  1. 이스라엘 子孫(자손)이 요단 저便(편) 해 돋는 便(편) 곧 ㄹ아르논 골짜기에서 헤르몬山(산)까지의 東方(동방) 온 ㅁ아라바를 占領(점령)하고 그 땅에서 쳐 죽인 王(왕)들은 이러하니라

  4. 또 ㅋ르바의 남은 族屬(족속)으로서 ㅌ아스다롯과 에브레이에 居(거)하던 바산 王(왕) ㅍ옥이라
  5. 그 治理(치리)하던 땅은 ㅎ헤르몬山(산)과 ㅏ살르가와 온 바산과 및 그술 사람과 마아가 사람의 ㅑ地境(지경)까지의 길르앗 折半(절반)이니 헤스본 王(왕) 시혼의 地境(지경)에 接(접)한 것이라

  1. Dies sind die Könige des "Landes," die die Kinder Israel schlugen und nahmen ihr Land ein jenseit des Jordans gegen der Sonne Aufgang von dem Bach Arnon an bis an den Berg Hermon und das ganze Gefilde gegen Morgen:
  2. Sihon, der König der "Amoriter," der zu Hesbon wohnte und herrschte von Aroer "an," das am Ufer liegt des Bachs "Arnon," und von der Mitte des Tals an und über das halbe Gilead bis an den Bach "Jabbok," der die Grenze ist der Kinder "Ammon,"
  3. und über das Gefilde bis an das Meer Kinneroth gegen Morgen und bis an das Meer im "Gefilde," nämlich das "Salzmeer," gegen "Morgen," des Weges gen "Beth-Jesimoth," und gegen Mittag unten an den Abhängen des Gebirges Pisga.
  4. Dazu das Gebiet des Königs Og von "Basan," der noch von den Riesen übrig war und wohnte zu Astharoth und Edrei
  5. und herrschte über den Berg "Hermon," über Salcha und über ganz Basan bis an die Grenze der Gessuriter und Maachathiter und über das halbe "Gilead," da die Grenze war "Sihons," des Königs zu Hesbon.
  1. These are the kings of the land whom the Israelites had defeated and whose territory they took over east of the Jordan, from the Arnon Gorge to Mount Hermon, including all the eastern side of the Arabah:
  2. Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon. He ruled from Aroer on the rim of the Arnon Gorge--from the middle of the gorge--to the Jabbok River, which is the border of the Ammonites. This included half of Gilead.
  3. He also ruled over the eastern Arabah from the Sea of Kinnereth to the Sea of the Arabah (the Salt Sea), to Beth Jeshimoth, and then southward below the slopes of Pisgah.
  4. And the territory of Og king of Bashan, one of the last of the Rephaites, who reigned in Ashtaroth and Edrei.
  5. He ruled over Mount Hermon, Salecah, all of Bashan to the border of the people of Geshur and Maacah, and half of Gilead to the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.
