신명기(Deutéronome) 24장 [개역한글 : LSG1910 : NIV]

1. 사람이 아내를 取(취)하여 데려온 後(후)에 羞恥(수치)되는 일이 그에게 있음을 發見(발견)하고 그를 기뻐하지 아니하거든 ^ㅋ離婚(리혼) 證書(증서)를 써서 그 손에 주고 그를 自己(자기) 집에서 내어보낼 것이요
   
2. 그 女子(녀자)는 그 집에서 나가서 다른 사람의 아내가 되려니와
   
3. 그 後夫(후부)도 그를 미워하여 離婚(리혼) 證書(증서)를 써서 그 손에 주고 그를 自己(자기) 집에서 내어 보내었거나 或時(혹시) 그를 아내로 取(취)한 後夫(후부)가 죽었다 하자
   
4. 그 女子(녀자)가 이미 몸을 더럽혔은즉 그를 내어 보낸 ^ㅌ全部(전부)가 그를 다시 아내로 取(취)하지 말지니 이 일은 여호와 앞에 可憎(가증)한 것이라 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 基業(기업)으로 주시는 땅으로 너는 犯罪(범죄)케 하지 말지니라
   
5. ^ㅍ사람이 새로이 아내를 取(취)하였거든 그를 軍隊(군대)로 내어 보내지 말 것이요 무슨 職務(직무)든지 그에게 맡기지 말 것이며 그는 一年(일년) 동안 집에 閑暇(한가)히 居(거)하여 ^ㅎ그 取(취)한 아내를 즐겁게 할지니라
   

1. Lorsqu'un homme aura pris et épousé une femme qui viendrait à ne pas trouver grâce à ses yeux, parce qu'il a découvert en elle quelque chose de honteux, il écrira pour elle une lettre de divorce, et, après la lui avoir remise en main, il la renverra de sa maison.
   
2. Elle sortira de chez lui, s'Ő˴ Ő˴ ਰ˵ 䱠˵ Ƹ˴ Ű˴ 䀀 Ű˴
   
3. Si ce dernier homme la prend en aversion, écrit pour elle une lettre de divorce, et, après la lui avoir remise en main, la renvoie de sa maison; ou bien, si ce dernier homme qui l'a prise pour femme vient à mourir,
   
4. alors le premier mari qui l'avait renvoyée ne pourra pas la reprendre pour femme après qu'elle a été souillée, car c'est une abomination devant l'Éternel, et tu ne chargeras point de péché le pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne pour héritage.
   
5. Lorsqu'un homme sera nouvellement marié, il n'ira point à l'armée, et on ne lui imposera aucune charge; il sera exempté par raison de famille pendant un an, et il réjouira la femme qu'il a prise.
   

1. If a man marries a woman who becomes displeasing to him because he finds something indecent about her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house,
   
2. and if after she leaves his house she becomes the wife of another man,
   
3. and her second husband dislikes her and writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house, or if he dies,
   
4. then her first husband, who divorced her, is not allowed to marry her again after she has been defiled. That would be detestable in the eyes of the LORD. Do not bring sin upon the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.
   
5. If a man has recently married, he must not be sent to war or have any other duty laid on him. For one year he is to be free to stay at home and bring happiness to the wife he has married.
   

6. 사람이 맷돌의 全部(전부)나 그 윗짝만이나 典執(전집)하지 말지니 이는 그 生命(생명)을 典執(전집)함이니라
   
7. ^ㅏ사람이 自己(자기) 兄弟(형제) 곧 이스라엘 子孫(자손) 中(중) 한 사람을 후려다가 그를 ^ㅑ부리거나 판 것이 發見(발견)되거든 그 후린 者(자)를 죽일지니 ^ㅓ이같이 하여 너의 中(중)에 惡(악)을 제할지니라
   
8. 너는 ^ㅕ문둥病(병)에 對(대)하여 삼가서 레위 사람 祭司長(제사장)들이 너희에게 가르치는 대로 네가 힘써 다 行(행)하되 곧 네가 그들에게 命(명)한 대로 너희는 注意(주의)하여 行(행)하라
   
9. 너희가 ^ㅗ애굽에서 나오는 길에서 네 하나님 여호와께서 ^ㅛ미리암에게 行(행)하신 일을 記憶(기억)할지니라
   
10. 무릇 네 이웃에게 꾸어줄 때에 네가 그 집에 들어가서 典執物(전집물)을 取(취)하지 말고
    

6. On ne prendra point pour gage les deux meules, ni la meule de dessus; car ce serait prendre pour gage la vie même.
   
7. Si l'on trouve un homme qui ait dérobé l'un de ses frères, l'un des enfants d'Israël, qui en ait fait son esclave ou qui l'ait vendu, ce voleur sera puni de mort. Tu ôteras ainsi le mal du milieu de toi.
   
8. Prends garde à la plaie de la lèpre, afin de bien observer et de faire tout ce que vous enseigneront les sacrificateurs, les Lévites; vous aurez soin d'agir d'après les ordres que je leur ai donnés.
   
9. Souviens-toi de ce que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, fit à Marie pendant la route, lors de votre sortie d'Égypte.
   
10. Si tu fais à ton prochain un prêt quelconque, tu n'entreras point dans sa maison pour te saisir de son gage;
    

6. Do not take a pair of millstones--not even the upper one--as security for a debt, because that would be taking a man's livelihood as security.
   
7. If a man is caught kidnapping one of his brother Israelites and treats him as a slave or sells him, the kidnapper must die. You must purge the evil from among you.
   
8. In cases of leprous diseases be very careful to do exactly as the priests, who are Levites, instruct you. You must follow carefully what I have commanded them.
   
9. Remember what the LORD your God did to Miriam along the way after you came out of Egypt.
   
10. When you make a loan of any kind to your neighbor, do not go into his house to get what he is offering as a pledge.
    

11. 너는 밖에 섰고 네게 꾸는 者(자)가 典執物(전집물)을 가지고 나와서 네게 줄 것이며
    
12. 그가 가난한 者(자)여든 너는 그의 典執物(전집물)을 가지고 자지 말고
    
13. ^ㅜ해질 때에 典執物(전집물)을 반드시 그에게 돌릴 것이라 그리하면 그가 그 옷을 입고 자며 ^ㅠ너를 爲(위)하여 祝福(축복)하리니 ^으그 일이 네 하나님 여호와 앞에서 네 義(의)로움이 되리라
    
14. 困窮(곤궁)하고 貧寒(빈한)한 품군은 너의 兄弟(형제)든지 네 땅 城門(성문)안에 寓居(우거)하는 客(객)이든지 그를 ^이虐待(학대)하지 말며
    
15. ^ㅐ그 품삯을 當日(당일)에 주고 해진 後(후)까지 끌지 말라 이는 그가 貧窮(빈궁)하므로 마음에 품삯을 思慕(사모)함이라 두렵건대 ^ㄱ그가 너를 여호와께 呼訴(호소)하면 罪(죄)가 네게로 돌아갈까 하노라
    

11. tu resteras dehors, et celui à qui tu fais le prêt t'apportera le gage dehors.
    
12. Si cet homme est pauvre, tu ne te coucheras point, en retenant son gage;
    
13. tu le lui rendras au coucher du soleil, afin qu'il couche dans son vêtement et qu'il te bénisse; et cela te sera imputé à justice devant l'Éternel, ton Dieu.
    
14. Tu n'opprimeras point le mercenaire, pauvre et indigent, qu'il soit l'un de tes frères, ou l'un des étrangers demeurant dans ton pays, dans tes portes.
    
15. Tu lui donneras le salaire de sa journée avant le coucher du soleil; car il est pauvre, et il lui tarde de le recevoir. Sans cela, il crierait à l'Éternel contre toi, et tu te chargerais d'un péché.
    

11. Stay outside and let the man to whom you are making the loan bring the pledge out to you.
    
12. If the man is poor, do not go to sleep with his pledge in your possession.
    
13. Return his cloak to him by sunset so that he may sleep in it. Then he will thank you, and it will be regarded as a righteous act in the sight of the LORD your God.
    
14. Do not take advantage of a hired man who is poor and needy, whether he is a brother Israelite or an alien living in one of your towns.
    
15. Pay him his wages each day before sunset, because he is poor and is counting on it. Otherwise he may cry to the LORD against you, and you will be guilty of sin.
    

16. ^ㄴ아비는 그 子息(자식)들을 因(인)하여 죽임을 當(당)치 않을 것이요 子息(자식)들은 그 아비를 因(인)하여 죽임을 當(당)치 않을 것이라 各(각) 사람은 自己(자기) 罪(죄)에 죽임을 當(당)할 것이니라
    
17. ^ㄷ너는 客(객)이나 孤兒(고아)의 訟事(송사)를 抑鬱(억울)하게 말며 ^ㄹ寡婦(과부)의 옷을 典執(전집)하지말라
    
18. ^ㅁ너는 애굽에서 종이 되었던 일과 네 하나님 여호와께서 너를 거기서 贖良(속량)하신 것을 記憶(기억)하라 이러므로 내가 네게 이 일을 行(행)하라 命(명)하노라
    
19. ^ㅂ네가 밭에서 穀食(곡식)을 벨 때에 그 한 뭇을 밭에 잊어버렸거든 다시 가서 取(취)하지 말고 客(객)과 孤兒(고아)와 寡婦(과부)를 爲(위)하여 버려두라 ^ㅅ그리하면 네 하나님 여호와께서 네 손으로 하는 凡事(범사)에 福(복)을 내리시리라
    
20. 네가 네 橄欖(감람)나무를 떤 後(후)에 그 가지를 다시 살피지 말고 그 남은 것은 客(객)과 孤兒(고아)와 寡婦(과부)를 爲(위)하여 버려두며
    

16. On ne fera point mourir les pères pour les enfants, et l'on ne fera point mourir les enfants pour les pères; on fera mourir chacun pour son péché.
    
17. Tu ne porteras point atteinte au droit de l'étranger et de l'orphelin, et tu ne prendras point en gage le vêtement de la veuve.
    
18. Tu te souviendras que tu as été esclave en Égypte, et que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'a racheté; c'est pourquoi je te donne ces commandements à mettre en pratique.
    
19. Quand tu moissonneras ton champ, et que tu auras oublié une gerbe dans le champ, tu ne retourneras point la prendre: elle sera pour l'étranger, pour l'orphelin et pour la veuve, afin que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te bénisse dans tout le travail de tes mains.
    
20. Quand tu secoueras tes oliviers, tu ne cueilleras point ensuite les fruits restés aux branches: ils seront pour l'étranger, pour l'orphelin et pour la veuve.
    

16. Fathers shall not be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their fathers; each is to die for his own sin.
    
17. Do not deprive the alien or the fatherless of justice, or take the cloak of the widow as a pledge.
    
18. Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and the LORD your God redeemed you from there. That is why I command you to do this.
    
19. When you are harvesting in your field and you overlook a sheaf, do not go back to get it. Leave it for the alien, the fatherless and the widow, so that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.
    
20. When you beat the olives from your trees, do not go over the branches a second time. Leave what remains for the alien, the fatherless and the widow.
    

21. 네가 네 葡萄園(포도원)의 葡萄(포도)를 딴 後(후)에 그 남은 것을 다시 따지 말고 客(객)과 孤兒(고아)와 寡婦(과부)를 爲(위)하여 버려두라
    
22. 너는 애굽 땅에서 종 되었던 것을 記憶(기억)하라 이러므로 내가 네게 이 일을 行(행)하라 命(명)하노라
    

21. Quand tu vendangeras ta vigne, tu ne cueilleras point ensuite les grappes qui y seront restées: elles seront pour l'étranger, pour l'orphelin et pour la veuve.
    
22. Tu te souviendras que tu as été esclave dans le pays d'Égypte; c'est pourquoi je te donne ces commandements à mettre en pratique.
    

21. When you harvest the grapes in your vineyard, do not go over the vines again. Leave what remains for the alien, the fatherless and the widow.
    
22. Remember that you were slaves in Egypt. That is why I command you to do this.
