신명기(Deutéronome) 15장 [개역한글 : LSG1910 : NIV]

1. ^ㅂ每(매) 七年(칠년) 끝에 免除(면제)하라
   
2. 免除(면제)의 規例(규례)는 이러하니라 무릇 그 이웃에게 꾸어준 債主(채주)는 그것을 免除(면제)하고 그 이웃에게나 그 兄弟(형제)에게 督促(독촉)하지 말지니 이 해는 여호와의 免除年(면제년)이라 稱(칭)함이니라
   
3. ^ㅅ異邦人(이방인)에게는 네가 督促(독촉)하려니와 네 兄弟(형제)에게 꾸인 것은 네 손에서 免除(면제)하라
   
4. ^ㅇ네가 萬一(만일) 네 하나님 여호와의 말씀만 듣고 내가 오늘날 네게 命(명)하는 그 命令(명령)을 다 지켜 行(행)하면 ^ㅈ네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 遺業(유업)으로 주신 땅에서 네가 丁寧(정녕) 福(복)을 받으리니 ^ㅊ너희 中(중)에 가난한 者(자)가 없으리라
   
5. 4절과 같음
   

1. Tous les sept ans, tu feras relâche.
   
2. Et voici comment s'observera le relâche. Quand on aura publié le relâche en l'honneur de l'Éternel, tout créancier qui aura fait un prêt à son prochain se relâchera de son droit, il ne pressera pas son prochain et son frère pour le paiement de sa dette.
   
3. Tu pourras presser l'étranger; mais tu te relâcheras de ton droit pour ce qui t'appartiendra chez ton frère.
   
4. Toutefois, il n'y aura point d'indigent chez toi, car l'Éternel te bénira dans le pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te fera posséder en héritage,
   
5. pourvu seulement que tu obéisses à la voix de l'Éternel, ton Dieu, en mettant soigneusement en pratique tous ces commandements que je te prescris aujourd'hui.
   

1. At the end of every seven years you must cancel debts.
   
2. This is how it is to be done: Every creditor shall cancel the loan he has made to his fellow Israelite. He shall not require payment from his fellow Israelite or brother, because the LORD'S time for canceling debts has been proclaimed.
   
3. You may require payment from a foreigner, but you must cancel any debt your brother owes you.
   
4. However, there should be no poor among you, for in the land the LORD your God is giving you to possess as your inheritance, he will richly bless you,
   
5. if only you fully obey the LORD your God and are careful to follow all these commands I am giving you today.
   

6. 네 하나님 여호와께서 ^ㅋ네게 許諾(허락)하신 대로 네게 福(복)을 주시리니 ^ㅌ네가 여러 나라에 꾸어 줄지라도 너는 꾸지 아니하겠고 ^ㅍ네가 여러 나라를 治理(치리)할지라도 너는 治理(치리)함을 받지 아니하리라
   
7. 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주신 땅 어느 城邑(성읍)에서든지 가난한 兄弟(형제)가 너와 함께 居(거)하거든 ^ㅎ그 가난한 兄弟(형제)에게 네 마음을 剛愎(강퍅)히 하지 말며 네 손을 움켜 쥐지 말고
   
8. ^ㅏ반드시 네 손을 그에게 펴서 그 要求(요구)하는 대로 쓸 것을 넉넉히 꾸어주라
   
9. 삼가 너는 마음에 惡念(악념)을 품지 말라 곧 이르기를 第(제) 七年(칠년) 免除年(면제년)이 가까왔다 하고 네 ^ㅑ窮乏(궁핍)한 兄弟(형제)에게 惡(악)한 눈을 들고 아무 것도 주지 아니하면 그가 너를 ^ㅓ여호와께 呼訴(호소)하리니 ^ㅕ네가 罪(죄)를 얻을 것이라
   
10. 너는 반드시 그에게 救濟(구제)할 것이요 救濟(구제)할 때에는 ^ㅗ아끼는 마음을 품지 말 것이니라 ^ㅛ이로 因(인)하여 네 하나님 여호와께서 네 凡事(범사)와 네 손으로 하는바에 네게 福(복)을 주시리라
    

6. L'Éternel, ton Dieu, te bénira comme il te l'a dit, tu prêteras à beaucoup de nations, et tu n'emprunteras point; tu domineras sur beaucoup de nations, et elles ne domineront point sur toi.
   
7. S'il y a chez toi quelque indigent d'entre tes frères, dans l'une de tes portes, au pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne, tu n'endurciras point ton coeur et tu ne fermeras point ta main devant ton frère indigent.
   
8. Mais tu lui ouvriras ta main, et tu lui prêteras de quoi pourvoir à ses besoins.
   
9. Garde-toi d'être assez méchant pour dire en ton coeur: La septième année, l'année du relâche, approche! Garde-toi d'avoir un oeil sans pitié pour ton frère indigent et de lui faire un refus. Il crierait à l'Éternel contre toi, et tu te chargerais d'un péché.
   
10. Donne-lui, et que ton coeur ne lui donne point à regret; car, à cause de cela, l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te bénira dans tous tes travaux et dans toutes tes entreprises.
    

6. For the LORD your God will bless you as he has promised, and you will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. You will rule over many nations but none will rule over you.
   
7. If there is a poor man among your brothers in any of the towns of the land that the LORD your God is giving you, do not be hardhearted or tightfisted toward your poor brother.
   
8. Rather be openhanded and freely lend him whatever he needs.
   
9. Be careful not to harbor this wicked thought: "The seventh year, the year for canceling debts, is near," so that you do not show ill will toward your needy brother and give him nothing. He may then appeal to the LORD against you, and you will be found guilty of sin.
   
10. Give generously to him and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put your hand to.
    

11. ^ㅜ땅에는 언제든지 가난한 者(자)가 그치지 아니하겠는故(고)로 내가 네게 命(명)하여 이르노니 너는 반드시 네 境內(경내) 네 兄弟(형제)의 困難(곤난)한 者(자)와 窮乏(궁핍)한 者(자)에게 네 손을 펼지니라
    
12. ^ㅠ네 同族(동족) 히브리 男子(남자)나 히브리 女子(녀자)가 네게 팔렸다 하자 萬一(만일) 六年(육년)을 너를 섬겼거든 第(제) 七年(칠년)에 너는 그를 놓아 自由(자유)하게 할 것이요
    
13. 그를 놓아 自由(자유)하게 할 때에는 空手(공수)로 가게 하지 말고
    
14. 네 羊(양) 무리 中(중)에서와 打作(타작) 마당에서와 葡萄酒(포도주) 틀에서 그에게 厚(후)히 줄지니 곧 ^으네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 福(복)을 주신대로 그에게 줄지니라
    
15. ^이너는 애굽 땅 종 되었던 것과 네 하나님 여호와께서 너를 屬(속)하셨음을 記憶(기억)하라 그를 因(인)하여 내가 오늘날 이같이 네게 命(명)하노라
    

11. Il y aura toujours des indigents dans le pays; c'est pourquoi je te donne ce commandement: Tu ouvriras ta main à ton frère, au pauvre et à l'indigent dans ton pays.
    
12. Si l'un de tes frères hébreux, homme ou femme, se vend à toi, il te servira six années; mais la septième année, tu le renverras libre de chez toi.
    
13. Et lorsque tu le renverras libre de chez toi, tu ne le renverras point à vide;
    
14. tu lui feras des présents de ton menu bétail, de ton aire, de ton pressoir, de ce que tu auras par la bénédiction de l'Éternel, ton Dieu.
    
15. Tu te souviendras que tu as été esclave au pays d'Égypte, et que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'a racheté; c'est pourquoi je te donne aujourd'hui ce commandement.
    

11. There will always be poor people in the land. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your brothers and toward the poor and needy in your land.
    
12. If a fellow Hebrew, a man or a woman, sells himself to you and serves you six years, in the seventh year you must let him go free.
    
13. And when you release him, do not send him away empty-handed.
    
14. Supply him liberally from your flock, your threshing floor and your winepress. Give to him as the LORD your God has blessed you.
    
15. Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and the LORD your God redeemed you. That is why I give you this command today.
    

16. ^ㅐ종이 萬一(만일) 너와 네 집을 사랑하므로 너와 同居(동거)하기를 좋게 여겨 네게 向(향)하여 내가 主人(주인)을 떠나지 아니하겠노라 하거든
    
17. 송곳을 取(취)하여 그의 귀를 門(문)에 대고 뚫으라 그리하면 그가 永永(영영)히 네 종이 되리라 네 女(여)종에게도 一例(일례)로 할지니라
    
18. 그가 六年(육년) 동안에 품군의 삯의 倍(배)나 받을 만큼 너를 섬겼은즉 너는 그를 놓아 自由(자유)하게 하기를 어렵게 여기지 말라 그리하면 네 하나님 여호와께서 너의 凡事(범사)에 네게 福(복)을 주시리라
    
19. 너는 牛羊(우양)의 ^ㄱ처음 난 수컷은 區別(구별)하여 네 하나님 여호와께 드릴 것이니 네 소의 첫 새끼는 부리지 말고 네 羊(양)의 첫 새끼의 털은 깍지 말고
    
20. 너와 네 家族(가족)이 每年(매년)에 여호와의 擇(택)하신 곳 ^ㄴ네 하나님 여호와 앞에서 먹을지니라
    

16. Si ton esclave te dit: Je ne veux pas sortir de chez toi, #NAME? qu'il t'aime, toi et ta maison, et qu'il se trouve bien chez toi, -
    
17. alors tu prendras un poinçon et tu lui perceras l'oreille contre la porte, et il sera pour toujours ton esclave. Tu feras de même pour ta servante.
    
18. Tu ne trouveras point dur de le renvoyer libre de chez toi, car il t'a servi six ans, ce qui vaut le double du salaire d'un mercenaire; et l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te bénira dans tout ce que tu feras.
    
19. Tu consacreras à l'Éternel, ton Dieu, tout premier-né mâle qui naîtra dans ton gros et dans ton menu bétail. Tu ne travailleras point avec le premier-né de ton boeuf, et tu ne tondras point le premier-né de tes brebis.
    
20. Tu le mangeras chaque année, toi et ta famille, devant l'Éternel, ton Dieu, dans le lieu qu'il choisira.
    

16. But if your servant says to you, "I do not want to leave you," because he loves you and your family and is well off with you,
    
17. then take an awl and push it through his ear lobe into the door, and he will become your servant for life. Do the same for your maidservant.
    
18. Do not consider it a hardship to set your servant free, because his service to you these six years has been worth twice as much as that of a hired hand. And the LORD your God will bless you in everything you do.
    
19. Set apart for the LORD your God every firstborn male of your herds and flocks. Do not put the firstborn of your oxen to work, and do not shear the firstborn of your sheep.
    
20. Each year you and your family are to eat them in the presence of the LORD your God at the place he will choose.
    

21. 그러나 ^ㄷ그 짐승이 欠(흠)이 있어서 절거나 눈이 멀었거나 무슨 欠(흠)이 있든지 네 하나님 여호와께 잡아 드리지 못할지니
    
22. 네 城(성) 中(중)에서 먹되 ^ㄹ不淨(부정)한 者(자)나 淨(정)한 者(자)가 다 같이 먹기를 노루와 사슴을 먹음같이 할 것이요
    
23. ^ㅁ오직 피는 먹지 말고 물 같이 땅에 쏟을지니라
    

21. S'il a quelque défaut, s'il est boiteux ou aveugle, ou s'il a quelque autre difformité, tu ne l'offriras point en sacrifice à l'Éternel, ton Dieu.
    
22. Tu le mangeras dans tes portes; celui qui sera impur et celui qui sera pur en mangeront l'un et l'autre, comme on mange de la gazelle et du cerf.
    
23. Seulement, tu n'en mangeras pas le sang; tu le répandras sur la terre comme de l'eau.
    

21. If an animal has a defect, is lame or blind, or has any serious flaw, you must not sacrifice it to the LORD your God.
    
22. You are to eat it in your own towns. Both the ceremonially unclean and the clean may eat it, as if it were gazelle or deer.
    
23. But you must not eat the blood; pour it out on the ground like water.
