느헤미야(Nehemia) 13장 [개역한글 : Deutsch : NIV]

1. 그날에 ^ㅈ모세의 冊(책)을 朗讀(랑독)하여 記錄(기록)하기를 ^ㅊ암몬 사람과 모압 사람은 永永(영영)히 하나님의 會(회)에 들어 오지 못하리니
   
2. 이는 저희가 糧食(량식)과 물로 이스라엘 子孫(자손)을 迎接(영접)지 아니하고 도리어 발람에게 賂物(뢰물)을 주어 詛呪(저주)하게 하였음이라 그러나 우리 하나님이 그 詛呪(저주)를 돌이켜 福(복)이 되게 하였는지라
   
3. 百姓(백성)이 이 律法(률법)을 듣고 곧 ^ㅋ섞인 무리를 ^ㅌ이스라엘 가운데서 沒收(몰수)히 分離(분리)케 하였느니라
   
4. 以前(이전)에 우리 하나님의 殿(전) ^ㅍ골房(방)을 맡은 祭司長(제사장) ^ㅎ엘리아십이 ^ㅏ도비야와 聯絡(련락)이 있었으므로
   
5. 도비야를 爲(위)하여 한 큰 房(방)을 갖추었으니 그 房(방)은 元來(원래) 素祭物(소제물)과 油香(유향)과 또 器皿(기명)과 레위 사람들과 노래하는 者(자)들과 門(문)지기들에게 十一條(십일조)로 주는 ^ㅑ穀物(곡물)과 새 葡萄酒(포도주)와 기름과 또 祭司長(제사장)들에게 주는 擧祭物(거제물)을 두는 곳이라
   

1. Und es ward zu der Zeit gelesen das Buch Mose vor den Ohren des Volks und ward gefunden darin "geschrieben," daß die Ammoniter und Moabiter sollen nimmermehr in die Gemeinde Gottes "kommen,"
   
2. darum daß sie den Kindern Israel nicht entgegenkamen mit Brot und Wasser und dingten sie wider "Bileam," daß er sie verfluchen sollte; aber unser Gott wandte den Fluch in einen Segen.
   
3. Da sie nun dies Gesetz "hörten," schieden sie alle Fremdlinge von Israel.
   
4. Und vor dem hatte der Priester "Eljasib," der gesetzt war über die Kammern am Hause unsres "Gottes," ein Verwandter des "Tobia," demselben eine große Kammer gemacht;
   
5. und dahin hatten sie zuvor gelegt "Speisopfer," "Weihrauch," Geräte und die Zehnten vom "Getreide," Most und "Öl," die Gebühr der "Leviten," Sänger und "Torhüter," dazu die Hebe der Priester.
   

1. On that day the Book of Moses was read aloud in the hearing of the people and there it was found written that no Ammonite or Moabite should ever be admitted into the assembly of God,
   
2. because they had not met the Israelites with food and water but had hired Balaam to call a curse down on them. (Our God, however, turned the curse into a blessing.)
   
3. When the people heard this law, they excluded from Israel all who were of foreign descent.
   
4. Before this, Eliashib the priest had been put in charge of the storerooms of the house of our God. He was closely associated with Tobiah,
   
5. and he had provided him with a large room formerly used to store the grain offerings and incense and temple articles, and also the tithes of grain, new wine and oil prescribed for the Levites, singers and gatekeepers, as well as the contributions for the priests.
   

6. 그 때에는 내가 예루살렘에 있지 아니하였었느니라 ^ㅓ바벨론 王(왕) 아닥사스다 ^ㅕ三十二年(삼십이년)에 내가 王(왕)에게 나아갔다가 며칠 後(후)에 王(왕)에게 말미를 請(청)하고
   
7. 예루살렘에 이르러서야 엘리아십이 ^ㅗ도비야를 爲(위)하여 하나님의 殿(전)뜰에 房(방)을 갖춘 惡(악)한 일을 안지라
   
8. 내가 甚(심)히 근심하여 도비야의 세간을 그 房(방) 밖으로 다 내어 던지고
   
9. 命(명)하여 ^ㅛ그 房(방)을 淨潔(정결)케 하고 하나님의 殿(전)의 器皿(기명)과 素祭物(소제물)과 油香(유향)을 다시 그리로 들여 놓았느니라
   
10. 내가 또 알아 본즉 ^ㅜ레위 사람들의 받을 것을 주지 아니하였으므로 그 職務(직무)를 行(행)하는 레위 사람들과 노래하는 者(자)들이 各各(각각) ^ㅠ그 田里(전리)로 逃亡(도망)하였기로
    

6. Aber bei diesem allem war ich nicht zu Jerusalem; denn im zweiunddreißigsten Jahr "Arthahsasthas," des Königs zu "Babel," kam ich zum "König," und nach etlicher Zeit erwarb ich vom "König," {~}
   
7. daß ich gen Jerusalem zog. Und ich "merkte," daß nicht gut "war," was Eljasib an Tobia getan "hatte," da er sich eine Kammer machte im Hofe am Hause Gottes;
   
8. und es verdroß mich "sehr," und ich warf alle Geräte vom Hause hinaus vor die Kammer{~}
   
9. und "hieß," daß sie die Kammern reinigten; und ich brachte wieder dahin das Gerät des Hauses "Gottes," das Speisopfer und den Weihrauch.
   
10. Und ich "erfuhr," daß der Leviten Teile ihnen nicht gegeben "waren," derhalben die Leviten und die "Sänger," die das Geschäft des Amts ausrichten "sollten," geflohen "waren," ein jeglicher zu seinen Acker.
    

6. But while all this was going on, I was not in Jerusalem, for in the thirty-second year of Artaxerxes king of Babylon I had returned to the king. Some time later I asked his permission
   
7. and came back to Jerusalem. Here I learned about the evil thing Eliashib had done in providing Tobiah a room in the courts of the house of God.
   
8. I was greatly displeased and threw all Tobiah's household goods out of the room.
   
9. I gave orders to purify the rooms, and then I put back into them the equipment of the house of God, with the grain offerings and the incense.
   
10. I also learned that the portions assigned to the Levites had not been given to them, and that all the Levites and singers responsible for the service had gone back to their own fields.
    

11. ^으내가 모든 民長(민장)을 꾸짖어 이르기를 ^이하나님의 殿(전)이 어찌하여 버린바 되었느냐 하고 곧 레위 사람을 불러 모아 다시 그 處所(처소)에 세웠더니
    
12. 이에 온 유다가 穀食(곡식)과 새 葡萄酒(포도주)와 기름의 ^ㅐ十一條(십일조)를 가져다가 곳간에 들이므로
    
13. ^ㄱ내가 祭司長(제사장) 셀레먀와, 書記官(서기관) 사독과, 레위 사람 브다야로 庫(고)지기를 삼고 맛다냐의 孫子(손자) 삭굴의 아들 하난으로 버금을 삼았나니 ^ㄴ이는 저희가 忠直(충직)한 者(자)로 認定(인정)됨이라 그 職分(직분)은 兄弟(형제)들에게 分配(분배)하는 일이였느니라
    
14. 내 하나님이여 이 일을 因(인)하여 ^ㄷ나를 記憶(기억)하옵소서 내 하나님의 殿(전)과 그 모든 職務(직무)를 爲(위)하여 나의 行(행)한 善(선)한 일을 塗抹(도말)하지 마옵소서
    
15. 그 때에 내가 본즉 유다에게 어떤 사람이 ^ㄹ安息日(안식일)에 술틀을 밟고 穀食(곡식)단을 나귀에 실어 運搬(운반)하며 葡萄酒(포도주)와 葡萄(포도)와 無花果(무화과)와 ^ㅁ여러 가지 짐을 지고 安息日(안식일)에 예루살렘에 들어와서 植物(식물)을 팔기로 그 날에 ^ㅂ내가 警戒(경계)하였고
    

11. Da schalt ich die Obersten und sprach: Warum ist das Haus Gottes verlassen? Aber ich versammelte sie und stellte sie an ihre Stätte.
    
12. Da brachte ganz Juda den Zehnten vom "Getreide," Most und Öl zum Vorrat.
    
13. Und ich setzte über die Vorräte "Selemja," den "Priester," und "Zadok," den "Schriftgelehrten," und aus den Leviten Pedaja und ihnen zur Hand "Hanan," den Sohn "Sakkurs," des Sohnes Matthanjas; denn sie wurden für treu "gehalten," und ihnen ward "befohlen," ihren Brüdern auszuteilen.
    
14. Gedenke, mein "Gott," mir daran und tilge nicht aus meine "Barmherzigkeit," die ich an meines Gottes Hause und an seinem Dienst getan habe!
    
15. Zur selben Zeit sah ich in Juda Kelter treten am Sabbat und Garben hereinbringen und "Esel," beladen mit "Wein," "Trauben," Feigen und allerlei "Last," gen Jerusalem bringen am Sabbattag. Und ich zeugte wider sie des "Tages," da sie die Nahrung verkauften.
    

11. So I rebuked the officials and asked them, "Why is the house of God neglected?" Then I called them together and stationed them at their posts.
    
12. All Judah brought the tithes of grain, new wine and oil into the storerooms.
    
13. I put Shelemiah the priest, Zadok the scribe, and a Levite named Pedaiah in charge of the storerooms and made Hanan son of Zaccur, the son of Mattaniah, their assistant, because these men were considered trustworthy. They were made responsible for distributing the supplies to their brothers.
    
14. Remember me for this, O my God, and do not blot out what I have so faithfully done for the house of my God and its services.
    
15. In those days I saw men in Judah treading winepresses on the Sabbath and bringing in grain and loading it on donkeys, together with wine, grapes, figs and all other kinds of loads. And they were bringing all this into Jerusalem on the Sabbath. Therefore I warned them against selling food on that day.
    

16. 또 두로 사람이 예루살렘에 居(거)하며 물고기와 各樣(각양) 物件(물건)을 가져다가 安息日(안식일)에 유다 子孫(자손)에게 예루살렘에서도 팔기로
    
17. ^ㅅ내가 유다 모든 貴人(귀인)을 꾸짖어 이르기를 너희가 어찌 이 惡(악)을 行(행)하여 ^ㅇ安息日(안식일)을 犯(범)하느냐
    
18. ^ㅈ너희 列祖(열조)가 이같이 行(행)하지 아니하였느냐 그러므로 우리 하나님이 이 모든 災殃(재앙)으로 우리와 이 城邑(성읍)에 내리신 것이 아니냐 이제 너희가 오히려 安息日(안식일)을 犯(범)하여 震怒(진노)가 이스라엘에게 臨(임)함이 더욱 甚(심)하게 하는도다 하고
    
19. ^ㅊ安息日(안식일) 前(전) 예루살렘 城門(성문)이 어두워 갈 때에 내가 命(명)하여 城門(성문)을 닫고 安息日(안식일)이 지나기 前(전)에는 열지 말라 하고 내 從者(종자) 두어 사람을 城門(성문)마다 세워서 安息日(안식일)에 아무 짐도 들어오지 못하게 하매
    
20. 장사들과 各樣(각양) 物件(물건) 파는 者(자)들이 한두番(번) 예루살렘 城(성) 밖에서 자므로
    

16. Es wohnten auch Tyrer darin; die brachten Fische und allerlei Ware und verkauften's am Sabbat den Kinder Juda's in Jerusalem.
    
17. Da schalt ich die Obersten in Juda und sprach zu ihnen: Was ist das für ein böses "Ding," das ihr "tut," und brecht den Sabbattag? {~}
    
18. Taten nicht eure Väter "also," und unser Gott führte all dies Unglück über uns und über diese Stadt? Und ihr macht des Zorns über Israel noch "mehr," daß ihr den Sabbat brecht!
    
19. Und da es in den Toren zu Jerusalem dunkel ward vor dem "Sabbat," hieß ich die Türen zuschließen und "befahl," man sollte sie nicht auftun bis nach dem Sabbat. Und ich bestellte meiner Leute etliche an die "Tore," daß man keine Last hereinbrächte am Sabbattage. {~}
    
20. Da blieben die Krämer und Verkäufer mit allerlei Ware über Nacht draußen vor "Jerusalem," ein Mal oder zwei.
    

16. Men from Tyre who lived in Jerusalem were bringing in fish and all kinds of merchandise and selling them in Jerusalem on the Sabbath to the people of Judah.
    
17. I rebuked the nobles of Judah and said to them, "What is this wicked thing you are doing--desecrating the Sabbath day?
    
18. Didn't your forefathers do the same things, so that our God brought all this calamity upon us and upon this city? Now you are stirring up more wrath against Israel by desecrating the Sabbath."
    
19. When evening shadows fell on the gates of Jerusalem before the Sabbath, I ordered the doors to be shut and not opened until the Sabbath was over. I stationed some of my own men at the gates so that no load could be brought in on the Sabbath day.
    
20. Once or twice the merchants and sellers of all kinds of goods spent the night outside Jerusalem.
    

21. ^ㅋ내가 警戒(경계)하여 이르기를 너희가 어찌하여 城(성) 밑에서 자느냐 다시 이같이 하면 내가 잡으리라 하였더니 그 後(후)부터는 安息日(안식일)에 저희가 다시 오지 아니하였느니라
    
22. 내가 또 레위 사람들을 命(명)하여 ^ㅌ몸을 淨潔(정결)케 하고 와서 城門(성문)을 지켜서 安息日(안식일)로 거룩하게 하라 하였느니라 나의 하나님이여 나를 爲(위)하여 이 일도 ^ㅍ記憶(기억)하옵시고 主(주)의 큰 恩惠(은혜)대로 나를 아끼시옵소서
    
23. 그 때에 내가 또 본즉 ^ㅎ유다 사람이 ^ㅏ아스돗과 ^ㅑ암몬과 모압 女人(녀인)을 取(취)하여 아내를 삼았는데
    
24. 그 子女(자녀)가 아스돗 方言(방언)을 折半(절반)쯤은 하여도 유다 方言(방언)은 못하니 그 하는 말이 各(각) 族屬(족속)의 方言(방언)이므로
    
25. 내가 責望(책망)하고 詛呪(저주)하며 두어 사람을 때리고 그 머리털을 뽑고 이르되 너희는 너희 딸들로 저희 아들들에게 주지 말고 너희 아들들이나 너희를 爲(위)하여 저희 딸을 데려오지 않겠다고 ^ㅓ하나님을 가리켜 盟誓(맹서)하라 하고
    

21. Da zeugte ich wider sie und sprach zu ihnen: Warum bleibt ihr über Nacht um die Mauer? Werdet ihr's noch einmal "tun," so will ich Hand an euch legen. Von der Zeit an kamen sie des Sabbats nicht. {~}
    
22. Und ich sprach zu den "Leviten," daß sie sich reinigten und kämen und hüteten die "Tore," zu heiligen den Sabbattag. Mein "Gott," gedenke mir des auch und schone mein nach deiner großen Barmherzigkeit. {~}
    
23. Ich sah auch zu der Zeit "Juden," die Weiber genommen hatten von "Asdod," Ammon und Moab.
    
24. Und ihre Kinder redeten die Hälfte asdodisch und konnten nicht jüdisch "reden," sondern nach der Sprache eines jeglichen Volks.
    
25. Und ich schalt sie und fluchte ihnen und schlug etliche Männer und raufte sie und nahm einen Eid von ihnen bei Gott: Ihr sollt eure Töchter nicht geben ihren Söhnen noch ihre Töchter nehmen euren Söhnen oder euch selbst. {~} {~} {~} {~}
    

21. But I warned them and said, "Why do you spend the night by the wall? If you do this again, I will lay hands on you." From that time on they no longer came on the Sabbath.
    
22. Then I commanded the Levites to purify themselves and go and guard the gates in order to keep the Sabbath day holy. Remember me for this also, O my God, and show mercy to me according to your great love.
    
23. Moreover, in those days I saw men of Judah who had married women from Ashdod, Ammon and Moab.
    
24. Half of their children spoke the language of Ashdod or the language of one of the other peoples, and did not know how to speak the language of Judah.
    
25. I rebuked them and called curses down on them. I beat some of the men and pulled out their hair. I made them take an oath in God's name and said: "You are not to give your daughters in marriage to their sons, nor are you to take their daughters in marriage for your sons or for yourselves.
    

26. 또 이르기를 ^ㅕ옛적에 이스라엘 王(왕) 솔로몬이 이 일로 犯罪(범죄)하지 아니하였느냐 ^ㅗ저는 列國(렬국) 中(중)에 비길 王(왕)이 없이 하나님의 ^ㅛ사랑을 입은 者(자)라 하나님이 저로 王(왕)을 삼아 온 이스라엘을 다스리게 하셨으나 異邦(이방) 女人(녀인)이 저로 犯罪(범죄)케 하였나니
    
27. 너희가 異邦(이방) 女人(녀인)을 取(취)하여 크게 惡(악)을 行(행)하여 ^ㅜ우리 하나님께 犯罪(범죄)하는 것을 우리가 어찌 容納(용납)하겠느냐
    
28. 大祭司長(대제사장) ^ㅠ엘리아십의 孫子(손자) ^으요야다의 아들 하나가 호론 사람 ^이산발랏의 사위가 되었으므로 내가 쫓아내어 나를 떠나게 하였느니라
    
29. 내 하나님이여 저희가 祭司長(제사장)의 職分(직분)을 더럽히고 祭司長(제사장)의 職分(직분)과 ^ㅐ레위 사람에 對(대)한 言約(언약)을 어기었사오니 ^ㄱ저희를 記憶(기억)하옵소서
    
30. 내가 ^ㄴ이와 같이 저희로 異邦(이방) 사람을 떠나게 하여 깨끗하게 하고 또 祭司長(제사장)과 레위 사람의 班列(반열)을 세워 各各(각각) 그 일을 맡게 하고
    

26. Hat nicht "Salomo," der König "Israels," daran gesündigt? Und war doch in vielen Heiden kein König ihm "gleich," und er war seinem Gott "lieb," und Gott setzte ihn zum König über ganz Israel; dennoch machten ihn die ausländischen Weiber sündigen.
    
27. Und von euch muß man das "hören," daß ihr solches Übel "tut," euch an unserm Gott zu vergreifen und ausländische Weiber zu nehmen? {~}
    
28. Und einer aus den Kindern "Jojadas," des Sohnes "Eljasibs," des "Hohenpriesters," war "Saneballats," des "Horoniters," Eidam; aber ich jagte ihn von mir.
    
29. Gedenke an "sie," mein "Gott," daß sie das Priestertum befleckt haben und den Bund des Priestertums und der Leviten!
    
30. Also reinigte ich sie von allem Ausländischen und bestellte den Dienst der Priester und "Leviten," einen jeglichen zu seinem "Geschäft,"
    

26. Was it not because of marriages like these that Solomon king of Israel sinned? Among the many nations there was no king like him. He was loved by his God, and God made him king over all Israel, but even he was led into sin by foreign women.
    
27. Must we hear now that you too are doing all this terrible wickedness and are being unfaithful to our God by marrying foreign women?"
    
28. One of the sons of Joiada son of Eliashib the high priest was son-in-law to Sanballat the Horonite. And I drove him away from me.
    
29. Remember them, O my God, because they defiled the priestly office and the covenant of the priesthood and of the Levites.
    
30. So I purified the priests and the Levites of everything foreign, and assigned them duties, each to his own task.
    

31. 또 ^ㄷ定(정)한 期限(기한)에 ^ㄹ나무와 처음 익은 것을 드리게 하였사오니 내 하나님이여 ^ㅁ나를 記憶(기억)하사 福(복)을 주옵소서
    

31. und für die Opfergaben an Holz zu bestimmten Zeiten und für die Erstlinge. Gedenke "meiner," mein "Gott," im Besten!
    

31. I also made provision for contributions of wood at designated times, and for the firstfruits. Remember me with favor, O my God.
