16. 야곱은 마리아의 男便(남편) ^ㅗ요셉을 낳았으니 마리아에게서 그리스도라 稱(칭)하는 예수가 나시니라
    
17. 그런즉 모든 代(대) 數(수)가 아브라함부터 다윗까지 열 네 代(대)요, 다윗부터 바벨론으로 移居(이거)할 때까지 열 네代(대)요, 바벨론으로 移居(이거)한 後(후)부터 ^ㅛ그리스도까지 열 네 代(대)러라
    
18. ^ㅜ예수 그리스도의 나심은 이러하니라 ^ㅠ그 母親(모친) 마리아가 요셉과 定婚(정혼)하고 同居(동거)하기 前(전)에 ^으聖靈(성령)으로 孕胎(잉태)된 것이 나타났더니
    
19. 그 男便(남편) 요셉은 義(의)로운 사람이라 저를 ^이드러내지 아니하고 가만히 끊고자 하여
    
20. 이 일을 생각할 때에 主(주)의 ^ㅐ使者(사자)가 現夢(현몽)하여 가로되 다윗의 子孫(자손) 요셉아 네 아내 마리아 데려오기를 무서워 말라 저에게 孕胎(잉태)된 者(자)는 聖靈(성령)으로 된 것이라
    

16. 雅各生约瑟，就是马利亚的丈夫。那称为基督的耶稣，是从马利亚生的。
    
17. 这样，从亚伯拉罕到大卫，共有十四代。从大卫到迁至巴比伦的时候，也有十四代。从迁至巴比伦的时候到基督，又有十四代。
    
18. 耶稣基督降生的事，记在下面。他母亲马利亚已经许配了约瑟，还没有迎娶，马利亚就从圣灵怀了孕。
    
19. 她丈夫约瑟是个义人，不愿意明明地羞辱她，想要暗暗地把她休了。
    
20. 正思念这事的时候，有主的使者向他梦中显现，说大卫的子孙约瑟，不要怕，只管娶过你的妻子马利亚来。因她所怀的孕，是从圣灵来的。
    

16. and Jacob the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.
    
17. Thus there were fourteen generations in all from Abraham to David, fourteen from David to the exile to Babylon, and fourteen from the exile to the Christ.
    
18. This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit.
    
19. Because Joseph her husband was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.
    
20. But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.
    

21. 아들을 낳으리니 ^ㄱ이름을 예수라 하라 ^ㄴ이는 그가 自己(자기) 百姓(백성)을 저희 罪(죄)에서 救援(구원)할 者(자)이심이라 하니라
    
22. 이 ^ㄷ모든 일의 된 것은 ^ㄹ主(주)께서 先知者(선지자)로 하신 말씀을 이루려 하심이니 가라사대
    
23. ^ㅁ보라, 處女(처녀)가 孕胎(잉태)하여 아들을 낳을 것이요 그 이름은 ^ㅂ임마누엘이라 하리라 하셨으니 이를 飜譯(번역)한즉 하나님이 ^ㅅ우리와 함께 계시다 함이라
    
24. 요셉이 잠을 깨어 일어나서 主(주)의 使者(사자)의 吩咐(분부)대로 行(행)하여 그 아내를 데려 왔으나
    
25. 아들을 낳기까지 同寢(동침)치 아니하더니 낳으매 ^ㅇ이름을 예수라 하니라
    

21. 她将要生一个儿子。你要给他起名叫耶稣。因他要将自己的百姓从罪恶里救出来。
    
22. 这一切的事成就，是要应验主借先知所说的话，
    
23. 说，必有童女，怀孕生子，人要称他的名为以马内利。（以马内利翻出来，就是神与我们同在。）
    
24. 约瑟醒了，起来，就遵着主使者的吩咐，把妻子娶过来。
    
25. 只是没有和她同房，等她生了儿子，（有古卷作等她生了头胎的儿子）就给他起名叫耶稣。
    

21. She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins."
    
22. All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet:
    
23. "The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel"--which means, "God with us."
    
24. When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife.
    
25. But he had no union with her until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus.
