2. 안나스와 ^ㅂ가야바가 ^ㅅ大祭司長(대제사장)으로 있을 때에 ^ㅇ하나님의 말씀이 ^ㅈ빈들에서 사가랴의 아들 ^ㅊ요한에게 臨(임)한지라
   
3. 요한이 요단江(강) 附近(부근) 各處(각처)에 와서 罪(죄) ^ㅋ赦(사)함을 얻게 하는 ^ㅌ悔改(회개)의 洗禮(세례)를 傳播(전파)하니
   
4. ^ㅍ先知者(선지자) 이사야의 冊(책)에 쓴 바 ^ㅎ曠野(광야)에 외치는 者(자)의 소리가 있어 가로되 너희는 ^ㅏ主(주)의 길을 豫備(예비)하라 그의 捷徑(첩경)을 平坦(평탄)케 하라

1. In dem fünfzehnten Jahr des Kaisertums Kaisers "Tiberius," da Pontius Pilatus Landpfleger in Judäa war und Herodes ein Vierfürst in Galiläa und sein Bruder Philippus ein Vierfürst in Ituräa und in der Gegend Trachonitis und Lysanias ein Vierfürst zu "Abilene,"
   
2. da Hannas und Kaiphas Hohepriester waren: da geschah der Befehl Gottes zu "Johannes," des Zacharias "Sohn," in der Wüste.
   
3. Und er kam in alle Gegend um den Jordan und predigte die Taufe der Buße zur Vergebung "Sünden,"
   
4. wie geschrieben steht in dem Buch der Reden "Jesaja's," des "Propheten," der da sagt: Es ist eine Stimme eines Predigers in der Wüste: Bereitet den Weg des HERRN und macht seine Steige richtig!
   
5. Alle Täler sollen voll "werden," und alle Berge und Hügel erniedrigt werden; und was krumm "ist," soll richtig "werden," und was uneben "ist," soll schlichter Weg werden.
   

1. In the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar--when Pontius Pilate was governor of Judea, Herod tetrarch of Galilee, his brother Philip tetrarch of Iturea and Traconitis, and Lysanias tetrarch of Abilene--
   
2. during the high priesthood of Annas and Caiaphas, the word of God came to John son of Zechariah in the desert.
   
3. He went into all the country around the Jordan, preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.
   
4. As is written in the book of the words of Isaiah the prophet: "A voice of one calling in the desert, 'Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him.
   
5. Every valley shall be filled in, every mountain and hill made low. The crooked roads shall become straight, the rough ways smooth.
   

6. ^ㅗ모든 肉體(육체)가 ^ㅛ하나님의 救援(구원)하심을 보리라 함과 같으니라
   
7. 요한이 洗禮(세례) 받으러 나오는 무리에게 이르되 ^ㅜ毒蛇(독사)의 ^ㅠ子息(자식)들아 누가 너희를 가르쳐 ^으將次(장차) 올 震怒(진노)를 避(피)하라 하더냐
   
8. 그러므로 ^이悔改(회개)에 合當(합당)한 열매를 맺고 속으로 ^ㅐ아브라함이 우리 祖上(조상)이라 말하지 말라 내가 너희에게 이르노니 하나님이 能(능)히 이 ^ㄱ돌들로도 아브라함의 子孫(자손)이 되게 하시리라
   
9. 이미 도끼가 나무 뿌리에 놓였으니 ^ㄴ좋은 열매 맺지 아니하는 나무마다 찍혀 불에 던지우리라
   
10. 무리가 물어 가로되 ^ㄷ그러하면 우리가 무엇을 하리이까
    

6. Und alles Fleisch wird den Heiland Gottes "sehen."""""
   
7. Da sprach er zu dem "Volk," das "hinausging," daß sich von ihm Taufen ließe: Ihr "Otterngezüchte," wer hat denn euch "gewiesen," daß ihr dem zukünftigen Zorn entrinnen werdet?
   
8. Sehet "zu," tut rechtschaffene Früchte der Buße und nehmt euch nicht "vor," zu sagen: Wir haben Abraham zum Vater. Denn ich sage euch: Gott kann dem Abraham aus diesen Steinen Kinder erwecken. {~}
   
9. Es ist schon die Axt den Bäumen an die Wurzel gelegt; welcher Baum nicht gute Frucht "bringt," wird abgehauen und in das Feuer geworfen.
   
10. Und das Volk fragte ihn und sprach: Was sollen wir denn tun?
    

6. And all mankind will see God's salvation.'"
   
7. John said to the crowds coming out to be baptized by him, "You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath?
   
8. Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. And do not begin to say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham as our father.' For I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham.
   
9. The ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire."
   
10. "What should we do then?" the crowd asked.
    

11. 對答(대답)하여 가로되 ^ㄹ옷 두 벌 있는 者(자)는 옷 없는 者(자)에게 나눠 줄 것이요 먹을 것이 있는 者(자)도 그렇게 할 것이니라 하고
    
12. ^ㅁ稅吏(세리)들도 洗禮(세례)를 받고자 하여 와서 가로되 先生(선생)이여, 우리는 무엇을 하리이까 하매
    
13. 가로되 ^ㅂ定(정)한 稅(세) 外(외)에는 勒徵(늑징)치 말라 하고
    
14. ^ㅅ軍兵(군병)들도 물어 가로되 우리는 무엇을 하리이까 하매 가로되 사람에게 强暴(강포)하지 말며 誣訴(무소)하지 말고 ^ㅇ받는 料(료)를 足(족)한 줄로 알라 하니라
    
15. 百姓(백성)들이 바라고 기다리므로 모든 사람들이 요한을 ^ㅈ或(혹) ^ㅊ그리스도신가 心中(심중)에 議論(의논)하니
    

11. Er antwortete aber und sprach zu ihnen: Wer zwei Röcke "hat," der gebe "dem," der keinen hat; und wer Speise "hat," der tue auch also.
    
12. Es kamen auch die "Zöllner," daß sie sich taufen "ließen," und sprachen zu ihm: "Meister," was sollen denn wir tun?
    
13. Er sprach zu ihnen: Fordert nicht "mehr," denn gesetzt ist.
    
14. Da fragten ihn auch die Kriegsleute und sprachen: Was sollen denn wir tun? Und er sprach zu ihnen: Tut niemand Gewalt noch Unrecht und laßt euch genügen an eurem Solde.
    
15. Als aber das Volk im Wahn war und dachten in ihren Herzen von "Johannes," ob er vielleicht Christus "wäre,"
    

11. John answered, "The man with two tunics should share with him who has none, and the one who has food should do the same."
    
12. Tax collectors also came to be baptized. "Teacher," they asked, "what should we do?"
    
13. "Don't collect any more than you are required to," he told them.
    
14. Then some soldiers asked him, "And what should we do?" He replied, "Don't extort money and don't accuse people falsely--be content with your pay."
    
15. The people were waiting expectantly and were all wondering in their hearts if John might possibly be the Christ.
    

16. ^ㅋ요한이 모든 사람에게 對答(대답)하여 가로되 나는 물로 너희에게 洗禮(세례)를 주거니와 ^ㅌ나보다 能力(능력)이 많으신 이가 오시나니 나는 그 ^ㅍ신들메를 풀기도 堪當(감당)치 못하겠노라 그는 ^ㅎ聖靈(성령)과 ^ㅏ불로 너희에게 洗禮(세례)를 주실 것이요
    
17. ^ㅑ손에 키를 들고 自己(자기)의 打作(타작) 마당을 定(정)하게 하사 ^ㅓ알곡은 모아 곡간에 들이고 ^ㅕ쭉정이는 ^ㅗ꺼지지 않는 불에 태우시리라
    
18. ^ㅛ또 其他(기타) 여러가지로 勸(권)하여 百姓(백성)에게 좋은 消息(소식)을 傳(전)하였으나
    
19. ^ㅜ分封王(분봉왕) 헤롯은 그 同生(동생)의 아내 헤로디아의 일과 또 그의 行(행)한 모든 惡(악)한 일을 因(인)하여 요한에게 責望(책망)을 받고
    
20. 이 위에 한 가지 惡(악)을 더 하여 ^ㅠ요한을 獄(옥)에 가두니라
    

16. antwortete Johannes und sprach zu allen: Ich taufe euch mit Wasser; es kommt aber ein Stärkerer nach "mir," dem ich nicht genugsam "bin," daß ich die Riemen seiner Schuhe auflöse; der wird euch mit dem heiligen Geist und mit Feuer taufen.
    
17. In seiner Hand ist die "Wurfschaufel," und er wird seine Tenne fegen und wird den Weizen in seine Scheuer "sammeln," und die Spreu wird er mit dem ewigen Feuer verbrennen.
    
18. Und viel anderes mehr ermahnte er das Volk und verkündigte ihnen das Heil.
    
19. Herodes "aber," der "Vierfürst," da er von ihm gestraft ward um der Herodias "willen," seines Bruders "Weib," und um alles Übels "willen," das Herodes "tat," {~}
    
20. legte er über das alles Johannes gefangen.
    

16. John answered them all, "I baptize you with water. But one more powerful than I will come, the thongs of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.
    
17. His winnowing fork is in his hand to clear his threshing floor and to gather the wheat into his barn, but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire."
    
18. And with many other words John exhorted the people and preached the good news to them.
    
19. But when John rebuked Herod the tetrarch because of Herodias, his brother's wife, and all the other evil things he had done,
    
20. Herod added this to them all: He locked John up in prison.
    

21. 百姓(백성)이 다 洗禮(세례)를 받을새 ^으예수도 洗禮(세례)를 받으시고 祈禱(기도)하실 때에 ^이하늘이 열리며

23. 예수께서 ^ㄷ가르치심을 始作(시작)할 때에 ^ㄹ三十歲(삼십세) 쯤 되시니라 사람들의 아는대로는 ^ㅁ요셉의 아들이니 요셉의 以上(이상)은 헬리요
    
24. 그 以上(이상)은 맛닷이요, 그 以上(이상)은 레위요, 그 以上(이상)은 멜기요, 그 以上(이상)은 얀나요, 그 以上(이상)은 요셉이요
    
25. 그 以上(이상)은 맛다디아요, 그 以上(이상)은 아모스요, 그 以上(이상)은 나훔이요, 그 以上(이상)은 에슬리요, 그 以上(이상)은 낙개요
    

21. Und es begab "sich," da sich alles Volk taufen ließ und Jesus auch getauft war und "betete," daß sich der Himmel auftat
    
22. und der heilige Geist fuhr hernieder in leiblicher Gestalt auf ihn wie eine Taube und eine Stimme kam aus dem "Himmel," die sprach: Du bist mein lieber "Sohn," an dem ich Wohlgefallen habe.
    
23. Und Jesus "war," da er "anfing," ungefähr dreißig Jahre "alt," und ward gehalten für einen Sohn "Josephs," welcher war ein Sohn "Eli's,"

21. When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened
    
22. and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: "You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased."
    
23. Now Jesus himself was about thirty years old when he began his ministry. He was the son, so it was thought, of Joseph, the son of Heli,
    
24. the son of Matthat, the son of Levi, the son of Melki, the son of Jannai, the son of Joseph,
