열왕기상(1 Reyes) 2장 [개역한글 : RV1909 : NIV]

1. 다윗이 ^ㅏ죽을 날이 臨迫(임박)하매 그 아들 솔로몬에게 命(명)하여 가로되
   
2. ^ㅑ내가 이제 世上(세상) 모든 사람의 가는 길로 가게 되었노니 ^ㅓ너는 힘써 大丈夫(대장부)가 되고
   
3. 네 하나님 여호와의 命(명)을 지켜 그 길로 行(행)하여 그 法律(법률)과 誡命(계명)과 律例(율례)와 證據(증거)를 모세의 律法(률법)에 記錄(기록)된대로 지키라 그리하면 ^ㅕ네가 무릇 무엇을 하든지 어디로 가든지 亨通(형통)할지라
   
4. 여호와께서 내 일에 對(대)하여 말씀하시기를 ^ㅗ萬一(만일) 네 子孫(자손)이 그 길을 삼가 마음을 다하고 性稟(성품)을 다하여 ^ㅛ眞實(진실)히 내 앞에서 行(행)하면 ^ㅜ이스라엘 王位(왕위)에 오를 사람이 네게서 끊어지지 아니하리라 하신 ^ㅠ말씀을 確實(확실)히 이루게 하시리라
   
5. 스루야의 아들 요압이 ^으내게 行(행)한 일 곧 이스라엘 軍隊(군대)의 두 長官(장관) ^이넬의 아들 아브넬과 ^ㅐ예델의 아들 아마사에게 行(행)한 일을 네가 알거니와 저가 저희를 죽여 泰平(태평) 時代(시대)에 戰爭(전쟁)의 피를 흘리고 戰爭(전쟁)의 피로 自己(자기)의 허리에 띤 띠와 발에 신은 신에 묻혔으니
   

1. Y LLEGARONSE los días de David para "morir," y mandó á Salomón su "hijo," diciendo:
   
2. Yo voy el camino de toda la tierra: "esfuérzate," y sé varón.
   
3. Guarda la ordenanza de Jehová tu "Dios," andando en sus "caminos," y observando sus estatutos y "mandamientos," y sus derechos y sus "testimonios," de la manera que está escrito en la ley de "Moisés," para que seas dichoso en todo lo que "hicieres," y en todo aquello á que te tornares;
   
4. Para que confirme Jehová la palabra que me "habló," diciendo: Si tus hijos guardaren su "camino," andando delante de mí con "verdad," de todo su "corazón," y de toda su "alma," "jamás," "dice," faltará á ti varón del trono de Israel.
   
5. Y ya sabes tú lo que me ha hecho Joab hijo de "Sarvia," lo que hizo á dos generales del ejército de "Israel," á Abner hijo de "Ner," y á Amasa hijo de "Jether," los cuales él "mató," derramando en paz la sangre de "guerra," y poniendo la sangre de guerra en su talabarte que tenía sobre sus "lomos," y en sus zapatos que tenía en sus pies.
   

1. When the time drew near for David to die, he gave a charge to Solomon his son.
   
2. "I am about to go the way of all the earth," he said. "So be strong, show yourself a man,
   
3. and observe what the LORD your God requires: Walk in his ways, and keep his decrees and commands, his laws and requirements, as written in the Law of Moses, so that you may prosper in all you do and wherever you go,
   
4. and that the LORD may keep his promise to me: 'If your descendants watch how they live, and if they walk faithfully before me with all their heart and soul, you will never fail to have a man on the throne of Israel.'
   
5. "Now you yourself know what Joab son of Zeruiah did to me--what he did to the two commanders of Israel's armies, Abner son of Ner and Amasa son of Jether. He killed them, shedding their blood in peacetime as if in battle, and with that blood stained the belt around his waist and the sandals on his feet.
   

6. ^ㄱ네 智慧(지혜)대로 行(행)하여 그 白髮(백발)로 平安(평안)히 陰府(음부)에 내려가지 못하게 하라
   
7. 마땅히 길르앗 ^ㄴ바실래의 아들들에게 恩寵(은총)을 베풀어 저희로 ^ㄷ네 床(상)에서 먹는 者(자) 中(중)에 參與(참여)하게 하라 ^ㄹ내가 네 兄(형) 압살롬의 낯을 避(피)하여 逃亡(도망)할 때에 저희가 내게 나아왔었느니라
   
8. 바후림 베냐민 사람 게라의 아들 ^ㅁ시므이가 너와 함께 있나니 저는 내가 ^ㅂ마하나임으로 갈때에 毒(독)한 말로 나를 詛呪(저주)하였느니라 ^ㅅ그러나 저가 요단에 내려와서 나를 迎接(영접)하기로 내가 여호와를 가리켜 盟誓(맹서)하여 이르기를 내가 칼로 너를 죽이지 아니하리라 하였노라
   
9. 그러나 저를 無罪(무죄)한 者(자)로 여기지 말지어다 ^ㅇ너는 智慧(지혜)있는 사람인즉 저에게 行(행)할 일을 알지니 그 ^ㅈ白髮(백발)의 피를 흘려 저로 陰府(음부)에 내려가게 하라
   
10. ^ㅊ다윗이 그 列祖(열조)와 함께 누워 자서 ^ㅋ다윗城(성)에 葬事(장사)되니
    

6. Tú pues harás conforme á tu sabiduría; no dejarás descender sus canas á la huesa en paz.
   
7. Mas á los hijos de Barzillai Galaadita harás "misericordia," que sean de los convidados á tu mesa; porque ellos vinieron así á "mí," cuando iba huyendo de Absalom tu hermano.
   
8. También tienes contigo á Semei hijo de "Gera," hijo de "Benjamín," de "Bahurim," el cual me maldijo con una maldición fuerte el día que yo iba á Mahanaim. Mas él mismo descendió á recibirme al "Jordán," y yo le juré por "Jehová," diciendo: Yo no te mataré á cuchillo.
   
9. Empero ahora no lo absolverás: que hombre sabio "eres," y sabes cómo te has de haber con él: y harás descender sus canas con sangre á la sepultura.
   
10. Y David durmió con sus "padres," y fué sepultado en la ciudad de David.
    

6. Deal with him according to your wisdom, but do not let his gray head go down to the grave in peace.
   
7. "But show kindness to the sons of Barzillai of Gilead and let them be among those who eat at your table. They stood by me when I fled from your brother Absalom.
   
8. "And remember, you have with you Shimei son of Gera, the Benjamite from Bahurim, who called down bitter curses on me the day I went to Mahanaim. When he came down to meet me at the Jordan, I swore to him by the LORD: 'I will not put you to death by the sword.'
   
9. But now, do not consider him innocent. You are a man of wisdom; you will know what to do to him. Bring his gray head down to the grave in blood."
   
10. Then David rested with his fathers and was buried in the City of David.
    

11. 다윗이 이스라엘 王(왕)이 된지 ^ㅌ四十年(사십년)이라 헤브론에서 七年(칠년)을 治理(치리)하였고 예루살렘에서 三十三年(삼십삼년)을 治理(치리)하였더라
    
12. ^ㅍ솔로몬이 그 아비 다윗의 位(위)에 앉으니 그 나라가 甚(심)히 堅固(견고)하니라
    
13. 학깃의 아들 아도니야가 솔로몬의 母親(모친) 밧세바에게 나아온지라 밧세바가 이르되 ^ㅎ네가 和平(화평)한 目的(목적)으로 왔느뇨 對答(대답)하되 和平(화평)한 目的(목적)이니이다
    
14. 또 가로되 내가 말씀할 일이 있나이다 밧세바가 가로되 말하라
    
15. 저가 가로되 當身(당신)도 아시는 바여니와 ^ㅏ이 王位(왕위)는 내 것이었고 온 이스라엘은 다 얼굴을 내게로 向(향)하여 王(왕)을 삼으려 하였는데 그 王位(왕위)가 돌이켜 내 아우의 것이 되었음은 ^ㅑ여호와께로 말미암음이니이다
    

11. Los días que reinó David sobre Israel fueron cuarenta años: siete años reinó en "Hebrón," y treinta y tres años reinó en Jerusalem.
    
12. Y se sentó Salomón en el trono de David su "padre," y fué su reino firme en gran manera.
    
13. Entonces Adonía hijo de Haggith vino á Bath-sheba madre de Salomón; y ella dijo: ¿Es tu venida de paz? Y él respondió: "Sí," de paz.
    
14. En seguida dijo: Una palabra tengo que decirte. Y ella dijo: Di.
    
15. Y él dijo: Tú sabes que el reino era "mío," y que todo Israel había puesto en mí su "rostro," para que yo reinara: mas el reino fué "traspasado," y vino á mi hermano; porque por Jehová era suyo.
    

11. He had reigned forty years over Israel--seven years in Hebron and thirty-three in Jerusalem.
    
12. So Solomon sat on the throne of his father David, and his rule was firmly established.
    
13. Now Adonijah, the son of Haggith, went to Bathsheba, Solomon's mother. Bathsheba asked him, "Do you come peacefully?" He answered, "Yes, peacefully."
    
14. Then he added, "I have something to say to you." "You may say it," she replied.
    
15. "As you know," he said, "the kingdom was mine. All Israel looked to me as their king. But things changed, and the kingdom has gone to my brother; for it has come to him from the LORD.
    

16. 이제 내가 한가지 所願(소원)을 當身(당신)에게 求(구)하오니 ^ㅓ내 얼굴을 恝視(괄시)하지 마옵소서 밧세바가 가로되 말하라
    
17. 가로되 請(청)컨대 솔로몬 王(왕)에게 말씀하여 저로 수넴 女子(녀자) ^ㅕ아비삭을 내게 주어 아내를 삼게 하소서 王(왕)이 當身(당신)의 얼굴을 恝視(괄시)치 아니하리이다
    
18. 밧세바가 가로되 좋다 내가 너를 爲(위)하여 王(왕)께 말하리라
    
19. 밧세바가 이에 아도니야를 爲(위)하여 말하려고 솔로몬王(왕)에게 이르니 王(왕)이 일어나 迎接(영접)하여 절한 後(후)에 다시 位(위)에 앉고 그 母親(모친)을 爲(위)하여 자리를 베풀게 하고 ^ㅗ그 右便(우편)에 앉게 하는지라
    
20. 밧세바가 이르되 내가 한가지 작은 일로 王(왕)께 求(구)하오니 내 얼굴을 恝視(괄시)하지 마소서 王(왕)이 對答(대답)하되 내 어머니여 求(구)하시옵소서 내가 어머니의 얼굴을 恝視(괄시)하지 아니하리이다
    

16. Y ahora yo te hago una petición: no me hagas volver mi rostro. Y ella le dijo: Habla.
    
18. Y Bath-sheba dijo: Bien; yo hablaré por ti al rey.
    
19. Y vino Bath-sheba al rey Salomón para hablarle por Adonía. Y el rey se levantó á "recibirla," é inclinóse á "ella," y volvió á sentarse en su "trono," é hizo poner una silla á la madre del "rey," la cual se sentó á su diestra.
    
20. Y ella dijo: Una pequeña petición pretendo de ti; no me hagas volver mi rostro. Y el rey le dijo: "Pide," madre "mía," que yo no te haré volver el rostro.
    

16. Now I have one request to make of you. Do not refuse me." "You may make it," she said.
    
17. So he continued, "Please ask King Solomon--he will not refuse you--to give me Abishag the Shunammite as my wife."
    
18. "Very well," Bathsheba replied, "I will speak to the king for you."
    
19. When Bathsheba went to King Solomon to speak to him for Adonijah, the king stood up to meet her, bowed down to her and sat down on his throne. He had a throne brought for the king's mother, and she sat down at his right hand.
    
20. "I have one small request to make of you," she said. "Do not refuse me." The king replied, "Make it, my mother; I will not refuse you."
    

21. 가로되 請(청)컨대 수넴 女子(녀자) 아비삭을 아도니야에게 주어 아내를 삼게 하소서
    
22. 솔로몬 王(왕)이 그 母親(모친)에게 對答(대답)하여 가로되 어찌하여 아도니야를 爲(위)하여 수넴 女子(녀자) 아비삭을 求(구)하시나이까 ^ㅛ저는 나의 兄(형)이오니 저를 爲(위)하여 王位(왕위)도 求(구)하옵소서 저뿐 아니라 ^ㅜ祭司長(제사장) 아비아달과 스루야의 아들 요압도 爲(위)하여 求(구)하옵소서 하고
    
23. 여호와를 가리켜 盟誓(맹서)하여 가로되 아도니야가 이런 말을 하였은즉 그 生命(생명)을 잃지 아니하면 ^ㅠ하나님은 내게 罰(벌)위에 罰(벌)을 내리심이 마땅하니이다
    
24. 나를 세워 내 父親(부친) 다윗의 位(위)에 오르게 하시고 ^으許諾(허락)하신 말씀대로 나를 爲(위)하여 집을 세우신 ^이여호와의 사심을 가리켜 盟誓(맹서)하노니 아도니야는 오늘날 죽임을 當(당)하리라 하고
    
25. 여호야다의 아들 ^ㅐ브나야를 보내매 저가 아도니야를 쳐서 죽였더라
    

21. Y ella dijo: Dése Abisag Sunamita por mujer á tu hermano Adonía.
    
22. Y el rey Salomón "respondió," y dijo á su madre: ¿Por qué pides á Abisag Sunamita para Adonía? Demanda también para él el "reino," porque él es mi hermano mayor; y tiene también á Abiathar "sacerdote," y á Joab hijo de Sarvia.
    
23. Y el rey Salomón juró por "Jehová," diciendo: Así me haga Dios y así me "añada," que contra su vida ha hablado Adonía esta palabra.
    
24. Ahora "pues," vive "Jehová," que me ha confirmado y me ha puesto sobre el trono de David mi "padre," y que me ha hecho "casa," como me había "dicho," que Adonía morirá hoy.
    
25. Entonces el rey Salomón envió por mano de Benaía hijo de "Joiada," el cual dió sobre "él," y murió.
    

21. So she said, "Let Abishag the Shunammite be given in marriage to your brother Adonijah."
    
22. King Solomon answered his mother, "Why do you request Abishag the Shunammite for Adonijah? You might as well request the kingdom for him--after all, he is my older brother--yes, for him and for Abiathar the priest and Joab son of Zeruiah!"
    
23. Then King Solomon swore by the LORD: "May God deal with me, be it ever so severely, if Adonijah does not pay with his life for this request!
    
24. And now, as surely as the LORD lives--he who has established me securely on the throne of my father David and has founded a dynasty for me as he promised--Adonijah shall be put to death today!"
    
25. So King Solomon gave orders to Benaiah son of Jehoiada, and he struck down Adonijah and he died.
    

26. 王(왕)이 祭司長(제사장) 아비아달에게 이르되 네 故鄕(고향) ^ㄱ아나돗으로 가라 ^ㄴ너는 마땅히 죽을 者(자)로되 ^ㄷ네가 내 父親(부친) 다윗 앞에서 主(주) 여호와의 櫃(궤)를 메었고 ^ㄹ또 내 父親(부친)이 모든 患難(환난)을 받을 때에 너도 患難(환난)을 받았은즉 내가 오늘날 너를 죽이지 아니하노라 하고
    
27. ^ㅁ아비아달을 쫓아내어 여호와의 祭司長(제사장) 職分(직분)을 罷免(파면)하니 ^ㅂ여호와께서 실로에서 엘리의 집에 對(대)하여 하신 말씀을 應(응)하게 함이더라
    
28. 그 所聞(소문)이 ^ㅅ요압에게 들리매 저가 여호와의 帳幕(장막)으로 逃亡(도망)하여 ^ㅇ壇(단) 뿔을 잡으니 이는 저가 다윗을 떠나 압살롬을 좇지 아니하였으나 ^ㅈ아도니야를 좇았음이더라
    
29. 或(혹)이 솔로몬王(왕)에게 告(고)하되 요압이 여호와의 帳幕(장막)으로 逃亡(도망)하여 壇(단) 곁에 있나이다 솔로몬이 여호야다의 아들 브나야를 보내며 가로되 너는 가서 저를 치라
    
30. 브나야가 여호와의 帳幕(장막)에 이르러 저에게 이르되 王(왕)께서 나오라 하시느니라 저가 對答(대답)하되 아니라 내가 여기서 죽겠노라 브나야가 돌아가서 王(왕)께 告(고)하여 가로되 요압이 이리이리 내게 對答(대답)하더이다
    

26. Y á Abiathar sacerdote dijo el rey: Vete á Anathoth á tus "heredades," que tú eres digno de muerte; mas no te mataré "hoy," por cuanto has llevado el arca del Señor Jehová delante de David mi "padre," y además has sido trabajado en todas las cosas en que fué trabajado mi padre.
    
27. Así echó Salomón á Abiathar del sacerdocio de "Jehová," para que se cumpliese la palabra de Jehová que había dicho sobre la casa de Eli en Silo.
    
28. Y vino la noticia hasta Joab: porque también Joab se había adherido á "Adonía," si bien no se había adherido á Absalom. Y huyó Joab al tabernáculo de "Jehová," y asióse á los cornijales del altar.
    
29. Y fué hecho saber á Salomón que Joab había huído al tabernáculo de "Jehová," y que estaba junto al altar. Entonces envió Salomón á Benaía hijo de "Joiada," diciendo: "Ve," y da sobre él.
    
30. Y entró Benaía al tabernáculo de "Jehová," y díjole: El rey ha dicho que salgas. Y él dijo: "No," sino aquí moriré. Y Benaía volvió con esta respuesta al "rey," diciendo: Así habló "Joab," y así me respondió.
    

26. To Abiathar the priest the king said, "Go back to your fields in Anathoth. You deserve to die, but I will not put you to death now, because you carried the ark of the Sovereign LORD before my father David and shared all my father's hardships."
    
27. So Solomon removed Abiathar from the priesthood of the LORD, fulfilling the word the LORD had spoken at Shiloh about the house of Eli.
    
28. When the news reached Joab, who had conspired with Adonijah though not with Absalom, he fled to the tent of the LORD and took hold of the horns of the altar.
    
29. King Solomon was told that Joab had fled to the tent of the LORD and was beside the altar. Then Solomon ordered Benaiah son of Jehoiada, "Go, strike him down!"
    
30. So Benaiah entered the tent of the LORD and said to Joab, "The king says, 'Come out!'" But he answered, "No, I will die here." Benaiah reported to the king, "This is how Joab answered me."
    

31. 王(왕)이 이르되 ^ㅊ저의 말과 같이 하여 저를 죽여 묻으라 ^ㅋ요압이 까닭없이 흘린 피를 나와 내 父親(부친)의 집에서 네가 除(제)하리라
    
32. 여호와께서 ^ㅌ요압의 피를 그 머리로 돌려 보내실 것은 ^ㅍ저가 自己(자기)보다 義(의)롭고 善(선)한 두 사람을 쳤음이니 곧 이스라엘 軍隊(군대) 長官(장관) 넬의 아들 ^ㅎ아브넬과 유다 軍隊(군대) 長官(장관) 예델의 아들 ^ㅏ아마사를 칼로 죽였음이라 이 일을 내 父親(부친) 다윗은 알지 못하셨나니
    
33. 저희의 피는 永永(영영)히 요압의 머리와 그 子孫(자손)의 머리로 돌아갈지라도 다윗과 그 子孫(자손)과 그 집과 그 위에는 여호와께로 말미암은 平康(평강)이 永遠(영원)히 있으리라
    
34. 여호야다의 아들 브나야가 곧 올라가서 저를 쳐 죽이매 저가 거친 땅에 있는 自己(자기)의 집에 埋葬(매장)되니라
    
35. ^ㅑ王(왕)이 이에 여호야다의 아들 브나야로 요압을 代身(대신)하여 軍隊(군대) 長官(장관)을 삼고 또 ^ㅓ祭司長(제사장) 사독으로 ^ㅕ아비아달을 代身(대신)하게 하니라
    

31. Y el rey le dijo: Haz como él ha dicho; mátale y "entiérralo," y quita de mí y de la casa de mi padre la sangre que Joab ha derramado injustamente.
    
32. Y Jehová hará tornar su sangre sobre su cabeza: que él ha muerto dos varones más justos y mejores que "él," á los cuales mató á cuchillo sin que mi padre David supiese nada: á Abner hijo de "Ner," general del ejército de "Israel," y á Amasa hijo de "Jether," general de ejército de Judá.
    
33. La sangre pues de ellos recaerá sobre la cabeza de "Joab," y sobre la cabeza de su simiente para siempre: mas sobre David y sobr䱀˵ 䱀˵ 䁰̉ 孰˚ 䲨˵ 䱠˵ 䀀 䱠˵ habrá perpetuamente paz de parte de Jehová.
    
34. Entonces Benaía hijo de Joiada "subió," y dió sobre "él," y matólo; y fué sepultado en su casa en el desierto.
    
35. Y el rey puso en su lugar á Benaía hijo de Joiada sobre el ejército: y á Sadoc puso el rey por sacerdote en lugar de Abiathar.
    

31. Then the king commanded Benaiah, "Do as he says. Strike him down and bury him, and so clear me and my father's house of the guilt of the innocent blood that Joab shed.
    
32. The LORD will repay him for the blood he shed, because without the knowledge of my father David he attacked two men and killed them with the sword. Both of them--Abner son of Ner, commander of Israel's army, and Amasa son of Jether, commander of Judah's army--were better men and more upright than he.
    
33. May the guilt of their blood rest on the head of Joab and his descendants forever. But on David and his descendants, his house and his throne, may there be the LORD'S peace forever."
    
34. So Benaiah son of Jehoiada went up and struck down Joab and killed him, and he was buried on his own land in the desert.
    
35. The king put Benaiah son of Jehoiada over the army in Joab's position and replaced Abiathar with Zadok the priest.
    

36. 王(왕)이 보내어 ^ㅗ시므이를 불러서 이르되 너는 예루살렘에서 너를 爲(위)하여 집을 짓고 거기서 살고 어디든지 나가지 말라
    
37. 너는 分明(분명)히 알라 네가 나가서 ^ㅛ기드론 시내를 건너는 날에는 丁寧(정녕) 죽임을 當(당)하리니 ^ㅜ네 피가 네 머리로 돌아가리라
    
38. 시므이가 王(왕)께 對答(대답)하되 이 말씀이 좋사오니 내 主(주) 王(왕)의 말씀대로 종이 그리하겠나이다 하고 이에 날이 오래도록 예루살렘에 머무니라
    
39. 三年(삼년) 後(후)에 시므이의 두 종이 가드 王(왕) 마아가의 아들 ^ㅠ아기스에게로 逃亡(도망)하여 간지라 或(혹)이 시므이에게 告(고)하여 가로되 當身(당신)의 종이 가드에 있나이다
    
40. 시므이가 그 종을 찾으려고 일어나 그 나귀에 鞍裝(안장)을 지우고 가드로 가서 아기스에게 나아가 그 종을 가드에서 데려왔더니
    

36. Después envió el "rey," é hizo venir á "Semei," y díjole: Edifícate una casa en "Jerusalem," y mora "ahí," y no salgas de allá á una parte ni á otra;
    
37. Porque sabe de cierto que el día que "salieres," y pasares el torrente de "Cedrón," sin duda "morirás," y tu sangre será sobre tu cabeza.
    
38. Y Semei dijo al rey: La palabra es buena; como el rey mi señor ha "dicho," así lo hará tu siervo. Y habitó Semei en Jerusalem muchos días.
    
39. Pero pasados tres "años," aconteció que se le huyeron á Semei dos siervos á "Achîs," hijo de "Maachâ," rey de Gath. Y dieron aviso á "Semei," diciendo: He aquí que tus siervos están en Gath.
    
40. Levantóse entonces "Semei," y enalbardó su "asno," y fué á "Gath," á "Achîs," á procurar sus siervos. Fué pues "Semei," y volvió sus siervos de Gath.
    

36. Then the king sent for Shimei and said to him, "Build yourself a house in Jerusalem and live there, but do not go anywhere else.
    
37. The day you leave and cross the Kidron Valley, you can be sure you will die; your blood will be on your own head."
    
38. Shimei answered the king, "What you say is good. Your servant will do as my lord the king has said." And Shimei stayed in Jerusalem for a long time.
    
39. But three years later, two of Shimei's slaves ran off to Achish son of Maacah, king of Gath, and Shimei was told, "Your slaves are in Gath."
    
40. At this, he saddled his donkey and went to Achish at Gath in search of his slaves. So Shimei went away and brought the slaves back from Gath.
    

41. 시므이가 예루살렘에서부터 가드에 갔다가 돌아온 일을 或(혹)이 솔로몬에게 告(고)한지라
    
42. 王(왕)이 사람을 보내어 시므이를 불러서 이르되 내가 너로 여호와를 가리켜 盟誓(맹서)하게 하고 警戒(경계)하여 이르기를 너는 分明(분명)히 알라 네가 밖으로 나가서 어디든지 가는 날에는 죽임을 當(당)하리라 하지 아니하였느냐 너도 내게 말하기를 내가 들은 말씀이 좋으니이다 하였거늘
    
43. 네가 어찌하여 여호와를 가리켜 한 盟誓(맹서)와 내가 네게 이른 命令(명령)을 지키지 아니하였느냐
    
44. 王(왕)이 또 시므이에게 이르되 네가 무릇 네 마음의 아는 모든 惡(악) 곧 ^으내 父親(부친)에게 行(행)한 바를 네가 스스로 아나니 여호와께서 ^이네 惡(악)을 네 머리로 돌려 보내시리라
    
45. 그러나 솔로몬 王(왕)은 福(복)을 받고 ^ㅐ다윗의 位(위)는 永遠(영원)히 여호와 앞에서 堅固(견고)히 서리라 하고
    

41. Díjose luego á Salomón como Semei había ido de Jerusalem hasta "Gath," y que había vuelto.
    
42. Entonces el rey "envió," é hizo venir á "Semei," y díjole: ¿No te conjuré yo por "Jehová," y te "protesté," diciendo: El día que "salieres," y fueres acá ó "acullá," sabe de cierto que has de morir? Y tú me dijiste: La palabra es "buena," yo la obedezco.
    
43. ¿Por qué pues no guardaste el juramento de "Jehová," y el mandamiento que yo te impuse?
    
44. Dijo además el rey á Semei: Tú sabes todo el "mal," el cual tu corazón bien "sabe," que cometiste contra mi padre David; Jehová "pues," ha tornado el mal sobre tu cabeza.
    
45. Y el rey Salomón será "bendito," y el trono de David será firme perpetuamente delante de Jehová.
    

41. When Solomon was told that Shimei had gone from Jerusalem to Gath and had returned,
    
42. the king summoned Shimei and said to him, "Did I not make you swear by the LORD and warn you, 'On the day you leave to go anywhere else, you can be sure you will die'? At that time you said to me, 'What you say is good. I will obey.'
    
43. Why then did you not keep your oath to the LORD and obey the command I gave you?"
    
44. The king also said to Shimei, "You know in your heart all the wrong you did to my father David. Now the LORD will repay you for your wrongdoing.
    
45. But King Solomon will be blessed, and David's throne will remain secure before the LORD forever."
    

46. 여호야다의 아들 브나야에게 命(명)하매 저가 나가서 시므이를 쳐서 죽게 한지라 ^ㄱ이에 나라가 솔로몬의 손에 堅固(견고)하여지니라
    

46. Entonces el rey mandó á Benaía hijo de "Joiada," el cual salió é hirióle; y murió. Y el reino fué confirmado en la mano de Salomón.
    

46. Then the king gave the order to Benaiah son of Jehoiada, and he went out and struck Shimei down and killed him. The kingdom was now firmly established in Solomon's hands.
