1. 이스라엘 王(왕) 엘라의 아들 ^ㅋ호세아 三年(삼년)에 유다 王(왕) 아하스의 아들 ^ㅌ히스기야가 王(왕)이 되니
   
2. 位(위)에 나아갈 때에 나이 ^ㅍ二十五歲(이십오세)라 예루살렘에서 二十九(이십구) 年(년)을 治理(치리)하니라 그 母親(모친)의 이름은 ^ㅎ아비라 스가리야의 딸이더라
   
3. ^ㅏ히스기야가 그 祖上(조상) 다윗의 모든 行爲(행위)와 같이 여호와 보시기에 正直(정직)히 行(행)하여
   
4. ^ㅑ여러 山堂(산당)을 除(제)하며 ^ㅓ柱像(주상)을 깨뜨리며 ^ㅕ아세라 木像(목상)을 찍으며 모세가 만들었던 ^ㅗ놋뱀을 이스라엘 子孫(자손)이 이때까지 向(향)하여 焚香(분향)하므로 그것을 부수고 느후스단이라 일컬었더라
   
5. ^ㅛ히스기야가 이스라엘 하나님 여호와를 依支(의지)하였는데 ^ㅜ그의 前後(전후) 유다 여러 王(왕) 中(중)에 그러한 者(자)가 없었으니
   

1. Im dritten Jahr "Hoseas," des Sohnes "Elas," des Königs über "Israel," ward König "Hiskia," der Sohn "Ahas," des Königs in Juda.
   
2. Er war fünfundzwanzig Jahre "alt," da er König "ward," und regierte neunundzwanzig Jahre zu Jerusalem. Seine Mutter hieß "Abi," eine Tochter Sacharjas.
   
3. Und er "tat," was dem HERRN wohl "gefiel," wie sein Vater David.
   
4. Er tat ab die Höhen und zerbrach die Säulen und rottete das Ascherabild aus und zerstieß die eherne "Schlange," die Mose gemacht hatte; denn bis zu der Zeit hatten ihr die Kinder Israel "geräuchert," und man hieß sie Nehusthan.
   
5. Er vertraute dem "HERRN," dem Gott "Israels," daß nach ihm seinesgleichen nicht war unter allen Königen Juda's noch vor ihm gewesen.
   

1. In the third year of Hoshea son of Elah king of Israel, Hezekiah son of Ahaz king of Judah began to reign.
   
2. He was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem twenty-nine years. His mother's name was Abijah daughter of Zechariah.
   
3. He did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, just as his father David had done.
   
4. He removed the high places, smashed the sacred stones and cut down the Asherah poles. He broke into pieces the bronze snake Moses had made, for up to that time the Israelites had been burning incense to it. (It was called Nehushtan.)
   
5. Hezekiah trusted in the LORD, the God of Israel. There was no one like him among all the kings of Judah, either before him or after him.
   

6. ^ㅠ곧 저가 여호와께 聯合(련합)하여 떠나지 아니하고 여호와께서 모세에게 命(명)하신 誡命(계명)을 지켰더라
   
7. ^으여호와께서 저와 함께 하시매 저가 어디로 가든지 亨通(형통)하였더라 ^이저가 앗수르 王(왕)을 排斥(배척)하고 섬기지 아니하였고
   
8. ^ㅐ블레셋 사람을 쳐서 가사와 그 四方(사방)에 이르고 ^ㄱ望臺(망대)에서부터 堅固(견고)한 城(성)까지 이르렀더라
   
9. 히스기야王(왕) 四年(사년) 곧 이스라엘 王(왕) 엘라의 아들 호세아 七年(칠년)에 앗수르 王(왕) ^ㄴ살만에셀이 사마리아로 올라와서 에워쌌더라
   
10. 三年(삼년) 後(후)에 그 城(성)이 陷落(함락)되니 곧 히스기야의 六年(육년)이요 이스라엘 王(왕) 호세아의 九年(구년)이라 사마리아가 陷落(함락)되매
    

6. Er hing dem HERRN an und wich nicht von ihm ab und hielt seine "Gebote," die der HERR dem Mose geboten hatte.
   
7. Und der HERR war mit ihm; und wo er auszog handelte er klüglich. Dazu ward er abtrünnig vom König von Assyrien und war ihm nicht untertan.
   
8. Er schlug die Philister bis gen Gaza und ihr Gebiet von den Wachttürmen an bis die festen Städte.
   
9. Im vierten Jahr "Hiskias," des Königs in Juda (das war das siebente Jahr "Hoseas," des Sohnes "Elas," des Königs über "Israel)," da zog "Salmanasser," der König von "Assyrien," herauf wider Samaria und belagerte es
   
10. und gewann es nach drei Jahren; im sechsten Jahr "Hiskias," das ist im neunten Jahr "Hoseas," des Königs "Israels," da ward Samaria gewonnen.
    

6. He held fast to the LORD and did not cease to follow him; he kept the commands the LORD had given Moses.
   
7. And the LORD was with him; he was successful in whatever he undertook. He rebelled against the king of Assyria and did not serve him.
   
8. From watchtower to fortified city, he defeated the Philistines, as far as Gaza and its territory.
   
9. In King Hezekiah's fourth year, which was the seventh year of Hoshea son of Elah king of Israel, Shalmaneser king of Assyria marched against Samaria and laid siege to it.
   
10. At the end of three years the Assyrians took it. So Samaria was captured in Hezekiah's sixth year, which was the ninth year of Hoshea king of Israel.
    

11. 앗수르 王(왕)이 이스라엘을 사로잡아 앗수르에 이르러 ^ㄷ할라와 고산 하볼 하숫가와 메대 사람의 여러 城邑(성읍)에 두었으니
    
12. 이는 저희가 그 하나님 여호와의 말씀을 遵行(준행)치 아니하고 그 言約(언약)을 背叛(배반)하고 여호와의 종 모세의 모든 命(명)한 것을 거스려 듣지도 아니하며 行(행)치도 아니하였음이더라
    
13. 히스기야王(왕) ^ㄹ十四年(십사년)에 앗수르 王(왕) 산헤립이 올라와서 유다 모든 堅固(견고)한 城邑(성읍)들을 쳐서 取(취)하매
    
14. ^ㅁ유다 王(왕) 히스기야가 라기스로 보내어 앗수르 王(왕)에게 이르되 내가 犯罪(범죄)하였나이다 나를 떠나 돌아가소서 王(왕)이 내게 지우시는 것을 내가 當(당)하리이다 하였더니 앗수르 王(왕)이 곧 銀(은) 三百(삼백) 달란트와 金(금) 三十(삼십) 달란트를 定(정)하여 유다 王(왕) 히스기야로 내게 한지라
    
15. 히스기야가 이에 ^ㅂ여호와의 殿(전)과 王宮(왕궁) 곳간에 있는 銀(은)을 다 주었고
    

11. Und der König von Assyrien führte Israel weg gen Assyrien und setzte sie nach Halah und an den "Habor," an das Wasser Gosan und in die Städte der "Meder,"
    
12. darum daß sie nicht gehorcht hatten der Stimme des "HERRN," ihres "Gottes," und übertreten hatten seinen Bund und "alles," was "Mose," der Knecht des "HERRN," geboten hatte; deren sie keines gehört noch getan.
    
13. Im vierzehnten Jahr aber des Königs Hiskia zog herauf "Sanherib," der König von "Assyrien," wider alle festen Städte Juda's und nahm sie ein.
    
14. Da sandte "Hiskia," der König "Juda's," zum König von Assyrien gen Lachis und ließ ihm sagen: Ich habe mich versündigt. Kehre um von mir; was du mir "auflegst," will ich tragen. Da legte der König von Assyrien "Hiskia," dem König "Juda's," dreihundert Zentner Silber auf und dreißig Zentner Gold.
    
15. Also gab Hiskia all das "Silber," das im Hause des HERRN und in den Schätzen des Königshauses gefunden ward.
    

11. The king of Assyria deported Israel to Assyria and settled them in Halah, in Gozan on the Habor River and in towns of the Medes.
    
12. This happened because they had not obeyed the LORD their God, but had violated his covenant--all that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded. They neither listened to the commands nor carried them out.
    
13. In the fourteenth year of King Hezekiah's reign, Sennacherib king of Assyria attacked all the fortified cities of Judah and captured them.
    
14. So Hezekiah king of Judah sent this message to the king of Assyria at Lachish: "I have done wrong. Withdraw from me, and I will pay whatever you demand of me." The king of Assyria exacted from Hezekiah king of Judah three hundred talents of silver and thirty talents of gold.
    
15. So Hezekiah gave him all the silver that was found in the temple of the LORD and in the treasuries of the royal palace.
    

16. 또 그때에 유다 王(왕) 히스기야가 여호와의 殿(전) 門(문)의 金(금)과 自己(자기)가 모든 기둥에 입힌 金(금)을 벗겨 모두 앗수르 王(왕)에게 주었더라
    
17. 앗수르 王(왕)이 ^ㅅ다르단과 랍사리스와 랍사게로 大軍(대군)을 거느리고 라기스에서부터 예루살렘으로 가서 히스기야 王(왕)을 치게 하매 저희가 예루살렘으로 올라가니라 저희가 올라가서 ^ㅇ윗못 水道(수도) 곁 곧 洗濯者(세탁자)의 밭에 있는 큰 길에 이르러 서니라
    
18. 저희가 王(왕)을 부르매 힐기야의 아들 宮內(궁내) 大臣(대신) ^ㅈ엘리야김과 書記官(서기관) ^ㅊ셉나와 아삽의 아들 史官(사관) 요아가 저에게 나가니
    
19. 랍사게가 저희에게 이르되 너희는 히스기야에게 告(고)하라 大王(대왕) 앗수르 王(왕)의 말씀이 너의 依賴(의뢰)하는 이 依賴(의뢰)가 무엇이냐
    
20. 네가 싸울만한 計巧(계교)와 勇力(용력)이 있다고 한다마는 이는 입에 붙은 말 뿐이라 네가 이제 누구를 依賴(의뢰)하고 나를 叛逆(반역)하였느냐
    

16. Zur selben Zeit zerbrach "Hiskia," der König "Juda's," die Türen am Tempel des HERRN und die "Bleche," die er selbst hatte darüberziehen "lassen," und gab sie dem König von Assyrien.
    
17. Und der König von Assyrien sandte den Tharthan und den Erzkämmerer und den Erzschenken von Lachis zum König Hiskia mit großer Macht gen "Jerusalem," und sie zogen herauf. Und da sie "hinkamen," hielten sie an der Wasserleitung des oberen "Teiches," der da liegt an der Straße bei dem Acker des "Walkmüllers," {~} {~}
    
18. und riefen nach dem König. Da kam heraus zu ihnen "Eljakim," der Sohn "Hilkias," der "Hofmeister," und "Sebna," der "Schreiber," und "Joah," der Sohn "Asaphs," der Kanzler.
    
19. Und der Erzschenke sprach zu ihnen: Sagt doch dem König Hiskia: So spricht der große "König," der König von Assyrien: Was ist das für ein "Trotz," darauf du dich verläßt?
    
20. Meinst "du," es sei noch Rat und "Macht," zu streiten? Worauf verläßt du dich "denn," daß du mir abtrünnig geworden bist? {~} {~} {~}
    

16. At this time Hezekiah king of Judah stripped off the gold with which he had covered the doors and doorposts of the temple of the LORD, and gave it to the king of Assyria.
    
17. The king of Assyria sent his supreme commander, his chief officer and his field commander with a large army, from Lachish to King Hezekiah at Jerusalem. They came up to Jerusalem and stopped at the aqueduct of the Upper Pool, on the road to the Washerman's Field.
    
18. They called for the king; and Eliakim son of Hilkiah the palace administrator, Shebna the secretary, and Joah son of Asaph the recorder went out to them.
    
19. The field commander said to them, "Tell Hezekiah: "'This is what the great king, the king of Assyria, says: On what are you basing this confidence of yours?
    
20. You say you have strategy and military strength--but you speak only empty words. On whom are you depending, that you rebel against mŐ˴ Ő˴ 㩰ʲ ̂ Ƹ˴ Ű˴ 䀀 Ű˴ border=0 width=1080>

21. 이제 네가 ^ㅋ저 傷(상)한 갈대 지팡이 애굽을 依賴(의뢰)하도다 사람이 그것을 依支(의지)하면 그 손에 찔려 들어갈지라 애굽 王(왕) 바로는 무릇 依賴(의뢰)하는 者(자)에게 이와 같으니라
    
22. 너희가 或時(혹시) 내게 이르기를 우리는 우리 하나님 여호와를 依賴(의뢰)하노라 하리라마는 ^ㅌ히스기야가 여호와의 山堂(산당)과 祭壇(제단)을 除(제)하고 유다와 예루살렘 사람에게 命(명)하기를 예루살렘이 壇(단) 앞에서만 崇拜(숭배)하라 하지 아니하였느냐 하셨나니
    
23. 이제 너는 내 主(주) 앗수르 王(왕)과 내기하라 네가 萬一(만일) 그 말 탈 사람을 낼 수 있다면 나는 네게 말 二千匹(이천필)을 주리라
    
24. 네가 어찌 내 主(주)의 信服(신복) 中(중) 至極(지극)히 작은 長官(장관) 하나인들 물리치며 애굽을 依賴(의뢰)하고 그 兵車(병거)와 騎兵(기병)을 얻을듯하냐
    
25. 내가 어찌 여호와의 뜻이 아니고야 이제 이곳을 滅(멸)하러 올라왔겠느냐 여호와께서 前(전)에 내게 이르시기를 이 땅으로 올라와서 쳐서 滅(멸)하라 하셨느니라
    

21. Siehe, verlässest du dich auf diesen zerstoßenen "Rohrstab," auf "Ägypten," "welcher," so sich jemand darauf "lehnt," wird er ihm die Hand durchbohren? Also ist "Pharao," der König in "Ägypten," "allen," die sich auf ihn verlassen.
    
22. Ob ihr aber wolltet zu mir sagen: Wir verlassen uns auf den "HERRN," unsern Gott! ist's denn nicht "der," dessen Höhen und Altäre Hiskia hat abgetan und gesagt zu Juda und zu Jerusalem: Vor diesem "Altar," der zu Jerusalem "ist," sollt ihr anbeten?
    
23. Wohlan, nimm eine Wette an mit meinem "Herrn," dem König von Assyrien: ich will dir zweitausend Rosse "geben," ob du könntest Reiter dazu geben.
    
24. Wie willst du denn bleiben vor der geringsten Hauptleute einem von meines Herrn Untertanen? Und du verläßt dich auf Ägypten um der Wagen und Reiter willen.
    
25. Meinst du "aber," ich sei ohne den HERRN "heraufgezogen," daß ich diese Stätte verderbe? Der HERR hat mich's geheißen: Ziehe hinauf in dies Land und verderbe es!
    

21. Look now, you are depending on Egypt, that splintered reed of a staff, which pierces a man's hand and wounds him if he leans on it! Such is Pharaoh king of Egypt to all who depend on him.
    
22. And if you say to me, "We are depending on the LORD our God"--isn't he the one whose high places and altars Hezekiah removed, saying to Judah and Jerusalem, "You must worship before this altar in Jerusalem"?
    
23. "'Come now, make a bargain with my master, the king of Assyria: I will give you two thousand horses--if you can put riders on them!
    
24. How can you repulse one officer of the least of my master's officials, even though you are depending on Egypt for chariots and horsemen?
    
25. Furthermore, have I come to attack and destroy this place without word from the LORD? The LORD himself told me to march against this country and destroy it.'"
    

26. 힐기야의 아들 엘리야김과 셉나와 요아가 랍사게에게 이르되 우리가 알아듣겠사오니 請(청)컨대 ^ㅍ아람 方言(방언)으로 當身(당신)의 종들에게 말씀하시고 城(성) 위에 있는 百姓(백성)의 듣는데 유다 方言(방언)으로 우리에게 말씀하지 마옵소서
    
27. 랍사게가 저에게 이르되 내 主(주)께서 네 主(주)와 네게만 이 말을 하라고 나를 보내신 것이냐 城(성) 위에 앉은 사람들로도 너희와 함께 自己(자기)의 大便(대편)을 먹게 하고 自己(자기)의 小便(소변)을 마시게 하신 것이 아니냐 하고
    
28. 랍사게가 드디어 일어서서 유다 方言(방언)으로 크게 소리질러 불러 가로되 너희는 大王(대왕) 앗수르 王(왕)의 말씀을 들으라
    
29. 王(왕)의 말씀이 너희는 히스기야에게 속지 말라 저가 너희를 내 손에서 건져내지 못하리라
    
30. 또한 히스기야가 너희로 여호와를 依賴(의뢰)하라 함을 듣지 말라 저가 이르기를 여호와께서 丁寧(정녕) 우리를 건지실지라 이 城(성)이 앗수르 王(왕)의 손에 陷落(함락)되지 않게 하시리라 할지라도
    

26. Da sprach "Eljakim," der Sohn Hilkias und Sebna und Joah zum Erzschenken: Rede mit deinen Knechten auf "syrisch," denn deine Knechte verstehen es; und rede nicht mit uns auf jüdisch vor den Ohren des "Volks," das auf der Mauer ist.
    
27. Aber der Erzschenke sprach zu ihnen: Hat mich denn mein Herr zu deinem Herrn oder zu dir "gesandt," daß ich solche Worte rede? und nicht vielmehr zu den "Männern," die auf der Mauer "sitzen," daß sie mit euch ihren eigenen Mist fressen und ihren Harn saufen?
    
28. Also stand der Erzschenke auf und redete mit lauter Stimme auf jüdisch und sprach: Hört das Wort des großen "Königs," des Königs von Assyrien!
    
29. So spricht der König: Laßt euch Hiskia nicht betrügen; denn er vermag euch nicht zu erretten von meiner Hand.
    
30. Und laßt euch Hiskia nicht vertrösten auf den "HERRN," daß er sagt: Der HERR wird uns "erretten," und diese Stadt wird nicht in die Hände des Königs von Assyrien gegeben werden.
    

26. Then Eliakim son of Hilkiah, and Shebna and Joah said to the field commander, "Please speak to your servants in Aramaic, since we understand it. Don't speak to us in Hebrew in the hearing of the people on the wall."
    
27. But the commander replied, "Was it only to your master and you that my master sent me to say these things, and not to the men sitting on the wall--who, like you, will have to eat their own filth and drink their own urine?"
    
28. Then the commander stood and called out in Hebrew: "Hear the word of the great king, the king of Assyria!
    
29. This is what the king says: Do not let Hezekiah deceive you. He cannot deliver you from my hand.
    
30. Do not let Hezekiah persuade you to trust in the LORD when he says, 'The LORD will surely deliver us; this city will not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.'
    

31. 너희는 히스기야의 말을 듣지 말라 앗수르 王(왕)의 말씀이 너희는 내게 降服(항복)하고 내게로 나아오라 그리하고 너희는 ^ㅎ各各(각각) 그 葡萄(포도)와 無花果(무화과)를 먹고 Ő˴ Ő˴ 㩰ʲ ̂ Ƹ˴ Ű˴ 䀀 Ű˴ e=3 color=#000000>내가 將次(장차) 와서 너희를 한 地方(지방)으로 옮기리니 그곳은 너희 本土(본토)와 같은 地方(지방) 곧 ^ㅏ穀食(곡식)과 葡萄酒(포도주)가 있는 地方(지방)이요 떡과 葡萄園(포도원)이 있는 地方(지방)이요 기름나는 橄欖(감람)과 ^ㅑ꿀이 있는 地方(지방)이라 너희가 살고 죽지 아니하리라 히스기야가 너희를 勉勵(면려)하여 이르기를 여호와께서 우리를 건지시리라 하여도 듣지 말라
    
32. ^ㅓ列國(렬국)의 神(신)들 中(중)에 그 땅을 앗수르 王(왕)의 손에서 건진 者(자)가 있느냐
    
33. ^ㅕ하맛과 ^ㅗ아르밧의 神(신)들이 ^ㅛ어디 있으며 스발와임과 헤나와 ^ㅜ아와의 神(신)들이 어디 있느냐 그들이 사마리아를 내 손에서 건졌느냐
    
34. 列國(렬국)의 모든 神中(신중)에 누가 그 땅을 내 손에서 건졌기에 ^ㅠ여호와가 예루살렘을 내 손에서 能(능)히 건지겠느냐 하셨느니라
    

31. Gehorchet Hiskia nicht! Denn so spricht der König von Assyrien: Nehmet an meine Gnade und kommt zu mir "heraus," so soll jedermann von seinem Weinstock und seinem Feigenbaum essen und von seinem Brunnen "trinken," {~} {~}
    
32. bis ich komme und hole euch in ein "Land," das eurem Lande gleich "ist," darin "Korn," "Most," "Brot," "Weinberge," Ölbäume und Honig sind; so werdet ihr leben bleiben und nicht sterben. Gehorchet Hiskia nicht; denn er verführt "euch," daß er spricht: Der HERR wird uns erretten.
    
33. Haben auch die Götter der Heiden ein jeglicher sein Land errettet von der Hand des Königs von Assyrien?
    
34. Wo sind die Götter zu Hamath und Arpad? Wo sind die Götter zu "Sepharvaim," Hena und Iwwa? Haben sie auch Samaria errettet von meiner Hand?
    
35. Wo ist ein Gott unter aller Lande "Göttern," die ihr Land haben von meiner Hand "errettet," daß der HERR sollte Jerusalem von meiner Hand erretten?
    

31. "Do not listen to Hezekiah. This is what the king of Assyria says: Make peace with me and come out to me. Then every one of you will eat from his own vine and fig tree and drink water from his own cistern,
    
32. until I come and take you to a land like your own, a land of grain and new wine, a land of bread and vineyards, a land of olive trees and honey. Choose life and not death! "Do not listen to Hezekiah, for he is misleading you when he says, 'The LORD will deliver us.'
    
33. Has the god of any nation ever delivered his land from the hand of the king of Assyria?
    
34. Where are the gods of Hamath and Arpad? Where are the gods of Sepharvaim, Hena and Ivvah? Have they rescued Samaria from my hand?
    
35. Who of all the gods of these countries has been able to save his land from me? How then can the LORD deliver Jerusalem from my hand?"
    

36. 그러나 百姓(백성)이 潛潛(잠잠)하고 한 말도 對答(대답)지 아니하니 이는 王(왕)이 命(명)하여 對答(대답)하지 말라 하였음이라
    
37. 이에 힐기야의 아들 宮內(궁내) 大臣(대신) ^으엘리야김과 書記官(서기관) 셉나와 아삽의 아들 史官(사관) 요아가 ^이그 옷을 찢고 히스기야에게 나아가서 랍사게의 말을 告(고)하니라
    

36. Das Volk aber schwieg still und antwortete ihm nichts; denn der König hatte geboten und gesagt: Antwortet ihm nichts.
    
37. Da kamen "Eljakim," der Sohn "Hilkias," und "Sebna," der "Schreiber," und "Joah," der Sohn "Asaphs," der "Kanzler," zu Hiskia mit zerrissenen Kleidern und sagten ihm an die Worte des Erzschenken. {~} {~} {~}
    

36. But the people remained silent and said nothing in reply, because the king had commanded, "Do not answer him."
    
37. Then Eliakim son of Hilkiah the palace administrator, Shebna the secretary and Joah son of Asaph the recorder went to Hezekiah, with their clothes torn, and told him what the field commander had said.
