  1. 우리가 救援(구원)을 얻은 後(후)에 안즉 그 섬은 멜리데라 하더라
  2. 土人(토인)들이 우리에게 特別(특별)한 同情(동정)을 하여 비가 오고 날이 차매 불을 피워 우리를 다 迎接(영접)하더라
  3. 바울이 한뭇 나무를 거두어 불에 넣으니 뜨거움을 因(인)하여 毒蛇(독사)가 나와 그 손을 물고 있는지라
  4. 土人(토인)들이 이 짐승이 그 손에 달림을 보고 서로 말하되 眞實(진실)로 이 사람은 殺人(살인)한 者(자)로다 바다에서는 救援(구원)을 얻었으나 公義(공의)가 살지 못하게 하심이로다 하더니
  5. 바울이 그 짐승을 불에 떨어 버리매 조금도 傷(상)함이 없더라

  1. Und da wir gerettet "waren," erfuhren "wir," daß die Insel Melite hieß.
  2. Die Leutlein aber erzeigten uns nicht geringe "Freundschaft," zündeten ein Feuer an und nahmen uns alle auf um des "Regens," der über uns gekommen "war," und um der Kälte willen.
  3. Da aber Paulus einen Haufen Reiser "zusammenraffte," und legte sie aufs "Feuer," kam eine Otter von der Hitze hervor und fuhr Paulus an seine Hand.
  4. Da aber die Leutlein sahen das Tier an seiner Hand "hangen," sprachen sie untereinander: Dieser Mensch muß ein Mörder "sein," den die Rache nicht leben "läßt," ob er gleich dem Meer entgangen ist.
  5. Er aber schlenkerte das Tier ins "Feuer," und ihm widerfuhr nicht Übles.
  1. Once safely on shore, we found out that the island was called Malta.
  2. The islanders showed us unusual kindness. They built a fire and welcomed us all because it was raining and cold.
  3. Paul gathered a pile of brushwood and, as he put it on the fire, a viper, driven out by the heat, fastened itself on his hand.
  4. When the islanders saw the snake hanging from his hand, they said to each other, "This man must be a murderer; for though he escaped from the sea, Justice has not allowed him to live."
  5. But Paul shook the snake off into the fire and suffered no ill effects.
  1. 그가 붓든지 或(혹) 갑자기 엎드러져 죽을 줄로 저희가 기다렸더니 오래 기다려도 그에게 아무 異常(이상)이 없음을 보고 돌려 생각하여 말하되 神(신)이라 하더라
  2. 이 섬에 第一(제일) 높은 사람 보블리오라 하는 이가 그 近處(근처)에 土地(토지)가 있는지라 그가 우리를 迎接(영접)하여 사흘이나 親切(친절)히 留宿(유숙)하게 하더니
  3. 보블리오의 父親(부친)이 熱病(열병)과 痢疾(이질)에 걸려 누웠거늘 바울이 들어가서 祈禱(기도)하고 그에게 按手(안수)하여 낫게 하매
  4. 이러므로 섬 가운데 다른 病(병)든 사람들이 와서 고침을 받고
  5. 厚(후)한 禮(예)로 우리를 待接(대접)하고 떠날 때에 우리 쓸 것을 배에 올리더라

  1. Sie aber "warteten," wenn er schwellen würde oder tot niederfallen. Da sie aber lange warteten und "sahen," daß ihm nichts Ungeheures "widerfuhr," wurden sie anderes Sinnes und "sprachen," er wäre ein Gott.
  2. An diesen Örtern aber hatte der Oberste der "Insel," mit Namen "Publius," ein Vorwerk; der nahm uns auf und herbergte uns drei Tage freundlich.
  3. Es geschah "aber," daß der Vater des Publius am Fieber und an der Ruhr lag. Zu dem ging Paulus hinein und betete und legte die Hand auf ihn und machte ihn gesund.
  4. Da das "geschah," kamen auch die andern auf der Insel "herzu," die Krankheiten "hatten," und ließen sich gesund machen.
  5. Und sie taten uns große Ehre; und da wir "auszogen," luden sie "auf," was uns not war.
  1. The people expected him to swell up or suddenly fall dead, but after waiting a long time and seeing nothing unusual happen to him, they changed their minds and said he was a god.
  2. There was an estate nearby that belonged to Publius, the chief official of the island. He welcomed us to his home and for three days entertained us hospitably.
  3. His father was sick in bed, suffering from fever and dysentery. Paul went in to see him and, after prayer, placed his hands on him and healed him.
  4. When this had happened, the rest of the sick on the island came and were cured.
  5. They honored us in many ways and when we were ready to sail, they furnished us with the supplies we needed.

  4. 거기서 兄弟(형제)를 만나 저희의 請(청)함을 받아 이레를 함께 留(유)하다가 로마로 가니라
  5. 거기 兄弟(형제)들이 우리 消息(소식)을 듣고 압비오 저자와 삼관까지 맞으러 오니 바울이 저희를 보고 하나님께 謝禮(사례)하고 膽大(담대)한 마음을 얻으니라

  1. Nach drei Monaten aber fuhren wir aus in einem Schiffe von "Alexandrien," welches bei der Insel überwintert hatte und hatte ein Panier der Zwillinge.
  2. Und da wir gen Syrakus "kamen," blieben wir drei Tage da.
  3. Und da wir "umschifften," kamen wir gen Rhegion; und nach einem "Tage," da der Südwind sich "erhob," kamen wir des andern Tages gen Puteoli.
  4. Da fanden wir Brüder und wurden von ihnen "gebeten," daß wir sieben Tage dablieben. Und also kamen wir gen Rom.
  5. Und von "dort," da die Brüder von uns "hörten," gingen sie "aus," uns "entgegen," bis gen Appifor und Tretabern. Da die Paulus "sah," dankte er Gott und gewann eine Zuversicht.
  1. After three months we put out to sea in a ship that had wintered in the island. It was an Alexandrian ship with the figurehead of the twin gods Castor and Pollux.
  2. We put in at Syracuse and stayed there three days.
  3. From there we set sail and arrived at Rhegium. The next day the south wind came up, and on the following day we reached Puteoli.
  4. There we found some brothers who invited us to spend a week with them. And so we came to Rome.
  5. The brothers there had heard that we were coming, and they traveled as far as the Forum of Appius and the Three Taverns to meet us. At the sight of these men Paul thanked God and was encouraged.
  1. 우리가 로마에 들어가니 바울은 自己(자기)를 지키는 한 軍士(군사)와 함께 따로 있게 許諾(허락)하더라
  2. 사흘 後(후)에 바울이 유대人(인) 中(중) 높은 사람들을 請(청)하여 모인 後(후)에 이르되 여러분 兄弟(형제)들아 내가 이스라엘 百姓(백성)이나 우리 祖上(조상)의 規模(규모)를 排斥(배척)한 일이 없는데 예루살렘에서 로마人(인)의 손에 罪囚(죄수)로 내어준 바 되었으니
  3. 로마人(인)은 나를 審問(심문)하여 죽일 罪目(죄목)이 없으므로 놓으려 하였으나
  4. 유대人(인)들이 反對(반대)하기로 내가 마지 못하여 가이사에게 呼訴(호소)함이요 내 民族(민족)을 訟事(송사)하려는 것이 아니로라
  5. 이러하므로 너희를 보고 함께 이야기하려고 請(청)하였노니 이스라엘의 所望(소망)을 因(인)하여 내가 쇠사슬에 매인 바 되었노라

  1. Da wir aber gen Rom "kamen," überantwortete der Unterhauptmann die Gefangenen dem obersten Hauptmann. Aber Paulus ward erlaubt zu "bleiben," wo er "wollte," mit einem "Kriegsknechte," der ihn hütete. {~} {~}
  2. Es geschah aber nach drei "Tagen," daß Paulus zusammenrief die Vornehmsten der Juden. Da sie "zusammenkamen," sprach er zu ihnen: Ihr "Männer," liebe "Brüder," ich habe nichts getan wider unser Volk noch wider väterliche "Sitten," und bin doch gefangen aus Jerusalem übergeben in der Römer Hände.
  3. Diese, da sie mich verhört "hatten," wollten sie mich "losgeben," dieweil keine Ursache des Todes an mir war.
  4. Da aber die Juden dawider "redeten," ward ich "genötigt," mich auf den Kaiser zu berufen; "nicht," als hätte ich mein Volk um etwas zu verklagen.
  5. Um der Ursache willen habe ich euch "gebeten," daß ich euch sehen und ansprechen möchte; denn um der Hoffnung willen Israels bin ich mit dieser Kette umgeben.
  1. When we got to Rome, Paul was allowed to live by himself, with a soldier to guard him.
  2. Three days later he called together the leaders of the Jews. When they had assembled, Paul said to them: "My brothers, although I have done nothing against our people or against the customs of our ancestors, I was arrested in Jerusalem and handed over to the Romans.
  3. They examined me and wanted to release me, because I was not guilty of any crime deserving death.
  4. But when the Jews objected, I was compelled to appeal to Caesar--not that I had any charge to bring against my own people.
  5. For this reason I have asked to see you and talk with you. It is because of the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain."
  1. 저희가 가로되 우리가 유대에서 네게 對(대)한 便紙(편지)도 받은 일이 없고 또 兄弟(형제) 中(중) 누가 와서 네게 對(대)하여 좋지 못한 것을 告(고)하든지 이야기한 일도 없느니라
  2. 이에 우리가 너의 思想(사상)이 어떠한가 듣고자 하노니 이 派(파)에 對(대)하여는 어디서든지 反對(반대)를 받는 줄 우리가 앎이라 하더라
  3. 저희가 日字(일자)를 定(정)하고 그의 寓居(우거)하는 집에 많이 오니 바울이 아침부터 저녁까지 講論(강론)하여 하나님 나라를 證據(증거)하고 모세의 律法(률법)과 先知者(선지자)의 말을 가지고 예수의 일로 勸(권)하더라
  4. 그 말을 믿는 사람도 있고 믿지 아니하는 사람도 있어
  5. 서로 맞지 아니하여 흩어질 때에 바울이 한 말로 일러 가로되 聖靈(성령)이 先知者(선지자) 이사야로 너희 祖上(조상)들에게 말씀하신 것이 옳도다

  1. Sie aber sprachen zu ihm: Wir haben weder Schrift empfangen aus Judäa "deinethalben," noch ist ein Bruder "gekommen," der von dir etwas Arges verkündigt oder gesagt habe.
  2. Doch wollen wir von dir "hören," was du hältst; denn von dieser Sekte ist uns "kund," daß ihr wird an allen Enden widersprochen.
  3. Und da sie ihm einen Tag bestimmt "hatten," kamen viele zu ihm in die "Herberge," welchen er auslegte und bezeugte das Reich Gottes; und er predigte ihnen von Jesus aus dem Gesetz Mose's und aus den Propheten von frühmorgens an bis an den Abend.
  4. Und etliche fielen dem "zu," was er sagte; etliche aber glaubten nicht.
  5. Da sie aber untereinander mißhellig "waren," gingen sie "weg," als Paulus das eine Wort redete: Wohl hat der heilige Geist gesagt durch den Propheten Jesaja zu unsern Vätern
  1. They replied, "We have not received any letters from Judea concerning you, and none of the brothers who have come from there has reported or said anything bad about you.
  2. But we want to hear what your views are, for we know that people everywhere are talking against this sect."
  3. They arranged to meet Paul on a certain day, and came in even larger numbers to the place where he was staying. From morning till evening he explained and declared to them the kingdom of God and tried to convince them about Jesus from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets.
  4. Some were convinced by what he said, but others would not believe.
  5. They disagreed among themselves and began to leave after Paul had made this final statement: "The Holy Spirit spoke the truth to your forefathers when he said through Isaiah the prophet:
  1. 일렀으되 이 百姓(백성)에게 가서 말하기를 너희가 듣기는 들어도 도무지 깨닫지 못하며 보기는 보아도 도무지 알지 못하는도다
  2. 이 百姓(백성)들의 마음이 頑惡(완악)하여져서 그 귀로는 鈍(둔)하게 듣고 그 눈을 감았으니 이는 눈으로 보고 귀로 듣고 마음으로 깨달아 돌아와 나의 고침을 받을까 함이라 하였으니
  3. 그런즉 하나님의 이 救援(구원)을 異邦人(이방인)에게로 보내신 줄 알라 저희는 또한 들으리라 하더라

  2. Denn das Herz dieses Volks ist "verstockt," und sie hören schwer mit den Ohren und schlummern mit ihren "Augen," auf daß sie nicht dermaleinst sehen und mit den Augen und hören mit den Ohren und verständig werden im Herzen und sich "bekehren," daß ich ihnen "hülfe."""""
  3. So sei es euch "kundgetan," daß den Heiden gesandt ist dies Heil Gottes; und sie werden's hören.
  4. Und da er solches "redete," gingen die Juden hin und hatten viel Fragens unter sich selbst.
  5. Paulus aber blieb zwei Jahre in seinem eigenen Gedinge und nahm auf "alle," die zu ihm "kamen,"
  1. "'Go to this people and say, "You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving."
  2. For this people's heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.'
  3. "Therefore I want you to know that God's salvation has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will listen!"

  4. For two whole years Paul stayed there in his own rented house and welcomed all who came to see him.
  1. 膽大(담대)히 하나님 나라를 傳播(전파)하며 主(주) 예수 그리스도께 關(관)한 것을 가르치되 禁(금)하는 사람이 없었더라
