1. ^ㅇ先知者(선지자)의 生徒(생도)의 아내 中(중)에 한 女人(녀인)이 엘리사에게 부르짖어 가로되 當身(당신)의 종 나의 男便(남편)이 이미 죽었는데 當身(당신)의 종이 여호와를 敬畏(경외)한 줄은 當身(당신)이 아시는 바니이다 ^ㅈ이제 債主(채주)가 이르러 나의 두 아이를 取(취)하여 그 종을 삼고자 하나이다
   
2. 엘리사가 저에게 이르되 내가 너를 爲(위)하여 어떻게 하랴 네 집에 무엇이 있는지 내게 告(고)하라 저가 가로되 계집종의 집에 한 甁(병) 기름 外(외)에는 아무 것도 없나이다
   
3. 가로되 너는 밖에 나가서 모든 이웃에게 그릇을 빌라 빈 그릇을 빌되 조금 빌지말고
   
4. 너는 네 두 아들과 함께 들어가서 문을 닫고 그 모든 그릇에 기름을 부어서 차는 대로 옮겨 놓으라
   
5. 女人(녀인)이 물러가서 그 두 아들과 함께 門(문)을 닫은 後(후)에 저희는 그릇을 그에게로 가져 오고 그는 부었더니
   

1. Une femme d'entre les femmes des fils des prophètes cria à Élisée, en disant: Ton serviteur mon mari est mort, et tu sais que ton serviteur craignait l'Éternel; or le créancier est venu pour prendre mes deux enfants et en faire ses esclaves.
   
2. Élisée lui dit: Que puis-je faire pour toi? Dis-moi, qu'as-tu à la maison? Elle répondit: Ta servante n'a rien du tout à la maison qu'un vase d'huile.
   
3. Et il dit: Va demander au dehors des vases chez tous tes voisins, des vases vides, et n'en demande pas un petit nombre.
   
4. Quand tu seras rentrée, tu fermeras la porte sur toi et sur tes enfants; tu verseras dans tous ces vases, et tu mettras de côté ceux qui seront pleins.
   
5. Alors elle le quitta. Elle ferma la porte sur elle et sur ses enfants; ils lui présentaient les vases, et elle versait.
   

1. The wife of a man from the company of the prophets cried out to Elisha, "Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that he revered the LORD. But now his creditor is coming to take my two boys as his slaves."
   
2. Elisha replied to her, "How can I help you? Tell me, what do you have in your house?" "Your servant has nothing there at all," she said, "except a little oil."
   
3. Elisha said, "Go around and ask all your neighbors for empty jars. Don't ask for just a few.
   
4. Then go inside and shut the door behind you and your sons. Pour oil into all the jars, and as each is filled, put it to one side."
   
5. She left him and afterward shut the door behind her and her sons. They brought the jars to her and she kept pouring.
   

6. 그릇에 다 찬지라 女人(녀인)이 아들에게 이르되 또 그릇을 내게로 가져오라 아들이 가로되 다른 그릇이 없나이다 하니 기름이 곧 그쳤더라
   
7. 그 女人(녀인)이 ^ㅊ하나님의 사람에게 나아가서 告(고)한대 저가 가로되 너는 가서 기름을 팔아 빚을 갚고 남은 것으로 너와 네 두 아들이 生活(생활)하라 하였더라
   
8. 하루는 엘리사가 ^ㅋ수넴에 이르렀더니 거기 한 ^ㅌ貴(귀)한 女人(녀인)이 저를 墾勸(간권)하여 飮食(음식)을 먹게 한故(고)로 엘리사가 그곳을 지날 때마다 飮食(음식)을 먹으러 그리로 들어갔더라
   
9. 女人(녀인)이 그 男便(남편)에게 이르되 恒常(항상) 우리에게로 지나는 이 사람은 하나님의 거룩한 사람인 줄을 내가 아노니
   
10. 우리가 저를 爲(위)하여 작은 房(방)을 담 위에 짓고 寢床(침상)과 冊床(책상)과 椅子(의자)와 촛대를 陳設(진설)하사이다 저가 우리에게 이르면 거기 留(유)하리이다 하였더라
    

6. Lorsque les vases furent pleins, elle dit à son fils: Présente-moi encore un vase. Mais il lui répondit: Il n'y a plus de vase. Et l'huile s'arrêta.
   
7. Elle alla le rapporter à l'homme de Dieu, et il dit: Va vendre l'huile, et paie ta dette; et tu vivras, toi et tes fils, de ce qui restera.
   
8. Un jour Élisée passait par Sunem. Il y avait là une femme de distinction, qui le pressa d'accepter à manger. Et toutes les fois qu'il passait, il se rendait chez elle pour manger.
   
9. Elle dit à son mari: Voici, je sais que cet homme qui passe toujours chez nous est un saint homme de Dieu.
   
10. Faisons une petite chambre haute avec des murs, et mettons-y pour lui un lit, une table, un siège et un chandelier, afin qu'il s'y retire quand il viendra chez nous.
    

6. When all the jars were full, she said to her son, "Bring me another one." But he replied, "There is not a jar left." Then the oil stopped flowing.
   
7. She went and told the man of God, and he said, "Go, sell the oil and pay your debts. You and your sons can live on what is left."
   
8. One day Elisha went to Shunem. And a well-to-do woman was there, who urged him to stay for a meal. So whenever he came by, he stopped there to eat.
   
9. She said to her husband, "I know that this man who often comes our way is a holy man of God.
   
10. Let's make a small room on the roof and put in it a bed and a table, a chair and a lamp for him. Then he can stay there whenever he comes to us."
    

11. 하루는 엘리사가 거기 이르러 그 房(방)에 들어가서 누웠더니
    
12. 自己(자기) 使喚(사환) ^ㅍ게하시에게 이르되 이 수넴 女人(녀인)을 불러오라 곧 부르매 女人(녀인)이 그 앞에 선지라
    
13. 엘리사가 自己(자기) 使喚(사환)에게 이르되 너는 저에게 이르라 네가 이같이 우리를 爲(위)하여 생각이 周密(주밀)하도다 내가 너를 爲(위)하여 어떻게 하랴 王(왕)에게나 ^ㅎ軍隊(군대) 長官(장관)에게 무슨 求(구)할 것이 있느냐 女人(녀인)이 가로되 나는 내 百姓(백성) 中(중)에 居(거)하나이다 하니라
    
14. 엘리사가 가로되 그러면 저를 爲(위)하여 무엇을 하여야 할꼬 게하시가 對答(대답)하되 참으로 이 女人(녀인)은 아들이 없고 그 男便(남편)은 늙었나이다
    
15. 가로되 다시 부르라 부르매 女人(녀인)이 門(문)에 서니라
    

11. Élisée, étant revenu à Sunem, se retira dans la chambre haute et y coucha.
    
12. Il dit à Guéhazi, son serviteur: Appelle cette Sunamite. Guéhazi l'appela, et elle se présenta devant lui.
    
13. Et Élisée dit à Guéhazi: Dis-lui: Voici, tu nous as montré tout cet empressement; que peut-on faire pour toi? Faut-il parler pour toi au roi ou au chef de l'armée? Elle répondit: J'habite au milieu de mon peuple.
    
14. Et il dit: Que faire pour elle? Guéhazi répondit: Mais, elle n'a point de fils, et son mari est vieux.
    
15. Et il dit: Appelle-la. Guéhazi l'appela, et elle se présenta à la porte.
    

11. One day when Elisha came, he went up to his room and lay down there.
    
12. He said to his servant Gehazi, "Call the Shunammite." So he called her, and she stood before him.
    
13. Elisha said to him, "Tell her, 'You have gone to all this trouble for us. Now what can be done for you? Can we speak on your behalf to the king or the commander of the army?'" She replied, "I have a home among my own people."
    
14. "What can be done for her?" Elisha asked. Gehazi said, "Well, she has no son and her husband is old."
    
15. Then Elisha said, "Call her." So he called her, and she stood in the doorway.
    

16. 엘리사가 가로되 ^ㅏ돐이 되면 네가 아들을 안으리라 女人(녀인)이 가로되 아니로소이다 내 主(주) 하나님의 사람이여 ^ㅑ當身(당신)의 계집종을 속이지 마옵소서 하니라
    
17. 女人(녀인)이 果然(과연) 孕胎(잉태)하여 돐이 돌아오매 엘리사의 말한대로 아들을 낳았더라
    
18. 그 아이가 저으기 자라매 하루는 穀食(곡식) 베는 者(자)에게 나가서 그 아비에게 이르렀더니
    
19. 그 아비에게 이르되 ^ㅓ내 머리야 내 머리야 하는지라 그 아비가 使喚(사환)에게 命(명)하여 그 어미에게로 데려가라 하매
    
20. 곧 어미에게로 데려갔더니 낮까지 어미의 무릎에 앉았다가 죽은지라
    

16. Élisée lui dit: A cette même époque, l'année prochaine, tu embrasseras un fils. Et elle dit: Non! mon seigneur, homme de Dieu, ne trompe pas ta servante!
    
17. Cette femme devint enceinte, et elle enfanta un fils à la même époque, l'année suivante, comme Élisée lui avait dit.
    
18. L'enfant grandit. Et un jour qu'il était allé trouver son père vers les moissonneurs,
    
19. il dit à son père: Ma tête! ma tête! Le père dit à son serviteur: Porte-le à sa mère.
    
20. Le serviteur l'emporta et l'amena à sa mère. Et l'enfant resta sur les genoux de sa mère jusqu'à midi, puis il mourut.
    

16. "About this time next year," Elisha said, "you will hold a son in your arms." "No, my lord," she objected. "Don't mislead your servant, O man of God!"
    
17. But the woman became pregnant, and the next year about that same time she gave birth to a son, just as Elisha had told her.
    
18. The child grew, and one day he went out to his father, who was with the reapers.
    
19. "My head! My head!" he said to his father. His father told a servant, "Carry him to his mother."
    
20. After the servant had lifted him up and carried him to his mother, the boy sat on her lap until noon, and then he died.
    

21. 그 어미가 올라가서 ^ㅕ아들을 하나님의 사람의 寢床(침상) 위에 두고 門(문)을 닫고 나와서
    
22. 그 男便(남편)을 불러 이르되 請(청)컨대 한 使喚(사환)과 한 나귀를 내게로 보내소서 내가 하나님의 사람에게 달려갔다가 돌아오리이다
    
23. 그 男便(남편)이 가로되 ^ㅗ初(초)하루도 아니요 安息日(안식일)도 아니어늘 그대가 오늘날 어찌하여 저에게 나아가고자 하느뇨 女人(녀인)이 가로되 平安(평안)이니이다
    
24. 이에 나귀에 鞍裝(안장)을 지우고 自己(자기) 使喚(사환)에게 이르되 몰아 앞으로 나아가라 내가 말하지 아니하거든 나의 달려가기를 천천하게 하지 말라 하고
    
25. 드디어 ^ㅛ갈멜山(산)으로 가서 하나님의 사람에게로 나아가니라 하나님의 사람이 멀리서 저를 보고 自己(자기) 使喚(사환) 게하시에게 이르되 저기 수넴 女人(녀인)이 있도다
    

21. Elle monta, le coucha sur le lit de l'homme de Dieu, ferma la porte sur lui, et sortit.
    
22. Elle appela son mari, et dit: Envoie-moi, je te prie, un des serviteurs et une des ânesses; je veux aller en hâte vers l'homme de Dieu, et je reviendrai.
    
23. Et il dit: Pourquoi veux-tu aller aujourd'hui vers lui? Ce n'est ni nouvelle lune ni sabbat. Elle répondit: Tout va bien.
    
24. Puis elle fit seller l'ânesse, et dit à son serviteur: Mène et pars; ne m'arrête pas en route sans que je te le dise.
    
25. Elle partit donc et se rendit vers l'homme de Dieu sur la montagne du Carmel. L'homme de Dieu, l'ayant aperçue de loin, dit à Guéhazi, son serviteur: Voici cette Sunamite!
    

21. She went up and laid him on the bed of the man of God, then shut the door and went out.
    
22. She called her husband and said, "Please send me one of the servants and a donkey so I can go to the man of God quickly and return."
    
23. "Why go to him today?" he asked. "It's not the New Moon or the Sabbath." "It's all right," she said.
    
24. She saddled the donkey and said to her servant, "Lead on; don't slow down for me unless I tell you."
    
25. So she set out and came to the man of God at Mount Carmel. When he saw her in the distance, the man of God said to his servant Gehazi, "Look! There's the Shunammite!
    

26. 너는 달려가서 저를 맞아 이르기를 너는 平安(평안)하냐 네 男便(남편)이 平安(평안)하냐 아이가 平安(평안)하냐 하라 하였더니 女人(녀인)이 對答(대답)하되 平安(평안)하다 하고
    
27. ^ㅜ山(산)에 이르러 하나님의 사람에게 나아가서 그 발을 안은지라 게하시가 가까이 와서 저를 물리치고자 하매 하나님의 사람이 가로되 가만 두라 그 中心(중심)에 괴로움이 있다마는 여호와께서 내게 숨기시고 이르지 아니하셨도다
    
28. 女人(녀인)이 가로되 내가 내 主(주)께 아들을 求(구)하더이까 ^ㅠ나를 속이지 말라고 내가 말하지 아니하더이까
    
29. 엘리사가 게하시에게 이르되 ^으네 허리를 묶고 내 지팡이를 손에 들고 가라 사람을 만나거든 ^이人事(인사)하지 말며 사람이 네게 人事(인사)할지라도 對答(대답)하지 말고 ^ㅐ내 지팡이를 그 아이 얼굴에 놓으라
    
30. 아이의 어미가 가로되 ^ㄱ여호와의 사심과 當身(당신)의 魂(혼)의 사심을 가리켜 盟誓(맹서)하노니 내가 當身(당신)을 떠나지 아니하리이다 엘리사가 이에 일어나 女人(녀인)을 좇아가니라
    

26. Maintenant, cours donc à sa rencontre, et dis-lui: Te portes-tu bien? Ton mari et ton enfant se portent-ils bien? Elle répondit: Bien.
    
27. Et dès qu'elle fut arrivée auprès de l'homme de Dieu sur la montagne, elle embrassa ses pieds. Guéhazi s'approcha pour la repousser. Mais l'homme de Dieu dit: Laisse-la, car son âme est dans l'amertume, et l'Éternel me l'a caché et ne me l'a point fait connaître.
    
28. Alors elle dit: Ai-je demandé un fils à mon seigneur? N'ai-je pas dit: Ne me trompe pas?
    
29. Et Élisée dit à Guéhazi: Ceins tes reins, prends mon bâton dans ta main, et pars. Si tu rencontres quelqu'un, ne le salue pas; et si quelqu'un te salue, ne lui réponds pas. Tu mettras mon bâton sur le visage de l'enfant.
    
30. La mère de l'enfant dit: L'Éternel est vivant et ton âme est vivante! je ne te quitterai point. Et il se leva et la suivit.
    

26. Run to meet her and ask her, 'Are you all right? Is your husband all right? Is your child all right?'" "Everything is all right," she said.
    
27. When she reached the man of God at the mountain, she took hold of his feet. Gehazi came over to push her away, but the man of God said, "Leave her alone! She is in bitter distress, but the LORD has hidden it from me and has not told me why."
    
28. "Did I ask you for a son, my lord?" she said. "Didn't I tell you, 'Don't raise my hopes'?"
    
29. Elisha said to Gehazi, "Tuck your cloak into your belt, take my staff in your hand and run. If you meet anyone, do not greet him, and if anyone greets you, do not answer. Lay my staff on the boy's face."
    
30. But the child's mother said, "As surely as the LORD lives and as you live, I will not leave you." So he got up and followed her.
    

31. 게하시가 저희의 앞서 가서 지팡이를 그 아이의 얼굴에 놓았으나 소리도 없고 듣는 模樣(모양)도 없는지라 돌아와서 엘리사를 맞아 가로되 ^ㄴ아이가 깨지 아니하였나이다
    
32. 엘리사가 집에 들어가 보니 아이가 죽었는데 自己(자기)의 寢床(침상)에 눕혔는지라
    
33. 들어가서는 ^ㄷ門(문)을 닫으니 두 사람 뿐이라 ^ㄹ엘리사가 여호와께 祈禱(기도)하고
    
34. 아이의 위에 올라 엎드려 自己(자기) 입을, 그 입에 自己(자기) 눈을, 그 눈에 自己(자기) 손을, 그 손에 대고 ^ㅁ그 몸에 엎드리니 아이의 살이 次次(차차) 따뜻하더라
    
35. 엘리사가 내려서 집 안에서 한番(번) 이리 저리 다니고 다시 아이 위에 올라 엎드리니 아이가 일곱番(번) 재채기 하고 눈을 뜨는지라
    

31. Guéhazi les avait devancés, et il avait mis le bâton sur le visage de l'enfant; mais il n'y eut ni voix ni signe d'attention. Il s'en retourna à la rencontre d'Élisée, et lui rapporta la chose, en disant: L'enfant ne s'est pas réveillé.
    
32. Lorsque Élisée arriva dans la maison, voici, l'enfant était mort, couché sur son lit.
    
33. Élisée entra et ferma la porte sur eux deux, et il pria l'Éternel.
    
34. Il monta, et se coucha sur l'enfant; il mit sa bouche sur sa bouche, ses yeux sur ses yeux, ses mains sur ses mains, et il s'étendit sur lui. Et la chair de l'enfant se réchauffa.
    
35. Élisée s'éloigna, alla çà et là par la maison, puis remonta et s'étendit sur l'enfant. Et l'enfant éternua sept fois, et il ouvrit les yeux.
    

31. Gehazi went on ahead and laid the staff on the boy's face, but there was no sound or response. So Gehazi went back to meet Elisha and told him, "The boy has not awakened."
    
32. When Elisha reached the house, there was the boy lying dead on his couch.
    
33. He went in, shut the door on the two of them and prayed to the LORD.
    
34. Then he got on the bed and lay upon the boy, mouth to mouth, eyes to eyes, hands to hands. As he stretched himself out upon him, the boy's body grew warm.
    
35. Elisha turned away and walked back and forth in the room and then got on the bed and stretched out upon him once more. The boy sneezed seven times and opened his eyes.
    

36. 엘리사가 게하시를 불러서 저 수넴 女人(녀인)을 불러오라 하니 곧 부르매 女人(녀인)이 들어가니 엘리사가 가로되 네 아들을 取(취)하라
    
37. 女人(녀인)이 들어가서 엘리사의 발 앞에서 땅에 엎드려 절하고 ^ㅂ아들을 안고 나가니라
    
38. 엘리사가 다시 ^ㅅ길갈에 이르니 그 땅에 ^ㅇ凶年(흉년)이 들었는데 ^ㅈ先知者(선지자)의 生徒(생도)가 ^ㅊ엘리사의 앞에 앉은지라 엘리사가 自己(자기) 使喚(사환)에게 이르되 ^ㅋ큰 솥을 걸고 先知者(선지자)의 生徒(생도)들을 爲(위)하여 국을 끓이라 하매
    
39. 한 사람이 菜蔬(채소)를 캐러 들에 나가서 野藤(야등)덩굴을 만나 그것에서 들 외를 따서 옷자락에 채워가지고 돌아와서 썰어 국 끓이는 솥에 넣되 저희는 무엇인지 알지 못한지라
    
40. 이에 퍼다가 무리에게 주어 먹게 하였더니 무리가 국을 먹다가 외쳐 가로되 하나님의 사람이여 솥에 死亡(사망)의 毒(독)이 있나이다 하고 能(능)히 먹지 못하는지라
    

36. Élisée appela Guéhazi, et dit: Appelle cette Sunamite. Guéhazi l'appela, et elle vint vers Élisée, qui dit: Prends ton fils!
    
37. Elle alla se jeter à ses pieds, et se prosterna contre terre. Et elle prit son fils, et sortit.
    
38. Élisée revint à Guilgal, et il y avait une famine dans le pays. Comme les fils des prophètes étaient assis devant lui, il dit à son serviteur: Mets le grand pot, et fais cuire un potage pour les fils des prophètes.
    
39. L'un d'eux sortit dans les champs pour cueillir des herbes; il trouva de la vigne sauvage et il y cueillit des coloquintes sauvages, plein son vêtement. Quand il rentra, il les coupa en morceaux dans le pot où était le potage, car on ne les connaissait pas.
    
40. On servit à manger à ces hommes; mais dès qu'ils eurent mangé du potage, ils s'écrièrent: La mort est dans le pot, homme de Dieu! Et ils ne purent manger.
    

36. Elisha summoned Gehazi and said, "Call the Shunammite." And he did. When she came, he said, "Take your son."
    
37. She came in, fell at his feet and bowed to the ground. Then she took her son and went out.
    
38. Elisha returned to Gilgal and there was a famine in that region. While the company of the prophets was meeting with him, he said to his servant, "Put on the large pot and cook some stew for these men."
    
39. One of them went out into the fields to gather herbs and found a wild vine. He gathered some of its gourds and filled the fold of his cloak. When he returned, he cut them up into the pot of stew, though no one knew what they were.
    
40. The stew was poured out for the men, but as they began to eat it, they cried out, "O man of God, there is death in the pot!" And they could not eat it.
    

41. 엘리사가 가로되 그러면 가루를 가져오라 하여 ^ㅌ솥에 던지고 가로되 퍼다가 무리에게 주어 먹게 하라 하매 이에 솥 가운데 害毒(해독)이 없어지니라
    
42. 한 사람이 ^ㅍ바알살리사에서부터 와서 ^ㅎ처음 익은 植物(식물) 곧 보리떡 二十(이십)과 또 자루에 담은 菜蔬(채소)를 하나님의 사람에게 드린지라 저가 가로되 ^ㅏ무리에게 주어 먹게하라
    
43. 그 使喚(사환)이 가로되 어찜이니이까 이것을 一百名(일백명)에게 베풀겠나이까 하나 엘리사는 또 가로되 무리에게 주어 먹게 하라 여호와의 말씀이 무리가 먹고 남으리라 하셨느니라
    
44. 저가 드디어 무리 앞에 베풀었더니 여호와의 말씀과 같이 다 먹고 남았더라
    

41. Élisée dit: Prenez de la farine. Il en jeta dans le pot, et dit: Sers à ces gens, et qu'ils mangent. Et il n'y avait plus rien de mauvais dans le pot.
    
42. Un homme arriva de Baal Schalischa. Il apporta du pain des prémices à l'homme de Dieu, vingt pains d'orge, et des épis nouveaux dans son sac. Élisée dit: Donne à ces gens, et qu'ils mangent.
    
43. Son serviteur répondit: Comment pourrais-je en donner à cent personnes? Mais Élisée dit: Donne à ces gens, et qu'ils mangent; car ainsi parle l'Éternel: On mangera, et on en aura de reste.
    
44. Il mit alors les pains devant eux; et ils mangèrent et en eurent de reste, selon la parole de l'Éternel.
    

41. Elisha said, "Get some flour." He put it into the pot and said, "Serve it to the people to eat." And there was nothing harmful in the pot.
    
42. A man came from Baal Shalishah, bringing the man of God twenty loaves of barley bread baked from the first ripe grain, along with some heads of new grain. "Give it to the people to eat," Elisha said.
    
43. "How can I set this before a hundred men?" his servant asked. But Elisha answered, "Give it to the people to eat. For this is what the LORD says: 'They will eat and have some left over.'"
    
44. Then he set it before them, and they ate and had some left over, according to the word of the LORD.
