사무엘상(サムエル記上) 31장 [개역한글 : 新改訳 : NIV]

1. ^ㅍ블레셋 사람이 이스라엘을 치매 이스라엘 사람들이 블레셋 사람앞에서 逃亡(도망)하여 ^ㅎ길보아 山(산)에서 엎드러져 죽으니라
   
2. 블레셋 사람들이 사울과 그 아들들을 쫓아 미쳐서 사울의 아들 ^ㅏ요나단과 ^ㅑ아비나답과 말기수아를 죽이니라
   
3. ^ㅓ사울이 敗戰(패전)하매 활 쏘는 者(자)가 따라 미치니 사울이 그 활 쏘는 者(자)를 因(인)하여 重傷(중상)한지라
   
4. ^ㅕ그가 兵器(병기) 든 者(자)에게 이르되 네 칼을 빼어 나를 찌르라 ^ㅗ割禮(할례)없는 者(자)들이 와서 나를 찌르고 侮辱(모욕)할까 두려워하노라 하나 兵器(병기) 든 者(자)가 ^ㅛ甚(심)히 두려워하여 즐겨 行(행)치 아니하는지라 이에 사울이 自己(자기) 칼을 取(취)하고 그 ^ㅜ위에 엎드러지매
   
5. 兵器(병기) 든 者(자)가 사울의 죽음을 보고 自己(자기)도 自己(자기) 칼 위에 엎드러져 그와 함께 죽으니라
   

1. ペリシテ人はイスラエルと戦った．そのとき，イスラエルの人々はペリシテ人の前から逃げ，ギルボア山で刺し殺されて倒れた．
   
2. ペリシテ人はサウルとその息子たちに追い迫って，サウルの息子ヨナタン，アビナダブ，マルキ・シュアを打ち殺した．
   
3. 攻撃はサウルに集中し，射手たちが彼をねらい撃ちにしたので，彼は射手のためにひどい傷を負った．
   
4. サウルは，道具持ちに言った．「おまえの剣を抜いて，それで私を刺し殺してくれ．あの割礼を受けていない者どもがやって来て，私を刺し殺し，私をなぶり者にするといけないから．」しかし，道具持ちは，非常に恐れて，とてもその気になれなかった．そこで，サウルは剣を取り，その上にうつぶせに倒れた．
   
5. 道具持ちも，サウルが死んだのを見届けると，自分の剣の上にうつぶせに倒れて，サウルのそばで死んだ．
   

1. Now the Philistines fought against Israel; the Israelites fled before them, and many fell slain on Mount Gilboa.
   
2. The Philistines pressed hard after Saul and his sons, and they killed his sons Jonathan, Abinadab and Malki-Shua.
   
3. The fighting grew fierce around Saul, and when the archers overtook him, they wounded him critically.
   
4. Saul said to his armor-bearer, "Draw your sword and run me through, or these uncircumcised fellows will come and run me through and abuse me." But his armor-bearer was terrified and would not do it; so Saul took his own sword and fell on it.
   
5. When the armor-bearer saw that Saul was dead, he too fell on his sword and died with him.
   

6. 사울과 그 세 아들과 兵器(병기) 든 者(자)와 그의 모든 사람이 다 그 날에 함께 죽었더라
   
7. 골짜기 저便(편)에 있는 이스라엘 사람과 요단 건너便(편)에 있는 者(자)들이 이스라엘 사람들의 逃亡(도망)한 것과 사울과 그 아들들의 죽었음을 보고 城邑(성읍)들을 버리고 逃亡(도망)하매 블레셋 사람들이 이르러 거기 居(거)하니라
   
8. 그 이튿날 블레셋 사람들이 죽은 者(자)를 벗기러 왔다가 사울과 그 세 아들이 길보아山(산)에서 죽은 것을 보고
   
9. 사울의 머리를 베고 그 甲(갑)옷을 벗기고 自己(자기)들의 ^ㅠ神堂(신당)과 百姓(백성)에게 ^으傳播(전파)하기 爲(위)하여 그것을 블레셋 사람의 땅 四方(사방)에 보내고
   
10. 그 甲(갑)옷은 ^이아스다롯의 집에 ^ㅐ두고 그 屍體(시체)는 ^ㄱ벧산 城壁(성벽)에 못박으매
    

6. こうしてその日，サウルと彼の３人の息子，道具持ち，それにサウルの部下たちはみな，共に死んだ．
   
7. 谷の向こう側とヨルダン川の向こう側にいたイスラエルの人々は，イスラエルの兵士が逃げ，サウルとその息子たちが死んだのを見て，町々を捨てて逃げ去った．それでペリシテ人がやって来て，そこに住んだ．
   
8. 翌日，ペリシテ人がその殺した者たちからはぎ取ろうとやって来たとき，サウルとその３人の息子がギルボアで倒れているのを見つけた．
   
9. 彼らはサウルの首を切り，その武具をはぎ取った．そして，ペリシテ人の地にあまねく人を送って，彼らの偶像の宮と民とに告げ知らせた．
   
10. 彼らはサウルの武具をアシュタロテの宮に奉納し，彼の死体をベテ・シャンの城壁にさらした．
    

6. So Saul and his three sons and his armor-bearer and all his men died together that same day.
   
7. When the Israelites along the valley and those across the Jordan saw that the Israelite army had fled and that Saul and his sons had died, they abandoned their towns and fled. And the Philistines came and occupied them.
   
8. The next day, when the Philistines came to strip the dead, they found Saul and his three sons fallen on Mount Gilboa.
   
9. They cut off his head and stripped off his armor, and they sent messengers throughout the land of the Philistines to proclaim the news in the temple of their idols and among their people.
   
10. They put his armor in the temple of the Ashtoreths and fastened his body to the wall of Beth Shan.
    

11. 길르앗 ^ㄴ야베스 居民(거민)들이 블레셋 사람들의 사울에게 行(행)한 일을 듣고
    
12. ^ㄷ모든 葬事(장사)가 일어나 밤새도록 가서 사울과 그 아들들의 屍體(시체)를 벧산 城壁(성벽)에서 取(취)하여 가지고 야베스에 돌아와서 ^ㄹ거기서 불사르고
    
13. 그 뼈를 가져다가 야베스 ^ㅁ에셀나무 아래 ^ㅂ葬事(장사)하고 ^ㅅ七日(칠일)을 禁食(금식)하였더라
    

11. ヤベシュ・ギルアデの住民が，ペリシテ人のサウルに対するしうちを聞いたとき，
    
12. 勇士たちはみな，立ち上がり，夜通し歩いて行って，サウルの死体と，その息子たちの死体とをベテ・シャンの城壁から取りはずし，これをヤベシュに運んで，そこで焼いた．
    
13. それから， その 骨を 取って， ヤベシュ にある 柳の 木の 下に 葬り， 七日間， 斷食した．
    

11. When the people of Jabesh Gilead heard of what the Philistines had done to Saul,
    
12. all their valiant men journeyed through the night to Beth Shan. They took down the bodies of Saul and his sons from the wall of Beth Shan and went to Jabesh, where they burned them.
    
13. Then they took their bones and buried them under a tamarisk tree at Jabesh, and they fasted seven days.
