신명기(5 Mose) 25장 [개역한글 : Deutsch : NIV]

1. ^ㅇ사람과 사람 사이에 是非(시비)가 생겨서 裁判(재판)을 請(청)하거든 裁判長(재판장)은 그들을 裁判(재판)하여 ^ㅈ義人(의인)은 義(의)롭다 하고 惡人(악인)은 定罪(정죄)할 것이며
   
2. 惡人(악인)에게 笞刑(태형)이 合當(합당)하거든 裁判長(재판장)은 그를 엎드리게 하고 그 罪(죄)의 輕重(경중)대로 如數(여수)이 自己(자기) 앞에서 때리게 하라
   
3. ^ㅊ四十(사십)까지는 때리려니와 그것을 넘기지는 못할지니 萬一(만일) 그것을 넘겨 過多(과다)히 때리면 네가 네 兄弟(형제)로 賤(천)히 여김을 받게 할까 하노라
   
4. ^ㅋ穀食(곡식) 떠는 소의 입에 망을 씌우지 말지니라
   
5. ^ㅌ兄弟(형제)가 同居(동거)하는데 그 中(중) 하나가 죽고 아들이 없거든 그 죽은 者(자)의 아내는 나가서 他人(타인)에게 시집가지 말 것이요 ^ㅍ그 男便(남편)의 兄弟(형제)가 그에게로 들어가서 그를 取(취)하여 아내를 삼아 그의 男便(남편)의 兄弟(형제) 된 義務(의무)를 그에게 다 行(행)할 것이요
   

1. Wenn ein Hader ist zwischen "Männern," so soll man sie vor Gericht bringen und sie richten und den Gerechten gerecht sprechen und den Gottlosen verdammen.
   
2. Und so der Gottlose Schläge verdient "hat," soll ihn doch der Richter heißen "niederfallen," und man soll ihm vor dem Richter eine Zahl Schläge geben nach dem Maß seiner Missetat.
   
3. Wenn man ihm vierzig Schläge gegeben "hat," soll man ihn nicht mehr "schlagen," auf daß "nicht," so man mehr Schläge "gibt," er zuviel geschlagen werde und dein Bruder verächtlich vor deinen Augen sei.
   
4. Du sollst dem "Ochsen," der da "drischt," nicht das Maul verbinden.
   
5. Wenn Brüder beieinander wohnen und einer stirbt ohne "Kinder," so soll des Verstorbenen Weib nicht einen fremden Mann draußen nehmen; sondern ihr Schwager soll sich zu ihr tun und sie zum Weibe nehmen und sie ehelichen.
   

1. When men have a dispute, they are to take it to court and the judges will decide the case, acquitting the innocent and condemning the guilty.
   
2. If the guilty man deserves to be beaten, the judge shall make him lie down and have him flogged in his presence with the number of lashes his crime deserves,
   
3. but he must not give him more than forty lashes. If he is flogged more than that, your brother will be degraded in your eyes.
   
4. Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.
   
5. If brothers are living together and one of them dies without a son, his widow must not marry outside the family. Her husband's brother shall take her and marry her and fulfill the duty of a brother-in-law to her.
   

6. 그 女人(녀인)의 낳은 첫 아들로 그 죽은 兄弟(형제)의 後嗣(후사)를 잇게 하여 ^ㅎ그 이름을 이스라엘 中(중)에서 끊어지지 않게 할 것이니라
   
7. 그러나 그 사람이 萬一(만일) 그 兄弟(형제)의 아내 取(취)하기를 즐겨하지 아니하거든 그 兄弟(형제)의 아내는 ^ㅏ그 城門(성문) 長老(장로)들에게로 나아가서 말하기를 내 男便(남편)의 兄弟(형제)가 그 兄弟(형제)의 이름을 이스라엘 中(중)에 잇기를 싫어하여 男便(남편)의 兄弟(형제)된 義務(의무)를 내게 行(행)치 아니하나이다 할 것이요
   
8. 그 城邑(성읍) 長老(장로)들은 그를 불러다가 이를 것이며 그가 이미 定(정)한 뜻대로 말하기를 ^ㅑ내가 그 女子(녀자) 取(취)하기를 즐겨 아니하노라 하거든
   
9. 그 兄弟(형제)의 아내가 長老(장로)들 앞에서 그에게 나아가서 ^ㅓ그의 발에서 신을 벗기고 ^ㅕ그 얼굴에 침을 뱉으며 이르기를 ^ㅗ그 兄弟(형제)의 집 세우기를 즐겨 아니하는 者(자)에게는 이같이 할 것이라 할 것이며
   
10. 이스라엘 中(중)에서 그의 이름을 신 벗기운 者(자)의 집이라 稱(칭)할 것이니라
    

6. Und den ersten "Sohn," den sie "gebiert," soll er bestätigen nach dem Namen seines verstorbenen "Bruders," daß sein Name nicht vertilgt werde aus Israel.
   
7. Gefällt es aber dem Mann "nicht," daß er sein Schwägerin "nehme," so soll "sie," seine Schwägerin hinaufgehen unter das Tor vor die Ältesten und sagen: Mein Schwager weigert "sich," seinem Bruder einen Namen zu erwecken in "Israel," und will mich nicht ehelichen.
   
8. So sollen ihn die Ältesten der Stadt fordern und mit ihm reden. Wenn er dann darauf besteht und spricht: Es gefällt mir "nicht," sie zu "nehmen,"
   
9. so soll seine Schwägerin zu ihm treten vor den Ältesten und ihm einen Schuh ausziehen von seinen Füßen und ihn anspeien und soll antworten und sprechen: Also soll man tun einem jeden "Mann," der seines Bruders Haus nicht erbauen will!
   
10. Und sein Namen soll in Israel heißen des Barfüßers "Haus""""."
    

6. The first son she bears shall carry on the name of the dead brother so that his name will not be blotted out from Israel.
   
7. However, if a man does not want to marry his brother's wife, she shall go to the elders at the town gate and say, "My husband's brother refuses to carry on his brother's name in Israel. He will not fulfill the duty of a brother-in-law to me."
   
8. Then the elders of his town shall summon him and talk to him. If he persists in saying, "I do not want to marry her,"
   
9. his brother's widow shall go up to him in the presence of the elders, take off one of his sandals, spit in his face and say, "This is what is done to the man who will not build up his brother's family line."
   
10. That man's line shall be known in Israel as The Family of the Unsandaled.
    

11. 두 사람이 서로 싸울 때에 한 사람의 아내가 그 男便(남편)을 그 치는 者(자)의 손에서 求(구)하려 하여 가까이 가서 손을 벌려 그 사람의 陰囊(음낭)을 잡거든
    
12. 너는 그 女人(녀인)의 손을 찍어 버릴 것이고 ^ㅛ네 눈이 그를 불쌍히 보지 말지니라
    
13. ^ㅜ너는 주머니에 같지 않은 저울錘(추) 곧 큰 것과 작은 것을 넣지 말 것이며
    
14. 네 집에 같지 않은 되 곧 큰 것과 작은 것을 두지 말 것이요
    
15. 오직 十分(십분) 公正(공정)한 저울錘(추)를 두며 十分(십분) 公正(공정)한 되를 둘 것이라 그리하면 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주시는 땅에서 ^ㅠ네 날이 長久(장구)하리라
    

11. Wenn zwei Männer miteinander hadern und des einen Weib läuft "zu," daß sie ihren Mann errette von der Hand "dessen," der ihn "schlägt," und streckt ihre Hand aus und ergreift ihn bei seiner "Scham,"
    
12. so sollst du ihr die Hand "abhauen," und dein Auge soll sie nicht verschonen.
    
13. Du sollst nicht zweierlei Gewicht in deinem "Sack," groß und "klein," haben;
    
14. und in deinem Hause soll nicht zweierlei "Scheffel," groß und "klein," sein.
    
15. Du sollst ein völlig und recht Gewicht und einen völligen und rechten Scheffel "haben," auf daß dein Leben lange währe in dem "Lande," das dir der "HERR," dein "Gott," geben wird.
    

11. If two men are fighting and the wife of one of them comes to rescue her husband from his assailant, and she reaches out and seizes him by his private parts,
    
12. you shall cut off her hand. Show her no pity.
    
13. Do not have two differing weights in your bag--one heavy, one light.
    
14. Do not have two differing measures in your house--one large, one small.
    
15. You must have accurate and honest weights and measures, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you.
    

16. 무릇 ^으이같이 하는 者(자), 무릇 不正當(부정당)히 行(행)하는 者(자)는 ^이네 하나님 여호와께 可憎(가증)하니라
    
17. ^ㅐ너희가 애굽에서 나오는 길에 ^ㄱ아말렉이 네게 行(행)한 일을 記憶(기억)하라
    
18. 곧 그들이 하나님을 두려워하지 아니하고 너를 길에서 만나 너의 疲困(피곤)함을 타서 ^ㄴ네 뒤에 떨어진 弱(약)한 者(자)들을 쳤느니라
    
19. 그러므로 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주어 基業(기업)으로 얻게 하시는 땅에서 네 하나님 여호와께서 너로 四面(사면)에 있는 ^ㄷ모든 對敵(대적)을 벗어나게 하시고 네게 安息(안식)을 주실 때에 너는 ^ㄹ아말렉의 이름을 天下(천하)에서 塗抹(도말)할지니라 너는 잊지 말지니라
    

16. Denn wer solches "tut," der ist dem "HERRN," deinem "Gott," ein Greuel wie "alle," die übel tun.
    
17. Gedenke was dir die Amalekiter taten auf dem "Wege," da ihr aus Ägypten "zoget,"
    
18. wie sie dich angriffen auf dem Wege und schlugen die letzten deines "Heeres," alle die "Schwachen," die dir hinten "nachzogen," da du müde und matt "warst," und fürchteten Gott nicht.
    
19. Wenn nun der "HERR," dein "Gott," dich zur Ruhe bringt von allen deinen Feinden umher im "Lande," das dir der "HERR," dein "Gott," gibt zum Erbe "einzunehmen," so sollst du das Gedächtnis der Amalekiter austilgen unter dem Himmel. Das vergiß nicht!
    

16. For the LORD your God detests anyone who does these things, anyone who deals dishonestly.
    
17. Remember what the Amalekites did to you along the way when you came out of Egypt.
    
18. When you were weary and worn out, they met you on your journey and cut off all who were lagging behind; they had no fear of God.
    
19. When the LORD your God gives you rest from all the enemies around you in the land he is giving you to possess as an inheritance, you shall blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven. Do not forget!
