1. 엘리사가 가로되 여호와의 말씀을 들을지어다 여호와께서 가라사대 ^ㅏ來日(래일) 이맘때에 사마리아 城門(성문)에서 고운 가루 한 스아에 한 세겔을 하고 보리 두 스아에 한 세겔을 하리라 하셨느니라
   
2. 그 때에 한 ^ㅑ長官(장관) 곧 王(왕)이 그 손에 依支(의지)하는 者(자)가 하나님의 사람에게 對答(대답)하여 가로되 ^ㅓ여호와께서 하늘에 窓(창)을 내신들 어찌 이런 일이 있으리요 엘리사가 가로되 네가 네 눈으로 보리라 그러나 그것을 먹지는 못하리라 하니라
   
3. ^ㅕ城門(성문) 어귀에 문둥이 네 사람이 있더니 서로 말하되 우리가 어찌하여 여기 앉아서 죽기를 기다리랴
   
4. 우리가 城(성)에 들어가자고 할지라도 城中(성중)은 주리니 우리가 거기서 죽을 것이요 여기 앉아 있어도 죽을지라 그런즉 우리가 가서 아람 軍隊(군대)에게 降服(항복)하자 저희가 우리를 살려 두면 살려니와 우리를 죽이면 죽을 따름이라 하고
   
5. 아람 陣(진)으로 가려하여 黃昏(황혼)에 일어나서 아람 陣(진) 가에 이르러 본즉 그곳에 한 사람도 없으니
   

1. Elisa aber sprach: Höret des HERRN Wort! So spricht der HERR: Morgen um diese Zeit wird ein Scheffel Semmelmehl einen Silberling gelten und zwei Scheffel Gerste einen Silberling unter dem Tor zu Samaria.
   
2. Da antwortete der "Ritter," auf dessen Hand sich der König "lehnte," dem Mann Gottes und sprach: Und wenn der HERR Fenster am Himmel "machte," wie könnte solches geschehen? Er sprach: Siehe "da," mit deinen Augen wirst du es "sehen," und nicht davon essen!
   
3. Und es waren vier aussätzige Männer an der Tür vor dem Tor; und einer sprach zum andern: Was wollen wir hier "bleiben," bis wir sterben?
   
4. Wenn wir gleich "gedächten," in die Stadt zu "kommen," so ist Teuerung in der "Stadt," und wir müßten doch daselbst sterben; bleiben wir aber "hier," so müssen wir auch sterben. So laßt uns nun hingehen und zu dem Heer der Syrer fallen. Lassen sie uns "leben," so leben wir; töten sie "uns," so sind wir tot.
   
5. Und sie machten sich in der Frühe "auf," daß sie zum Heer der Syrer kämen. Und da sie vorn an den Ort des Heeres "kamen," "siehe," da war niemand.
   

1. Elisha said, "Hear the word of the LORD. This is what the LORD says: About this time tomorrow, a seah of flour will sell for a shekel and two seahs of barley for a shekel at the gate of Samaria."
   
2. The officer on whose arm the king was leaning said to the man of God, "Look, even if the LORD should open the floodgates of the heavens, could this happen?" "You will see it with your own eyes," answered Elisha, "but you will not eat any of it!"
   
3. Now there were four men with leprosy at the entrance of the city gate. They said to each other, "Why stay here until we die?
   
4. If we say, 'We'll go into the city'--the famine is there, and we will die. And if we stay here, we will die. So let's go over to the camp of the Arameans and surrender. If they spare us, we live; if they kill us, then we die."
   
5. At dusk they got up and went to the camp of the Arameans. When they reached the edge of the camp, not a man was there,
   

6. 이는 主(주)께서 아람 軍隊(군대)로 ^ㅗ兵車(병거) 소리와 말 소리와 큰 軍隊(군대)의 소리를 듣게 하셨으므로 아람 사람이 서로 말하기를 이스라엘 王(왕)이 우리를 치려하여 ^ㅛ헷 사람의 王(왕)들과 애굽 王(왕)들에게 값을 주고 저희로 우리에게 오게 하였다 하고
   
7. 黃昏(황혼)에 ^ㅜ일어나서 逃亡(도망)하되 그 帳幕(장막)과 말과 나귀를 버리고 陣(진)을 그대로 두고 목숨을 爲(위)하여 逃亡(도망)하였음이라
   
8. 그 문둥이들이 陣(진) 가에 이르자 한 帳幕(장막)에 들어가서 먹고 마시고 거기서 銀(은)과 金(금)과 衣服(의복)을 가지고 가서 감추고 다시 와서 다른 帳幕(장막)에 들어가서 거기서도 가지고 가서 감추니라
   
9. 문둥이가 서로 말하되 우리의 所爲(소위)가 善(선)치 못하도다 오늘날은 아름다운 消息(소식)이 있는 날이어늘 우리가 潛潛(잠잠)하고 있도다 萬一(만일) 밝은 아침까지 기다리면 罰(벌)이 우리에게 미칠지니 이제 떠나 王宮(왕궁)에 가서 告(고)하자 하고
   
10. 드디어 가서 城(성) 門(문)지기를 불러 告(고)하여 가로되 우리가 아람 陣(진)에 이르러 보니 거기 한 사람도 없고 사람의 소리도 없고 오직 말과 나귀만 매여 있고 帳幕(장막)들이 그대로 있더이다
    

6. Denn der HERR hatte die Syrer lassen hören ein Geschrei von "Rossen," Wagen und großer "Heereskraft," daß sie untereinander sprachen: "Siehe," der König Israels hat wider uns gedingt die Könige der Hethiter und die Könige der "Ägypter," daß sie über uns kommen sollen.
   
7. Und sie machten sich auf und flohen in der Frühe und ließen ihre "Hütten," Rosse und Esel im "Lager," wie es "stand," und flohen mit ihrem Leben davon.
   
8. Als nun die Aussätzigen an den Ort "kamen," gingen sie in der Hütten "eine," aßen und tranken und nahmen "Silber," Gold und Kleider und gingen hin und verbargen es und kamen wieder und gingen in eine andere Hütte und nahmen daraus und gingen hin und verbargen es.
   
9. Aber einer sprach zum andern: Laßt uns nicht also tun; dieser Tag ist ein Tag guter Botschaft. Wo wir das verschweigen und "harren," bis daß es lichter Morgen "wird," wird unsre Missetat gefunden werden; so laßt uns nun "hingehen," daß wir kommen und es ansagen dem Hause des Königs.
   
10. Und da sie "kamen," riefen sie am Tor der Stadt und sagten es ihnen an und sprachen: Wir sind zum Lager der Syrer "gekommen," und "siehe," es ist niemand da und keine "Menschenstimme," sondern Rosse und Esel angebunden und die "Hütten," wie sie stehen. {~}
    

6. for the Lord had caused the Arameans to hear the sound of chariots and horses and a great army, so that they said to one another, "Look, the king of Israel has hired the Hittite and Egyptian kings to attack us!"
   
7. So they got up and fled in the dusk and abandoned their tents and their horses and donkeys. They left the camp as it was and ran for their lives.
   
8. The men who had leprosy reached the edge of the camp and entered one of the tents. They ate and drank, and carried away silver, gold and clothes, and went off and hid them. They returned and entered another tent and took some things from it and hid them also.
   
9. Then they said to each other, "We're not doing right. This is a day of good news and we are keeping it to ourselves. If we wait until daylight, punishment will overtake us. Let's go at once and report this to the royal palace."
   
10. So they went and called out to the city gatekeepers and told them, "We went into the Aramean camp and not a man was there--not a sound of anyone--only tethered horses and donkeys, and the tents left just as they were."
    

11. 저가 門(문)지기들을 부르매 저희가 王宮(왕궁)에 있는 者(자)에게 告(고)하니
    
12. 王(왕)이 밤에 일어나 그 信服(신복)들에게 이르되 아람 사람이 우리에게 行(행)한 것을 내가 너희에게 알게 하노니 저희가 우리의 주린 것을 아는故(고)로 그 陣(진)을 떠나서 들에 埋伏(매복)하고 스스로 이르기를 저희들이 城(성)에서 나오거든 우리가 사로잡고 城(성)에 들어가겠다 한 것이니라
    
13. 그 信服(신복) 中(중) 하나가 對答(대답)하여 가로되 請(청)컨대 아직 城中(성중)에 남아 있는 말 다섯匹(필)을 取(취)하고 사람을 보내어 偵探(정탐)하게 하소서 이 말들이 城中(성중)에 남아 있는 이스라엘 온 무리 곧 滅亡(멸망)한 이스라엘 온 무리와 같으니이다 하고
    
14. 저희가 兵車(병거) 둘과 그 말을 取(취)한지라 王(왕)이 아람 軍隊(군대) 뒤로 보내며 가서 偵探(정탐)하라 하였더니
    
15. 저희가 그 뒤를 따라 요단에 이른즉 아람 사람이 急(급)히 逃亡(도망)하느라고 버린 衣服(의복)과 軍物(군물)이 길에 가득하였더라 使者(사자)가 돌아와서 王(왕)에게 告(고)하매
    

11. Da rief man den Torhütern "zu," daß sie es drinnen ansagten im Hause des Königs.
    
12. Und der König stand auf in der Nacht und sprach zu seinen Knechten: Laßt euch "sagen," wie die Syrer mit uns umgehen. Sie "wissen," daß wir Hunger "leiden," und sind aus dem Lager "gegangen," daß sie sich im Felde "verkröchen," und denken: Wenn sie aus der Stadt "gehen," wollen wir sie lebendig greifen und in die Stadt kommen.
    
13. Da antwortete seiner Knechte einer und sprach: Man nehme fünf Rosse von "denen," die noch drinnen sind übriggeblieben. "Siehe," es wird ihnen "gehen," wie aller Menge "Israels," so drinnen übriggeblieben oder schon dahin ist. Die laßt uns senden und sehen. {~} {~} {~} {~} {~}
    
14. Da nahmen sie zwei Wagen mit "Rossen," und der König sandte sie dem Heere der Syrer nach und sprach: Ziehet hin und sehet!
    
15. Und da sie ihnen nachzogen bis an den "Jordan," "siehe," da lag der Weg voll Kleider und "Geräte," welche die Syrer von sich geworfen "hatten," da sie eilten. Und da die Boten wiederkamen und sagten es dem König "an,"
    

11. The gatekeepers shouted the news, and it was reported within the palace.
    
12. The king got up in the night and said to his officers, "I will tell you what the Arameans have done to us. They know we are starving; so they have left the camp to hide in the countryside, thinking, 'They will surely come out, and then we will take them alive and get into the city.'"
    
13. One of his officers answered, "Have some men take five of the horses that are left in the city. Their plight will be like that of all the Israelites left here--yes, they will only be like all these Israelites who are doomed. So let us send them to find out what happened."
    
14. So they selected two chariots with their horses, and the king sent them after the Aramean army. He commanded the drivers, "Go and find out what has happened."
    
15. They followed them as far as the Jordan, and they found the whole road strewn with the clothing and equipment the Arameans had thrown away in their headlong flight. So the messengers returned and reported to the king.
    

16. 百姓(백성)들이 나가서 아람 사람의 陣(진)을 擄略(노략)한지라 이에 고운 가루 한 스아에 한 세겔이 되고 보리 두 스아에 한 세겔이 되니 ^ㅠ여호와의 말씀과 같이 되었고
    
17. ^으王(왕)이 그 손에 依支(의지)하였던 그 長官(장관)을 세워 城門(성문)을 지키게 하였더니 百姓(백성)이 城門(성문)에서 저를 밟으매 하나님의 사람의 말대로 죽었으니 곧 ^이王(왕)이 내려왔을 때에 그의 한 말대로라
    
18. 일찌기 하나님의 사람이 王(왕)에게 告(고)하여 이르기를 來日(래일) 이맘때에 사마리아 城門(성문)에서 보리 두 스아에 한 세겔을 하고 고운 가루 한 스아에 한 세겔을 하리라 한즉
    
19. 그 때에 이 長官(장관)이 하나님의 사람에게 對答(대답)하여 가로되 여호와께서 하늘에 窓(창)을 내신들 어찌 이 일이 있으랴 하매 對答(대답)하기를 ^ㅐ네가 네 눈으로 보리라 그러나 그것을 먹지는 못하리라 하였더니
    
20. 그 長官(장관)에게 그대로 이루었으되 곧 百姓(백성)이 城門(성문)에서 저를 밟으매 죽었더라
    

16. ging das Volk hinaus und beraubte das Lager der Syrer. Und es galt ein Scheffel Semmelmehl einen Silberling und zwei Scheffel Gerste auch einen Silberling nach dem Wort des HERRN.
    
17. Aber der König bestellte den "Ritter," auf dessen Hand er sich "lehnte," unter das Tor. Und das Volk zertrat ihn im "Tor," daß er "starb," wie der Mann Gottes geredet "hatte," da der König zu ihm hinabkam. {~} {~}
    
18. Und es "geschah," wie der Mann Gottes dem König gesagt "hatte," da er sprach: Morgen um diese Zeit werden zwei Scheffel Gerste einen Silberling gelten und ein Scheffel Semmelmehl einen Silberling unter dem Tor zu "Samaria,"
    
19. und der Ritter dem Mann Gottes antwortete und sprach: "Siehe," wenn der HERR Fenster am Himmel "machte," wie möchte solches geschehen? Er aber sprach: "Siehe," mit deinen Augen wirst du es "sehen," und wirst nicht davon essen!
    
20. Und es ging ihm eben also; denn das Volk zertrat ihn im "Tor," daß er starb.
    

16. Then the people went out and plundered the camp of the Arameans. So a seah of flour sold for a shekel, and two seahs of barley sold for a shekel, as the LORD had said.
    
17. Now the king had put the officer on whose arm he leaned in charge of the gate, and the people trampled him in the gateway, and he died, just as the man of God had foretold when the king came down to his house.
    
18. It happened as the man of God had said to the king: "About this time tomorrow, a seah of flour will sell for a shekel and two seahs of barley for a shekel at the gate of Samaria."
    
19. The officer had said to the man of God, "Look, even if the LORD should open the floodgates of the heavens, could this happen?" The man of God had replied, "You will see it with your own eyes, but you will not eat any of it!"
    
20. And that is exactly what happened to him, for the people trampled him in the gateway, and he died.
