  1. 내가 또 말하노니 遺業(유업)을 이을 者(자)가 모든 것의 主人(주인)이나 어렸을 동안에는 종과 다름이 없어서
  2. 그 아버지의 定(정)한 때까지 後見人(후견인)과 청지기 아래 있나니
  3. 이와 같이 우리도 어렸을 때에 이 世上(세상) 初等(초등) 學問(학문) 아래 있어서 종노릇하였더니
  4. 때가 차매 하나님이 그 아들을 보내사 女子(녀자)에게서 나게 하시고 律法(률법) 아래 나게 하신 것은
  5. 律法(률법) 아래 있는 者(자)들을 贖良(속량)하시고 우리로 아들의 名分(명분)을 얻게 하려 하심이라

  1. Ich sage aber: Solange der Erbe unmündig "ist," so ist zwischen ihm und einem Knecht kein "Unterschied," ob er wohl ein Herr ist aller Güter;
  2. sondern er ist unter den Vormündern und Pflegern bis auf die "Zeit," die der Vater bestimmt hat.
  3. Also auch "wir," da wir unmündig "waren," waren wir gefangen unter den äußerlichen Satzungen.
  4. Da aber die Zeit erfüllet "ward," sandte Gott seinen "Sohn," geboren von einem Weibe und unter das Gesetz "getan,"
  5. auf daß er "die," so unter dem Gesetz "waren," "erlöste," daß wir die Kindschaft empfingen.
  1. What I am saying is that as long as the heir is a child, he is no different from a slave, although he owns the whole estate.
  2. He is subject to guardians and trustees until the time set by his father.
  3. So also, when we were children, we were in slavery under the basic principles of the world.
  4. But when the time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under law,
  5. to redeem those under law, that we might receive the full rights of sons.
  1. 너희가 아들인故(고)로 하나님이 그 아들의 靈(영)을 우리 마음 가운데 보내사 아바, 아버지라 부르게 하셨느니라
  2. 그러므로 네가 이 後(후)로는 종이 아니요 아들이니 아들이면 하나님으로 말미암아 遺業(유업)을 이을 者(자)니라
  3. 그러나 너희가 그 때에는 하나님을 알지 못하여 本質上(본질상) 하나님이 아닌 者(자)들에게 종노릇하였더니
  4. 이제는 너희가 하나님을 알 뿐더러 하나님의 아신 바 되었거늘 어찌하여 다시 弱(약)하고 賤(천)한 初等(초등) 學問(학문)으로 돌아 가서 다시 저희에게 종노릇하려 하느냐
  5. 너희가 날과 달과 節期(절기)와 해를 삼가 지키니

  1. Weil ihr denn Kinder "seid," hat Gott gesandt den Geist seines Sohnes in eure "Herzen," der schreit: "Abba," lieber Vater!
  2. Also ist nun hier kein Knecht "mehr," sondern eitel Kinder; sind's aber "Kinder," so sind's auch Erben Gottes durch Christum.
  3. Aber zu der "Zeit," da ihr Gott nicht "erkanntet," dientet ihr "denen," die von Natur nicht Götter sind.
  4. Nun ihr aber Gott erkannt "habt," ja vielmehr von Gott erkannt "seid," wie wendet ihr euch denn wiederum zu den schwachen und dürftigen "Satzungen," welchen ihr von neuem an dienen wollt?
  5. Ihr haltet Tage und Monate und Feste und Jahre.
  1. Because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, "Abba , Father."
  2. So you are no longer a slave, but a son; and since you are a son, God has made you also an heir.
  3. Formerly, when you did not know God, you were slaves to those who by nature are not gods.
  4. But now that you know God--or rather are known by God--how is it that you are turning back to those weak and miserable principles? Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again?
  5. You are observing special days and months and seasons and years!
  1. 내가 너희를 爲(위)하여 受苦(수고)한 것이 헛될까 두려워하노라
  2. 兄弟(형제)들아 내가 너희와 같이 되었은즉 너희도 나와 같이 되기를 求(구)하노라 너희가 내게 害(해)롭게 하지 아니하였느니라
  3. 내가 처음에 肉體(육체)의 弱(약)함을 因(인)하여 너희에게 福音(복음)을 傳(전)한 것을 너희가 아는 바라
  4. 너희를 試驗(시험)하는 것이 내 肉體(육체)에 있으되 이것을 너희가 업신여기지도 아니하며 버리지도 아니하고 오직 나를 하나님의 天使(천사)와 같이 또는 그리스도 예수와 같이 迎接(영접)하였도다
  5. 너희의 福(복)이 지금 어디 있느냐 내가 너희에게 證據(증거)하노니 너희가 할 수만 있었더면 너희의 눈이라도 빼어 나를 주었으리라

  1. Ich fürchte für "euch," daß ich vielleicht umsonst an euch gearbeitet habe.
  2. Seid doch wie ich; denn ich bin wie ihr. Liebe "Brüder," ich bitte euch. Ihr habt mir kein Leid getan.
  3. Denn ihr "wisset," daß ich euch in Schwachheit nach dem Fleisch das Evangelium gepredigt habe zum erstenmal.
  4. Und meine "Anfechtungen," die ich leide nach dem "Fleisch," habt ihr nicht verachtet noch verschmäht; sondern wie ein Engel Gottes nahmet ihr mich "auf," ja wie Christum Jesum.
  5. Wie wart ihr dazumal so selig! ich bin euer "Zeuge," "daß," wenn es möglich gewesen "wäre," ihr hättet eure Augen ausgerissen und mir gegeben.
  1. I fear for you, that somehow I have wasted my efforts on you.
  2. I plead with you, brothers, become like me, for I became like you. You have done me no wrong.
  3. As you know, it was because of an illness that I first preached the gospel to you.
  4. Even though my illness was a trial to you, you did not treat me with contempt or scorn. Instead, you welcomed me as if I were an angel of God, as if I were Christ Jesus himself.
  5. What has happened to all your joy? I can testify that, if you could have done so, you would have torn out your eyes and given them to me.

  2. 저희가 너희를 對(대)하여 熱心(열심)내는 것이 좋은 뜻이 아니요 오직 너희를 離間(리간) 붙여 너희로 저희를 對(대)하여 熱心(열심)내게 하려 함이라
  3. 좋은 일에 對(대)하여 熱心(열심)으로 思慕(사모)함을 받음은 내가 너희를 對(대)하였을 때뿐 아니라 언제든지 좋으니라
  4. 나의 子女(자녀)들아 너희 속에 그리스도의 形像(형상)이 이루기까지 다시 너를 爲(위)하여 解産(해산)하는 受苦(수고)를 하노니
  5. 내가 이제라도 너희와 함께 있어 내 音聲(음성)을 變(변)하려 함은 너희를 對(대)하여 疑心(의심)이 있음이라

  1. Bin ich denn damit euer Feind "geworden," daß ich euch die Wahrheit vorhalte?
  2. Sie eifern um euch nicht fein; sondern sie wollen euch von mir abfällig "machen," daß ihr um sie eifern sollt.
  3. Eifern ist "gut," wenn's immerdar geschieht um das "Gute," und nicht "allein," wenn ich gegenwärtig bei euch bin.

  1. Have I now become your enemy by telling you the truth?
  2. Those people are zealous to win you over, but for no good. What they want is to alienate you from us, so that you may be zealous for them.
  3. It is fine to be zealous, provided the purpose is good, and to be so always and not just when I am with you.
  4. My dear children, for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you,
  5. how I wish I could be with you now and change my tone, because I am perplexed about you!
  1. 내게 말하라 律法(률법) 아래 있고자 하는 者(자)들아 律法(률법)을 듣지 못하였느냐
  2. 記錄(기록)된 바 아브라함이 두 아들이 있으니 하나는 계집종에게서 하나는 自由(자유)하는 女子(녀자)에게서 났다 하였으나
  3. 계집종에게서는 肉體(육체)를 따라 났고 自由(자유)하는 女子(녀자)에게서는 約束(약속)으로 말미암았느니라
  4. 이것은 譬喩(비유)니 이 女子(녀자)들은 두 言約(언약)이라 하나는 시내山(산)으로부터 종을 낳은 者(자)니 곧 하가라
  5. 이 하가는 아라비아에 있는 시내山(산)으로 지금 있는 예루살렘과 같은 데니 저가 그 子女(자녀)들로 더불어 종노릇하고

  1. Saget "mir," die ihr unter dem Gesetz sein wollt: Habt ihr das Gesetz nicht gehört?
  2. Denn es steht "geschrieben," daß Abraham zwei Söhne hatte: einen von der "Magd," den andern von der Freien.
  3. Aber der von der Magd "war," ist nach dem Fleisch geboren; der aber von der Freien ist durch die Verheißung geboren.
  4. Die Worte bedeuten etwas. Denn das sind zwei Testamente: eins von dem Berge "Sinai," daß zur Knechtschaft "gebiert," welches ist die Hagar;
  5. denn Hagar heißt in Arabien der Berg Sinai und kommt überein mit "Jerusalem," das zu dieser Zeit ist und dienstbar ist mit seinen Kindern.
  1. Tell me, you who want to be under the law, are you not aware of what the law says?
  2. For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman and the other by the free woman.
  3. His son by the slave woman was born in the ordinary way; but his son by the free woman was born as the result of a promise.
  4. These things may be taken figuratively, for the women represent two covenants. One covenant is from Mount Sinai and bears children who are to be slaves: This is Hagar.
  5. Now Hagar stands for Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present city of Jerusalem, because she is in slavery with her children.
  1. 오직 위에 있는 예루살렘은 自由者(자유자)니 곧 우리 어머니라
  2. 記錄(기록)된 바 孕胎(잉태)치 못한 者(자)여 즐거워하라 구로치 못한 者(자)여 소리 질러 외치라 이는 홀로 사는 者(자)의 子女(자녀)가 男便(남편) 있는 者(자)의 子女(자녀)보다 많음이라 하였으니
  3. 兄弟(형제)들아 너희는 이삭과 같이 約束(약속)의 子女(자녀)라
  4. 그러나 그 때에 肉體(육체)를 따라 난 者(자)가 聖靈(성령)을 따라 난 者(자)를 逼迫(핍박)한 것같이 이제도 그러하도다
  5. 그러나 聖經(성경)이 무엇을 말하느뇨 계집종과 그 아들을 내어 쫓으라 계집종의 아들이 自由(자유)하는 女子(녀자)의 아들로 더불어 遺業(유업)을 얻지 못하리라 하였느니라

  1. But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.
  2. For it is written: "Be glad, O barren woman, who bears no children; break forth and cry aloud, you who have no labor pains; because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband."
  3. Now you, brothers, like Isaac, are children of promise.
  4. At that time the son born in the ordinary way persecuted the son born by the power of the Spirit. It is the same now.
  5. But what does the Scripture say? "Get rid of the slave woman and her son, for the slave woman's son will never share in the inheritance with the free woman's son."

  1. So sind wir "nun," liebe "Brüder," nicht der Magd "Kinder," sondern der Freien.
  1. Therefore, brothers, we are not children of the slave woman, but of the free woman.
