1. 요셉 子孫(자손)이 제비 뽑은 것은 여리고 곁 요단 곧 여리고 물 東便(동편) ^ㅅ曠野(광야)에서부터 나아가 여리고로 말미암아 올라가서 山地(산지)를 지나 벧엘에 이르고
   
2. ^ㅇ벧엘에서부터 루스로 나아가 아렉 사람의 境界(경계)로 지나 아다롯에 이르고
   
3. 西便(서편)으로 내려가서 야블렛 사람의 境界(경계)에 이르러 아래 ^ㅈ벧 호론 곧 ^ㅊ게셀에 미치고 그 끝은 바다라
   
4. ^ㅋ요셉의 子孫(자손) 므낫세와 에브라임이 그 基業(기업)을 얻었더라
   
5. 에브라임 子孫(자손)의 그 家族(가족)대로 얻은 것의 境界(경계)는 이러하니라 그 基業(기업)의 境界(경계)는 東(동)으로 ^ㅌ아다롯 앗달에서 윗 벧 호론에 이르고
   

1. Und das Los fiel den Kindern Joseph aufgangwärts vom Jordan gegenüber Jericho bis zum Wasser bei "Jericho," und die "Wüste," die heraufgeht von Jericho durch das Gebirge gen Beth-El; {~}
   
2. und kommt von Beth-El heraus gen Lus und geht durch zur Grenze des Arachiters gen Ataroth
   
3. und zieht sich hernieder abendwärts zu der Grenze des Japhletiters bis an die Grenze des niederen Beth-Horon und bis gen Geser; und das Ende ist am Meer.
   
4. Das haben zum Erbteil genommen die Kinder "Josephs," Manasse und Ephraim.
   
5. Die Grenze der Kinder Ephraim nach ihren "Geschlechtern," die Grenze ihres Erbteils "aufgangwärts," war Ataroth-Adar bis zum obern Beth-Horon
   

1. The allotment for Joseph began at the Jordan of Jericho, east of the waters of Jericho, and went up from there through the desert into the hill country of Bethel.
   
2. It went on from Bethel (that is, Luz), crossed over to the territory of the Arkites in Ataroth,
   
3. descended westward to the territory of the Japhletites as far as the region of Lower Beth Horon and on to Gezer, ending at the sea.
   
4. So Manasseh and Ephraim, the descendants of Joseph, received their inheritance.
   
5. This was the territory of Ephraim, clan by clan: The boundary of their inheritance went from Ataroth Addar in the east to Upper Beth Horon
   

6. 또 西便(서편)으로 나아가 北便(북편) ^ㅍ믹므다에 이르고 東便(동편)으로 돌아 다아낫 실로에 이르러 야노아 東便(동편)을 지나고
   
7. 야노아에서부터 아다롯과 ^ㅎ나아라로 내려가서 여리고에 미치며 요단으로 나아가고
   
8. 또 ^ㅏ답부아에서부터 西便(서편)으로 지나서 가나 시내에 미치나니 그 끝은 바다라 에브라임 子孫(자손)의 支派(지파)가 그 家族(가족)대로 얻은 基業(기업)이 이러하였고
   
9. 그 外(외)에 므낫세 子孫(자손)의 基業(기업) 中(중)에서 에브라임 子孫(자손)을 爲(위)하여 區別(구별)한 모든 城邑(성읍)과 村落(촌락)도 있었더라
   
10. ^ㅑ그들이 게셀에 居(거)하는 가나안 사람을 쫓아내지 아니하였으므로 가나안 사람이 오늘날까지 에브라임 가운데 居(거)하며 ^ㅓ使役(사역)하는 종이 되니라
    

6. und geht aus gegen Abend bei "Michmethath," das gegen Mitternacht liegt; daselbst lenkt sie sich herum gegen Aufgang gen Thaanath-Silo und geht da durch aufgangwärts gen Janoha{~}
   
7. und kommt herab von Janoha gen Ataroth und Naarath und stößt an Jericho und geht aus am Jordan;
   
8. von Thappuah geht sie abendwärts zum Bach Kana; und ihr Ende ist am Meer. Das ist das Erbteil des Stammes der Kinder Ephraim nach ihren Geschlechtern.
   
9. dazu alle Städte mit ihren "Dörfern," welche für die Kinder Ephraim ausgesondert waren unter dem Erbteil der Kinder Manasse. {~}
   
10. Und sie vertrieben die Kanaaniter "nicht," die zu Geser wohnten; also blieben die Kanaaniter unter Ephraim bis auf diesen Tag und wurden zinsbar.
    

6. and continued to the sea. From Micmethath on the north it curved eastward to Taanath Shiloh, passing by it to Janoah on the east.
   
7. Then it went down from Janoah to Ataroth and Naarah, touched Jericho and came out at the Jordan.
   
8. From Tappuah the border went west to the Kanah Ravine and ended at the sea. This was the inheritance of the tribe of the Ephraimites, clan by clan.
   
9. It also included all the towns and their villages that were set aside for the Ephraimites within the inheritance of the Manassites.
   
10. They did not dislodge the Canaanites living in Gezer; to this day the Canaanites live among the people of Ephraim but are required to do forced labor.
