1. ^ㄱ므낫세가 位(위)에 나아갈 때에 나이 十二歲(십이세)라 예루살렘에서 五十五年(오십오년)을 治理(치리)하며
   
2. 여호와 보시기에 惡(악)을 行(행)하여 여호와께서 이스라엘 子孫(자손) 앞에서 쫓아내신 ^ㄴ異邦(이방) 사람의 可憎(가증)한 일을 本(본)받아
   
3. 그 ^ㄷ父親(부친) 히스기야의 헐어버린 山堂(산당)을 다시 세우며 바알들을 爲(위)하여 壇(단)을 쌓으며 ^ㄹ아세라 木像(목상)을 만들며 ^ㅁ하늘의 日月(일월) 星辰(성신)을 崇拜(숭배)하여 섬기며
   
4. 여호와께서 前(전)에 이르시기를 ^ㅂ내가 내 이름을 예루살렘에 永永(영영)히 두리라 하신 여호와의 殿(전)에 壇(단)들을 쌓고
   
5. 또 ^ㅅ여호와의 殿(전) 두 마당에 하늘의 日月(일월) 星辰(성신)을 爲(위)하여 壇(단)들을 쌓고
   

1. Manassé avait douze ans lorsqu'il devint roi, et il régna cinquante-cinq ans à Jérusalem.
   
2. Il fit ce qui est mal aux yeux de l'Éternel, selon les abominations des nations que l'Éternel avait chassées devant les enfants d'Israël.
   
3. Il rebâtit les hauts lieux qu'Ézéchias, son père, avait renversés; il éleva des autels aux Baals, il fit des idoles d'Astarté, et il se prosterna devant toute l'armée des cieux et la servit.
   
4. Il bâtit des autels dans la maison de l'Éternel, quoique l'Éternel eût dit: C'est dans Jérusalem que sera mon nom à perpétuité.
   
5. Il bâtit des autels à toute l'armée des cieux dans les deux parvis de la maison de l'Éternel.
   

1. Manasseh was twelve years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem fifty-five years.
   
2. He did evil in the eyes of the LORD, following the detestable practices of the nations the LORD had driven out before the Israelites.
   
3. He rebuilt the high places his father Hezekiah had demolished; he also erected altars to the Baals and made Asherah poles. He bowed down to all the starry hosts and worshiped them.
   
4. He built altars in the temple of the LORD, of which the LORD had said, "My Name will remain in Jerusalem forever."
   
5. In both courts of the temple of the LORD, he built altars to all the starry hosts.
   

6. ^ㅇ또 힌놈의 아들 골짜기에서 ^ㅈ그 아들들을 불 가운데로 지나게 하며 또 ^ㅊ占(점)치며 邪術(사술)과 妖術(요술)을 行(행)하며 ^ㅋ神接(신접)한 者(자)와 박수를 信任(신임)하여 여호와 보시기에 惡(악)을 많이 行(행)하여 그 震怒(진노)를 激發(격발)하였으며
   
7. 또 ^ㅌ自己(자기)가 만든 아로새긴 木像(목상)을 하나님의 殿(전)에 세웠더라 옛적에 하나님이 이 殿(전)에 對(대)하여 다윗과 그 아들 솔로몬에게 이르시기를 내가 이스라엘 모든 支派(지파) 中(중)에서 擇(택)한 이 殿(전)과 예루살렘에 내 이름을 永遠(영원)히 둘지라
   
8. 萬一(만일) 이스라엘 사람이 내가 命(명)한 일 곧 모세로 傳(전)한 모든 律法(률법)과 律例(율례)와 規例(규례)를 지켜 行(행)하면 내가 그들의 발로 다시는 ^ㅍ그 列祖(열조)에게 定(정)하여 준 땅에서 옮기지 않게 하리라 하셨으나
   
9. 유다와 예루살렘 居民(거민)이 므낫세의 꾀임을 받고 惡(악)을 行(행)한 것이 여호와께서 이스라엘 子孫(자손) 앞에서 滅(멸)하신 列邦(열방)보다 더욱 甚(심)하였더라
   
10. 여호와께서 므낫세와 그 百姓(백성)에게 이르셨으나 저희가 듣지 아니한 故(고)로
    

6. Il fit passer ses fils par le feu dans la vallée des fils de Hinnom; il observait les nuages et les serpents pour en tirer des pronostics, il s'adonnait à la magie, et il établit des gens qui évoquaient les esprits et qui prédisaient l'avenir. Il fit de plus en plus ce qui est mal aux yeux de l'Éternel, afin de l'irriter.
   
7. Il plaça l'image taillée de l'idole qu'il avait faite dans la maison de Dieu, de laquelle Dieu avait dit à David et à Salomon, son fils: C'est dans cette maison, et c'est dans Jérusalem que j'ai choisie parmi toutes les tribus d'Israël, que je veux à toujours placer mon nom.
   
8. Je ne ferai plus sortir Israël du pays que j'ai destiné à vos pères, pourvu seulement qu'ils aient soin de mettre en pratique tout ce que je leur ai commandé, selon toute la loi, les préceptes et les ordonnances prescrits par Moïse.
   
9. Mais Manassé fut cause que Juda et les habitants de Jérusalem s'égarèrent et firent le mal plus que les nations que l'Éternel avait détruites devant les enfants d'Israël.
   
10. L'Éternel parla à Manassé et à son peuple, et ils n'y firent point attention.
    

6. He sacrificed his sons in the fire in the Valley of Ben Hinnom, practiced sorcery, divination and witchcraft, and consulted mediums and spiritists. He did much evil in the eyes of the LORD, provoking him to anger.
   
7. He took the carved image he had made and put it in God's temple, of which God had said to David and to his son Solomon, "In this temple and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, I will put my Name forever.
   
8. I will not again make the feet of the Israelites leave the land I assigned to your forefathers, if only they will be careful to do everything I commanded them concerning all the laws, decrees and ordinances given through Moses."
   
9. But Manasseh led Judah and the people of Jerusalem astray, so that they did more evil than the nations the LORD had destroyed before the Israelites.
   
10. The LORD spoke to Manasseh and his people, but they paid no attention.
    

11. ^ㅎ여호와께서 앗수르 王(왕)의 軍隊(군대) 長官(장관)들로 와서 치게 하시매 저희가 므낫세를 사로잡고 ^ㅏ쇠사슬로 結縛(결박)하여 ^ㅑ바벨론으로 끌어 간지라
    
12. 저가 患難(환난)을 當(당)하여 그 하나님 여호와께 懇求(간구)하고 ^ㅓ그 列祖(열조)의 하나님 앞에 크게 兼備(겸비)하여
    
13. 祈禱(기도)한 故(고)로 ^ㅕ하나님이 그 祈禱(기도)를 받으시며 그 懇求(간구)를 들으시사 저로 예루살렘에 돌아와서 다시 王位(왕위)에 居(거)하게 하시매 ^ㅗ므낫세가 그제야 여호와께서 하나님이신 줄을 알았더라
    
14. 그 後(후)에 ^ㅛ다윗 城(성) 밖 기혼 西便(서편) 골짜기 안에 外城(외성)을 쌓되 ^ㅜ生鮮門(생선문) 어귀까지 이르러 ^ㅠ오벨을 둘러 甚(심)히 높이 쌓고 또 유다 모든 堅固(견고)한 城邑(성읍)에 軍隊(군대) 長官(장관)을 두며
    
15. ^으異邦(이방) 神(신)들과 여호와의 殿(전)의 偶像(우상)을 除(제)하며 여호와의 殿(전)을 建築(건축)한 山(산)에와 예루살렘에 쌓은 모든 壇(단)을 다 城(성) 밖에 던지고
    

11. Alors l'Éternel fit venir contre eux les chefs de l'armée du roi d'Assyrie, qui saisirent Manassé et le mirent dans les fers; ils le lièrent avec des chaînes d'airain, et le menèrent à Babylone.
    
12. Lorsqu'il fut dans la détresse, il implora l'Éternel, son Dieu, et il s'humilia profondément devant le Dieu de ses pères.
    
13. Il lui adressa ses prières; et l'Éternel, se laissant fléchir, exauça ses supplications, et le ramena à Jérusalem dans son royaume. Et Manassé reconnut que l'Éternel est Dieu.
    
14. Après cela, il bâtit en dehors de la ville de David, à l'occident, vers Guihon dans la vallée, un mur qui se prolongeait jusqu'à la porte des poissons et dont il entoura la colline, et il s'éleva à une grande hauteur; il mit aussi des chefs militaires dans toutes les villes fortes de Juda.
    
15. Il fit disparaître de la maison de l'Éternel les dieux étrangers et l'idole, et il renversa tous les autels qu'il avait bâtis sur la montagne de la maison de l'Éternel et à Jérusalem; et il les jeta hors de la ville.
    

11. So the LORD brought against them the army commanders of the king of Assyria, who took Manasseh prisoner, put a hook in his nose, bound him with bronze shackles and took him to Babylon.
    
12. In his distress he sought the favor of the LORD his God and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers.
    
13. And when he prayed to him, the LORD was moved by his entreaty and listened to his plea; so he brought him back to Jerusalem and to his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the LORD is God.
    
14. Afterward he rebuilt the outer wall of the City of David, west of the Gihon spring in the valley, as far as the entrance of the Fish Gate and encircling the hill of Ophel; he also made it much higher. He stationed military commanders in all the fortified cities in Judah.
    
15. He got rid of the foreign gods and removed the image from the temple of the LORD, as well as all the altars he had built on the temple hill and in Jerusalem; and he threw them out of the city.
    

16. 여호와의 壇(단)을 重數(중수)하고 和睦祭(화목제)와 感謝祭(감사제)를 그 壇(단) 위에 드리고 유다를 命(명)하여 이스라엘 하나님 여호와를 섬기라 하매
    
17. ^이百姓(백성)이 그 하나님 여호와께만 祭祀(제사)를 드렸으나 오히려 山堂(산당)에서 祭祀(제사)를 드렸더라
    
18. 므낫세의 남은 事蹟(사적)과 그 ^ㅐ하나님께 祈禱(기도)한 말씀과 ^ㄱ先見者(선견자)가 이스라엘 하나님 여호와의 이름을 받들고 勸(권)한 말씀이 모두 ^ㄴ이스라엘 列王(열왕)의 行狀(행장)에 記錄(기록)되었고
    
19. 또 그 祈禱(기도)와 그 祈禱(기도)를 들으신 것과 그 모든 罪(죄)와 愆過(건과)와 兼備(겸비)하기 殿(전)에 ^ㄷ山堂(산당)을 세운 곳과 아세라 木像(목상)과 偶像(우상)을 세운 곳들이 다 호새의 史記(사기)에 記錄(기록)되니라
    
20. 므낫세가 그 列祖(열조)와 함께 자매 그 宮(궁)에 葬事(장사)하고 그 아들 아몬이 代身(대신)하여 王(왕)이 되니라
    

16. Il rétablit l'autel de l'Éternel et y offrit des sacrifices d'actions de grâces et de reconnaissance, et il ordonna à Juda de servir l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël.
    
17. Le peuple sacrifiait bien encore sur les hauts lieux, mais seulement à l'Éternel, son Dieu.
    
18. Le reste des actions de Manassé, sa prière à son Dieu, et les paroles des prophètes qui lui parlèrent au nom de l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël, cela est écrit dans les actes des rois d'Israël.
    
19. Sa prière et la manière dont Dieu l'exauça, ses péchés et ses infidélités, les places où il bâtit des hauts lieux et dressa des idoles et des images taillées avant de s'être humilié, cela est écrit dans le livre de Hozaï.
    
20. Manassé se coucha avec ses pères, et on l'enterra dans sa maison. Et Amon, son fils, régna à sa place.
    

16. Then he restored the altar of the LORD and sacrificed fellowship offerings and thank offerings on it, and told Judah to serve the LORD, the God of Israel.
    
17. The people, however, continued to sacrifice at the high places, but only to the LORD their God.
    
18. The other events of Manasseh's reign, including his prayer to his God and the words the seers spoke to him in the name of the LORD, the God of Israel, are written in the annals of the kings of Israel.
    
19. His prayer and how God was moved by his entreaty, as well as all his sins and unfaithfulness, and the sites where he built high places and set up Asherah poles and idols before he humbled himself--all are written in the records of the seers.
    
20. Manasseh rested with his fathers and was buried in his palace. And Amon his son succeeded him as king.
    

21. ^ㄹ아몬이 位(위)에 나아갈 때에 나이 二十二歲(이십이세)라 예루살렘에서 二年(이년)을 治理(치리)하며
    
22. 그 父親(부친) 므낫세의 行(행)함같이 여호와 보시기에 惡(악)을 行(행)하여 그 父親(부친) 므낫세가 만든 아로새긴 모든 ^ㅁ偶像(우상)에게 祭祀(제사)하여 섬겼으며
    
23. 이 아몬이 그 父親(부친) ^ㅂ므낫세의 스스로 兼備(겸비)함 같이 여호와 앞에서 스스로 兼備(겸비)치 아니하고 더욱 犯罪(범죄)하더니
    
24. 그 信服(신복)이 叛逆(반역)하여 王(왕)을 宮中(궁중)에서 죽이매
    
25. 國民(국민)이 아몬 王(왕)을 叛逆(반역)한 사람들을 다 죽이고 그 아들 요시야로 代身(대신)하여 王(왕)을 삼으니라
    

21. Amon avait vingt-deux ans lorsqu'il devint roi, et il régna deux ans à Jérusalem.
    
22. Il fit ce qui est mal aux yeux de l'Éternel, comme avait fait Manassé, son père; il sacrifia à toutes les images taillées qu'avait faites Manassé, son père, et il les servit;
    
23. et il ne s'humilia pas devant l'Éternel, comme s'était humilié Manassé, son père, car lui, Amon, se rendit de plus en plus coupable.
    
24. Ses serviteurs conspirèrent contre lui, et le firent mourir dans sa maison.
    
25. Mais le peuple du pays frappa tous ceux qui avaient conspiré contre le roi Amon; et le peuple du pays établit roi Josias, son fils, à sa place.
    

21. Amon was twenty-two years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem two years.
    
22. He did evil in the eyes of the LORD, as his father Manasseh had done. Amon worshiped and offered sacrifices to all the idols Manasseh had made.
    
23. But unlike his father Manasseh, he did not humble himself before the LORD; Amon increased his guilt.
    
24. Amon's officials conspired against him and assassinated him in his palace.
    
25. Then the people of the land killed all who had plotted against King Amon, and they made Josiah his son king in his place.
