And King Solomon offered a sacrifice of twenty-two thousand head of cattle and a hundred and twenty thousand sheep and goats. So the king and all the people dedicated the temple of God.

때에 祭司長(제사장)들은 職分(직분)대로 모셔서고 ^ㅂ레위 사람도 여호와의 樂器(악기)를 가지고 섰으니 이 樂器(악기)는 前(전)에 다윗 王(왕)이 레위 사람으로 여호와를 讚頌(찬송)하려고 만들어서 여호와의 仁慈(인자)하심이 永遠(영원)함을 感謝(감사)케 하던 것이라 ^ㅅ祭司長(제사장)은 무리 앞에서 나팔을 불고 온 이스라엘은 섰더라

^ㅇ솔로몬이 또 여호와의 殿(전) 앞뜰 가운데를 거룩히 區別(구별)하고 거기서 燔祭物(번제물)과 和睦祭(화목제)의 기름을 드렸으니 이는 솔로몬의 지은 놋壇(단)이 能(능)히 그 燔祭物(번제물)과 素祭物(소제물)과 기름을 容納(용납)할 수 없음이더라

그때에 솔로몬이 七日(칠일)동안 節期(절기)를 지켰는데 ^ㅈ하맛 어귀에서부터 ^ㅊ애굽 河水(하수)까지의 온 이스라엘의 甚(심)히 큰 會衆(회중)이 모여 저와 함께 하였더니

第(제) 八日(팔일)에 무리가 ^ㅋ한 聖會(성회)를 여니라 壇(단)의 落成式(락성식)을 七日(칠일) 동안 行(행)한 後(후) 이 節期(절기)를 七日(칠일) 동안 지키니라

七月(칠월) 二十三日(이십삼일)에 王(왕)이 百姓(백성)을 그 帳幕(장막)으로 돌려보내매 百姓(백성)이 여호와께서 다윗과 솔로몬과 그 百姓(백성) 이스라엘에게 베푸신 恩惠(은혜)를 因(인)하여 기뻐하며 마음에 즐거워하였더라

Les sacrificateurs se tenaient à leur poste, et les Lévites aussi avec les instruments faits en l'honneur de l'Éternel par le roi David pour le chant des louanges de l'Éternel, lorsque David les chargea de célébrer l'Éternel en disant: Car sa miséricorde dure à toujours! Les sacrificateurs sonnaient des trompettes vis-à-vis d'eux. Et tout Israël était là.

Salomon consacra le milieu du parvis, qui est devant la maison de l'Éternel; car il offrit là les holocaustes et les graisses des sacrifices d'actions de grâces, parce que l'autel d'airain qu'avait fait Salomon ne pouvait contenir les holocaustes, les offrandes et les graisses.

Salomon célébra la fête en ce temps-là pendant sept jours, et tout Israël avec lui; une grande multitude était venue depuis les environs de Hamath jusqu'au torrent d'Égypte.

Le huitième jour, ils eurent une assemblée solennelle; car ils firent la dédicace de l'autel pendant sept jours, et la fête pendant sept jours.

Le vingt-troisième jour du septième mois, Salomon renvoya dans ses tentes le peuple joyeux et content pour le bien que l'Éternel avait fait à David, à Salomon, et à Israël, son peuple.

The priests took their positions, as did the Levites with the LORD'S musical instruments, which King David had made for praising the LORD and which were used when he gave thanks, saying, "His love endures forever." Opposite the Levites, the priests blew their trumpets, and all the Israelites were standing.

Solomon consecrated the middle part of the courtyard in front of the temple of the LORD, and there he offered burnt offerings and the fat of the fellowship offerings, because the bronze altar he had made could not hold the burnt offerings, the grain offerings and the fat portions.

So Solomon observed the festival at that time for seven days, and all Israel with him--a vast assembly, people from Lebo Hamath to the Wadi of Egypt.

On the eighth day they held an assembly, for they had celebrated the dedication of the altar for seven days and the festival for seven days more.

On the twenty-third day of the seventh month he sent the people to their homes, joyful and glad in heart for the good things the LORD had done for David and Solomon and for his people Israel.

^ㅌ솔로몬이 여호와의 殿(전)과 王宮(왕궁)을 畢役(필역)하고 무릇 그 心中(심중)에 여호와의 殿(전)과 自己(자기)의 宮闕(궁궐)에 어떻게 만들고자 한 것을 다 亨通(형통)하게 이루니라

밤에 여호와께서 솔로몬에게 나타나사 이르시되 내가 이미 네 祈禱(기도)를 듣고 ^ㅍ이곳을 擇(택)하여 내게 祭祀(제사)하는 殿(전)을 삼았으니

^ㅎ或(혹) 내가 하늘을 닫고 비를 내리지 아니하거나 或(혹) 메뚜기로 土産(토산)을 먹게 하거나 或(혹) 染病(염병)으로 내 百姓(백성) 가운데 流行(류행)하게 할 때에

내 이름으로 일컫는 내 百姓(백성)이 그 惡(악)한 길에서 떠나 ^ㅏ스스로 兼備(겸비)하고 祈禱(기도)하여 내 얼굴을 求(구)하면 내가 하늘에서 듣고 그 罪(죄)를 赦(사)하고 그 땅을 고칠지라

^ㅑ이곳에서 하는 祈禱(기도)에 내가 눈을 들고 귀를 기울이리니

Lorsque Salomon eut achevé la maison de l'Éternel et la maison du roi, et qu'il eut réussi dans tout ce qu'il s'était proposé de faire dans la maison de l'Éternel et dans la maison du roi,

l'Éternel apparut à Salomon pendant la nuit, et lui dit: J'exauce ta prière, et je choisis ce lieu comme la maison où l'on devra m'offrir des sacrifices.

Quand je fermerai le ciel et qu'il n'y aura point de pluie, quand j'ordonnerai aux sauterelles de consumer le pays, quand j'enverrai la peste parmi mon peuple;

si mon peuple sur qui est invoqué mon nom s'humilie, prie, et cherche ma face, et s'il se détourne de ses mauvaises voies, #NAME? l'exaucerai des cieux, je lui pardonnerai son péché, et je guérirai son pays.

Mes yeux seront ouverts désormais, et mes oreilles seront attentives à la prière faite en ce lieu.

When Solomon had finished the temple of the LORD and the royal palace, and had succeeded in carrying out all he had in mind to do in the temple of the LORD and in his own palace,

the LORD appeared to him at night and said: "I have heard your prayer and have chosen this place for myself as a temple for sacrifices.

"When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people,

if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place.

이는 내가 이미 이 殿(전)을 擇(택)하고 거룩하게 하여 내 이름으로 여기 永永(영영)히 있게 하였음이라 내 눈과 내 마음이 恒常(항상) 여기 있으리라

네가 萬一(만일) 내 앞에서 行(행)하기를 네 아비 다윗 같이 하여 내가 네게 命(명)한 모든 것을 行(행)하여 내 律例(율례)와 規例(규례)를 지키면

내가 네 나라 位(위)를 堅固(견고)케 하되 前(전)에 내가 네 아비 다윗과 言約(언약)하기를 ^ㅓ이스라엘을 다스릴 者(자)가 네게서 끊어지지 아니하리라 한 대로 하리라

^ㅕ그러나 너희가 萬一(만일) 돌이켜 내가 너희 앞에 둔 내 律例(율례)와 命令(명령)을 버리고 가서 다른 神(신)을 섬겨 崇拜(숭배)하면

내가 저희에게 준 땅에서 ^ㅗ그 뿌리를 뽑아내고 내 이름을 爲(위)하여 거룩하게 한 이 殿(전)을 내 앞에서 버려 모든 民族(민족) 中(중)에 ^ㅛ俗談(속담)거리와 이야기거리가 되게 하리니

Maintenant, je choisis et je sanctifie cette maison pour que mon nom y réside à jamais, et j'aurai toujours là mes yeux et mon coeur.

Et toi, si tu marches en ma présence comme a marché David, ton père, faisant tout ce que je t'ai commandé, et si tu observes mes lois et mes ordonnances,

j'affermirai le trône de ton royaume, comme je l'ai promis à David, ton père, en disant: Tu ne manqueras jamais d'un successeur qui règne en Israël.

Mais si vous vous détournez, si vous abandonnez mes lois et mes commandements que je vous ai prescrits, et si vous allez servir d'autres dieux et vous prosterner devant eux,

je vous arracherai de mon pays que je vous ai donné, je rejetterai loin de moi cette maison que j'ai consacrée à mon nom, et j'en ferai un sujet de sarcasme et de raillerie parmi tous les peuples.

I have chosen and consecrated this temple so that my Name may be there forever. My eyes and my heart will always be there.

"As for you, if you walk before me as David your father did, and do all I command, and observe my decrees and laws,

I will establish your royal throne, as I covenanted with David your father when I said, 'You shall never fail to have a man to rule over Israel.'

"But if you turn away and forsake the decrees and commands I have given you and go off to serve other gods and worship them,

then I will uproot Israel from my land, which I have given them, and will reject this temple I have consecrated for my Name. I will make it a byword and an object of ridicule among all peoples.

이 殿(전)이 비록 높을지라도 무릇 그리로 지나가는 者(자)가 놀라 가로되 ^ㅜ여호와께서 무슨 까닭으로 이 땅과 이 殿(전)에 이같이 行(행)하셨는고하면

對答(대답)하기를 저희가 自己(자기) 列祖(열조)를 애굽 땅에서 引導(인도)하여 내신 自己(자기) 하나님 여호와를 버리고 다른 神(신)에게 附從(부종)하여 그를 崇拜(숭배)하여 섬기므로 여호와께서 이 모든 災殃(재앙)을 저희에게 내리셨다 하리라 하셨더라

ㅜ신29:24 렘22:8,9

Et si haut placée qu'ait été cette maison, quiconque passera près d'elle sera dans l'étonnement, et dira: Pourquoi l'Éternel a-t-il ainsi traité ce pays et cette maison?

Et l'on répondra: Parce qu'ils ont abandonné l'Éternel, le Dieu de leurs pères, qui les a fait sortir du pays d'Égypte, parce qu'ils se sont attachés à d'autres dieux, se sont prosternés devant eux et les ont servis; voilà pourquoi il a fait venir sur eux tous ces maux.

And though this temple is now so imposing, all who pass by will be appalled and say, 'Why has the LORD done such a thing to this land and to this temple?'

People will answer, 'Because they have forsaken the LORD, the God of their fathers, who brought them out of Egypt, and have embraced other gods, worshiping and serving them--that is why he brought all this disaster on them.'"
