1. ^ㅗ예수께서 그리스도이심을 ^ㅛ믿는 者(자)마다 ^ㅜ하나님께로서 난 者(자)니 또한 ^ㅠ내신 이를 사랑하는 者(자)마다 그에게 난 者(자)를 사랑하느니라
   
2. 우리가 하나님을 사랑하고 그의 誡命(계명)들을 지킬 때에 ^으이로써 우리가 하나님의 子女(자녀) 사랑하는 줄을 아느니라
   
3. 하나님을 ^이사랑하는 것은 이것이니 ^ㅐ우리가 그의 誡命(계명)들을 지키는 것이라 ^ㄱ그의 誡命(계명)들은 무거운 것이 아니로다
   
4. 大抵(대저) ^ㄴ하나님께로서 난 者(자)마다 世上(세상)을 이기느니라 世上(세상)을 이긴 이김은 이것이니 ^ㄷ우리의 믿음이니라
   
5. ^ㄹ예수께서 하나님의 아들이심을 믿는 者(자)가 아니면 世上(세상)을 이기는 者(자)가 누구뇨
   

1. Wer da "glaubt," daß Jesus sei der "Christus," der ist von Gott geboren; und wer da liebt "den," der ihn geboren "hat," der liebt auch "den," der von ihm geboren ist.
   
2. Daran erkennen "wir," daß wir Gottes Kinder "lieben," wenn wir Gott lieben und seine Gebote halten.
   
3. Denn das ist die˫ ˫ 麠ˤ ᖰʫ ˫ ˫ 䀀 ˫ eine Gebote sind nicht schwer.
   
4. Denn "alles," was von Gott geboren "ist," überwindet die Welt; und unser Glaube ist der "Sieg," der die Welt überwunden hat.
   
5. Wer ist "aber," der die Welt "überwindet," wenn "nicht," der da "glaubt," daß Jesus Gottes Sohn ist?
   

1. Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the father loves his child as well.
   
2. This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands.
   
3. This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome,
   
4. for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.
   
5. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.
   

6. 이는 ^ㅁ물과 피로 臨(임)하신 者(자)니 곧 예수 그리스도시라 물로만 아니요 물과 피로 臨(임)하셨고
   
7. ^ㅂ證據(증거)하는 이는 聖靈(성령)이시니 ^ㅅ聖靈(성령)은 眞理(진리)니라
   
8. 證據(증거)하는 이가 셋이니 聖靈(성령)과 물과 피라 또한 이 셋이 合(합)하여 하나이니라
   
9. ^ㅇ萬一(만일) 우리가 사람들의 證據(증거)를 받을진대 하나님의 證據(증거)는 더욱 크도다 하나님의 證據(증거)는 이것이니 ^ㅈ그 아들에 關(관)하여 證據(증거)하신 것이니라
   
10. 하나님의 아들을 믿는 者(자)는 ^ㅊ自己(자기) 안에 證據(증거)가 있고 하나님을 믿지 아니하는 者(자)는 ^ㅋ하나님을 거짓말하는 者(자)로 만드나니 ^ㅌ이는 하나님께서 그 아들에 關(관)하여 證據(증거)하신 證據(증거)를 믿지 아니하였음이라
    

6. Dieser "ist's," der da kommt mit Wasser und "Blut," Jesus Christus; nicht mit Wasser "allein," sondern mit Wasser und Blut. Und der Geist "ist's," der da zeugt; denn der Geist ist die Wahrheit.
   
7. Denn drei "sind," die da zeugen: der Geist und das Wasser und das Blut;
   
8. und die drei sind beisammen.
   
9. So wir der Menschen Zeugnis "annehmen," so ist Gottes Zeugnis größer; denn Gottes Zeugnis ist "das," das er gezeugt hat von seinem Sohn.
   
10. Wer da glaubt an den Sohn "Gottes," der hat solches Zeugnis bei sich. Wer Gott nicht "glaubt," der macht ihn zum Lügner; denn er glaubt nicht dem "Zeugnis," das Gott zeugt von seinem Sohn.
    

6. This is the one who came by water and blood--Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.
   
7. For there are three that testify:
   
8. the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.
   
9. We accept man's testimony, but God's testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son.
   
10. Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in his heart. Anyone who does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because he has not believed the testimony God has given about his Son.
    

11. 또 證據(증거)는 이것이니 하나님이 ^ㅍ우리에게 永生(영생)을 주신 것과 ^ㅎ이 生命(생명)이 그의 아들 안에 있는 그것이니라
    
12. ^ㅏ아들이 있는 者(자)에게는 生命(생명)이 있고 하나님의 아들이 없는 者(자)에게는 生命(생명)이 없느니라
    
13. 내가 ^ㅑ하나님의 아들의 이름을 믿는 너희에게 ^ㅓ이것을 쓴 것은 너희로 하여금 너희에게 永生(영생)이 있음을 알게 하려 함이라
    
14. ^ㅕ그를 向(향)하여 우리의 가진 바 膽大(담대)한 것이 이것이니 ^ㅗ그의 뜻대로 무엇을 求(구)하면 들으심이라
    
15. 우리가 무엇이든지 求(구)하는 바를 들으시는 줄을 안즉 우리가 그에게 求(구)한 그것을 얻은 줄을 또한 아느니라
    

11. Und das ist das "Zeugnis," daß uns Gott das ewige Leben hat gegeben; und solches Leben ist in seinem Sohn.
    
12. Wer den Sohn Gottes "hat," der hat das Leben; wer den Sohn Gottes nicht "hat," der hat das Leben nicht.
    
13. Solches habe ich euch "geschrieben," die ihr glaubet an den Namen des Sohnes "Gottes," auf daß ihr "wisset," daß ihr das ewige Leben "habt," und daß ihr glaubet an den Namen des Sohnes Gottes.
    
14. Und das ist die "Freudigkeit," die wir haben zu "ihm," "daß," so wir etwas bitten nach seinem "Willen," so hört er uns.
    
15. Und so wir "wissen," daß er uns "hört," was wir "bitten," so wissen "wir," daß wir die Bitte "haben," die wir von ihm gebeten haben.
    

11. And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
    
12. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.
    
13. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.
    
14. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
    
15. And if we know that he hears us--whatever we ask--we know that we have what we asked of him.
    

16. 누구든지 兄弟(형제)가 死亡(사망)에 이르지 아니한 罪(죄) 犯(범)하는 것을 보거든 求(구)하라 그러면 死亡(사망)에 이르지 아니하는 犯罪者(범죄자)들을 爲(위)하여 ^ㅛ저에게 生命(생명)을 주시리라 ^ㅜ死亡(사망)에 이르는 罪(죄)가 있으니 ^ㅠ이에 對(대)하여 나는 求(구)하라 하지 않노라
    
17. ^으모든 不義(불의)가 罪(죄)로되 死亡(사망)에 이르지 아니하는 罪(죄)도 있도다
    
18. ^이하나님께로서 난 者(자)마다 犯罪(범죄)치 아니하는 줄을 우리가 아노라 ^ㅐ하나님께로서 나신 者(자)가 ^ㄱ저를 ^ㄴ지키시매 惡(악)한 者(자)가 저를 만지지도 못하느니라
    
19. 또 아는 것은 우리는 하나님께 屬(속)하고 ^ㄷ온 世上(세상)은 惡(악)한 者(자) 안에 處(처)한 것이며
    
20. 또 아는 것은 하나님의 아들이 이르러 ^ㄹ우리에게 知覺(지각)을 주사 우리로 ^ㅁ참된 者(자)를 알게 하신 것과 또한 우리가 참된 者(자) 곧 그의 아들 예수 그리스도 안에 있는 것이니 그는 참 하나님이시요 ^ㅂ永生(영생)이시라
    

16. So jemand sieht seinen Bruder sündigen eine Sünde nicht zum "Tode," der mag bitten; so wird er geben das Leben "denen," die da sündigen nicht zum Tode. Es gibt eine Sünde zum Tode; für die sage ich "nicht," daß jemand bitte.
    
17. Alle Untugend ist Sünde; und es ist etliche Sünde nicht zum Tode.
    
18. Wir "wissen," "daß," wer von Gott geboren "ist," der sündigt nicht; sondern wer von Gott geboren "ist," der bewahrt "sich," und der Arge wird ihn nicht antasten.
    
19. Wir "wissen," daß wir von Gott sind und die ganze Welt im Argen liegt.
    
20. Wir wissen "aber," daß der Sohn Gottes gekommen ist und hat uns einen Sinn "gegeben," daß wir erkennen den Wahrhaftigen; und wir sind in dem "Wahrhaftigen," in seinem Sohn Jesus Christus. Dieser ist der wahrhaftige Gott und das ewige Leben.
    

16. If anyone sees his brother commit a sin that does not lead to death, he should pray and God will give him life. I refer to those whose sin does not lead to death. There is a sin that leads to death. I am not saying that he should pray about that.
    
17. All wrongdoing is sin, and there is sin that does not lead to death.
    
18. We know that anyone born of God does not continue to sin; the one who was born of God keeps him safe, and the evil one cannot harm him.
    
19. We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one.
    
20. We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true--even in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.
    

21. 子女(자녀)들아 너희 自身(자신)을 지켜 ^ㅅ偶像(우상)에서 멀리 하라
