  1. 이스라엘 子孫(자손)이 그 本城(본성)에 居(거)하였더니 七月(칠월)에 이르러는 모든 百姓(백성)이 一齊(일제)히 水門(수문) 앞 廣場(광장)에 모여 學士(학사) 에스라에게 여호와께서 이스라엘에게 命(명)하신 모세의 律法冊(률법책)을 가지고 오기를 請(청)하매
  2. 七月(칠월) 一日(일일)에 祭司長(제사장) 에스라가 律法冊(률법책)을 가지고 男子(남자) 女子(녀자) 무릇 알아 들을 만한 會衆(회중) 앞에 이르러
  3. 水門(수문) 앞 廣場(광장)에서 새벽부터 午正(오정)까지 男子(남자), 女子(녀자) 무릇 알아 들을 만한 者(자)의 앞에서 읽으매 뭇 百姓(백성)이 그 律法冊(률법책)에 귀를 기울였는데
  4. 때에 學士(학사) 에스라가 特別(특별)히 지은 나무 講壇(강단)에 서매 그 右便(우편)에 선 者(자)는 맛디댜와, 스마와, 아나야와, 우리야와, 힐기야와, 마아세야요 그 左便(좌편)에 선 者(자)는 브다야와, 미사엘과, 말기야와, 하숨과, 하스밧다나와, 스가랴와, 므술람이라
  5. 學士(학사) 에스라가 모든 百姓(백성) 위에 서서 저희 目前(목전)에 冊(책)을 펴니 冊(책)을 펼때에 모든 百姓(백성)이 일어서니라

  1. Da nun herzukam der siebente Monat und die Kinder Israel in ihren Städten "waren," versammelte sich das ganze Volk wie ein Mann auf die breite Gasse vor dem Wassertor und sprachen zu "Esra," dem "Schriftgelehrten," daß er das Buch des Gesetzes Mose's "holte," das der HERR Israel geboten hat.
  2. Und "Esra," der "Priester," brachte das Gesetz vor die "Gemeinde," Männer und Weiber und "alle," die es vernehmen "konnten," am ersten Tage des siebenten Monats{~}
  3. und las daraus auf der breiten "Gasse," die vor dem Wassertor "ist," vom lichten Morgen an bis auf den "Mittag," vor Mann und Weib und wer's vernehmen konnte. Und des ganzen Volkes Ohren waren zu dem Gesetz gekehrt.
  4. Und "Esra," der "Schriftgelehrte," stand auf einem "hölzernen," hohen "Stuhl," den sie gemacht "hatten," zu "predigen," und standen neben ihm "Matthithja," "Sema," "Anaja," "Uria," Hilkia und "Maaseja," zu seiner "Rechten," aber zu seiner Linken "Pedaja," "Misael," "Malchia," "Hasum," "Hasbaddana," Sacharja und Mesullam.
  5. Und Esra tat das Buch auf vor dem ganzen "Volk," denn er ragte über alles Volk; und da er's "auftat," stand alles Volk.
  1. all the people assembled as one man in the square before the Water Gate. They told Ezra the scribe to bring out the Book of the Law of Moses, which the LORD had commanded for Israel.
  2. So on the first day of the seventh month Ezra the priest brought the Law before the assembly, which was made up of men and women and all who were able to understand.
  3. He read it aloud from daybreak till noon as he faced the square before the Water Gate in the presence of the men, women and others who could understand. And all the people listened attentively to the Book of the Law.
  4. Ezra the scribe stood on a high wooden platform built for the occasion. Beside him on his right stood Mattithiah, Shema, Anaiah, Uriah, Hilkiah and Maaseiah; and on his left were Pedaiah, Mishael, Malkijah, Hashum, Hashbaddanah, Zechariah and Meshullam.
  5. Ezra opened the book. All the people could see him because he was standing above them; and as he opened it, the people all stood up.
  1. 에스라가 廣大(광대)하신 하나님 여호와를 頌祝(송축)하매 모든 百姓(백성)이 손을 들고 아멘, 아멘 應答(응답)하고 몸을 굽혀 얼굴을 땅에 대고 여호와께 敬拜(경배)하였느니라
  2. 예수아와, 바니와, 세레뱌와, 야민과, 악굽과, 사브대와, 호디야와, 마아세야와, 그리다와, 아사랴와, 요사밧과, 하난과, 블라야와, 레위 사람들이 다 그 處所(처소)에 섰는 百姓(백성)에게 律法(률법)을 깨닫게 하는데
  3. 하나님의 律法冊(률법책)을 朗讀(랑독)하고 그 뜻을 解釋(해석)하여 百姓(백성)으로 그 朗讀(랑독)하는 것을 다 깨닫게 하매
  4. 百姓(백성)이 律法(률법)의 말씀을 듣고 다 우는지라 總督(총독) 느헤미야와 祭司長兼(제사장겸) 學士(학사) 에스라와 百姓(백성)을 가르치는 레위 사람들이 모든 百姓(백성)에게 이르기를 오늘은 너희 하나님 여호와의 聖日(성일)이니 슬퍼하지 말며 울지말라 하고
  5. 느헤미야가 또 이르기를 너희는 가서 살진 것을 먹고 단 것을 마시되 豫備(예비)치 못한 者(자)에게는 너희가 나누어 주라 이 날은 우리 主(주)의 聖日(성일)이니 근심하지 말라 여호와를 기뻐하는 것이 너희의 힘이니라 하고

  1. Und Esra lobte den "HERRN," den großen Gott. Und alles Volk antwortete: "Amen," Amen! mit ihren Händen empor und neigten sich und beteten den HERRN an mit dem Antlitz zur Erde.
  2. Und "Jesua," "Bani," "Serebja," "Jamin," "Akkub," "Sabthai," "Hodia," "Maaseja," "Kelita," "Asarja," "Josabad," "Hanan," Pelaja und die Leviten "machten," daß das Volk aufs Gesetz merkte; und das Volk stand auf seiner Stätte.
  3. Und sie lasen im Gesetzbuch Gottes klar und "verständlich," daß man "verstand," was gelesen ward. {~}
  4. Und "Nehemia," der da ist der "Landpfleger," und "Esra," der "Priester," der "Schriftgelehrte," und die "Leviten," die alles Volk aufmerken machten sprachen zum Volk: Dieser Tag ist heilig dem "HERRN," eurem Gott; darum seid nicht traurig und weint nicht! Denn alles Volk "weinte," da sie die Worte des Gesetzes hörten.
  5. Darum sprach er zu ihnen: Geht hin und eßt das Fette und trinkt das Süße und sendet denen auch "Teile," die nichts für sich bereitet haben; denn dieser Tag ist heilig unserm HERRN. Und bekümmert euch nicht; denn die Freude am HERRN ist eure Stärke. {~}
  1. Ezra praised the LORD, the great God; and all the people lifted their hands and responded, "Amen! Amen!" Then they bowed down and worshiped the LORD with their faces to the ground.
  2. The Levites--Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan and Pelaiah--instructed the people in the Law while the people were standing there.
  3. They read from the Book of the Law of God, making it clear and giving the meaning so that the people could understand what was being read.
  4. Then Nehemiah the governor, Ezra the priest and scribe, and the Levites who were instructing the people said to them all, "This day is sacred to the LORD your God. Do not mourn or weep." For all the people had been weeping as they listened to the words of the Law.
  5. Nehemiah said, "Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is sacred to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength."
  1. 레위 사람들도 모든 百姓(백성)을 靜肅(정숙)케하여 이르기를 오늘은 聖日(성일)이니 마땅히 從容(종용)하고 근심하지 말라 하매
  2. 모든 百姓(백성)이 곧 가서 먹고 마시며 나누어 주고 크게 즐거워하였으니 이는 그 읽어 들린 말을 밝히 앎이니라
  3. 그 이튿날 뭇 百姓(백성)의 族長(족장)들과 祭司長(제사장)들과 레위 사람들이 律法(률법)의 말씀을 밝히 알고자 하여 學士(학사) 에스라의 곳에 모여서
  4. 律法冊(률법책)을 본즉 여호와께서 모세로 命(명)하시기를 이스라엘 子孫(자손)은 七月(칠월) 節期(절기)에 草幕(초막)에 居(거)할지니라 하였고
  5. 또 일렀으되 모든 城邑(성읍)과 예루살렘에 公布(공포)하여 이르기를 너희는 山(산)에 가서 橄欖(감람)나무 가지와 들 橄欖(감람)나무 가지와 花石榴(화석류)나무 가지와 棕櫚(종려)나무 가지와 其他(기타) 茂盛(무성)한 나무 가지를 取(취)하여 記錄(기록)한 바를 따라 草幕(초막)을 지으라 하라 하였는지라

  1. Und die Leviten stillten alles Volk und sprachen: Seid "still," denn der Tag ist heilig; bekümmert euch nicht!
  2. Und alles Volk ging "hin," daß es "äße," tränke und Teile sendete und eine große Freude machte; denn sie hatten die Worte "verstanden," die man hatte kundgetan.
  3. Und des andern Tages versammelten sich die Obersten der Vaterhäuser unter dem ganzen Volk und die Priester und Leviten zu "Esra," dem "Schriftgelehrten," daß er sie in den Worten des Gesetzes unterrichtete.
  4. Und sie fanden geschrieben im "Gesetz," das der HERR durch Mose geboten "hatte," daß die Kinder Israel in Laubhütten wohnen sollten am Fest im siebenten Monat
  5. und sollten's lassen laut werden und ausrufen in allen ihren Städten und zu Jerusalem und sagen: Geht hinaus auf die Berge und holt "Ölzweige," "Myrtenzweige," Palmenzweige und Zweige von dichten "Bäumen," daß man Laubhütten "mache," wie es geschrieben steht. {~} {~} {~} {~} {~} {~}
  1. The Levites calmed all the people, saying, "Be still, for this is a sacred day. Do not grieve."
  2. Then all the people went away to eat and drink, to send portions of food and to celebrate with great joy, because they now understood the words that had been made known to them.
  3. On the second day of the month, the heads of all the families, along with the priests and the Levites, gathered around Ezra the scribe to give attention to the words of the Law.
  4. They found written in the Law, which the LORD had commanded through Moses, that the Israelites were to live in booths during the feast of the seventh month
  5. and that they should proclaim this word and spread it throughout their towns and in Jerusalem: "Go out into the hill country and bring back branches from olive and wild olive trees, and from myrtles, palms and shade trees, to make booths"--as it is written.
  1. 百姓(백성)이 이에 나가서 나무 가지를 取(취)하여 或(혹)은 지붕 위에, 或(혹)은 뜰안에, 或(혹)은 하나님의 殿(전) 뜰에, 或(혹)은 水門(수문) 廣場(광장)에, 或(혹)은 에브라임 門(문) 廣場(광장)에 草幕(초막)을 짓되
  2. 사로잡혔다가 돌아온 會(회) 무리가 다 草幕(초막)을 짓고 그 안에 居(거)하니 눈의 아들 여호수아 때로부터 그 날까지 이스라엘 子孫(자손)이 이같이 行(행)함이 없었으므로 이에 크게 즐거워하며
  3. 에스라는 첫날부터 끝날까지 날마다 하나님의 律法冊(률법책)을 朗讀(랑독)하고 무리가 七日(칠일) 동안 節期(절기)를 지키고 第(제) 八日(팔일)에 規例(규례)를 따라 聖會(성회)를 열었느니라

  1. Und das Volk ging hinaus und holten und machten sich "Laubhütten," ein jeglicher auf seinem Dach und in ihren Höfen und in den Höfen am Hause Gottes und auf der breiten Gasse am Wassertor und auf der breiten Gasse am Tor Ephraim.
  2. Und die ganze Gemeinde "derer," die aus der Gefangenschaft waren "wiedergekommen," machten Laubhütten und wohnten darin. Denn die Kinder Israel hatten seit der Zeit "Josuas," des Sohnes "Nuns," bis auf diesen Tag nicht also getan; und es war eine große Freude.
  3. Und ward im Gesetzbuch Gottes gelesen alle "Tage," vom ersten Tag an bis auf den letzten; und sie hielten das Fest sieben Tage und am achten Tage die "Versammlung," wie sich's gebührt. {~}
  1. So the people went out and brought back branches and built themselves booths on their own roofs, in their courtyards, in the courts of the house of God and in the square by the Water Gate and the one by the Gate of Ephraim.
  2. The whole company that had returned from exile built booths and lived in them. From the days of Joshua son of Nun until that day, the Israelites had not celebrated it like this. And their joy was very great.
  3. Day after day, from the first day to the last, Ezra read from the Book of the Law of God. They celebrated the feast for seven days, and on the eighth day, in accordance with the regulation, there was an assembly.
