅏ나의 섬기는 여호와께서 그 使者(사자)를 너와 함께 보내어 네게 ^ㅑ平坦(평탄)한 길을 주시리니 너는 내 族屬(족속) 中(중) 내 아비 집에서 내 아들을 爲(위)하여 아내를 擇(택)할 것이니라
    

36. Y "Sara," mujer de mi "amo," parió en su vejez un hijo á mi "señor," quien le ha dado todo cuanto tiene.
    
37. Y mi amo me hizo "jurar," diciendo: No tomarás mujer para mi hijo de las hijas de los "Cananeos," en cuya tierra habito;
    
38. Sino que irás á la casa de mi "padre," y á mi "parentela," y tomarás mujer para mi hijo.
    
39. Y yo dije: Quizás la mujer no querrá seguirme.
    
40. Entonces él me respondió: "Jehová," en cuya presencia he "andado," enviará su ángel "contigo," y prosperará tu camino; y tomarás mujer para mi hijo de mi linaje y de la casa de mi padre:
    

36. My master's wife Sarah has borne him a son in her old age, and he has given him everything he owns.
    
37. And my master made me swear an oath, and said, 'You must not get a wife for my son from the daughters of the Canaanites, in whose land I live,
    
38. but go to my father's family and to my own clan, and get a wife for my son.'
    
39. "Then I asked my master, 'What if the woman will not come back with me?'
    
40. "He replied, 'The LORD, before whom I have walked, will send his angel with you and make your journey a success, so that you can get a wife for my son from my own clan and from my father's family.
    

41. 네가 내 族屬(족속)에게 이를 때에는 네가 내 盟誓(맹서)와 相關(상관)이 없으리라 設或(설혹) 그들이 네게 주지 아니할지라도 네가 내 盟誓(맹서)와 相關(상관)이 없으리라 하시기로
    
42. 내가 오늘 우물에 이르러 말씀하기를 나의 ^ㅓ主人(주인) 아브라함의 하나님 여호와여 萬一(만일) 나의 行(행)하는 길에 亨通(형통)함을 주실진대
    
43. 내가 이 ^ㅕ우물 곁에 섰다가 靑年(청년) 女子(녀자)가 물을 길러 오거든 내가 그에게 請(청)하기를 너는 물 항아리의 물을 내게 조금 마시우라 하여
    
44. ^ㅗ그의 對答(대답)이 當身(당신)은 마시라 내가 또 當身(당신)의 약대를 爲(위)하여도 길으리라 하면 그 女子(녀자)는 여호와께서 나의 主人(주인)의 아들을 爲(위)하여 定(정)하여 주신 者(자)가 되리이다 하며
    
45. 내가 ^ㅛ默禱(묵도)하기를 마치지 못하여 리브가가 물 항아리를 어깨에 메고 나와서 우물로 내려와 긷기로 내가 그에게 이르기를 請(청)컨대 내게 마시우라 한즉
    

41. Entonces serás libre de mi "juramento," cuando hubieres llegado á mi linaje; y si no te la "dieren," serás libre de mi juramento.
    
42. Llegué, "pues," hoy á la "fuente," y dije: "Jehová," Dios de mi señor "Abraham," si tú prosperas ahora mi camino por el cual ando;
    
43. He aquí yo estoy junto á la fuente de agua; "sea," "pues," que la doncella que saliere por "agua," á la cual dijere: Dame á "beber," te "ruego," un poco de agua de tu cántaro;
    
44. Y ella me "respondiere," Bebe "tú," y también para tus camellos sacaré agua: ésta sea la mujer que destinó Jehová para el hijo de mi señor.
    
45. Y antes que acabase de hablar en mi "corazón," he aquí "Rebeca," que salía con su cántaro sobre su hombro; y descendió á la "fuente," y sacó agua; y le dije: Ruégote que me des á beber.
    

41. Then, when you go to my clan, you will be released from my oath even if they refuse to give her to you--you will be released from my oath.'
    
42. "When I came to the spring today, I said, 'O LORD, God of my master Abraham, if you will, please grant success to the journey on which I have come.
    
43. See, I am standing beside this spring; if a maiden comes out to draw water and I say to her, "Please let me drink a little water from your jar,"
    
44. and if she says to me, "Drink, and I'll draw water for your camels too," let her be the one the LORD has chosen for my master's son.'
    
45. "Before I finished praying in my heart, Rebekah came out, with her jar on her shoulder. She went down to the spring and drew water, and I said to her, 'Please give me a drink.'
    

46. 그가 急(급)히 물 항아리를 어깨에서 내리며 가로되 마시라 내가 當身(당신)의 약대에게도 마시우리라 하기로 내가 마시매 그가 또 약대에게도 마시운지라
    
47. 내가 그에게 묻기를 네가 뉘 딸이뇨 한즉 가로되 밀가가 나홀에게 낳은 브두엘의 딸이라 하기로 ^ㅜ내가 고리를 그 코에 꿰고 손목고리를 그 손에 끼우고
    
48. 나의 主人(주인) 아브라함의 하나님 여호와께서 나를 바른 길로 引導(인도)하사 나의 ^ㅠ主人(주인)의 同生(동생)의 딸을 그 아들을 爲(위)하여 擇(택)하게 하셨으므로 내가 ^으머리를 숙여 그에게 敬拜(경배)하고 讚頌(찬송)하였나이다
    
49. 이제 當身(당신)들이 ^이仁慈(인자)와 眞實(진실)로 나의 主人(주인)을 待接(대접)하려거든 내게 告(고)하시고 그렇지 않을지라도 내게 告(고)하여 나로 左右間(좌우간) 行(행)하게 하소서
    
50. 라반과 브두엘이 對答(대답)하여 가로되 이 일이 여호와께로 말미암았으니 우리는 ^ㅐ可否(가부)를 말할 수 없노라
    

46. Y prestamente bajó su cántaro de encima de "sí," y dijo: "Bebe," y también á tus camellos daré á beber. Y "bebí," y dió también de beber á mis camellos.
    
47. Entonces "preguntéle," y dije: ¿De quién eres hija? Y ella respondió: Hija de "Bethuel," hijo de "Nachôr," que le parió Milca. Entonces púsele un pendiente sobre su "nariz," y brazaletes sobre sus manos:
    
48. E "inclinéme," y adoré á "Jehová," y bendije á "Jehová," Dios de mi señor "Abraham," que me había guiado por camino de verdad para tomar la hija del hermano de mi señor para su hijo.
    
49. Ahora "pues," si vosotros hacéis misericordia y verdad con mi "señor," declarádmelo; y si "no," declarádmelo; y echaré á la diestra ó á la siniestra.
    
50. Entonces Labán y Bethuel respondieron y dijeron: De Jehová ha salido esto; no podemos hablarte malo ni bueno.
    

46. "She quickly lowered her jar from her shoulder and said, 'Drink, and I'll water your camels too.' So I drank, and she watered the camels also.
    
47. "I asked her, 'Whose daughter are you?' "She said, 'The daughter of Bethuel son of Nahor, whom Milcah bore to him.' "Then I put the ring in her nose and the bracelets on her arms,
    
48. and I bowed down and worshiped the LORD. I praised the LORD, the God of my master Abraham, who had led me on the right road to get the granddaughter of my master's brother for his son.
    
49. Now if you will show kindness and faithfulness to my master, tell me; and if not, tell me, so I may know which way to turn."
    
50. Laban and Bethuel answered, "This is from the LORD; we can say nothing to you one way or the other.
    

51. 리브가가 그대 앞에 있으니 데리고 가서 ^ㄱ여호와의 命(명)대로 그로 그대의 主人(주인)의 아들의 아내가 되게 하라
    
52. 아브라함의 종이 그들의 말을 듣고 땅에 엎드리어 여호와께 절하고
    
53. 銀金(은금) 佩物(패물)과 衣服(의복)을 꺼내어 리브가에게 주고 그 오라비와 어미에게도 寶物(보물)을 주니라
    
54. 이에 그들 곧 종과 縱者(종자)들이 먹고 마시고 留宿(유숙)하고 아침에 일어나서 그가 가로되 ^ㄴ나를 보내어 내 主人(주인)에게로 돌아가게 하소서
    
55. 리브가의 오라비와 그 어미가 가로되 少女(소녀)로 며칠을 적어도 열흘을 우리와 함께 있게 하라 그 後(후)에 그가 갈 것이니라
    

51. He ahí Rebeca delante de ti; tómala y "vete," y sea mujer del hijo de tu "señor," como lo ha dicho Jehová.
    
52. Y "fué," que como el criado de Abraham oyó sus "palabras," inclinóse á tierra á Jehová.
    
53. Y sacó el criado vasos de plata y vasos de oro y "vestidos," y dió á Rebeca: también dió cosas preciosas á su hermano y á su madre.
    
54. Y comieron y bebieron él y los varones que venían con "él," y durmieron; y levantándose de "mañana," dijo: Enviadme á mi señor.
    
55. Entonces respondió su hermano y su madre: Espere la moza con nosotros á lo menos diez "días," y después irá.
    

51. Here is Rebekah; take her and go, and let her become the wife of your master's son, as the LORD has directed."
    
52. When Abraham's servant heard what they said, he bowed down to the ground before the LORD.
    
53. Then the servant brought out gold and silver jewelry and articles of clothing and gave them to Rebekah; he also gave costly gifts to her brother and to her mother.
    
54. Then he and the men who were with him ate and drank and spent the night there. When they got up the next morning, he said, "Send me on my way to my master."
    
55. But her brother and her mother replied, "Let the girl remain with us ten days or so; then you may go."
    

56. 그 사람이 그들에게 이르되 나를 挽留(만류)치 마소서 여호와께서 내게 亨通(형통)한 길을 주셨으니 나를 보내어 내 主人(주인)에게로 돌아가게 하소서
    
57. 그들이 가로되 우리가 少女(소녀)를 불러 그에게 물으리라 하고
    
58. 리브가를 불러 그에게 이르되 네가 이 사람과 함께 가려느냐 그가 對答(대답)하되 가겠나이다
    
59. 그들이 그 누이 리브가와 ^ㄷ그의 乳母(유모)와 아브라함의 종과 縱者(종자)들을 보내며
    
60. 리브가에게 祝福(축복)하여 가로되 우리 누이여 너는 ^ㄹ千萬人(천만인)의 어미가 될지어다 ^ㅁ네 씨로 그 怨讐(원수)의 城門(성문)을 얻게 할찌어다
    

56. Y él les dijo: No me "detengáis," pues que Jehová ha prosperado mi camino; despachadme para que me vaya á mi señor.
    
57. Ellos respondieron entonces: Llamemos la moza y preguntémosle.
    
58. Y llamaron á "Rebeca," y dijéronle: ¿Irás tú con este varón? Y ella respondió: "Sí," iré.
    
59. Entonces dejaron ir á Rebeca su "hermana," y á su "nodriza," y al criado de Abraham y á sus hombres.
    
60. Y bendijeron á "Rebeca," y dijéronle: Nuestra hermana eres; seas en millares de "millares," y tu generación posea la puerta de sus enemigos.
    

56. But he said to them, "Do not detain me, now that the LORD has granted success to my journey. Send me on my way so I may go to my master."
    
57. Then they said, "Let's call the girl and ask her about it."
    
58. So they called Rebekah and asked her, "Will you go with this man?" "I will go," she said.
    
59. So they sent their sister Rebekah on her way, along with her nurse and Abraham's servant and his men.
    
60. And they blessed Rebekah and said to her, "Our sister, may you increase to thousands upon thousands; may your offspring possess the gates of their enemies."
    

61. 리브가가 일어나 婢子(비자)와 함께 약대를 타고 그 사람을 따라가니 종이 리브가를 데리고 가니라
    
62. 때에 이삭이 ^ㅂ브엘 라해로이에서 왔으니 그가 南方(남방)에 居(거)하였었음이라
    
63. 이삭이 저물 때에 들에 나가 ^ㅅ默想(묵상)하다가 눈을 들어 보매 약대들이 오더라
    
64. 리브가가 눈을 들어 이삭을 바라보고 약대에서 내려
    
65. 종에게 말하되 들에서 徘徊(배회)하다가 우리에게로 마주 오는 者(자)가 누구뇨 종이 가로되 이는 내 主人(주인)이니이다 리브가가 면박을 取(취)하여 스스로 가리우더라
    

61. Levantóse entonces Rebeca y sus "mozas," y subieron sobre los "camellos," y siguieron al hombre; y el criado tomó á "Rebeca," y fuése.
    
62. Y venía Isaac del pozo del Viviente que me ve; porque él habitaba en la tierra del Mediodía;
    
63. Y había salido Isaac á orar al "campo," á la hora de la tarde; y alzando sus ojos "miró," y he aquí los camellos que venían.
    
64. Rebeca también alzó sus "ojos," y vió á "Isaac," y descendió del camello;
    
65. Porque había preguntado al criado: ¿Quién es este varón que viene por el campo hacia nosotros? Y el siervo había respondido: Este es mi señor. Ella entonces tomó el "velo," y cubrióse.
    

61. Then Rebekah and her maids got ready and mounted their camels and went back with the man. So the servant took Rebekah and left.
    
62. Now Isaac had come from Beer Lahai Roi, for he was living in the Negev.
    
63. He went out to the field one evening to meditate, and as he looked up, he saw camels approaching.
    
64. Rebekah also looked up and saw Isaac. She got down from her camel
    
65. and asked the servant, "Who is that man in the field coming to meet us?" "He is my master," the servant answered. So she took her veil and covered herself.
    

66. 종이 그 行(행)한 일을 다 이삭에게 告(고)하매
    
67. 이삭이 리브가를 引導(인도)하여 母親(모친) 사라의 帳幕(장막)으로 들이고 그를 取(취)하여 아내를 삼고 사랑하였으니 이삭이 ^ㅇ母親(모친) 喪事(상사) 後(후)에 ^ㅈ慰勞(위로)를 얻었더라
    

66. Entonces el criado contó á Isaac todo lo que había hecho.
    
67. E introdújola Isaac á la tienda de su madre "Sara," y tomó á Rebeca por mujer; y amóla: y consolóse Isaac después de la muerte de su madre.
    

66. Then the servant told Isaac all he had done.
    
67. Isaac brought her into the tent of his mother Sarah, and he married Rebekah. So she became his wife, and he loved her; and Isaac was comforted after his mother's death.
