신명기(Deutéronome) 21장 [개역한글 : LSG1910 : NIV]

1. 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주어 얻게 하시는 땅에서 或時(혹시) 被殺(피살)한 屍體(시체)가 들에 엎드러진 것을 發見(발견)하고 그 쳐 죽인 者(자)가 누구인지 알지 못하거든
   
2. 너의 長老(장로)들과 裁判長(재판장)들이 나가서 그 被殺(피살)한 곳에서 四面(사면)에 있는 各(각) 城邑(성읍)의 遠近(원근)을 잴 것이요
   
3. 그 被殺(피살)한 곳에서 第一(제일) 가까운 城邑(성읍) 곧 그 城邑(성읍)의 長老(장로)들이 아직 ^ㄷ부리우지 아니하고 멍에를 메지 아니한 암송아지를 取(취)하고
   
4. 城邑(성읍)의 長老(장로)들이 물이 恒常(항상) 흐르고 갈지도 심지도 못하는 골짜기로 그 송아지를 끌고 가서 그 골짜기에서 그 송아지의 목을 꺾을 것이요
   
5. 레위 子孫(자손) 祭司長(제사장)들도 그리로 올지니 ^ㄹ그들은 네 하나님 여호와께서 擇(택)하사 自己(자기)를 섬기게 하시며 또 여호와의 이름으로 祝福(축복)하게 하신 者(자)라 모든 訴訟(소송)과 모든 鬪爭(투쟁)이 ^ㅁ그들의 말대로 判決(판결)될 것이니라
   

1. Si, dans le pays dont l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne la possession, l'on trouve étendu au milieu d'un champ un homme tué, sans que l'on sache qui l'a frappé,
   
2. tes anciens et tes juges iront mesurer les distances à partir du cadavre jusqu'aux villes des environs.
   
3. Quand on aura déterminé la ville la plus rapprochée du cadavre, les anciens de cette ville prendront une génisse qui n'ait point servi au travail et qui n'ait point tiré au joug.
   
4. Ils feront descendre cette génisse vers un torrent qui jamais ne tarisse et où il n'y ait ni culture ni semence; et là, ils briseront la nuque à la génisse, dans le torrent.
   
5. Alors s'approcheront les sacrificateurs, fils de Lévi; car l'Éternel, ton Dieu, les a choisis pour qu'ils le servent et qu'ils bénissent au nom de l'Éternel, et ce sont eux qui doivent prononcer sur toute contestation et sur toute blessure.
   

1. If a man is found slain, lying in a field in the land the LORD your God is giving you to possess, and it is not known who killed him,
   
2. your elders and judges shall go out and measure the distance from the body to the neighboring towns.
   
3. Then the elders of the town nearest the body shall take a heifer that has never been worked and has never worn a yoke
   
4. and lead her down to a valley that has not been plowed or planted and where there is a flowing stream. There in the valley they are to break the heifer's neck.
   
5. The priests, the sons of Levi, shall step forward, for the LORD your God has chosen them to minister and to pronounce blessings in the name of the LORD and to decide all cases of dispute and assault.
   

6. 그 被殺(피살)된 곳에서 第一(제일) 가까운 城邑(성읍)의 모든 長老(장로)들은 그 골짜기에서 목을 꺾은 암송아지 위에 ^ㅂ손을 씻으며
   
7. 말하기를 우리의 손이 이 피를 흘리지 아니하였고 우리의 눈이 이것을 보지도 못하였나이다
   
8. 여호와여, 主(주)께서 贖良(속량)하신 主(주)의 百姓(백성) 이스라엘을 赦(사)하시고 ^ㅅ無罪(무죄)한 피를 主(주)의 百姓(백성) 이스라엘 中(중)에 머물러 두지 마옵소서 하면 그 피 흘린 罪(죄)가 赦(사)함을 받으리니
   
9. 너는 이와 같이 여호와의 보시기에 正直(정직)한 일을 行(행)하여 ^ㅇ無罪者(무죄자)의 피 흘린 罪(죄)를 너희 中(중)에서 除(제)할지니라
   
10. 네가 나가서 對敵(대적)과 싸움함을 當(당)하여 네 하나님 여호와께서 그들을 네 손에 붙이시므로 네가 그들을 사로잡은 後(후)에
    

6. Tous les anciens de cette ville la plus rapprochée du cadavre laveront leurs mains sur la génisse à laquelle on a brisé la nuque dans le torrent.
   
7. Et prenant la parole, ils diront: Nos mains n'ont point répandu ce sang et nos yeux ne l'ont point vu répandre.
   
8. Pardonne, ô Éternel! à ton peuple d'Israël, que tu as racheté; n'impute pas le sang innocent à ton peuple d'Israël, et ce sang ne lui sera point imputé.
   
9. Ainsi, tu dois faire disparaître du milieu de toi le sang innocent, en faisant ce qui est droit aux yeux de l'Éternel.
   
10. Lorsque tu iras à la guerre contre tes ennemis, si l'Éternel les livre entre tes mains, et que tu leur fasses des prisonniers,
    

6. Then all the elders of the town nearest the body shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley,
   
7. and they shall declare: "Our hands did not shed this blood, nor did our eyes see it done.
   
8. Accept this atonement for your people Israel, whom you have redeemed, O LORD, and do not hold your people guilty of the blood of an innocent man." And the bloodshed will be atoned for.
   
9. So you will purge from yourselves the guilt of shedding innocent blood, since you have done what is right in the eyes of the LORD.
   
10. When you go to war against your enemies and the LORD your God delivers them into your hands and you take captives,
    

11. 네가 萬一(만일) 그 捕虜(포로) 中(중)의 아리따운 女子(녀자)를 보고 戀戀(연련)하여 아내를 삼고자 하거든
    
12. 그를 네 집으로 데려갈 것이요 그는 그 머리를 밀고 손톱을 베고
    
13. 또 捕虜(포로)의 衣服(의복)을 벗고 네 집에 居(거)하며 ^ㅈ그 父母(부모)를 爲(위)하여 一個月(일개월)동안 哀哭(애곡)한 後(후)에 네가 그에게로 들어가서 그 男便(남편)이 되고 그는 네 아내가 될 것이요
    
14. 그 後(후)에 네가 그를 기뻐하지 아니하거든 ^ㅊ그 마음대로 가게 하고 決(결)코 돈을 받고 팔지 말지라 네가 그를 辱(욕)보였은즉 ^ㅋ종으로 여기지 말지니라
    
15. 어떤 사람이 두 아내를 두었는데 ^ㅌ하나는 사랑을 받고 하나는 미움을 받다가 그 사랑을 받는 者(자)와 미움을 받는 者(자)가 둘 다 아들을 낳았다 하자 그 미움을 받는 者(자)의 所生(소생)이 長子(장자)여든
    

11. peut-être verras-tu parmi les captives une femme belle de figure, et auras-tu le désir de la prendre pour femme.
    
12. Alors tu l'amèneras dans l'intérieur de ta maison. Elle se rasera la tête et se fera les ongles,
    
13. elle quittera les vêtements qu'elle portait quand elle a été prise, elle demeurera dans ta maison, et elle pleurera son père et sa mère pendant un mois. Après cela, tu iras vers elle, tu l'auras en ta possession, et elle sera ta femme.
    
14. Si elle cesse de te plaire, tu la laisseras aller où elle voudra, tu ne pourras pas la vendre pour de l'argent ni la traiter comme esclave, parce que tu l'auras humiliée.
    
15. Si un homme, qui a deux femmes, aime l'une et n'aime pas l'autre, et s'il en a des fils dont le premier-né soit de la femme qu'il n'aime pas,
    

11. if you notice among the captives a beautiful woman and are attracted to her, you may take her as your wife.
    
12. Bring her into your home and have her shave her head, trim her nails
    
13. and put aside the clothes she was wearing when captured. After she has lived in your house and mourned her father and mother for a full month, then you may go to her and be her husband and she shall be your wife.
    
14. If you are not pleased with her, let her go wherever she wishes. You must not sell her or treat her as a slave, since you have dishonored her.
    
15. If a man has two wives, and he loves one but not the other, and both bear him sons but the firstborn is the son of the wife he does not love,
    

16. ^ㅍ自己(자기)의 所有(소유)를 그 아들들에게 基業(기업)으로 나누는 날에 그 사랑을 받는 者(자)의 아들로 長子(장자)를 삼아 참 長子(장자) 곧 미움을 받는 者(자)의 아들보다 앞세우지 말고
    
17. 반드시 그 미움을 받는 者(자)의 아들을 長子(장자)로 認定(인정)하여 自己(자기)의 所有(소유)에서 그에게는 ^ㅎ두 몫을 줄 것이니 그는 自己(자기)의 ^ㅏ氣力(기력)의 始作(시작)이라 ^ㅑ長子(장자)의 權利(권리)가 그에게 있음이니라
    
18. 사람에게 頑惡(완악)하고 悖逆(패역)한 아들이 있어 그 아비의 말이나 그 어미의 말을 順從(순종)치 아니하고 父母(부모)가 懲責(징책)하여도 듣지 아니하거든
    
19. 父母(부모)가 그를 잡아가지고 城門(성문)에 이르러 그 城邑(성읍) 長老(장로)들에게 나아가서
    
20. 그 城邑(성읍) 長老(장로)들에게 말하기를 우리의 이 子息(자식)은 頑惡(완악)하고 悖逆(패역)하여 우리 말을 順從(순종)치 아니하고 放蕩(방탕)하며 술에 잠긴 者(자)라 하거든
    

16. il ne pourra point, quand il partagera son bien entre ses fils, reconnaître comme premier-né le fils de celle qu'il aime, à la place du fils de celle qu'il n'aime pas, et qui est le premier-né.
    
17. Mais il reconnaîtra pour premier-né le fils de celle qu'il n'aime pas, et lui donnera sur son bien une portion double; car ce fils est les prémices de sa vigueur, le droit d'aînesse lui appartient.
    
18. Si un homme a un fils indocile et rebelle, n'écoutant ni la voix de son père, ni la voix de sa mère, et ne leur obéissant pas même après qu'ils l'ont châtié,
    
19. le père et la mère le prendront, et le mèneront vers les anciens de sa ville et à la porte du lieu qu'il habite.
    
20. Ils diront aux anciens de sa ville: Voici notre fils qui est indocile et rebelle, qui n'écoute pas notre voix, et qui se livre à des excès et à l'ivrognerie.
    

16. when he wills his property to his sons, he must not give the rights of the firstborn to the son of the wife he loves in preference to his actual firstborn, the son of the wife he does not love.
    
17. He must acknowledge the son of his unloved wife as the firstborn by giving him a double share of all he has. That son is the first sign of his father's strength. The right of the firstborn belongs to him.
    
18. If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who does not obey his father and mother and will not listen to them when they discipline him,
    
19. his father and mother shall take hold of him and bring him to the elders at the gate of his town.
    
20. They shall say to the elders, "This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey us. He is a profligate and a drunkard."
    

21. ^ㅓ그 城邑(성읍)의 모든 사람들이 그를 돌로 쳐 죽일지니 이같이 네가 ^ㅕ너의 中(중)에 惡(악)을 除(제)하라 그리하면 ^ㅗ온 이스라엘이 듣고 두려워하리라
    
22. 사람이 萬一(만일) 죽을 罪(죄)를 犯(범)하므로 네가 그를 죽여 나무 위에 달거든
    
23. ^ㅛ그 屍體(시체)를 나무 위에 밤새도록 두지 말고 當日(당일)에 葬事(장사)하여 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 基業(기업)으로 주시는 ^ㅜ땅을 더럽히지 말라 ^ㅠ나무에 달린 者(자)는 하나님께 詛呪(저주)를 받았음이니라
    

21. Et tous les hommes de sa ville le lapideront, et il mourra. Tu ôteras ainsi le mal du milieu de toi, afin que tout Israël entende et craigne.
    
22. Si l'on fait mourir un homme qui a commis un crime digne de mort, et que tu l'aies pendu à un bois,
    
23. son cadavre ne passera point la nuit sur le bois; mais tu l'enterreras le jour même, car celui qui est pendu est un objet de malédiction auprès de Dieu, et tu ne souilleras point le pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne pour héritage.
    

21. Then all the men of his town shall stone him to death. You must purge the evil from among you. All Israel will hear of it and be afraid.
    
22. If a man guilty of a capital offense is put to death and his body is hung on a tree,
    
23. you must not leave his body on the tree overnight. Be sure to bury him that same day, because anyone who is hung on a tree is under God's curse. You must not desecrate the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.
