스바냐(Zephanja) 3장 [개역한글 : Deutsch : NIV]

1. 悖逆(패역)하고 더러운 곳, ^ㅍ暴虐(포학)한 그 城邑(성읍)이 禍(화) 있을진저
   
2. 그가 命令(명령)을 듣지 아니하며 ^ㅎ敎訓(교훈)을 받지 아니하며 ^ㅏ여호와를 依賴(의뢰)하지 아니하며 自己(자기) 하나님에게 가까이 나아가지 아니하였도다
   
3. ^ㅑ그 가운데 方伯(방백)들은 부르짖는 獅子(사자)요 그 裁判長(재판장)들은 이튿날까지 남겨 두는 것이 없는 ^ㅓ저녁 이리요
   
4. ^ㅕ그 先知者(선지자)들은 爲人(위인)이 輕率(경솔)하고 奸邪(간사)한 者(자)요 그 祭司長(제사장)들은 ^ㅗ聖所(성소)를 더럽히고 律法(률법)을 犯(범)하였도다
   
5. 그 中(중)에 居(거)하신 여호와는 ^ㅛ義(의)로우사 不義(불의)를 行(행)치 아니하시고 ^ㅜ아침마다 間斷(간단) 없이 自己(자기)의 公義(공의)를 나타내시거늘 ^ㅠ不義(불의)한 者(자)는 羞恥(수치)를 알지 못하는도다
   

1. Weh der "greulichen," "unflätigen," tyrannischen Stadt!
   
2. Sie will nicht gehorchen noch sich züchtigen lassen; sie will auf den HERRN nicht trauen noch sich zu ihrem Gott halten.
   
3. Ihre Fürsten sind unter ihnen brüllende Löwen und ihre Richter Wölfe am "Abend," die nichts bis auf den Morgen übriglassen.
   
4. Ihre Propheten sind leichtfertig und Verächter; ihre Priester entweihen das Heiligtum und deuten das Gesetz freventlich.
   
5. Der "HERR," der unter ihnen "ist," ist gerecht und tut kein Arges. Er läßt alle Morgen seine Rechte öffentlich lehren und läßt nicht ab; aber die bösen Leute wollen sich nicht schämen lernen.
   

1. Woe to the city of oppressors, rebellious and defiled!
   
2. She obeys no one, she accepts no correction. She does not trust in the LORD, she does not draw near to her God.
   
3. Her officials are roaring lions, her rulers are evening wolves, who leave nothing for the morning.
   
4. Her prophets are arrogant; they are treacherous men. Her priests profane the sanctuary and do violence to the law.
   
5. The LORD within her is righteous; he does no wrong. Morning by morning he dispenses his justice, and every new day he does not fail, yet the unrighteous know no shame.
   

6. ^으내가 列國(렬국)을 끊어 버렸으므로 그 望臺(망대)가 荒蕪(황무)하였고 내가 그 거리를 비게 하여 ^이지나는 者(자)가 없게 하였으므로 그 모든 城邑(성읍)이 荒廢(황폐)되며 사람이 없으며 居(거)할 者(자)가 없게 되었느니라
   
7. ^ㅐ내가 이르기를 너는 오직 나를 敬畏(경외)하고 ^ㄱ敎訓(교훈)을 받으라 그리하면 내가 刑罰(형벌)을 내리기로 定(정)하기는 하였거니와 너의 居處(거처)가 끊어지지 아니하리라 하였으나 ^ㄴ그들이 부지런히 그 모든 行爲(행위)를 더럽게 하였느니라
   
8. 나 여호와가 말하노라 그러므로 내가 일어나 罰(벌)할 날까지 너희는 ^ㄷ나를 기다리라 내가 뜻을 定(정)하고 나의 忿恨(분한)과 모든 震怒(진노)를 쏟으려고 ^ㄹ나라들을 召集(소집)하며 列國(렬국)을 모으리라 ^ㅁ온 땅이 나의 嫉妬(질투)의 불에 燒滅(소멸)되리라
   
9. 그 때에 ^ㅂ내가 列邦(열방)의 입술을 깨끗케 하여 그들로 다 나 여호와의 이름을 부르며 一心(일심)으로 섬기게 하리니
   
10. 내게 求(구)하는 百姓(백성)들 곧 내가 흩은 者(자)의 딸이 ^ㅅ구스 ^ㅇ河水(하수) 건너便(편)에서부터 禮物(예물)을 가지고 와서 내게 드릴지라
    

6. Ich habe Völker "ausgerottet," ihre Schlösser verwüstet und ihre Gassen so leer "gemacht," daß niemand darauf geht; ihre Städte sind "zerstört," daß niemand mehr da wohnt.
   
7. Ich ließ dir sagen: Mich sollst du fürchten und dich lassen züchtigen! so würde ihre Wohnung nicht ausgerottet und der keines "kommen," womit ich sie heimsuchen werde. Aber sie sind "fleißig," allerlei Bosheit zu üben.
   
8. Darum, spricht der "HERR," müsset ihr mein auch "harren," bis ich mich aufmache zu seiner "Zeit," da ich auch rechten werde und die Heiden versammeln und die Königreiche zuhauf "bringen," meinen Zorn über sie zu "schütten," "ja," allen Zorn meines Grimmes; denn alle Welt soll durch meines Eifers Feuer verzehrt werden.
   
9. Alsdann will ich den Völkern reine Lippen "geben," daß sie alle sollen des HERRN Namen anrufen und ihm einträchtig dienen.
   
10. Man wird mir meine "Anbeter," mein zerstreutes "Volk," von jenseit des Wassers im Mohrenlande herbeibringen zum Geschenk.
    

6. "I have cut off nations; their strongholds are demolished. I have left their streets deserted, with no one passing through. Their cities are destroyed; no one will be left--no one at all.
   
7. I said to the city, 'Surely you will fear me and accept correction!' Then her dwelling would not be cut off, nor all my punishments come upon her. But they were still eager to act corruptly in all they did.
   
8. Therefore wait for me," declares the LORD, "for the day I will stand up to testify. I have decided to assemble the nations, to gather the kingdoms and to pour out my wrath on them--all my fierce anger. The whole world will be consumed by the fire of my jealous anger.
   
9. "Then will I purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the LORD and serve him shoulder to shoulder.
   
10. From beyond the rivers of Cush my worshipers, my scattered people, will bring me offerings.
    

11. ^ㅈ그 날에 네가 내게 犯罪(범죄)한 모든 行爲(행위)를 因(인)하여 ^ㅊ羞恥(수치)를 當(당)하지 아니할 것은 그 때에 내가 ^ㅋ너의 中(중)에서 驕慢(교만)하여 자랑하는 者(자)를 除(제)하여 ^ㅌ너로 나의 聖山(성산)에서 다시는 驕慢(교만)하지 않게할 것임이니라
    
12. 내가 ^ㅍ困苦(곤고)하고 가난한 百姓(백성)을 너의 中(중)에 남겨 두리니 ^ㅎ그들이 여호와의 이름을 依託(의탁)하여 保護(보호)를 받을지라
    
13. ^ㅏ이스라엘의 남은 者(자)는 ^ㅑ惡(악)을 行(행)치 아니하며 거짓을 말하지 아니하며 ^ㅓ입에 詭譎(궤휼)한 혀가 없으며 ^ㅕ먹으며 누우나 놀라게 할 者(자)가 없으리라
    
14. 시온의 딸아 ^ㅗ노래할지어다 이스라엘아 기쁘게 부를지어다 예루살렘 딸아 全心(전심)으로 기뻐하며 즐거워할지어다
    
15. 여호와가 너의 刑罰(형벌)을 除(제)하였고 너의 怨讐(원수)를 쫓아 내었으며 ^ㅛ이스라엘 王(왕) ^ㅜ여호와가 너의 中(중)에 있으니 네가 다시는 禍(화)를 當(당)할까 두려워하지 아니할 것이라
    

11. Zur selben Zeit wirst du dich nicht mehr schämen alles deines "Tuns," womit du wider mich übertreten hast; denn ich will die stolzen Heiligen von dir "tun," daß du nicht mehr sollst dich überheben auf meinem heiligen Berge.
    
12. Ich will in dir lassen übrigbleiben ein "armes," geringes Volk; die werden auf des HERRN Namen trauen.
    
13. Die übrigen in Israel werden kein Böses tun noch Falsches "reden," und man wird in ihrem Munde keine betrügliche Zunge finden; sondern sie sollen weiden und ruhen ohne alle Furcht.
    
14. Jauchze, du Tochter Zion! "Rufe," Israel! Freue dich und sei fröhlich von ganzem "Herzen," du Tochter Jerusalem!
    
15. denn der HERR hat deine Strafe weggenommen und deine Feinde abgewendet. Der "HERR," der König "Israels," ist bei "dir," daß du dich vor keinem Unglück mehr fürchten darfst.
    

11. On that day you will not be put to shame for all the wrongs you have done to me, because I will remove from this city those who rejoice in their pride. Never again will you be haughty on my holy hill.
    
12. But I will leave within you the meek and humble, who trust in the name of the LORD.
    
13. The remnant of Israel will do no wrong; they will speak no lies, nor will deceit be found in their mouths. They will eat and lie down and no one will make them afraid."
    
14. Sing, O Daughter of Zion; shout aloud, O Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, O Daughter of Jerusalem!
    
15. The LORD has taken away your punishment, he has turned back your enemy. The LORD, the King of Israel, is with you; never again will you fear any harm.
    

16. 그 날에 사람이 예루살렘에게 이르기를 두려워하지 말라 시온아 ^ㅠ네 손을 늘어뜨리지 말라
    
17. 너의 하나님 여호와가 너의 가운데 계시니 그는 救援(구원)을 베푸실 ^으全能者(전능자)시라 그가 너로 因(인)하여 ^이기쁨을 이기지 못하여 하시며 너를 潛潛(잠잠)히 사랑하시며 너로 因(인)하여 즐거이 부르며 기뻐하시리라 하리라
    
18. 내가 ^ㅐ大會(대회)로 因(인)하여 근심하는 者(자)를 모으리니 그들은 네게 屬(속)한 者(자)라 너의 恥辱(치욕)이 그들에게 무거운 짐이 되었느니라
    
19. 그 때에 ^ㄱ내가 너를 괴롭게 하는 者(자)를 다 罰(벌)하고 ^ㄴ저는 者(자)를 救援(구원)하며 쫓겨난 者(자)를 모으며 ^ㄷ온 世上(세상)에서 羞辱(수욕) 받는 者(자)로 ^ㄹ稱讚(칭찬)과 名聲(명성)을 얻게 하리라
    
20. ^ㅁ내가 그 때에 너희를 이끌고 그 때에 너희를 모을찌라 ^ㅂ내가 너희 目前(목전)에서 너희 사로잡힘을 돌이킬 때에 너희로 天下(천하) 萬民(만민) 中(중)에서 名聲(명성)과 稱讚(칭찬)을 얻게 하리라 나 여호와의 말이니라
    

16. Zur selben Zeit wird man sprechen zu Jerusalem: Fürchte dich nicht! und zu Zion: Laß deine Hände nicht laß werden!
    
17. denn der "HERR," dein "Gott," ist bei "dir," ein starker Heiland; er wird sich über dich freuen und dir freundlich sein und vergeben und wird über dir mit Schall fröhlich sein.
    
18. Die "Geängsteten," so auf kein Fest "kommen," will ich zusammenbringen; denn sie gehören dir zu und müssen Schmach tragen.
    
19. Siehe, ich will's mit allen denen aus machen zur selben "Zeit," die dich "bedrängen," und will den Hinkenden helfen und die Verstoßenen sammeln und will sie zu Lob und Ehren machen in allen "Landen," darin man sie verachtet.
    
20. Zu der Zeit will ich euch hereinbringen und euch zu der Zeit versammeln. Denn ich will euch zu Lob und Ehren machen unter allen Völkern auf "Erden," wenn ich euer Gefängnis wenden werde vor euren "Augen," spricht der HERR.
    

16. On that day they will say to Jerusalem, "Do not fear, O Zion; do not let your hands hang limp.
    
17. The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing."
    
18. "The sorrows for the appointed feasts I will remove from you; they are a burden and a reproach to you.
    
19. At that time I will deal with all who oppressed you; I will rescue the lame and gather those who have been scattered. I will give them praise and honor in every land where they were put to shame.
    
20. At that time I will gather you; at that time I will bring you home. I will give you honor and praise among all the peoples of the earth when I restore your fortunes before your very eyes," says the LORD.
