신명기(Deutéronome) 25장 [개역한글 : LSG1910 : NIV]

1. ^ㅇ사람과 사람 사이에 是非(시비)가 생겨서 裁判(재판)을 請(청)하거든 裁判長(재판장)은 그들을 裁判(재판)하여 ^ㅈ義人(의인)은 義(의)롭다 하고 惡人(악인)은 定罪(정죄)할 것이며
   
2. 惡人(악인)에게 笞刑(태형)이 合當(합당)하거든 裁判長(재판장)은 그를 엎드리게 하고 그 罪(죄)의 輕重(경중)대로 如數(여수)이 自己(자기) 앞에서 때리게 하라
   
3. ^ㅊ四十(사십)까지는 때리려니와 그것을 넘기지는 못할지니 萬一(만일) 그것을 넘겨 過多(과다)히 때리면 네가 네 兄弟(형제)로 賤(천)히 여김을 받게 할까 하노라
   
4. ^ㅋ穀食(곡식) 떠는 소의 입에 망을 씌우지 말지니라
   
5. ^ㅌ兄弟(형제)가 同居(동거)하는데 그 中(중) 하나가 죽고 아들이 없거든 그 죽은 者(자)의 아내는 나가서 他人(타인)에게 시집가지 말 것이요 ^ㅍ그 男便(남편)의 兄弟(형제)가 그에게로 들어가서 그를 取(취)하여 아내를 삼아 그의 男便(남편)의 兄弟(형제) 된 義務(의무)를 그에게 다 行(행)할 것이요
   

1. Lorsque des hommes, ayant entre eux une querelle, se présenteront en justice pour être jugés, on absoudra l'innocent, et l'on condamnera le coupable.
   
2. Si le coupable mérite d'être battu, le juge le fera étendre par terre et frapper en sa présence d'un nombre de coups proportionné à la gravité de sa faute.
   
3. Il ne lui fera pas donner plus de quarante coups, de peur que, si l'on continuait à le frapper en allant beaucoup au delà, ton frère ne fût avili à tes yeux.
   
4. Tu n'emmuselleras point le boeuf, quand il foulera le grain.
   
5. Lorsque des frères demeureront ensemble, et que l'un d'eux mourra sans laisser de fils, la femme du défunt ne se mariera point au dehors avec un étranger, mais son beau-frère ira vers elle, la prendra pour femme, et l'épousera comme beau-frère.
   

1. When men have a dispute, they are to take it to court and the judges will decide the case, acquitting the innocent and condemning the guilty.
   
2. If the guilty man deserves to be beaten, the judge shall make him lie down and have him flogged in his presence with the number of lashes his crime deserves,
   
3. but he must not give him more than forty lashes. If he is flogged more than that, your brother will be degraded in your eyes.
   
4. Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.
   
5. If brothers are living together and one of them dies without a son, his widow must not marry outside the family. Her husband's brother shall take her and marry her and fulfill the duty of a brother-in-law to her.
   

6. 그 女人(녀인)의 낳은 첫 아들로 그 죽은 兄弟(형제)의 後嗣(후사)를 잇게 하여 ^ㅎ그 이름을 이스라엘 中(중)에서 끊어지지 않게 할 것이니라
   
7. 그러나 그 사람이 萬一(만일) 그 兄弟(형제)의 아내 取(취)하기를 즐겨하지 아니하거든 그 兄弟(형제)의 아내는 ^ㅏ그 城門(성문) 長老(장로)들에게로 나아가서 말하기를 내 男便(남편)의 兄弟(형제)가 그 兄弟(형제)의 이름을 이스라엘 中(중)에 잇기를 싫어하여 男便(남편)의 兄弟(형제)된 義務(의무)를 내게 行(행)치 아니하나이다 할 것이요
   
8. 그 城邑(성읍) 長老(장로)들은 그를 불러다가 이를 것이며 그가 이미 定(정)한 뜻대로 말하기를 ^ㅑ내가 그 女子(녀자) 取(취)하기를 즐겨 아니하노라 하거든
   
9. 그 兄弟(형제)의 아내가 長老(장로)들 앞에서 그에게 나아가서 ^ㅓ그의 발에서 신을 벗기고 ^ㅕ그 얼굴에 침을 뱉으며 이르기를 ^ㅗ그 兄弟(형제)의 집 세우기를 즐겨 아니하는 者(자)에게는 이같이 할 것이라 할 것이며
   
10. 이스라엘 中(중)에서 그의 이름을 신 벗기운 者(자)의 집이라 稱(칭)할 것이니라
    

6. Le premier-né qu'elle enfantera succédera au frère mort et portera son nom, afin que ce nom ne soit pas effacé d'Israël.
   
7. Si cet homme ne veut pas prendre sa belle-soeur, elle montera à la porte vers les anciens, et dira: Mon beau-frère refuse de relever en Israël le nom de son frère, il ne veut pas m'épouser par droit de beau-frère.
   
8. Les anciens de la ville l'appelleront, et lui parleront. S'il persiste, et dit: Je ne veux pas la prendre,
   
9. alors sa belle-soeur s'approchera de lui en présence des anciens, lui ôtera son soulier du pied, et lui crachera au visage. Et prenant la parole, elle dira: Ainsi sera fait à l'homme qui ne relève pas la maison de son frère.
   
10. Et sa maison sera appelée en Israël la maison du déchaussé.
    

6. The first son she bears shall carry on the name of the dead brother so that his name will not be blotted out from Israel.
   
7. However, if a man does not want to marry his brother's wife, she shall go to the elders at the town gate and say, "My husband's brother refuses to carry on his brother's name in Israel. He will not fulfill the duty of a brother-in-law to me."
   
8. Then the elders of his town shall summon him and talk to him. If he persists in saying, "I do not want to marry her,"
   
9. his brother's widow shall go up to him in the presence of the elders, take off one of his sandals, spit in his face and say, "This is what is done to the man who will not build up his brother's family line."
   
10. That man's line shall be known in Israel as The Family of the Unsandaled.
    

11. 두 사람이 서로 싸울 때에 한 사람의 아내가 그 男便(남편)을 그 치는 者(자)의 손에서 求(구)하려 하여 가까이 가서 손을 벌려 그 사람의 陰囊(음낭)을 잡거든
    
12. 너는 그 女人(녀인)의 손을 찍어 버릴 것이고 ^ㅛ네 눈이 그를 불쌍히 보지 말지니라
    
13. ^ㅜ너는 주머니에 같지 않은 저울錘(추) 곧 큰 것과 작은 것을 넣지 말 것이며
    
14. 네 집에 같지 않은 되 곧 큰 것과 작은 것을 두지 말 것이요
    
15. 오직 十分(십분) 公正(공정)한 저울錘(추)를 두며 十分(십분) 公正(공정)한 되를 둘 것이라 그리하면 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주시는 땅에서 ^ㅠ네 날이 長久(장구)하리라
    

11. Lorsque des hommes se querelleront ensemble, l'un avec l'autre, si la femme de l'un s'approche pour délivrer son mari de la main de celui qui le frappe, si elle avance la main et saisit ce dernier par les parties honteuses,
    
12. tu lui couperas la main, tu ne jetteras sur elle aucun regard de pitié.
    
13. Tu n'auras point dans ton sac deux sortes de poids, un gros et un petit.
    
14. Tu n'auras point dans ta maison deux sortes d'épha, un grand et un petit.
    
15. Tu auras un poids exact et juste, tu auras un épha exact et juste, afin que tes jours se prolongent dans le pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne.
    

11. If two men are fighting and the wife of one of them comes to rescue her husband from his assailant, and she reaches out and seizes him by his private parts,
    
12. you shall cut off her hand. Show her no pity.
    
13. Do not have two differing weights in your bag--one heavy, one light.
    
14. Do not have two differing measures in your house--one large, one small.
    
15. You must have accurate and honest weights and measures, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you.
    

16. 무릇 ^으이같이 하는 者(자), 무릇 不正當(부정당)히 行(행)하는 者(자)는 ^이네 하나님 여호와께 可憎(가증)하니라
    
17. ^ㅐ너희가 애굽에서 나오는 길에 ^ㄱ아말렉이 네게 行(행)한 일을 記憶(기억)하라
    
18. 곧 그들이 하나님을 두려워하지 아니하고 너를 길에서 만나 너의 疲困(피곤)함을 타서 ^ㄴ네 뒤에 떨어진 弱(약)한 者(자)들을 쳤느니라
    
19. 그러므로 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주어 基業(기업)으로 얻게 하시는 땅에서 네 하나님 여호와께서 너로 四面(사면)에 있는 ^ㄷ모든 對敵(대적)을 벗어나게 하시고 네게 安息(안식)을 주실 때에 너는 ^ㄹ아말렉의 이름을 天下(천하)에서 塗抹(도말)할지니라 너는 잊지 말지니라
    

16. Car quiconque fait ces choses, quiconque commet une iniquité, est en abomination à l'Éternel, ton Dieu.
    
17. Souviens-toi de ce que te fit Amalek pendant la route, lors de votre sortie d'Égypte,
    
18. comment il te rencontra dans le chemin, et, sans aucune crainte de Dieu, tomba sur toi par derrière, sur tous ceux qui se traînaient les derniers, pendant que tu étais las et épuisé toi-même.
    
19. Lorsque l'Éternel, ton Dieu, après t'avoir délivré de tous les ennemis qui t'entourent, t'accordera du repos dans le pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne en héritage et en propriété, tu effaceras la mémoire d'Amalek de dessous les cieux: ne l'oublie point.
    

16. For the LORD your God detests anyone who does these things, anyone who deals dishonestly.
    
17. Remember what the Amalekites did to you along the way when you came out of Egypt.
    
18. When you were weary and worn out, they met you on your journey and cut off all who were lagging behind; they had no fear of God.
    
19. When the LORD your God gives you rest from all the enemies around you in the land he is giving you to possess as an inheritance, you shall blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven. Do not forget!
