신명기(Deutéronome) 19장 [개역한글 : LSG1910 : NIV]

1. ^ㅓ네 하나님 여호와께서 이 列國(렬국)을 滅絶(멸절)하시고 네 하나님 여호와께서 그 땅을 네게 주시므로 네가 畢竟(필경) 그것을 얻고 그들의 各(각) 城邑(성읍)과 各(각) 家屋(가옥)에 居(거)할 때에
   
2. 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 基業(기업)으로 주신 땅 가운데서 ^ㅕ세 城邑(성읍)을 너를 爲(위)하여 區別(구별)하고
   
3. 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 遺業(유업)으로 주시는 땅의 全體(전체)를 三區(삼구)로 分(분)하여 그 道路(도로)를 닦고 무릇 殺人者(살인자)를 그 城邑(성읍)으로 逃避(도피)케 하라
   
4. ^ㅗ殺人者(살인자)가 그리로 逃避(도피)하여 살 만한 經緯(경위)는 이러하니 곧 누구든지 本來(본래) 嫌怨(혐원)이 없이 不知中(부지중)에 그 이웃을 죽인 일,
   
5. 假令(가령) 사람이 그 이웃과 함께 伐木(벌목)하러 森林(삼림)에 들어가서 손에 도끼를 들고 伐木(벌목)하려고 찍을 때에 도끼가 자루에서 빠져 그 이웃을 맞춰 그로 죽게함 같은 것이라 이런 사람은 그 城邑(성읍) 中(중) 하나로 逃避(도피)하여 生命(생명)을 保存(보존)할 것이니라
   

1. Lorsque l'Éternel, ton Dieu, aura exterminé les nations dont l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne le pays, lorsque tu les auras chassées et que tu habiteras dans leurs villes et dans leurs maisons,
   
2. tu sépareras trois villes au milieu du pays dont l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne la possession.
   
3. Tu établiras des routes, et tu diviseras en trois parties le territoire du pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, va te donner en héritage. Il en sera ainsi afin que tout meurtrier puisse s'enfuir dans ces villes.
   
4. Cette loi s'appliquera au meurtrier qui s'enfuira là pour sauver sa vie, lorsqu'il aura involontairement tué son prochain, sans avoir été auparavant son ennemi.
   
5. Un homme, par exemple, va couper du bois dans la forêt avec un autre homme; la hache en main, il s'élance pour abattre un arbre; le fer échappe du manche, atteint le compagnon de cet homme, et lui donne la mort. Alors il s'enfuira dans l'une de ces villes pour sauver sa vie,
   

1. When the LORD your God has destroyed the nations whose land he is giving you, and when you have driven them out and settled in their towns and houses,
   
2. then set aside for yourselves three cities centrally located in the land the LORD your God is giving you to possess.
   
3. Build roads to them and divide into three parts the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance, so that anyone who kills a man may flee there.
   
4. This is the rule concerning the man who kills another and flees there to save his life--one who kills his neighbor unintentionally, without malice aforethought.
   
5. For instance, a man may go into the forest with his neighbor to cut wood, and as he swings his ax to fell a tree, the head may fly off and hit his neighbor and kill him. That man may flee to one of these cities and save his life.
   

6. 그 사람이 그에게 本來(본래) 嫌怨(혐원)이 없으니 죽이기에 合當(합당)치 아니하나 두렵건대 ^ㅛ報酬者(보수자)의 마음이 뜨거워서 殺人者(살인자)를 따르는데 그 가는 길이 멀면 그를 따라 미쳐서 죽일까 하노라
   
7. 그러므로 내가 네게 命(명)하기를 세 城邑(성읍)을 너를 爲(위)하여 區別(구별)하라 하노라
   
8. ^ㅜ네 하나님 여호와께서 ^ㅠ네 列祖(열조)에게 盟誓(맹서)하신 대로 네 地境(지경)을 넓혀 ^으네 列祖(열조)에게 주리라고 말씀하신 땅을 다 네게 주실 때
   
9. 또 네가 나의 오늘날 네게 命(명)하는 이 모든 命令(명령)을 지켜 行(행)하여 네 하나님 여호와를 사랑하고 恒常(항상) 그 길로 行(행)할 때에는 이 셋 外(외)에 ^이세 城邑(성읍)을 더하여
   
10. 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 基業(기업)으로 주시는 땅에서 無罪(무죄)한 피를 흘림이 없게 하라 이같이 하면 그 피가 네게로 돌아가지 아니하리라
    

6. de peur que le vengeur du sang, échauffé par la colère et poursuivant le meurtrier, ne finisse par l'atteindre s'il y avait à faire beaucoup de chemin, et ne frappe mortellement celui qui ne mérite pas la mort, puisqu'il n'était point auparavant l'ennemi de son prochain.
   
7. C'est pourquoi je te donne cet ordre: Tu sépareras trois villes.
   
8. Lorsque l'Éternel, ton Dieu, aura élargi tes frontières, comme il l'a juré à tes pères, et qu'il t'aura donné tout le pays qu'il a promis à tes pères de te donner, -
   
9. pourvu que tu observes et mettes en pratique tous ces commandements que je te prescris aujourd'hui, en sorte que tu aimes l'Éternel, ton Dieu, et que tu marches toujours dans ses voies, #NAME? ajouteras encore trois villes à ces trois-là,
   
10. afin que le sang innocent ne soit pas répandu au milieu du pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne pour héritage, et que tu ne sois pas coupable de meurtre.
    

6. Otherwise, the avenger of blood might pursue him in a rage, overtake him if the distance is too great, and kill him even though he is not deserving of death, since he did it to his neighbor without malice aforethought.
   
7. This is why I command you to set aside for yourselves three cities.
   
8. If the LORD your God enlarges your territory, as he promised on oath to your forefathers, and gives you the whole land he promised them,
   
9. because you carefully follow all these laws I command you today--to love the LORD your God and to walk always in his ways--then you are to set aside three more cities.
   
10. Do this so that innocent blood will not be shed in your land, which the LORD your God is giving you as your inheritance, and so that you will not be guilty of bloodshed.
    

11. 그러나 ^ㅐ萬一(만일) 사람이 그 이웃을 미워하여 엎드려 그를 기다리다가 일어나 쳐서 그 生命(생명)을 傷(상)하여 죽게 하고 이 한 城邑(성읍)으로 逃避(도피)하거든
    
12. 그 本(본) 城邑(성읍) 長老(장로)들이 사람을 보내어 그를 거기서 잡아다가 報酬者(보수자)의 손에 넘겨 죽이게 할 것이라
    
13. ^ㄱ네 눈이 그를 矜恤(긍휼)히 보지 말고 ^ㄴ無罪(무죄)한 피 흘린 罪(죄)를 이스라엘에서 除(제)하라 그리하면 네게 福(복)이 있으리라
    
14. 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주어 얻게 하시는 땅 곧 네 基業(기업)된 所有(소유)의 땅에서 先人(선인)의 定(정)한 ^ㄷ네 이웃의 境界標(경계표)를 移動(이동)하지 말지니라
    
15. 사람이 아무 惡(악)이든지 무릇 犯(범)한 罪(죄)는 한 證人(증인)으로만 定(정)할 것이 아니요 ^ㄹ두 證人(증인)의 입으로나 세 證人(증인)의 입으로 그 事件(사건)을 確定(확정)할 것이며
    

11. Mais si un homme s'enfuit dans une de ces villes, après avoir dressé des embûches à son prochain par inimitié contre lui, après l'avoir attaqué et frappé de manière à causer sa mort,
    
12. les anciens de sa ville l'enverront saisir et le livreront entre les mains du vengeur du sang, afin qu'il meure.
    
13. Tu ne jetteras pas sur lui un regard de pitié, tu feras disparaître d'Israël le sang innocent, et tu seras heureux.
    
14. Tu ne reculeras point les bornes de ton prochain, posées par tes ancêtres, dans l'héritage que tu auras au pays dont l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne la possession.
    
15. Un seul témoin ne suffira pas contre un homme pour constater un crime ou un péché, quel qu'il soit; un fait ne pourra s'établir que sur la déposition de deux ou de trois témoins.
    

11. But if a man hates his neighbor and lies in wait for him, assaults and kills him, and then flees to one of these cities,
    
12. the elders of his town shall send for him, bring him back from the city, and hand him over to the avenger of blood to die.
    
13. Show him no pity. You must purge from Israel the guilt of shedding innocent blood, so that it may go well with you.
    
14. Do not move your neighbor's boundary stone set up by your predecessors in the inheritance you receive in the land the LORD your God is giving you to possess.
    
15. One witness is not enough to convict a man accused of any crime or offense he may have committed. A matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.
    

16. 萬一(만일) ^ㅁ僞證(위증)하는 者(자)가 있어 아무 사람이 惡(악)을 行(행)하였다 말함이 있으면
    
17. 그 論爭(론쟁)하는 兩方(양방)이 같이 하나님 앞에 나아가 當時(당시) ^ㅂ祭司長(제사장)과 裁判長(재판장) 앞에 설 것이요
    
18. 裁判長(재판장)은 ^ㅅ仔細(자세)히 事實(사실)하여 그 證人(증인)이 僞證人(위증인)이라 그 兄弟(형제)를 거짓으로 誣陷(무함)한 것이 判明(판명)되거든
    
19. ^ㅇ그가 그 兄弟(형제)에게 行(행)하려고 꾀한 대로 그에게 行(행)하여 너희 中(중)에서 惡(악)을 除(제)하라
    
20. 그리하면 그 남은 者(자)들이 ^ㅈ듣고 두려워하여 이 後(후)부터는 이런 惡(악)을 너희 中(중)에서 다시 行(행)하지 아니하리라
    

16. Lorsqu'un faux témoin s'élèvera contre quelqu'un pour l'accuser d'un crime,
    
17. les deux hommes en contestation comparaîtront devant l'Éternel, devant les sacrificateurs et les juges alors en fonctions.
    
18. Les juges feront avec soin des recherches. Le témoin est-il un faux témoin, a-t-il fait contre son frère une fausse déposition,
    
19. alors vous le traiterez comme il avait dessein de traiter son frère. Tu ôteras ainsi le mal du milieu de toi.
    
20. Les autres entendront et craindront, et l'on ne commettra plus un acte aussi criminel au milieu de toi.
    

16. If a malicious witness takes the stand to accuse a man of a crime,
    
17. the two men involved in the dispute must stand in the presence of the LORD before the priests and the judges who are in office at the time.
    
18. The judges must make a thorough investigation, and if the witness proves to be a liar, giving false testimony against his brother,
    
19. then do to him as he intended to do to his brother. You must purge the evil from among you.
    
20. The rest of the people will hear of this and be afraid, and never again will such an evil thing be done among you.
    

21. 네 눈이 矜恤(긍휼)히 보지 말라 ^ㅊ生命(생명)은 生命(생명)으로, 눈은 눈으로, 이는 이로, 손은 손으로, 발은 발로니라
    

21. Tu ne jetteras aucun regard de pitié: oeil pour oeil, dent pour dent, main pour main, pied pour pied.
    

21. Show no pity: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
