  1. 바울이 더베와 루스드라에도 이르매 거기 디모데라 하는 弟子(제자)가 있으니 그 母親(모친)은 믿는 유대 女子(녀자)요 父親(부친)은 헬라人(인)이라
  2. 디모데는 루스드라와 이고니온에 있는 兄弟(형제)들에게 稱讚(칭찬) 받는 者(자)니
  3. 바울이 그를 데리고 떠나고자 할 새 그 地境(지경)에 있는 유대人(인)을 因(인)하여 그를 데려다가 割禮(할례)를 行(행)하니 이는 그 사람들이 그의 父親(부친)은 헬라人(인)인 줄 다 앎이러라
  4. 여러 城(성)으로 다녀 갈 때에 예루살렘에 있는 使徒(사도)와 長老(장로)들의 作定(작정)한 規例(규례)를 저희에게 주어 지키게 하니
  5. 이에 여러 敎會(교회)가 믿음이 더 굳어지고 數(수)가 날마다 더하니라

  1. Er kam aber gen Derbe und Lystra; und "siehe," ein Jünger war daselbst mit Namen "Timotheus," eines jüdischen Weibes "Sohn," die war "gläubig," aber eines griechischen Vaters.
  2. Der hatte ein gut Gerücht bei den Brüdern unter den Lystranern und zu Ikonion.
  3. Diesen wollte Paulus mit sich ziehen lassen und nahm und beschnitt ihn um der Juden "willen," die an den Orten waren; denn sie wußten "alle," daß sein Vater war ein Grieche gewesen.
  4. Wie sie aber durch die Städte "zogen," überantworteten sie "ihnen," zu halten den "Spruch," welcher von den Aposteln und den Ältesten beschlossen war. {~} {~} {~}
  5. Da wurden die Gemeinden im Glauben befestigt und nahmen zu an der Zahl täglich.
  1. He came to Derbe and then to Lystra, where a disciple named Timothy lived, whose mother was a Jewess and a believer, but whose father was a Greek.
  2. The brothers at Lystra and Iconium spoke well of him.
  3. Paul wanted to take him along on the journey, so he circumcised him because of the Jews who lived in that area, for they all knew that his father was a Greek.
  4. As they traveled from town to town, they delivered the decisions reached by the apostles and elders in Jerusalem for the people to obey.
  5. So the churches were strengthened in the faith and grew daily in numbers.
  1. 聖靈(성령)이 아시아에서 말씀을 傳(전)하지 못하게 하시거늘 브루기아와 갈라디아 땅으로 다녀가
  2. 무시아 앞에 이르러 비두니아로 가고자 애쓰되 예수의 靈(영)이 許諾(허락)지 아니하시는지라
  3. 무시아를 지나 드로아로 내려 갔는데
  4. 밤에 幻像(환상)이 바울에게 보이니 마게도냐 사람 하나가 서서 그에게 請(청)하여 가로되 마게도냐로 건너와서 우리를 도우라 하거늘
  5. 바울이 이 幻像(환상)을 본 後(후)에 우리가 곧 마게도냐로 떠나기를 힘쓰니 이는 하나님이 저 사람들에게 福音(복음)을 傳(전)하라고 우리를 부르신줄로 認定(인정)함이러라

  1. Da sie aber durch Phrygien und das Land Galatien "zogen," ward ihnen gewehrt von dem heiligen "Geiste," zu reden das Wort in Asien.
  2. Als sie aber kamen an "Mysien," versuchten "sie," durch Bithynien zu reisen; und der Geist ließ es ihnen nicht zu.
  3. Sie zogen aber an Mysien vorüber und kamen hinab gen Troas.
  4. Und Paulus erschien ein Gesicht bei der Nacht; das war ein Mann aus "Mazedonien," der stand und bat ihn und sprach: Komm herüber nach Mazedonien und hilf uns!
  5. Als er aber das Gesicht gesehen "hatte," da trachteten wir "alsobald," zu reisen nach "Mazedonien," "gewiß," daß uns der HERR dahin berufen "hätte," ihnen das Evangelium zu predigen.
  1. Paul and his companions traveled throughout the region of Phrygia and Galatia, having been kept by the Holy Spirit from preaching the word in the province of Asia.
  2. When they came to the border of Mysia, they tried to enter Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus would not allow them to.
  3. So they passed by Mysia and went down to Troas.
  4. During the night Paul had a vision of a man of Macedonia standing and begging him, "Come over to Macedonia and help us."
  5. After Paul had seen the vision, we got ready at once to leave for Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to preach the gospel to them.
  1. 드로아에서 배로 떠나 사모드라게로 直行(직행)하여 이튿날 네압볼리로 가고
  2. 거기서 빌립보에 이르니 이는 마게도냐 地境(지경) 첫 城(성)이요 또 로마의 植民地(식민지)라 이 城(성)에서 數日(수일)을 留(유)하다가
  3. 安息日(안식일)에 우리가 祈禱處(기도처)가 있는가 하여 門(문) 밖 江(강)가에 나가 거기 앉아서 모인 女子(녀자)들에게 말하더니
  4. 두아디라城(성)의 紫紬(자주) 장사로서 하나님을 恭敬(공경)하는 루디아라 하는 한 女子(녀자)가 들었는데 主(주)께서 그 마음을 열어 바울의 말을 聽從(청종)하게 하신지라
  5. 저와 그 집이 다 洗禮(세례)를 받고 우리에게 請(청)하여 가로되 萬一(만일) 나를 主(주) 믿는 者(자)로 알거든 내 집에 들어와 留(유)하라 하고 强勸(강권)하여 있게 하니라

  1. Da fuhren wir aus von Troas; und geradewegs kamen wir gen "Samothrazien," des andern Tages gen Neapolis
  2. und von da gen "Philippi," welches ist die Hauptstadt des Landes Mazedonien und eine Freistadt. Wir hatten aber in dieser Stadt unser Wesen etliche Tage.
  3. Am Tage des Sabbats gingen wir hinaus vor die Stadt an das "Wasser," da man pflegte zu "beten," und setzten uns und redeten zu den "Weibern," die da zusammenkamen.
  4. Und ein gottesfürchtiges Weib mit Namen "Lydia," eine Purpurkrämerin aus der Stadt der "Thyathirer," hörte zu; dieser tat der HERR das Herz "auf," daß sie darauf "achthatte," was von Paulus geredet ward.
  5. Als sie aber und ihr Haus getauft "ward," ermahnte sie uns und sprach: So ihr mich "achtet," daß ich gläubig bin an den "HERRN," so kommt in mein Haus und bleibt allda. Und sie nötigte uns.
  1. From Troas we put out to sea and sailed straight for Samothrace, and the next day on to Neapolis.
  2. From there we traveled to Philippi, a Roman colony and the leading city of that district of Macedonia. And we stayed there several days.
  3. On the Sabbath we went outside the city gate to the river, where we expected to find a place of prayer. We sat down and began to speak to the women who had gathered there.
  4. One of those listening was a woman named Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth from the city of Thyatira, who was a worshiper of God. The Lord opened her heart to respond to Paul's message.
  5. When she and the members of her household were baptized, she invited us to her home. "If you consider me a believer in the Lord," she said, "come and stay at my house." And she persuaded us.
  1. 우리가 祈禱(기도)하는 곳에 가다가 占(점)하는 鬼神(귀신) 들린 女(여)종 하나를 만나니 占(점)으로 그 주인들을 크게 利(이)하게 하는지라
  2. 바울과 우리를 좇아와서 소리 질러 가로되 이 사람들은 至極(지극)히 높은 하나님의 종으로 救援(구원)의 길을 너희에게 傳(전)하는 者(자)라 하며
  3. 이같이 여러 날을 하는지라 바울이 甚(심)히 괴로와하여 돌이켜 그 鬼神(귀신)에게 이르되 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 내가 네게 命(명)하노니 그에게서 나오라 하니 鬼神(귀신)이 卽時(즉시) 나오니라
  4. 종의 主人(주인)들은 自己(자기) 利益(리익)의 所望(소망)이 끊어진 것을 보고 바울과 실라를 잡아 가지고 저자로 官員(관원)들에게 끌어 갔다가
  5. 上官(상관)들 앞에 데리고 가서 말하되 이 사람들이 유대人(인)인데 우리 城(성)을 甚(심)히 擾亂(요란)케 하여

  1. Es geschah "aber," da wir zu dem Gebet "gingen," daß eine Magd uns "begegnete," die hatte einen Wahrsagergeist und trug ihren Herren viel Gewinnst zu mit Wahrsagen.
  2. Die folgte allenthalben Paulus und uns "nach," schrie und sprach: Diese Menschen sind die Knechte Gottes des "Allerhöchsten," die euch den Weg der Seligkeit verkündigen.
  3. Solches tat sie manchen Tag. Paulus aber tat das "wehe," und er wandte sich um und sprach zu dem Geiste: Ich gebiete dir in dem Namen Jesu "Christi," daß du von ihr ausfahrest. Und er fuhr aus zu derselben Stunde.
  4. Da aber die Herren "sahen," daß die Hoffnung ihres Gewinnstes war "ausgefahren," nahmen sie Paulus und "Silas," zogen sie auf den Markt vor die Obersten
  5. und führten sie zu den Hauptleuten und sprachen: Diese Menschen machen unsere Stadt irre; sie sind Juden
  1. Once when we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a slave girl who had a spirit by which she predicted the future. She earned a great deal of money for her owners by fortune-telling.
  2. This girl followed Paul and the rest of us, shouting, "These men are servants of the Most High God, who are telling you the way to be saved."
  3. She kept this up for many days. Finally Paul became so troubled that he turned around and said to the spirit, "In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her!" At that moment the spirit left her.
  4. When the owners of the slave girl realized that their hope of making money was gone, they seized Paul and Silas and dragged them into the marketplace to face the authorities.
  5. They brought them before the magistrates and said, "These men are Jews, and are throwing our city into an uproar
  1. 로마 사람인 우리가 받지도 못하고 行(행)치도 못할 風俗(풍속)을 傳(전)한다 하거늘
  2. 무리가 一齊(일제)히 일어나 訟事(송사)하니 上官(상관)들이 옷을 찢어 벗기고 매로 치라 하여
  3. 많이 친 後(후)에 獄(옥)에 가두고 看守(간수)에게 吩咐(분부)하여 든든히 지키라 하니
  4. 그가 이러한 令(영)을 받아 저희를 깊은 獄(옥)에 가두고 그 발을 着錮(착고)에 든든히 채웠더니
  5. 밤中(중)쯤 되어 바울과 실라가 祈禱(기도)하고 하나님을 讚美(찬미)하매 罪囚(죄수)들이 듣더라

  1. und verkündigen eine "Weise," welche uns nicht ziemt anzunehmen noch zu "tun," weil wir Römer sind.
  2. Und das Volk ward erregt wider sie; und die Hauptleute ließen ihnen die Kleider abreißen und hießen sie stäupen.
  3. Und da sie sie wohl gestäupt "hatten," warfen sie sie ins Gefängnis und geboten dem "Kerkermeister," daß er sie wohl verwahrte. {~}
  4. Der, da er solches Gebot empfangen "hatte," warf sie in das innerste Gefängnis und legte ihre Füße in den Stock.
  5. Um Mitternacht aber beteten Paulus und Silas und lobten Gott. Und es hörten sie die Gefangenen.

  2. The crowd joined in the attack against Paul and Silas, and the magistrates ordered them to be stripped and beaten.

  4. Upon receiving such orders, he put them in the inner cell and fastened their feet in the stocks.
  5. About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them.
  1. 이에 忽然(홀연)히 큰 地震(지진)이 나서 獄(옥)터가 움직이고 門(문)이 곧 다 열리며 모든 사람의 매인 것이 다 벗어진지라
  2. 看守(간수)가 자다가 깨어 獄門(옥문)들이 열린 것을 보고 罪囚(죄수)들이 逃亡(도망)한 줄 생각하고 검을 빼어 自決(자결)하려 하거늘
  3. 바울이 크게 소리질러 가로되 네 몸을 傷(상)하지 말라 우리가 다 여기 있노라 하니
  4. 看守(간수)가 燈(등)불을 달라고 하며 뛰어 들어가 무서워 떨며 바울과 실라 앞에 俯伏(부복)하고
  5. 저희를 데리고 나가 가로되 先生(선생)들아 내가 어떻게 하여야 救援(구원)을 얻으리이까 하거늘

  1. Schnell aber ward ein großes "Erdbeben," also daß sich bewegten die Grundfesten des Gefängnisses. Und von Stund an wurden alle Türen aufgetan und aller Bande los.
  2. Als aber der Kerkermeister aus dem Schlafe fuhr und sah die Türen des Gefängnisses "aufgetan," zog er das Schwert aus und wollte sich selbst erwürgen; denn er meinte die Gefangenen wären entflohen.
  3. Paulus rief aber laut und sprach: Tu dir nichts Übles; denn wir sind alle hier!
  4. Er forderte aber ein Licht und sprang hinein und ward zitternd und fiel Paulus und Silas zu den Füßen
  5. und führte sie heraus und sprach: Liebe "Herren," was soll ich "tun," daß ich selig werde?
  1. Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everybody's chains came loose.
  2. The jailer woke up, and when he saw the prison doors open, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself because he thought the prisoners had escaped.
  3. But Paul shouted, "Don't harm yourself! We are all here!"
  4. The jailer called for lights, rushed in and fell trembling before Paul and Silas.
  5. He then brought them out and asked, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?"
  1. 가로되 主(주) 예수를 믿으라 그리하면 너와 네 집이 救援(구원)을 얻으리라 하고
  2. 主(주)의 말씀을 그 사람과 그 집에 있는 모든 사람에게 傳(전)하더라
  3. 밤 그 時(시)에 看守(간수)가 저희를 데려다가 그 맞은 자리를 씻기고 自己(자기)와 그 眷屬(권속)이 다 洗禮(세례)를 받은 後(후)
  4. 저희를 데리고 自己(자기) 집에 올라가서 飮食(음식)을 차려 주고 저와 온 집이 하나님을 믿었으므로 크게 기뻐하니라
  5. 날이 새매 相關(상관)들이 衙前(아전)을 보내어 이 사람들을 놓으라 하니

  1. Sie sprachen: Glaube an den HERRN Jesus "Christus," so wirst du und dein Haus selig!
  2. Und sie sagten ihm das Wort des HERRN und "allen," die in seinem Hause waren.
  3. Und er nahm sie zu sich in derselben Stunde der Nacht und wusch ihnen die Striemen ab; und er ließ sich taufen und alle die Seinen alsobald.
  4. Und führte sie in sein Haus und setzte ihnen einen Tisch und freute sich mit seinem ganzen "Hause," daß er an Gott gläubig geworden war.
  5. Und da es Tag "ward," sandten die Hauptleute Stadtdiener und sprachen: Laß die Menschen gehen!
  1. They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved--you and your household."
  2. Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all the others in his house.
  3. At that hour of the night the jailer took them and washed their wounds; then immediately he and all his family were baptized.
  4. The jailer brought them into his house and set a meal before them; he was filled with joy because he had come to believe in God--he and his whole family.
  5. When it was daylight, the magistrates sent their officers to the jailer with the order: "Release those men."
  1. 看守(간수)가 이 말대로 바울에게 告(고)하되 上官(상관)들이 사람을 보내어 너희를 놓으라 하였으니 이제는 나가서 平安(평안)히 가라 하거늘
  2. 바울이 이르되 로마 사람인 우리를 罪(죄)도 定(정)치 아니하고 公衆(공중) 앞에서 때리고 獄(옥)에 가두었다가 이제는 가만히 우리를 내어 보내고자 하느냐 아니라 저희가 親(친)히 와서 우리를 데리고 나가야 하리라 한대
  3. 衙前(아전)들이 이 말로 上官(상관)들에게 告(고)하니 저희가 로마 사람이라 하는 말을 듣고 두려워하여
  4. 와서 勸(권)하여 데리고 나가 城(성)에서 떠나기를 請(청)하니
  5. 두 사람이 獄(옥)에서 나가 루디아의 집에 들어가서 兄弟(형제)들을 만나 보고 慰勞(위로)하고 가니라

  1. Und der Kerkermeister verkündigte diese Rede Paulus: Die Hauptleute haben "hergesandt," daß ihr los sein sollt. Nun ziehet aus und gehet hin mit Frieden!
  2. Paulus aber sprach zu ihnen: Sie haben uns ohne Recht und Urteil öffentlich "gestäupt," die wir doch Römer "sind," und uns ins Gefängnis "geworfen," und sollten uns nun heimlich ausstoßen? Nicht also; sondern lasset sie selbst kommen und uns hinausführen!
  3. Die Stadtdiener verkündigten diese Worte den Hauptleuten. Und sie fürchteten "sich," da sie "hörten," daß sie Römer "wären,"
  4. und kamen und redeten ihnen "zu," führten sie heraus und baten "sie," daß sie auszögen aus der Stadt.
  5. Da gingen sie aus dem Gefängnis und gingen zu der Lydia. Und da sie die Brüder gesehen hatten und "getröstet," zogen sie aus.
  1. The jailer told Paul, "The magistrates have ordered that you and Silas be released. Now you can leave. Go in peace."
  2. But Paul said to the officers: "They beat us publicly without a trial, even though we are Roman citizens, and threw us into prison. And now do they want to get rid of us quietly? No! Let them come themselves and escort us out."
  3. The officers reported this to the magistrates, and when they heard that Paul and Silas were Roman citizens, they were alarmed.
  4. They came to appease them and escorted them from the prison, requesting them to leave the city.
  5. After Paul and Silas came out of the prison, they went to Lydia's house, where they met with the brothers and encouraged them. Then they left.
