1. 솔로몬이 기름 부음을 받고 그 父親(부친)을 이어 王(왕)이 되었다 함을 두로 王(왕) ^ㅕ히람이 듣고 그 信服(신복)을 솔로몬에게 보내었으니 이는 ^ㅗ히람이 平日(평일)에 다윗을 사랑하였음이라
   
2. 이에 솔로몬이 히람에게 奇別(기별)하여 가로되
   
3. ^ㅛ當身(당신)도 알거니와 내 父親(부친) 다윗이 ^ㅜ四方(사방)의 戰爭(전쟁)으로 因(인)하여 殿(전)을 建築(건축)하지 못하고 여호와께서 그 怨讐(원수)들을 그 발바닥 밑에 두시기를 기다렸나이다
   
4. ^ㅠ이제 내 하나님 여호와께서 내게 四方(사방)의 泰平(태평)을 주시매 對敵(대적)도 없고 災殃(재앙)도 없도다
   
5. ^으여호와께서 내 父親(부친) 다윗에게 하신 말씀에 내가 너를 이어 네 位(위)에 오르게 할 네 아들 그가 내 이름을 爲(위)하여 殿(전)을 建築(건축)하리라 하신대로 내가 내 하나님 여호와의 이름을 爲(위)하여 殿(전)을 建築(건축)하려 하오니
   

1. Und "Hiram," der König zu "Tyrus," sandte seine Knechte zu Salomo; denn er hatte "gehört," daß sie ihn zum König gesalbt hatten an seines Vaters Statt. Denn Hiram liebte David sein Leben lang.
   
2. Und Salomo sandte zu Hiram und ließ ihm sagen:
   
3. Du "weißt," daß mein Vater David nicht konnte bauen ein Haus dem Namen des "HERRN," seines "Gottes," um des Krieges "willen," der um ihn her "war," bis sie der HERR unter seiner Füße Sohlen gab.
   
4. Nun aber hat mir der "HERR," mein "Gott," Ruhe gegeben "umher," daß kein Widersacher noch böses Hindernis mehr ist.
   
5. Siehe, so habe ich "gedacht," ein Haus zu bauen dem Namen des "HERRN," meines "Gottes," wie der HERR geredet hat zu meinem Vater David und gesagt: Dein "Sohn," den ich an deine Statt setzen werde auf deinen "Stuhl," der soll meinem Namen das Haus bauen.
   

1. When Hiram king of Tyre heard that Solomon had been anointed king to succeed his father David, he sent his envoys to Solomon, because he had always been on friendly terms with David.
   
2. Solomon sent back this message to Hiram:
   
3. "You know that because of the wars waged against my father David from all sides, he could not build a temple for the Name of the LORD his God until the LORD put his enemies under his feet.
   
4. But now the LORD my God has given me rest on every side, and there is no adversary or disaster.
   
5. I intend, therefore, to build a temple for the Name of the LORD my God, as the LORD told my father David, when he said, 'Your son whom I will put on the throne in your place will build the temple for my Name.'
   

6. 當身(당신)은 令(영)을 내려 나를 爲(위)하여 레바논에서 柏香木(백향목)을 베어내게 하소서 나의 종과 當身(당신)의 종이 함께할 것이요 또 내가 當身(당신)의 모든 말씀대로 當身(당신)의 종의 삯을 當身(당신)에게 붙이리이다 當身(당신)도 알거니와 우리 中(중)에는 시돈 사람처럼 伐木(벌목)을 잘하는 者(자)가 없나이다
   
7. 히람이 솔로몬의 말을 듣고 크게 기뻐하여 가로되 오늘날 여호와를 讚揚(찬양)할지로다 저가 다윗에게 智慧(지혜)로운 아들을 주사 그 많은 百姓(백성)을 다스리게 하셨도다 하고
   
8. 이에 솔로몬에게 奇別(기별)하여 가로되 當身(당신)의 奇別(기별)하신 말씀을 내가 듣고 내 柏香木(백향목) 材木(재목)과 잣나무 材木(재목)에 對(대)하여는 當身(당신)의 바라시는대로 할지라
   
9. 내 종이 레바논에서 바다로 輸運(수운)하겠고 내가 그것을 바다에서 떼로 엮어 當身(당신)이 指定(지정)하는 곳으로 보내고 거기서 그것을 풀리니 當身(당신)은 받으시고 나의 願(원)을 이루어서 나의 宮庭(궁정)을 爲(위)하여 ^이植物(식물)을 주소서 하고
   
10. 솔로몬의 모든 願(원)대로 柏香木(백향목) 材木(재목)과 잣나무 材木(재목)을 주매
    

6. So befiehl "nun," daß man mir Zedern aus dem Libanon "haue," und daß deine Knechte mit meinen Knechten seien. Und den Lohn deiner Knechte will ich dir "geben," "alles," wie du sagst. Denn du "weißt," daß bei uns niemand "ist," der Holz zu hauen wisse wie die Sidonier.
   
7. Da Hiram aber hörte die Worte "Salomos," freute er sich hoch und sprach: Gelobt sei der HERR "heute," der David einen weisen Sohn gegeben hat über dies große Volk.
   
8. Und Hiram sandte zu Salomo und ließ ihm sagen: Ich habe "gehört," was du zu mir gesandt hast. Ich will tun nach allem deinem Begehr mit Zedern-und Tannenholz
   
9. Meine Knechte sollen die Stämme vom Libanon hinabbringen ans "Meer," und will sie in Flöße legen lassen auf dem Meer bis an den "Ort," den du mir wirst ansagen "lassen," und will sie daselbst "abbinden," und du sollst's holen lassen. Aber du sollst auch mein Begehr tun und Speise geben meinem Gesinde.
   
10. Also gab Hiram Salomo Zedern-und Tannenholz nach allem seinem Begehr.
    

6. "So give orders that cedars of Lebanon be cut for me. My men will work with yours, and I will pay you for your men whatever wages you set. You know that we have no one so skilled in felling timber as the Sidonians."
   
7. When Hiram heard Solomon's message, he was greatly pleased and said, "Praise be to the LORD today, for he has given David a wise son to rule over this great nation."
   
8. So Hiram sent word to Solomon: "I have received the message you sent me and will do all you want in providing the cedar and pine logs.
   
9. My men will haul them down from Lebanon to the sea, and I will float them in rafts by sea to the place you specify. There I will separate them and you can take them away. And you are to grant my wish by providing food for my royal household."
   
10. In this way Hiram kept Solomon supplied with all the cedar and pine logs he wanted,
    

11. 솔로몬이 히람에게 그 宮庭(궁정)의 植物(식물)로 밀 二萬石(이만석)과 맑은 기름 二十石(이십석)을 주고 해마다 그와 같이 주었더라
    
12. 여호와께서 ^ㅐ그 말씀대로 솔로몬에게 智慧(지혜)를 주시므로 히람과 솔로몬이 親睦(친목)하여 두 사람이 함께 約條(약조)를 맺었더라
    
13. 이에 솔로몬 王(왕)이 ^ㄱ온 이스라엘에서 役軍(역군)을 불러 일으키니 그 役軍(역군)의 數(수)가 三萬(삼만)이라
    
14. 솔로몬이 저희들을 한 달에 一萬人(일만인)씩 番(번)갈아 레바논으로 보내매 저희들이 한 달은 레바논에 있고 두 달은 집에 있으며 ^ㄴ아도니람은 監督(감독)이 되었고
    
15. 솔로몬에게 또 擔軍(담군)이 ^ㄷ七萬人(칠만인)이요 山(산)에서 돌을 뜨는 者(자)가 八萬人(팔만인)이며
    

11. Salomo aber gab Hiram zwanzigtausend Kor "Weizen," zu essen für sein "Gesinde," und zwanzig Kor gestoßenen Öls. Solches gab Salomo jährlich dem Hiram.
    
12. Und der HERR gab Salomo "Weisheit," wie er ihm geredet hatte. Und es war Friede zwischen Hiram und "Salomo," und sie machten beide einen Bund miteinander.
    
13. Und Salomo hob Fronarbeiter aus von ganz "Israel," und ihre Zahl war dreißigtausend "Mann,"
    
14. und sandte sie auf den "Libanon," je einen Monat "zehntausend," daß sie einen Monat auf dem Libanon waren und zwei Monate daheim. Und Adoniram war über solche Anzahl.
    
15. Und Salomo hatte "siebzigtausend," die Last "trugen," und "achtzigtausend," die da Steine hieben auf dem "Berge,"
    

11. and Solomon gave Hiram twenty thousand cors of wheat as food for his household, in addition to twenty thousand baths of pressed olive oil. Solomon continued to do this for Hiram year after year.
    
12. The LORD gave Solomon wisdom, just as he had promised him. There were peaceful relations between Hiram and Solomon, and the two of them made a treaty.
    
13. King Solomon conscripted laborers from all Israel--thirty thousand men.
    
14. He sent them off to Lebanon in shifts of ten thousand a month, so that they spent one month in Lebanon and two months at home. Adoniram was in charge of the forced labor.
    
15. Solomon had seventy thousand carriers and eighty thousand stonecutters in the hills,
    

16. 이 外(외)에 그 ^ㄹ役事(역사)를 董督(동독)하는 官吏(관리)가 三千(삼천) 三百人(삼백인)이라 ^ㅁ저희가 일하는 百姓(백성)을 거느렸더라
    
17. 이에 王(왕)이 令(영)을 내려 ^ㅂ크고 貴(귀)한 돌을 떠다가 다듬어서 殿(전)의 基礎石(기초석)으로 놓게 하매
    
18. 솔로몬의 建築者(건축자)와 히람의 建築者(건축자)와 ^ㅅ그발 사람이 그 돌을 다듬고 殿(전)을 建築(건축)하기 爲(위)하여 材木(재목)과 돌들을 갖추니라
    

16. ohne die obersten Amtleute "Salomos," die über das Werk gesetzt waren: "dreitausenddreihundert," welche über das Volk "herrschten," das da am Werk arbeitete.
    
17. und der König "gebot," daß sie große und köstliche Steine "ausbrächen," gehauene Steine zum Grund des Hauses. {~}
    
18. Und die Bauleute Salomos und die Bauleute Hirams und die Gebaliter hieben aus und bereiteten zu Holz und "Steine," zu bauen das Haus.
    

16. as well as thirty-three hundred foremen who supervised the project and directed the workmen.
    
17. At the king's command they removed from the quarry large blocks of quality stone to provide a foundation of dressed stone for the temple.
    
18. The craftsmen of Solomon and Hiram and the men of Gebal cut and prepared the timber and stone for the building of the temple.
