1. 이 일 後(후) 바사 王(왕) ^ㄷ아닥사스다가 位(위)에 있을 때에 ^ㄹ에스라라 하는 者(자)가 있으니라 저는 스라야의 아들이요, 아사랴의 孫子(손자)요, 힐기야의 曾孫(증손)이요
   
2. 살룸의 玄孫(현손)이요, 사독의 五代孫(오대손)이요, 아히둡의 六代孫(육대손)이요,
   
3. 아마랴의 七代孫(칠대손)이요, 아사랴의 八代孫(팔대손)이요, 므라욧의 九代孫(구대손)이요,
   
4. 스라히야의 十代孫(십대손)이요, 웃시엘의 十一代孫(십일대손)이요, 북기의 十二代孫(십이대손)이요,
   
5. 아비수아의 十三代孫(십삼대손)이요, 비느하스의 十四代孫(십사대손)이요, 엘르아살의 十五代孫(십오대손)이요, 大祭司長(대제사장) 아론의 十六代孫(십륙대손)이라
   

1. Après ces choses, sous le règne d'Artaxerxès, roi de Perse, vint Esdras, fils de Seraja, fils d'Azaria, fils de Hilkija,
   
2. fils de Schallum, fils de Tsadok, fils d'Achithub,
   
3. fils d'Amaria, fils d'Azaria, fils de Merajoth,
   
4. fils de Zerachja, fils d'Uzzi, fils de Bukki,
   
5. fils d'Abischua, fils de Phinées, fils d'Éléazar, fils d'Aaron, le souverain sacrificateur.
   

1. After these things, during the reign of Artaxerxes king of Persia, Ezra son of Seraiah, the son of Azariah, the son of Hilkiah,
   
2. the son of Shallum, the son of Zadok, the son of Ahitub,
   
3. the son of Amariah, the son of Azariah, the son of Meraioth,
   
4. the son of Zerahiah, the son of Uzzi, the son of Bukki,
   
5. the son of Abishua, the son of Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the chief priest--
   

6. 이 에스라가 바벨론에서 올라왔으니 저는 이스라엘 하나님 여호와께서 주신 바 ^ㅁ모세의 律法(률법)에 익숙한 學士(학사)로서 ^ㅂ그 하나님 여호와의 도우심을 입으므로 王(왕)에게 求(구)하는 것은 다 받는 者(자)더니
   
7. ^ㅅ아닥사스다 王(왕) 七年(칠년)에 이스라엘 子孫(자손)과 祭司長(제사장)들과 ^ㅇ레위 사람들과 노래하는 者(자)들과 門(문)지기들과 ^ㅈ느디님 사람들 中(중)에 몇 사람이 예루살렘으로 올라올 때에
   
8. 이 에스라가 올라왔으니 王(왕)의 七年(칠년) 五月(오월)이라
   
9. 正月(정월) 初(초)하루에 바벨론에서 길을 떠났고 ^ㅊ하나님의 善(선)한 손의 도우심을 입어 五月(오월) 初(초)하루에 예루살렘에 이르니라
   
10. 에스라가 여호와의 律法(률법)을 硏究(연구)하여 遵行(준행)하며 ^ㅋ律例(율례)와 規例(규례)를 이스라엘에게 가르치기로 決心(결심)하였었더라
    

6. Cet Esdras vint de Babylone: c'était un scribe versé dans la loi de Moïse, donnée par l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël. Et comme la main de l'Éternel, son Dieu, était sur lui, le roi lui accorda tout ce qu'il avait demandé.
   
7. Plusieurs des enfants d'Israël, des sacrificateurs et des Lévites, des chantres, des portiers, et des Néthiniens, vinrent aussi à Jérusalem, la septième année du roi Artaxerxès.
   
8. Esdras arriva à Jérusalem au cinquième mois de la septième année du roi;
   
9. il était parti de Babylone le premier jour du premier mois, et il arriva à Jérusalem le premier jour du cinquième mois, la bonne main de son Dieu étant sur lui.
   
10. Car Esdras avait appliqué son coeur à étudier et à mettre en pratique la loi de l'Éternel, et à enseigner au milieu d'Israël les lois et les ordonnances.
    

6. this Ezra came up from Babylon. He was a teacher well versed in the Law of Moses, which the LORD, the God of Israel, had given. The king had granted him everything he asked, for the hand of the LORD his God was on him.
   
7. Some of the Israelites, including priests, Levites, singers, gatekeepers and temple servants, also came up to Jerusalem in the seventh year of King Artaxerxes.
   
8. Ezra arrived in Jerusalem in the fifth month of the seventh year of the king.
   
9. He had begun his journey from Babylon on the first day of the first month, and he arrived in Jerusalem on the first day of the fifth month, for the gracious hand of his God was on him.
   
10. For Ezra had devoted himself to the study and observance of the Law of the LORD, and to teaching its decrees and laws in Israel.
    

11. 여호와의 誡命(계명)의 말씀과 이스라엘에게 주신 律例(율례)의 學士(학사)인 學士兼(학사겸) 祭司長(제사장) 에스라에게 아닥사스다 王(왕)이 내린 詔書(조서) 抄本(초본)은 아래와 같으니라
    
12. ^ㅌ모든 王(왕)의 王(왕) 아닥사스다는 하늘의 ^ㅍ하나님의 律法(률법)에 完全(완전)한 學士兼(학사겸) 祭司長(제사장) 에스라에게
    
13. ^ㅎ詔書(조서)하노니 우리 나라에 있는 이스라엘 百姓(백성)과 저희 祭司長(제사장)들과 레위 사람들 中(중)에 예루살렘으로 올라갈 뜻이 있는 者(자)는 ^ㅏ누구든지 너와 함께 갈지어다
    
14. 너는 네 손에 있는 네 하나님의 律法(률법)을 좇아 유다와 예루살렘의 情形(정형)을 살피기 爲(위)하여 王(왕)과 ^ㅑ일곱 謀士(모사)의 보냄을 받았으니
    
15. 王(왕)과 謀士(모사)들이 ^ㅓ예루살렘에 居(거)하신 이스라엘 하나님께 誠心(성심)으로 드리는 銀(은),金(금)을 가져가고
    

11. Voici la copie de la lettre donnée par le roi Artaxerxès à Esdras, sacrificateur et scribe, enseignant les commandements et les lois de l'Éternel concernant Israël:
    
12. Artaxerxès, roi des rois, à Esdras, sacrificateur et scribe, versé dans la loi du Dieu des cieux, etc.
    
13. J'ai donné ordre de laisser aller tous ceux du peuple d'Israël, de ses sacrificateurs et de ses Lévites, qui se trouvent dans mon royaume, et qui sont disposés à partir avec toi pour Jérusalem.
    
14. Tu es envoyé par le roi et ses sept conseillers pour inspecter Juda et Jérusalem d'après la loi de ton Dieu, laquelle est entre tes mains,
    
15. et pour porter l'argent et l'or que le roi et ses conseillers ont généreusement offerts au Dieu d'Israël, dont la demeure est à Jérusalem,
    

11. This is a copy of the letter King Artaxerxes had given to Ezra the priest and teacher, a man learned in matters concerning the commands and decrees of the LORD for Israel:
    
12. Artaxerxes, king of kings, To Ezra the priest, a teacher of the Law of the God of heaven: Greetings.
    
13. Now I decree that any of the Israelites in my kingdom, including priests and Levites, who wish to go to Jerusalem with you, may go.
    
14. You are sent by the king and his seven advisers to inquire about Judah and Jerusalem with regard to the Law of your God, which is in your hand.
    
15. Moreover, you are to take with you the silver and gold that the king and his advisers have freely given to the God of Israel, whose dwelling is in Jerusalem,
    

16. ^ㅕ또 네가 바벨론 온 道(도)에서 얻을 모든 銀(은),金(금)과 및 ^ㅗ百姓(백성)과 祭司長(제사장)들이 예루살렘 그 하나님의 殿(전)을 爲(위)하여 즐거이 드릴 禮物(예물)을 가져다가
    
17. 그 돈으로 수송아지와 수羊(양)과 어린 羊(양)과 ^ㅛ그 素祭(소제)와 그 奠祭(전제)의 物品(물품)을 迅速(신속)히 사서 ^ㅜ예루살렘 네 하나님의 殿(전) 壇(단) 위에 드리고
    
18. 그 나머지 銀(은),金(금)은 너와 너의 兄弟(형제)가 善(선)히 여기는 일에 너희 하나님의 뜻을 좇아 쓸지며
    
19. 네 하나님의 殿(전)에서 섬기는 일을 爲(위)하여 네게 준 器皿(기명)은 예루살렘 하나님 앞에 드리고
    
20. 그 外(외)에도 네 하나님의 殿(전)에 쓰일 것이 있어서 네가 드리고자 하거든 무엇이든지 王(왕)의 內帑庫(내탕고)에서 取(취)하여 드릴지니라
    

16. tout l'argent et l'or que tu trouveras dans toute la province de Babylone, et les dons volontaires faits par le peuple et les sacrificateurs pour la maison de leur Dieu à Jérusalem.
    
17. En conséquence, tu auras soin d'acheter avec cet argent des taureaux, des béliers, des agneaux, et ce qui est nécessaire pour les offrandes et les libations, et tu les offriras sur l'autel de la maison de votre Dieu à Jérusalem.
    
18. Vous ferez avec le reste de l'argent et de l'or ce que vous jugerez bon de faire, toi et tes frères, en vous conformant à la volonté de votre Dieu.
    
19. Dépose devant le Dieu de Jérusalem les ustensiles qui te sont remis pour le service de la maison de ton Dieu.
    
20. Tu tireras de la maison des trésors du roi ce qu'il faudra pour les autres dépenses que tu auras à faire concernant la maison de ton Dieu.
    

16. together with all the silver and gold you may obtain from the province of Babylon, as well as the freewill offerings of the people and priests for the temple of their God in Jerusalem.
    
17. With this money be sure to buy bulls, rams and male lambs, together with their grain offerings and drink offerings, and sacrifice them on the altar of the temple of your God in Jerusalem.
    
18. You and your brother Jews may then do whatever seems best with the rest of the silver and gold, in accordance with the will of your God.
    
19. Deliver to the God of Jerusalem all the articles entrusted to you for worship in the temple of your God.
    
20. And anything else needed for the temple of your God that you may have occasion to supply, you may provide from the royal treasury.
    

21. 나 곧 나 아닥사스다 王(왕)이 江(강) 西便(서편) 모든 庫(고)지기에게 詔書(조서)를 내려 이르기를 하늘의 하나님의 律法(률법)의 學士兼(학사겸) 祭司長(제사장) 에스라가 무릇 너희에게 求(구)하는 것은 迅速(신속)히 施行(시행)하되
    
22. 銀(은)은 一百(일백) 달란트까지 밀은 一百(일백) 고르까지, 葡萄酒(포도주)는 一百(일백) 밧까지, 기름도 一百(일백) 밧까지 하고 소금은 定數(정수)없이 하라
    
23. 무릇 하늘의 하나님의 殿(전)을 爲(위)하여 하늘의 하나님의 命(명)하신 것은 삼가 行(행)하라 어찌하여 震怒(진노)가 王(왕)과 王子(왕자)의 나라에 臨(임)하게 하랴
    
24. 내가 너희에게 이르노니 祭司長(제사장)들이나 레위 사람들이나 노래하는 者(자)들이나 門(문)지기들이나 느디님 사람들이나 或(혹) 하나님의 殿(전)에서 일하는 者(자)들에게 ^ㅠ朝貢(조공)과 雜稅(잡세)와 賦稅(부세)를 받는 것이 不可(불가)하니라 하였노라
    
25. 에스라여 너는 네 손에 있는 네 하나님의 智慧(지혜)를 따라 네 하나님의 律法(률법)을 아는 者(자)로 ^으有司(유사)와 裁判官(재판관)을 삼아 江(강) 西便(서편) 모든 百姓(백성)을 裁判(재판)하게 하고 그 ^이알지 못하는 者(자)는 너희가 가르치라
    

21. Moi, le roi Artaxerxès, je donne l'ordre à tous les trésoriers de l'autre côté du fleuve de livrer exactement à Esdras, sacrificateur et scribe, versé dans la loi du Dieu des cieux, tout ce qu'il vous demandera,
    
22. jusqu'à cent talents d'argent, cent cors de froment, cent baths de vin, cent baths d'huile, et du sel à discrétion.
    
23. Que tout ce qui est ordonné par le Dieu des cieux se fasse ponctuellement pour la maison du Dieu des cieux, afin que sa colère ne soit pas sur le royaume, sur le roi et sur ses fils.
    
24. Nous vous faisons savoir qu'il ne peut être levé ni tribut, ni impôt, ni droit de passage, sur aucun des sacrificateurs, des Lévites, des chantres, des portiers, des Néthiniens, et des serviteurs de cette maison de Dieu.
    
25. Et toi, Esdras, selon la sagesse de Dieu que tu possèdes, établis des juges et des magistrats qui rendent la justice à tout le peuple de l'autre côté du fleuve, à tous ceux qui connaissent les lois de ton Dieu; et fais-les connaître à ceux qui ne le connaissent pas.
    

21. Now I, King Artaxerxes, order all the treasurers of Trans-Euphrates to provide with diligence whatever Ezra the priest, a teacher of the Law of the God of heaven, may ask of you--
    
22. up to a hundred talents of silver, a hundred cors of wheat, a hundred baths of wine, a hundred baths of olive oil, and salt without limit.
    
23. Whatever the God of heaven has prescribed, let it be done with diligence for the temple of the God of heaven. Why should there be wrath against the realm of the king and of his sons?
    
24. You are also to know that you have no authority to impose taxes, tribute or duty on any of the priests, Levites, singers, gatekeepers, temple servants or other workers at this house of God.
    
25. And you, Ezra, in accordance with the wisdom of your God, which you possess, appoint magistrates and judges to administer justice to all the people of Trans-Euphrates--all who know the laws of your God. And you are to teach any who do not know them.
    

26. 무릇 네 하나님의 命令(명령)과 王(왕)의 命令(명령)을 遵行(준행)치 아니하는 者(자)는 速(속)히 그 罪(죄)를 定(정)하여 或(혹) 죽이거나 定配(정배)하거나 家産(가산)을 籍沒(적몰)하거나 獄(옥)에 가둘지니라 하였더라
    
27. ^ㅐ우리 列祖(열조)의 하나님 여호와를 頌祝(송축)할지로다 ^ㄱ그가 王(왕)의 마음에 예루살렘 여호와의 殿(전)을 아름답게 할 뜻을 두시고
    
28. ^ㄴ또 나로 王(왕)과 그 謀士(모사)들의 앞과 王(왕)의 權勢(권세) 있는 모든 方伯(방백)의 앞에서 恩惠(은혜)를 얻게 하셨도다 나의 하나님 여호와의 손이 나의 위에 있으므로 내가 힘을 얻어 이스라엘 中(중)에 頭目(두목)을 모아 나와 함께 올라오게 하였노라
    

26. Quiconque n'observera pas ponctuellement la loi de ton Dieu et la loi du roi sera condamné à la mort, au bannissement, à une amende, ou à la prison.
    
27. Béni soit l'Éternel, le Dieu de nos pères, qui a disposé le coeur du roi à glorifier ainsi la maison de l'Éternel à Jérusalem,
    
28. et qui m'a rendu l'objet de la bienveillance du roi, de ses conseillers, et de tous ses puissants chefs! Fortifié par la main de l'Éternel, mon Dieu, qui était sur moi, j'ai rassemblé les chefs d'Israël, afin qu'ils partissent avec moi.
    

26. Whoever does not obey the law of your God and the law of the king must surely be punished by death, banishment, confiscation of property, or imprisonment.
    
27. Praise be to the LORD, the God of our fathers, who has put it into the king's heart to bring honor to the house of the LORD in Jerusalem in this way
    
28. and who has extended his good favor to me before the king and his advisers and all the king's powerful officials. Because the hand of the LORD my God was on me, I took courage and gathered leading men from Israel to go up with me.
