  1. ㄱ士師(사사)들의 治理(치리)하던 때에 그 땅에 ㄴ凶年(흉년)이 드니라 ㄷ유다 베들레헴에 한 사람이 그 아내와 두 아들을 데리고 모압 地方(지방)에 가서 寓居(우거)하였는데
  2. 그 사람의 이름은 엘리멜렉이요 그 아내의 이름은 나오미요 그 두 아들의 이름은 말론과 기룐이니 유다 베들레헴 ㄹ에브랏 사람들이더라 그들이 모압 地方(지방)에 들어가서 거기 留(유)하더니
  3. 나오미의 男便(남편) 엘리멜렉이 죽고 나오미와 그 두 아들이 남았으며
  4. 그들은 모압 女子(녀자) 中(중)에서 아내를 取(취)하였는데 하나의 이름은 오르바요 하나의 이름은 룻이더라 거기 居(거)한지 十年(십년) 즈음에
  5. 말론과 기룐 두 사람이 다 죽고 그 女人(녀인)은 두 아들과 男便(남편)의 뒤에 남았더라

  1. Zu der "Zeit," da die Richter "regierten," ward eine Teuerung im Lande. Und ein Mann von Bethlehem-Juda zog wallen in der Moabiter Land mit seinem Weibe und seinen zwei Söhnen. {~}
  2. Der hieß Elimelech und sein Weib Naemi und seine zwei Söhne Mahlon und Chiljon; die waren Ephrather von Bethlehem-Juda. Und da sie kamen ins Land der "Moabiter," blieben sie daselbst.
  3. Und "Elimelech," der Naemi "Mann," "starb," und sie blieb übrig mit ihren zwei Söhnen.
  4. Die nahmen moabitische Weiber; eine hieß "Orpa," die andere Ruth. Und da sie daselbst gewohnt hatten ungefähr zehn "Jahre,"
  5. starben sie alle "beide," Mahlon und "Chiljon," daß das Weib überlebte beide Söhne und ihren Mann. {~} {~}
  1. In the days when the judges ruled, there was a famine in the land, and a man from Bethlehem in Judah, together with his wife and two sons, went to live for a while in the country of Moab.
  2. The man's name was Elimelech, his wife's name Naomi, and the names of his two sons were Mahlon and Kilion. They were Ephrathites from Bethlehem, Judah. And they went to Moab and lived there.
  3. Now Elimelech, Naomi's husband, died, and she was left with her two sons.
  4. They married Moabite women, one named Orpah and the other Ruth. After they had lived there about ten years,
  5. both Mahlon and Kilion also died, and Naomi was left without her two sons and her husband.

  2. 있던 곳을 떠나고 두 子婦(자부)도 그와 함께 하여 유다 땅으로 돌아오려고 길을 行(행)하다가
  3. 나오미가 두 子婦(자부)에게 이르되 너희는 各各(각각) 어미의 집으로 돌아가라 ㅅ너희가 죽은 者(자)와 나를 善待(선대)한 것같이 ㅇ여호와께서 너희를 善待(선대)하시기를 願(원)하며
  4. 여호와께서 너희로 各各(각각) 男便(남편)의 집에서 ㅈ平安(평안)함을 얻게 하시기를 願(원)하노라 하고 그들에게 입맞추매 그들이 소리를 높여 울며
  5. 나오미에게 이르되 아니니이다 우리는 어머니와 함께 어머니의 百姓(백성)에게로 돌아가겠나이다

  1. Da machte sie sich auf mit ihren zwei Schwiegertöchtern und zog wieder aus der Moabiter Lande; denn sie hatte erfahren im "Moabiterlande," daß der HERR sein Volk hatte heimgesucht und ihnen Brot gegeben.
  2. Und sie ging aus von dem "Ort," da sie gewesen "war," und ihre beiden Schwiegertöchter mit ihr. Und da sie ging auf dem "Wege," daß sie wiederkäme ins Land "Juda,"
  3. sprach sie zu ihren beiden Schwiegertöchtern: Geht hin und kehrt "um," eine jegliche zu ihrer Mutter Haus. Der HERR tue an euch "Barmherzigkeit," wie ihr an den Toten und mir getan habt!
  4. Der HERR gebe "euch," daß ihr Ruhe "findet," eine jegliche in ihres Mannes Hause! Und küßte sie. Da hoben sie ihre Stimmen auf und weinten
  5. und sprachen zu ihr: Wir wollen mit dir zu deinem Volk gehen.
  1. When she heard in Moab that the LORD had come to the aid of his people by providing food for them, Naomi and her daughters-in-law prepared to return home from there.
  2. With her two daughters-in-law she left the place where she had been living and set out on the road that would take them back to the land of Judah.
  3. Then Naomi said to her two daughters-in-law, "Go back, each of you, to your mother's home. May the LORD show kindness to you, as you have shown to your dead and to me.
  4. May the LORD grant that each of you will find rest in the home of another husband." Then she kissed them and they wept aloud
  5. and said to her, "We will go back with you to your people."
  1. 나오미가 가로되 내 딸들아 돌아가라 너희가 어찌 나와 함께 가려느냐 나의 胎中(태중)에 ㅊ너희 男便(남편)될 아들들이 오히려 있느냐
  2. 내 딸들아 돌이켜 너희 길로 가라 나는 늙었으니 男便(남편)을 두지 못할지라 假令(가령) 내가 所望(소망)이 있다고 말한다든지 오늘 밤에 男便(남편)을 두어서 아들들을 生産(생산)한다 하자
  3. 너희가 어찌 그것을 因(인)하여 그들의 자라기를 기다리겠느냐 어찌 그것을 因(인)하여 男便(남편) 두기를 멈추겠느냐 내 딸들아 그렇지 아니하니라 ㅋ여호와의 손이 나를 치셨으므로 나는 너희로 因(인)하여 더욱 마음이 아프도다
  4. 그들이 소리를 높여 다시 울더니 오르바는 그 媤母(시모)에게 입맞추되 룻은 그를 붙좇았더라
  5. 나오미가 또 가로되 보라, 네 동서는 그 百姓(백성)과 ㅌ그 神(신)에게로 돌아가나니 너도 동서를 따라 돌아가라

  1. Aber Naemi sprach: Kehrt "um," meine Töchter! warum wollt ihr mit mir gehen? Wie kann ich fürder Kinder in meinem Leibe "haben," die eure Männer sein könnten?
  2. Kehrt "um," meine "Töchter," und geht hin! denn ich bin nun zu "alt," daß ich einen Mann nehme. Und wenn ich spräche: Es ist zu "hoffen," daß ich diese Nacht einen Mann nehme und Kinder "gebäre,"
  3. wie könntet ihr doch "harren," bis sie groß würden? wie wolltet ihr "verziehen," daß ihr nicht Männer solltet nehmen? "Nicht," meine Töchter! denn mich jammert euer sehr; denn des HERRN Hand ist über mich ausgegangen.
  4. Da hoben sie ihre Stimme auf und weinten noch mehr. Und Opra küßte ihre Schwiegermutter; Ruth aber blieb bei ihr.
  5. Sie aber sprach: "Siehe," deine Schwägerin ist umgewandt zu ihrem Volk und zu ihrem Gott; kehre auch du "um," deiner Schwägerin nach.
  1. But Naomi said, "Return home, my daughters. Why would you come with me? Am I going to have any more sons, who could become your husbands?
  2. Return home, my daughters; I am too old to have another husband. Even if I thought there was still hope for me--even if I had a husband tonight and then gave birth to sons--
  3. would you wait until they grew up? Would you remain unmarried for them? No, my daughters. It is more bitter for me than for you, because the LORD'S hand has gone out against me!"
  4. At this they wept again. Then Orpah kissed her mother-in-law good-by, but Ruth clung to her.
  5. "Look," said Naomi, "your sister-in-law is going back to her people and her gods. Go back with her."
  1. 룻이 가로되 나로 어머니를 떠나며 어머니를 따르지 말고 돌아가라 强勸(강권)하지 마옵소서 어머니께서 가시는 곳에 나도 가고, 어머니께서 留宿(유숙)하시는 곳에서 나도 留宿(유숙)하겠나이다 ㅍ어머니의 百姓(백성)이 나의 百姓(백성)이 되고, 어머니의 하나님이 나의 하나님이 되시리니
  2. 어머니께서 죽으시는 곳에서 나도 죽어 거기 葬事(장사)될 것이라 萬一(만일) 내가 죽는 일 外(외)에 어머니와 떠나면 ㅎ여호와께서 내게 罰(벌)을 내리시고 더 내리시기를 願(원)하나이다
  3. ㅏ나오미가 룻의 自己(자기)와 함께 가기로 굳게 決心(결심)함을 보고 그에게 말하기를 그치니라
  4. 이에 그 두 사람이 行(행)하여 베들레헴까지 이르니라 베들레헴에 이를 때에 ㅑ온 城邑(성읍)이 그들을 因(인)하여 떠들며 이르기를 이가 나오미냐 하는지라
  5. 나오미가 그들에게 이르되 나를 나오미라 稱(칭)하지 말고 ㅓ마라라 稱(칭)하라 이는 全能者(전능자)가 나를 甚(심)히 괴롭게 하셨음이니라

  1. Ruth antwortete: Rede mir nicht "ein," daß ich dich verlassen sollte und von dir umkehren. Wo du hin "gehst," da will ich auch hin gehen; wo du "bleibst," da bleibe ich auch. Dein Volk ist mein "Volk," und dein Gott ist mein Gott.
  2. Wo du "stirbst," da sterbe ich "auch," da will ich auch begraben werden. Der HERR tue mir dies und "das," der Tod muß mich und dich scheiden.
  3. Als sie nun "sah," daß sie fest im Sinn "war," mit ihr zu "gehen," ließ sie "ab," mit ihr davon zu reden.
  4. Also gingen die beiden "miteinander," bis sie gen Bethlehem kamen. Und da sie nach Bethlehem "hineinkamen," regte sich die ganze Stadt über ihnen und sprach: Ist das die Naemi?
  5. Sie aber sprach: Heißt mich nicht "Naemi," sondern Mara; denn der Allmächtige hat mich sehr betrübt.
  1. But Ruth replied, "Don't urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God.
  2. Where you die I will die, and there I will be buried. May the LORD deal with me, be it ever so severely, if anything but death separates you and me."
  3. When Naomi realized that Ruth was determined to go with her, she stopped urging her.
  4. So the two women went on until they came to Bethlehem. When they arrived in Bethlehem, the whole town was stirred because of them, and the women exclaimed, "Can this be Naomi?"
  5. "Don't call me Naomi," she told them. "Call me Mara, because the Almighty has made my life very bitter.
  1. ㅕ내가 豊足(풍족)하게 나갔더니 여호와께서 나로 비어 돌아오게 하셨느니라 여호와께서 나를 懲罰(징벌)하셨고 全能者(전능자)가 나를 괴롭게 하셨거늘 너희가 어찌 나를 나오미라 稱(칭)하느뇨 하니라
  2. 나오미가 모압 地方(지방)에서 그 子婦(자부) 모압 女人(녀인) 룻과 함께 돌아왔는데 그들이 ㅗ보리 秋收(추수) 始作(시작)할 때에 베들레헴에 이르렀더라

  1. Voll zog ich "aus," aber leer hat mich der HERR wieder heimgebracht. Warum heißt ihr mich denn "Naemi," so mich doch der HERR gedemütigt und der Allmächtige betrübt hat?
  2. Es war aber um die "Zeit," daß die Gerstenernte "anging," da Naemi mit ihrer Schwiegertochter "Ruth," der "Moabitin," wiederkam vom Moabiterlande gen Bethlehem. {~}
  1. I went away full, but the LORD has brought me back empty. Why call me Naomi? The LORD has afflicted me; the Almighty has brought misfortune upon me."
  2. So Naomi returned from Moab accompanied by Ruth the Moabitess, her daughter-in-law, arriving in Bethlehem as the barley harvest was beginning.
