창세기(Génesis) 32장 [개역한글 : RV1909 : NIV]

1. 야곱이 그 길을 進行(진행)하더니 하나님의 使者(사자)들이 그를 만난지라
   
2. 야곱이 그들을 볼 때에 이르기를 이는 하나님의 ^ㅅ軍隊(군대)라 하고 그 땅 이름을 ^ㅇ마하나임이라 하였더라
   
3. 야곱이 ^ㅈ세일 땅 에돔 들에 있는 兄(형) 에서에게로 使者(사자)들을 自己(자기)보다 앞서 보내며
   
4. 그들에게 付託(부탁)하여 가로되 너희는 이같이 내 主(주) 에서에게 告(고)하라 主(주)의 종 야곱이 말하기를 내가 라반에게 붙여서 至今(지금)까지 있었사오며
   
5. 내게 소와, 나귀와, 羊(양)떼와, 奴婢(노비)가 있사오므로 사람을 보내어 내 主(주)께 告(고)하고 ^ㅊ내 主(주)께 恩惠(은혜) 받기를 願(원)하나이다 하더라 하라 하였더니
   

1. Y JACOB se fué su "camino," y saliéronle al encuentro ángeles de Dios.
   
2. Y dijo Jacob cuando los vió: El campo de Dios es este: y llamó el nombre de aquel lugar Mahanaim.
   
3. Y envió Jacob mensajeros delante de sí á Esaú su "hermano," á la tierra de "Seir," campo de Edom.
   
4. Y mandóles diciendo: Así diréis á mí señor Esaú: Así dice tu siervo Jacob: Con Labán he "morado," y detenídome hasta ahora;
   
5. Y tengo "vacas," y "asnos," y "ovejas," y siervos y siervas; y envío á decirlo á mi "señor," por hallar gracia en tus ojos.
   

1. Jacob also went on his way, and the angels of God met him.
   
2. When Jacob saw them, he said, "This is the camp of God!" So he named that place Mahanaim.
   
3. Jacob sent messengers ahead of him to his brother Esau in the land of Seir, the country of Edom.
   
4. He instructed them: "This is what you are to say to my master Esau: 'Your servant Jacob says, I have been staying with Laban and have remained there till now.
   
5. I have cattle and donkeys, sheep and goats, menservants and maidservants. Now I am sending this message to my lord, that I may find favor in your eyes.'"
   

6. 使者(사자)들이 야곱에게 돌아와 가로되 우리가 主人(주인)의 兄(형) 에서에게 이른즉 ^ㅋ그가 四百人(사백인)을 거느리고 主人(주인)을 만나려고 오더이다
   
7. 야곱이 ^ㅌ甚(심)히 두렵고 沓沓(답답)하여 自己(자기)와 함께 한 縱者(종자)와 羊(양)과, 소와, 약대를 두 떼로 나누고
   
8. 가로되 에서가 와서 한 떼를 치면, 남은 한 떼는 避(피)하리라 하고
   
9. 야곱이 또 가로되 ^ㅍ나의 祖父(조부) 아브라함의 하나님, 나의 아버지 이삭의 하나님, 여호와여 主(주)께서 前(전)에 ^ㅎ내게 命(명)하시기를 네 故鄕(고향) 네 族屬(족속)에게로 돌아가라 내가 네게 恩惠(은혜)를 베풀리라 하셨나이다
   
10. 나는 主(주)께서 主(주)의 ^ㅏ종에게 베푸신 모든 恩寵(은총)과 모든 眞理(진리)를 조금이라도 堪當(감당)할 수 없사오나 내가 내 지팡이만 가지고 이 요단을 건넜더니 只今(지금)은 두 떼나 이루었나이다
    

6. Y los mensajeros volvieron á "Jacob," diciendo: Vinimos á tu hermano "Esaú," y él también vino á "recibirte," y cuatrocientos hombres con él.
   
7. Entonces Jacob tuvo gran "temor," y angustióse; y partió el pueblo que tenía "consigo," y las ovejas y las vacas y los "camellos," en dos cuadrillas;
   
8. Y dijo: Si viniere Esaú á la una cuadrilla y la "hiriere," la otra cuadrilla escapará.
   
9. Y dijo Jacob: Dios de mi padre "Abraham," y Dios de mi padre "Isaac," "Jehová," que me dijiste: Vuélvete á tu tierra y á tu "parentela," y yo te haré bien.
   
10. Menor soy que todas las "misericordias," y que toda la verdad que has usado para con tu siervo; que con mi bordón pasé este "Jordán," y ahora estoy sobre dos cuadrillas.
    

6. When the messengers returned to Jacob, they said, "We went to your brother Esau, and now he is coming to meet you, and four hundred men are with him."
   
7. In great fear and distress Jacob divided the people who were with him into two groups, and the flocks and herds and camels as well.
   
8. He thought, "If Esau comes and attacks one group, the group that is left may escape."
   
9. Then Jacob prayed, "O God of my father Abraham, God of my father Isaac, O LORD, who said to me, 'Go back to your country and your relatives, and I will make you prosper,'
   
10. I am unworthy of all the kindness and faithfulness you have shown your servant. I had only my staff when I crossed this Jordan, but now I have become two groups.
    

11. 내가 主(주)께 懇求(간구)하오니 내 兄(형)의 손에서 에서의 손에서 나를 건져내시옵소서 내가 그를 두려워하옴은 ^ㅑ그가 와서 나와 내 妻子(처자)들을 칠까 겁냄이니이다
    
12. ^ㅓ主(주)께서 말씀하시기를 내가 丁寧(정녕) 네게 恩惠(은혜)를 베풀어 네 씨로 바다의 셀 수 없는 모래와 같이 많게 하리라 하셨나이다
    
13. 야곱이 거기서 經夜(경야)하고 그 所有(소유) 中(중)에서 ^ㅕ兄(형) 에서를 爲(위)하여 禮物(례물)을 擇(택)하니
    
14. 암염소가 二百(이백)이요, 수염소가 二十(이십)이요, 암羊(양)이 二百(이백)이요, 수羊(양)이 二十(이십)이요,
    
15. 젖나는 약대 三十(삼십)과 그 새끼요, 암소가 四十(사십)이요, 황소가 열이요, 암나귀가 二十(이십)이요, 그 새끼 나귀가 열이라,
    

11. Líbrame ahora de la mano de mi "hermano," de la mano de "Esaú," porque le temo; no venga "quizá," y me hiera la madre con los hijos.
    
12. Y tú has dicho: Yo te haré "bien," y pondré tu simiente como la arena del "mar," que no se puede contar por la multitud.
    
13. Y durmió allí aquella "noche," y tomó de lo que le vino á la mano un presente para su hermano Esaú.
    
14. Doscientas cabras y veinte machos de "cabrío," doscientas ovejas y veinte "carneros,"
    
15. Treinta camellas "paridas," con sus "hijos," cuarenta vacas y diez "novillos," veinte asnas y diez borricos.
    

11. Save me, I pray, from the hand of my brother Esau, for I am afraid he will come and attack me, and also the mothers with their children.
    
12. But you have said, 'I will surely make you prosper and will make your descendants like the sand of the sea, which cannot be counted.'"
    
13. He spent the night there, and from what he had with him he selected a gift for his brother Esau:
    
14. two hundred female goats and twenty male goats, two hundred ewes and twenty rams,
    
15. thirty female camels with their young, forty cows and ten bulls, and twenty female donkeys and ten male donkeys.
    

16. 그것을 各各(각각) 떼로 나눠 종들의 손에 맡기고 그 종들에게 이르되 나보다 앞서 건너가서 各(각) 떼로 相距(상거)가 뜨게 하라 하고
    
17. 그가 또 앞선 者(자)에게 付託(부탁)하여 가로되 내 兄(형) 에서가 너를 만나 묻기를 네가 뉘 사람이며 어디로 가느냐 네 앞엣 것은 뉘 것이냐 하거든
    
18. 對答(대답)하기를 主(주)의 종 야곱의 것이요, 自己(자기) 主(주) 에서에게로 보내는 禮物(례물)이오며 야곱도 우리 뒤에 있나이다 하라 하고
    
19. 그 둘째와 세째와 各(각) 떼를 따라가는 者(자)에게 付託(부탁)하여 가로되 너희도 에서를 만나거든 곧 이같이 그에게 告(고)하고
    
20. 또 너희는 말하기를 主(주)의 종 야곱이 우리 뒤에 있다 하라 하니 이는 야곱의 생각에 내가 내 앞에 보내는 禮物(례물)로 兄(형)의 感情(감정)을 푼 後(후)에 對面(대면)하면 兄(형)이 或時(혹시) 나를 받으리라 함이었더라
    

16. Y entrególo en mano de sus "siervos," cada manada de por sí; y dijo á sus siervos: Pasad delante de "mí," y poned espacio entre manada y manada.
    
17. Y mandó al "primero," diciendo: Si Esaú mi hermano te "encontrare," y te "preguntare," diciendo ¿De quién eres? ¿y adónde vas? ¿y para quién es esto que llevas delante de ti?
    
18. Entonces dirás: Presente es de tu siervo "Jacob," que envía á mi señor Esaú; y he aquí también él viene tras nosotros.
    
19. Y mandó también al "segundo," y al "tercero," y á todos los que iban tras aquellas "manadas," diciendo: Conforme á esto hablaréis á "Esaú," cuando le hallareis.
    
20. Y diréis también: He aquí tu siervo Jacob viene tras nosotros. Porque dijo: Apaciguaré su ira con el presente que va delante de "mí," y después veré su rostro: quizá le seré acepto.
    

16. He put them in the care of his servants, each herd by itself, and said to his servants, "Go ahead of me, and keep some space between the herds."
    
17. He instructed the one in the lead: "When my brother Esau meets you and asks, 'To whom do you belong, and where are you going, and who owns all these animals in front of you?'
    
18. then you are to say, 'They belong to your servant Jacob. They are a gift sent to my lord Esau, and he is coming behind us.'"
    
19. He also instructed the second, the third and all the others who followed the herds: "You are to say the same thing to Esau when you meet him.
    
20. And be sure to say, 'Your servant Jacob is coming behind us.'" For he thought, "I will pacify him with these gifts I am sending on ahead; later, when I see him, perhaps he will receive me."
    

21. 그 禮物(례물)은 그의 앞서 行(행)하고 그는 무리 가운데서 經夜(경야)하다가
    
22. 밤에 일어나 두 아내와 두 女(여)종과 열 한 아들을 引導(인도)하여 ^ㅗ얍복 나루를 건널새
    
23. 그들을 引導(인도)하여 시내를 건네며 그 所有(소유)도 건네고
    
24. 야곱은 홀로 남았더니 어떤 사람이 ^ㅛ날이 새도록 야곱과 씨름하다가
    
25. 그 사람이 自己(자기)가 야곱을 이기지 못함을 보고 야곱의 환도뼈를 치매 야곱의 환도뼈가 그 사람과 씨름할 때에 違骨(위골)되었더라
    

21. Y pasó el presente delante de él; y él durmió aquella noche en el campamento.
    
22. Y levantóse aquella "noche," y tomó sus dos "mujeres," y sus dos "siervas," y sus once "hijos," y pasó el vado de Jaboc.
    
23. Tomólos "pues," y pasólos el "arroyo," é hizo pasar lo que tenía.
    
24. Y quedóse Jacob "solo," y luchó con él un varón hasta que rayaba el alba.
    
25. Y como vió que no podía con "él," tocó en el sitio del encaje de su "muslo," y descoyuntóse el muslo de Jacob mientras con él luchaba.
    

21. So Jacob's gifts went on ahead of him, but he himself spent the night in the camp.
    
22. That night Jacob got up and took his two wives, his two maidservants and his eleven sons and crossed the ford of the Jabbok.
    
23. After he had sent them across the stream, he sent over all his possessions.
    
24. So Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him till daybreak.
    
25. When the man saw that he could not overpower him, he touched the socket of Jacob's hip so that his hip was wrenched as he wrestled with the man.
    

26. 그 사람이 가로되 날이 새려 하니 나로 가게 하라 야곱이 가로되 ^ㅜ當身(당신)이 내게 祝福(축복)하지 아니하면 가게 하지 아니하겠나이다
    
27. 그 사람이 그에게 이르되 네 이름이 무엇이냐 그가 가로되 야곱이니이다
    
28. 그 사람이 가로되 ^ㅠ네 이름을 다시는 야곱이라 부를 것이 아니요 이스라엘이라 부를 것이니 이는 ^으네가 하나님과 ^이사람으로 더불어 겨루어 이기었음이니라
    
29. 야곱이 請(청)하여 가로되 當身(당신)의 이름을 告(고)하소서 그 사람이 가로되 ^ㅐ어찌 내 이름을 묻느냐 하고 거기서 야곱에게 祝福(축복)한지라
    
30. 그러므로 야곱이 그곳 이름을 브니엘이라 하였으니 그가 이르기를 내가 ^ㄱ하나님과 對面(대면)하여 보았으나 내 生命(생명)이 保全(보전)되었다 함이더라
    

26. Y dijo: "Déjame," que raya el alba. Y él dijo: No te "dejaré," si no me bendices.
    
27. Y él le dijo: ¿Cuál es tu nombre? Y él respondió: Jacob.
    
28. Y él dijo: No se dirá más tu nombre "Jacob," sino Israel: porque has peleado con Dios y con los "hombres," y has vencido.
    
29. Entonces Jacob le "preguntó," y dijo: Declárame ahora tu nombre. Y él respondió: ¿Por qué preguntas por mi nombre? Y bendíjolo allí.
    
30. Y llamó Jacob el nombre de aquel lugar Peniel: porque vi á Dios cara á "cara," y fué librada mi alma.
    

26. Then the man said, "Let me go, for it is daybreak." But Jacob replied, "I will not let you go unless you bless me."
    
27. The man asked him, "What is your name?" "Jacob," he answered.
    
28. Then the man said, "Your name will no longer be Jacob, but Israel, because you have struggled with God and with men and have overcome."
    
29. Jacob said, "Please tell me your name." But he replied, "Why do you ask my name?" Then he blessed him there.
    
30. So Jacob called the place Peniel, saying, "It is because I saw God face to face, and yet my life was spared."
    

31. 그가 ^ㄴ브니엘을 지날 때에 해가 돋았고 그 환도뼈로 因(인)하여 절었더라
    
32. 그 사람이 야곱의 환도뼈 큰 힘줄을 친故(고)로 이스라엘 사람들이 至今(지금)까지 환도뼈 큰 힘줄을 먹지 아니하더라
    

31. Y salióle el sol pasado que hubo á Peniel; y cojeaba de su anca.
    
32. Por esto no comen los hijos de "Israel," hasta hoy "día," del tendón que se "contrajo," el cual está en el encaje del muslo: porque tocó á Jacob este sitio de su muslo en el tendón que se contrajo.
    

31. The sun rose above him as he passed Peniel, and he was limping because of his hip.
    
32. Therefore to this day the Israelites do not eat the tendon attached to the socket of the hip, because the socket of Jacob's hip was touched near the tendon.
