느헤미야(Néhémie) 5장 [개역한글 : LSG1910 : NIV]

1. 때에 ^ㅋ百姓(백성)이 그 아내와 함께 크게 부르짖어 ^ㅌ그 兄弟(형제) 유다 사람을 怨望(원망)하는데
   
2. 或(혹)은 말하기를 우리와 우리 子女(자녀)가 많으니 穀食(곡식)을 얻어 먹고 살아야 하겠다 하고
   
3. 或(혹)은 말하기를 우리의 밭과 葡萄園(포도원)과 집이라도 典當(전당) 잡히고 이 凶年(흉년)을 爲(위)하여 穀食(곡식)을 얻자 하고
   
4. 或(혹)은 말하기를 우리는 ^ㅍ밭과 葡萄園(포도원)으로 돈을 빚내어 稅金(세금)을 바쳤도다
   
5. ^ㅎ우리 肉體(육체)도 우리 兄弟(형제)의 肉體(육체)와 같고 우리 子女(자녀)도 저희 子女(자녀) 같거늘 ^ㅏ이제 우리 子女(자녀)를 종으로 파는도다 우리 딸 中(중)에 벌써 종된 者(자)가 있으나 우리의 밭과 葡萄園(포도원)이 이미 남의 것이 되었으니 贖良(속량)할 힘이 없도다
   

1. Il s'éleva de la part des gens du peuple et de leurs femmes de grandes plaintes contre leurs frères les Juifs.
   
2. Les uns disaient: Nous, nos fils et nos filles, nous sommes nombreux; qu'on nous donne du blé, afin que nous mangions et que nous vivions.
   
3. D'autres disaient: Nous engageons nos champs, nos vignes, et nos maisons, pour avoir du blé pendant la famine.
   
4. D'autres disaient: Nous avons emprunté de l'argent sur nos champs et nos vignes pour le tribut du roi.
   
5. Et pourtant notre chair est comme la chair de nos frères, nos enfants sont comme leurs enfants; et voici, nous soumettons à la servitude nos fils et nos filles, et plusieurs de nos filles y sont déjà réduites; nous sommes sans force, et nos champs et nos vignes sont à d'autres.
   

1. Now the men and their wives raised a great outcry against their Jewish brothers.
   
2. Some were saying, "We and our sons and daughters are numerous; in order for us to eat and stay alive, we must get grain."
   
3. Others were saying, "We are mortgaging our fields, our vineyards and our homes to get grain during the famine."
   
4. Still others were saying, "We have had to borrow money to pay the king's tax on our fields and vineyards.
   
5. Although we are of the same flesh and blood as our countrymen and though our sons are as good as theirs, yet we have to subject our sons and daughters to slavery. Some of our daughters have already been enslaved, but we are powerless, because our fields and our vineyards belong to others."
   

6. 내가 百姓(백성)의 부르짖음과 이런 말을 듣고 크게 怒(노)하여
   
7. 中心(중심)에 計劃(계획)하고 貴人(귀인)과 民長(민장)을 꾸짖어 이르기를 ^ㅑ너희가 各其(각기) 兄弟(형제)에게 取利(취리)를 하는도다 하고 大會(대회)를 열고 저희를 쳐서
   
8. 이르기를 우리는 異邦人(이방인)의 손에 팔린 ^ㅓ우리 兄弟(형제) 유다 사람들을 우리의 힘을 다하여 贖良(속량)하였거늘 너희는 너희 兄弟(형제)를 팔고자 하느냐 더구나 우리의 손에 팔리게 하겠느냐 하매 저희가 潛潛(잠잠)하여 말이 없기로
   
9. 내가 또 이르기를 너희의 所爲(소위)가 좋지 못하도다 ^ㅕ우리 對敵(대적) 異邦(이방) 사람의 誹謗(비방)을 생각하고 ^ㅗ우리 하나님을 敬畏(경외)함에 行(행)할 것이 아니냐
   
10. 나와 내 兄弟(형제)와 從者(종자)들도 역시 돈과 穀食(곡식)을 百姓(백성)에게 取(취)하여 주나니 우리가 그 利息(이식) 받기를 그치자
    

6. Je fus très irrité lorsque j'entendis leurs plaintes et ces paroles-là.
   
7. Je résolus de faire des réprimandes aux grands et aux magistrats, et je leur dis: Quoi! vous prêtez à intérêt à vos frères! Et je rassemblai autour d'eux une grande foule,
   
8. et je leur dis: Nous avons racheté selon notre pouvoir nos frères les Juifs vendus aux nations; et vous vendriez vous-mêmes vos frères, et c'est à nous qu'ils seraient vendus! Ils se turent, ne trouvant rien à répondre.
   
9. Puis je dis: Ce que vous faites n'est pas bien. Ne devriez-vous pas marcher dans la crainte de notre Dieu, pour n'être pas insultés par les nations nos ennemies?
   
10. Moi aussi, et mes frères et mes serviteurs, nous leur avons prêté de l'argent et du blé. Abandonnons ce qu'ils nous doivent!
    

6. When I heard their outcry and these charges, I was very angry.
   
7. I pondered them in my mind and then accused the nobles and officials. I told them, "You are exacting usury from your own countrymen!" So I called together a large meeting to deal with them
   
8. and said: "As far as possible, we have bought back our Jewish brothers who were sold to the Gentiles. Now you are selling your brothers, only for them to be sold back to us!" They kept quiet, because they could find nothing to say.
   
9. So I continued, "What you are doing is not right. Shouldn't you walk in the fear of our God to avoid the reproach of our Gentile enemies?
   
10. I and my brothers and my men are also lending the people money and grain. But let the exacting of usury stop!
    

11. 그런즉 너희는 오늘이라도 그 밭과 葡萄園(포도원)과 橄欖園(감람원)과 집이며 取(취)한 바 돈이나 穀食(곡식)이나 새 葡萄酒(포도주)나 기름의 百分之(백분지) 一(일)을 돌려 보내라 하였더니
    
12. 저희가 말하기를 우리가 當身(당신)의 말씀대로 行(행)하여 돌려 보내고 ^ㅛ아무것도 要求(요구)하지 아니하리이다 하기로 내가 祭司長(제사장)들을 불러 저희에게 ^ㅜ그 말대로 行(행)하리라는 ^ㅠ盟誓(맹서)를 시키게 하고
    
13. ^으내가 옷자락을 떨치며 이르기를 이 말대로 行(행)치 아니하는 者(자)는 하나님이 또한 이와 같이 그 집과 産業(산업)에서 떨치실지니 저는 곧 이렇게 떨쳐져 빌지로다 하매 ^이會衆(회중)이 다 아멘 하고 여호와를 讚頌(찬송)하고 百姓(백성)들이 그 말한대로 行(행)하였느니라
    
14. 내가 유다 땅 總督(총독)으로 세움을 받을 때 곧 아닥사스다 王(왕) ^ㅐ二十年(이십년)부터 ^ㄱ三十二年(삼십이년)까지 十二年(십이년)동안은 나와 내 兄弟(형제)가 ^ㄴ總督(총독)의 祿(녹)을 먹지 아니하였느니라
    
15. 以前(이전) 總督(총독)들은 百姓(백성)에게 討索(토색)하여 糧食(량식)과 葡萄酒(포도주)와 또 銀(은) 四十(사십) 세겔을 取(취)하였고 그 從者(종자)들도 百姓(백성)을 壓制(압제)하였으나 나는 ^ㄷ하나님을 敬畏(경외)하므로 이같이 行(행)치 아니하고
    

11. Rendez-leur donc aujourd'hui leurs champs, leurs vignes, leurs oliviers et leurs maisons, et le centième de l'argent, du blé, du moût et de l'huile que vous avez exigé d'eux comme intérêt.
    
12. Ils répondirent: Nous les rendrons, et nous ne leur demanderons rien, nous ferons ce que tu dis. Alors j'appelai les sacrificateurs, devant lesquels je les fis jurer de tenir parole.
    
13. Et je secouai mon manteau, en disant: Que Dieu secoue de la même manière hors de sa maison et de ses biens tout homme qui n'aura point tenu parole, et qu'ainsi cet homme soit secoué et laissé à vide! Toute l'assemblée dit: Amen! On célébra l'Éternel. Et le peuple tint parole.
    
14. Dès le jour où le roi m'établit leur gouverneur dans le pays de Juda, depuis la vingtième année jusqu'à la trente-deuxième année du roi Artaxerxès, pendant douze ans, ni moi ni mes frères n'avons vécu des revenus du gouverneur.
    
15. Avant moi, les premiers gouverneurs accablaient le peuple, et recevaient de lui du pain et du vin, outre quarante sicles d'argent; leurs serviteurs mêmes opprimaient le peuple. Je n'ai point agi de la sorte, par crainte de Dieu.
    

11. Give back to them immediately their fields, vineyards, olive groves and houses, and also the usury you are charging them--the hundredth part of the money, grain, new wine and oil."
    
12. "We will give it back," they said. "And we will not demand anything more from them. We will do as you say." Then I summoned the priests and made the nobles and officials take an oath to do what they had promised.
    
13. I also shook out the folds of my robe and said, "In this way may God shake out of his house and possessions every man who does not keep this promise. So may such a man be shaken out and emptied!" At this the whole assembly said, "Amen," and praised the LORD. And the people did as they had promised.
    
14. Moreover, from the twentieth year of King Artaxerxes, when I was appointed to be their governor in the land of Judah, until his thirty-second year--twelve years--neither I nor my brothers ate the food allotted to the governor.
    
15. But the earlier governors--those preceding me--placed a heavy burden on the people and took forty shekels of silver from them in addition to food and wine. Their assistants also lorded it over the people. But out of reverence for God I did not act like that.
    

16. 도리어 이 城(성) 役事(역사)에 힘을 다하며 땅을 사지 아니하였고 나의 모든 從者(종자)도 모여서 役事(역사)를 하였으며
    
17. 또 ^ㄹ내 床(상)에는 유다 사람들과 民長(민장)들 一百(일백) 五十人(오십인)이 있고 그 外(외)에도 우리 四面(사면) 異邦人(이방인) 中(중)에서 우리에게 나아온 者(자)들이 있었는데
    
18. ^ㅁ每日(매일) 나를 爲(위)하여 소 하나와 살진 羊(양) 여섯을 準備(준비)하며 닭도 많이 準備(준비)하고 열흘에 한番(번)씩은 各種(각종) 葡萄酒(포도주)를 갖추었나니 비록 이같이 하였을지라도 내가 總督(총독)의 祿(녹)을 要求(요구)하지 아니하였음은 百姓(백성)의 賦役(부역)이 重(중)함이니라
    
19. 내 하나님이여 내가 이 百姓(백성)을 爲(위)하여 行(행)한 모든 일을 ^ㅂ생각하시고 내게 恩惠(은혜)를 베푸시옵소서
    

16. Bien plus, j'ai travaillé à la réparation de cette muraille, et nous n'avons acheté aucun champ, et mes serviteurs tous ensemble étaient à l'ouvrage.
    
17. J'avais à ma table cent cinquante hommes, Juifs et magistrats, outre ceux qui venaient à nous des nations d'alentour.
    
18. On m'apprêtait chaque jour un boeuf, six moutons choisis, et des oiseaux; et tous les dix jours on préparait en abondance tout le vin nécessaire. Malgré cela, je n'ai point réclamé les revenus du gouverneur, parce que les travaux étaient à la charge de ce peuple.
    
19. Souviens-toi favorablement de moi, ô mon Dieu, à cause de tout ce que j'ai fait pour ce peuple!
    

16. Instead, I devoted myself to the work on this wall. All my men were assembled there for the work; we did not acquire any land.
    
17. Furthermore, a hundred and fifty Jews and officials ate at my table, as well as those who came to us from the surrounding nations.
    
18. Each day one ox, six choice sheep and some poultry were prepared for me, and every ten days an abundant supply of wine of all kinds. In spite of all this, I never demanded the food allotted to the governor, because the demands were heavy on these people.
    
19. Remember me with favor, O my God, for all I have done for these people.
