1. ^이羞恥(수치)를 모르는 百姓(백성)아 모일지어다, 모일지어다
   
2. ^ㅐ命令(명령)이 施行(시행)되기 前(전), 光陰(광음)이 ^ㄱ겨 같이 날아 지나가기 前(전), ^ㄴ여호와의 震怒(진노)가 너희에게 臨(임)하기 前(전), 여호와의 忿怒(분노)의 날이 너희에게 이르기 前(전)에 그러할지어다
   
3. 여호와의 規例(규례)를 지키는 ^ㄷ世上(세상)의 모든 謙遜(겸손)한 者(자)들아 너희는 ^ㄹ여호와를 찾으며 ^ㅁ公義(공의)와 謙遜(겸손)을 求(구)하라 너희가 或時(혹시) ^ㅂ여호와의 忿怒(분노)의 날에 숨김을 얻으리라
   
4. ^ㅅ가사가 버리우며 아스글론이 荒廢(황폐)되며 아스돗이 白晝(백주)에 쫓겨나며 에그론이 뽑히우리라
   
5. ^ㅇ海邊(해변) 居民(거민) ^ㅈ그렛 族屬(족속)에게 禍(화) 있을진저 블레셋 사람의 땅 ^ㅊ가나안아 ^ㅋ여호와의 말이 너희를 치나니 내가 너를 滅(멸)하여 ^ㅌ居民(거민)이 없게 하리라
   

1. Sammelt euch und kommt "her," ihr feindseliges "Volk," {~}
   
2. ehe denn das Urteil "ausgehe," daß ihr wie die Spreu bei Tage dahin fahrt; ehe denn des HERRN grimmiger Zorn über euch komme; ehe der Tag des Zornes des HERRN über euch komme.
   
3. Suchet den "HERR," alle ihr Elenden im "Lande," die ihr seine Rechte haltet; suchet "Gerechtigkeit," suchet "Demut," auf daß ihr am Tage des Zornes des HERRN möget verborgen werden.
   
4. Denn Gaza muß verlassen und Askalon wüst werden; Asdod soll am Mittag vertrieben und Ekron ausgewurzelt werden.
   
5. Weh "denen," so am Meer hinab "wohnen," dem Volk der Krether! Des HERRN Wort wird über euch "kommen," du "Kanaan," der Philister Land; ich will dich "umbringen," daß niemand mehr da wohnen soll.
   

1. Gather together, gather together, O shameful nation,
   
2. before the appointed time arrives and that day sweeps on like chaff, before the fierce anger of the LORD comes upon you, before the day of the LORD'S wrath comes upon you.
   
3. Seek the LORD, all you humble of the land, you who do what he commands. Seek righteousness, seek humility; perhaps you will be sheltered on the day of the LORD'S anger.
   
4. Gaza will be abandoned and Ashkelon left in ruins. At midday Ashdod will be emptied and Ekron uprooted.
   
5. Woe to you who live by the sea, O Kerethite people; the word of the LORD is against you, O Canaan, land of the Philistines. "I will destroy you, and none will be left."
   

6. ^ㅍ海邊(해변)은 ^ㅎ草場(초장)이 되어 牧者(목자)의 움과 羊(양)떼의 우리가 거기 있을 것이며
   
7. ^ㅏ그 地境(지경)은 ^ㅑ유다 族屬(족속)의 남은 者(자)에게로 돌아갈찌라 그들이 거기서 羊(양)떼를 먹이고 저녁에는 아스글론 집들에 누우리니 이는 그들의 하나님 여호와가 그들을 ^ㅓ眷顧(권고)하여 ^ㅕ그 사로잡힘을 돌이킬 것임이니라
   
8. 내가 모압의 ^ㅗ?謗(방)과 ^ㅛ암몬 자손의 후욕을 들었나니 그들이 내 百姓(백성)을 毁謗(훼방)하고 스스로 커서 ^ㅜ그 境界(경계)를 侵犯(침범)하였느니라
   
9. 그러므로 萬軍(만군)의 여호와 이스라엘의 하나님이 말하노라 ^ㅠ내가 나의 삶을 두고 盟誓(맹서)하노니 將次(장차) 모압은 ^으소돔 같으며 암몬 子孫(자손)은 고모라 같을 것이라 찔레가 나며 소금 구덩이가 되어 永遠(영원)히 荒蕪(황무)하리니 나의 끼친 百姓(백성)이 그들을 擄略(노략)하며 나의 남은 國民(국민)이 그것을 基業(기업)으로 얻을 것이라
   
10. 그들이 이런 일을 當(당)할 것은 ^이驕慢(교만)하여 스스로 커서 萬軍(만군)의 여호와의 百姓(백성)을 毁謗(훼방)함이니라
    

6. Es sollen am Meer hinab eitel Hirtenhäuser und Schafhürden sein.
   
7. Und dasselbe soll den übrigen vom Hause Juda zuteil "werden," daß sie darauf weiden sollen. Des Abends sollen sie sich in den Häusern Askalons "lagern," wenn sie nun der "HERR," ihr "Gott," wiederum heimgesucht und ihr Gefängnis gewendet hat.
   
8. Ich habe das Schmähen Moabs und das Lästern der Kinder Ammon "gehört," womit sie mein Volk geschmäht und auf seinen Grenzen sich gerühmt haben.
   
9. Wohlan, so wahr ich lebe! spricht der HERR "Zebaoth," der Gott "Israels," Moab soll wie Sodom und die Kinder Ammon wie Gomorra "werden," ja wie ein Nesselstrauch und eine Salzgrube und eine ewige Wüste. Die übrigen meines Volkes sollen sie "berauben," und die Übriggebliebenen meines Volkes sollen sie erben.
   
10. Das soll ihnen aber begegnen für ihre "Hoffart," daß sie des HERRN Zebaoth Volk geschmäht und sich gerühmt haben.
    

6. The land by the sea, where the Kerethites dwell, will be a place for shepherds and sheep pens.
   
7. It will belong to the remnant of the house of Judah; there they will find pasture. In the evening they will lie down in the houses of Ashkelon. The LORD their God will care for them; he will restore their fortunes.
   
8. "I have heard the insults of Moab and the taunts of the Ammonites, who insulted my people and made threats against their land.
   
9. Therefore, as surely as I live," declares the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, "surely Moab will become like Sodom, the Ammonites like Gomorrah--a place of weeds and salt pits, a wasteland forever. The remnant of my people will plunder them; the survivors of my nation will inherit their land."
   
10. This is what they will get in return for their pride, for insulting and mocking the people of the LORD Almighty.
    

11. 여호와가 그들에게 두렵게 되어서 ^ㅐ世上(세상)의 모든 神(신)을 衰盡(쇠진)케 하리니 ^ㄱ異邦(이방)의 모든 海邊(해변) ^ㄴ사람들이 各各(각각) 自己(자기) 處所(처소)에서 여호와께 敬拜(경배)하리라
    
12. ^ㄷ구스 사람아 너희도 내 칼에 殺戮(살륙)을 當(당)하리라
    
13. 여호와가 北方(북방)을 向(향)하여 손을 펴서 ^ㄹ앗수르를 滅(멸)하며 ^ㅁ니느웨로 荒蕪(황무)케 하여 沙漠(사막)같이 메마르게 하리니
    
14. ^ㅂ各樣(각양) 짐승이 그 가운데 떼로 누울 것이며 ^ㅅ塘鵝(당아)와 고슴도치가 그 기둥 꼭대기에 깃들일 것이며 窓(창)에서 울 것이며 門(문)턱이 寂寞(적막)하리니 ^ㅇ柏香木(백향목)으로 지은 것이 벗겨졌음이라
    
15. 이는 기쁜 城(성)이라 ^ㅈ念慮(념려) 없이 居(거)하며 心中(심중)에 이르기를 오직 나만 있고 나 外(외)에는 다른 이가 없다 하더니 어찌 이같이 荒蕪(황무)하여 ^ㅊ들짐승의 엎드릴 곳이 되었는고 ^ㅋ지나가는 者(자)마다 嗤笑(치소)하여 ^ㅌ손을 흔들리로다
    

11. Schrecklich wird der HERR über sie "sein," denn er wird alle Götter auf Erden vertilgen; und sollen ihn anbeten alle Inseln der "Heiden," ein jeglicher an seinem Ort.
    
12. Auch sollt ihr Mohren durch mein Schwert erschlagen werden.
    
13. Und er wird seine Hand strecken gen Mitternacht und Assur umbringen. Ninive wird er öde "machen," dürr wie eine "Wüste,"
    
14. daß darin sich lagern werden allerlei Tiere bei Haufen; auch Rohrdommeln und Igel werden wohnen in ihren "Säulenknäufen," und Vögel werden in den Fenstern "singen," und auf der Schwelle wird Verwüstung sein; denn die Zedernbretter sollen abgerissen werden.
    
15. Das ist die fröhliche "Stadt," die so sicher wohnte und sprach in ihrem Herzen: Ich "bin's," und keine mehr. Wie ist sie so wüst "geworden," daß die Tiere darin wohnen! Und wer "vorübergeht," pfeift sie an und klatscht mit der Hand über sie.
    

11. The LORD will be awesome to them when he destroys all the gods of the land. The nations on every shore will worship him, every one in its own land.
    
12. "You too, O Cushites, will be slain by my sword."
    
13. He will stretch out his hand against the north and destroy Assyria, leaving Nineveh utterly desolate and dry as the desert.
    
14. Flocks and herds will lie down there, creatures of every kind. The desert owl and the screech owl will roost on her columns. Their calls will echo through the windows, rubble will be in the doorways, the beams of cedar will be exposed.
    
15. This is the carefree city that lived in safety. She said to herself, "I am, and there is none besides me." What a ruin she has become, a lair for wild beasts! All who pass by her scoff and shake their fists.
