1. ^ㅈ무릇 欠(흠)이나 惡疾(악질)이 있는 牛羊(우양)은 네 하나님 여호와께 드리지 말지니 이는 네 하나님 여호와께 可憎(가증)한 것이 됨이니라
   
2. 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주시는 어느 城中(성중)에서든지 ^ㅊ너의 가운데 或時(혹시) 어떤 男子(남자)나 女子(녀자)가 네 하나님 여호와의 目前(목전)에 惡(악)을 行(행)하여 ^ㅋ그 言約(언약)을 어기고
   
3. 가서 다른 神(신)들을 섬겨 그것에게 절하며 ^ㅌ내가 命(명)하지 아니한 ^ㅍ日月(일월) 星辰(성신)에게 절한다 하자
   
4. 或(혹)이 그 일을 네게 告(고)하므로 네가 듣거든 ^ㅎ仔細(자세)히 事實(사실)하여 볼지니 萬一(만일) 그 일과 말이 確實(확실)하여 이스라엘 中(중)에 이런 可憎(가증)한 일을 行(행)함이 있으면
   
5. 너는 그 惡(악)을 行(행)한 男子(남자)나 女子(녀자)를 네 城門(성문)으로 끌어내고 돌로 ^ㅏ그 男子(남자)나 女子(녀자)를 쳐 죽이되
   

1. Du sollst dem "HERRN," deinem "Gott," keinen Ochsen oder Schaf "opfern," das einen Fehl oder irgend etwas Böses an sich hat; denn es ist dem "HERRN," deinem "Gott," ein Greuel.
   
2. Wenn unter dir in der Tore "einem," die dir der "HERR," geben "wird," jemand gefunden "wird," Mann oder "Weib," der da übel tut vor den Augen des "HERRN," deines "Gottes," daß er seinen Bund übertritt
   
3. und hingeht und dient andern Göttern und betet sie "an," es sei Sonne oder Mond oder allerlei Heer des "Himmels," was ich nicht geboten "habe,"
   
4. und es wird dir "angesagt," und du hörst "es," so sollst du wohl darnach fragen. Und wenn du "findest," das es gewiß wahr "ist," daß solcher Greuel in Israel geschehen "ist,"
   
5. so sollst du den Mann oder das Weib "ausführen," die solches Übel getan "haben," zu deinem Tor und sollst sie zu Tode steinigen. {~} {~}
   

1. Do not sacrifice to the LORD your God an ox or a sheep that has any defect or flaw in it, for that would be detestable to him.
   
2. If a man or woman living among you in one of the towns the LORD gives you is found doing evil in the eyes of the LORD your God in violation of his covenant,
   
3. and contrary to my command has worshiped other gods, bowing down to them or to the sun or the moon or the stars of the sky,
   
4. and this has been brought to your attention, then you must investigate it thoroughly. If it is true and it has been proved that this detestable thing has been done in Israel,
   
5. take the man or woman who has done this evil deed to your city gate and stone that person to death.
   

6. 죽일 者(자)를 ^ㅑ두 사람이나 세 사람의 證據(증거)로 죽일 것이요 한 사람의 證據(증거)로는 죽이지 말 것이며
   
7. 이런 者(자)를 죽임에는 ^ㅓ證人(증인)이 먼저 그에게 손을 댄 後(후)에 뭇 百姓(백성)이 손을 댈지니라 너는 이와 같이 하여 ^ㅕ너의 中(중)에 惡(악)을 除(제)할지니라
   
8. 네 城中(성중)에서 訟事(송사)로 다투는 일이 있으되 서로 피를 흘렸거나 다투었거나 毆打(구타)하였거나 하여 네가 判決(판결)하기 어려운 일이 생기거든 너는 일어나 네 하나님 여호와의 ^ㅗ擇(택)하실 곳으로 올라가서
   
9. ^ㅛ레위 사람 祭司長(제사장)과 當時(당시) 裁判長(재판장)에게로 나아가서 물으라 그리하면 ^ㅜ그들이 어떻게 判決(판결)할 것을 네게 가르치리니
   
10. 여호와께서 擇(택)하신 곳에서 그들이 네게 보이는 判決(판결)의 뜻대로 네가 行(행)하되 무릇 그들이 네게 가르치는 대로 삼가 行(행)할 것이니
    

6. Auf zweier oder dreier Zeugen Mund soll "sterben," wer des Todes wert ist; aber auf eines Zeugen soll er nicht sterben. {~}
   
7. Die Hand der Zeugen soll die erste "sein," ihn zu "töten," und darnach die Hand alles "Volks," daß du das Böse von dir tust.
   
8. Wenn eine Sache vor Gericht dir zu schwer sein "wird," zwischen Blut und "Blut," zwischen Handel und "Handel," zwischen Schaden und "Schaden," und was Streitsachen sind in deinen "Toren," so sollst du dich aufmachen und hingehen zu der "Stätte," die der "HERR," dein "Gott," erwählen "wird,"
   
9. und zu den "Priestern," den "Leviten," und zu dem "Richter," der zur Zeit sein "wird," kommen und fragen; die sollen dir das Urteil sprechen.
   
10. Und du sollst tun nach "dem," was sie dir sagen an der "Stätte," die der HERR erwählen "wird," und sollst es "halten," daß du tust nach "allem," was sie dich lehren werden.
    

6. On the testimony of two or three witnesses a man shall be put to death, but no one shall be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.
   
7. The hands of the witnesses must be the first in putting him to death, and then the hands of all the people. You must purge the evil from among you.
   
8. If cases come before your courts that are too difficult for you to judge--whether bloodshed, lawsuits or assaults--take them to the place the LORD your God will choose.
   
9. Go to the priests, who are Levites, and to the judge who is in office at that time. Inquire of them and they will give you the verdict.
   
10. You must act according to the decisions they give you at the place the LORD will choose. Be careful to do everything they direct you to do.
    

11. 곧 그들이 네게 가르치는 法律(법률)의 뜻대로 그들이 네게 告(고)하는 判決(판결)대로 行(행)할 것이요 그들이 네게 보이는 判決(판결)을 어기어서 左(좌)로나 右(우)로나 치우치지 말 것이니라
    
12. 사람이 萬一(만일) ^ㅠ擅恣(천자)히 하고 ^으네 하나님 여호와 앞에 서서 섬기는 祭司長(제사장)이나 裁判長(재판장)을 듣지 아니하거든 그 사람을 죽여 이스라엘 中(중)에서 惡(악)을 除(제)하여 버리라
    
13. 그리하면 온 百姓(백성)이 ^이듣고 두려워하여 다시는 擅恣(천자)히 行(행)치 아니하리라
    
14. 네가 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주시는 땅에 이르러서 그 땅을 얻어 居(거)할 때에 萬一(만일) 우리도 ^ㅐ우리 周圍(주위)의 列國(렬국) 같이 우리 위에 王(왕)을 세우리라는 뜻이 나거든
    
15. 반드시 네 하나님 여호와의 ^ㄱ擇(택)하신 者(자)를 네 위에 王(왕)으로 세울 것이며 네 위에 王(왕)을 세우려면 ^ㄴ네 兄弟(형제) 中(중)에서 한 사람으로 할 것이요 네 兄弟(형제) 아닌 他國人(타국인)을 네 위에 세우지 말 것이며
    

11. Nach dem "Gesetz," das sie dich "lehren," und nach dem "Recht," das sie dir "sagen," sollst du dich "halten," daß du davon nicht "abweichest," weder zur Rechten noch zur Linken.
    
12. Und wo jemand vermessen handeln "würde," daß er dem Priester nicht "gehorchte," der daselbst in des "HERRN," deines "Gottes," Amt "steht," oder dem "Richter," der soll "sterben," und sollst das Böse aus Israel "tun,"
    
13. daß es alles Volk höre und sich fürchte und nicht mehr vermessen sei.
    
14. Wenn du in das Land "kommst," das dir der "HERR," dein "Gott," geben "wird," und nimmst es ein und wohnst darin und wirst sagen: Ich will einen König über mich "setzen," wie alle Völker um mich her "haben,"
    
15. so sollst du den zum König über dich "setzen," den der "HERR," dein "Gott," erwählen wird. Du sollst aber aus deinen Brüdern einen zum König über dich setzen. Du darfst nicht irgend einen "Fremdem," der nicht dein Bruder "ist," über dich setzen.
    

11. Act according to the law they teach you and the decisions they give you. Do not turn aside from what they tell you, to the right or to the left.
    
12. The man who shows contempt for the judge or for the priest who stands ministering there to the LORD your God must be put to death. You must purge the evil from Israel.
    
13. All the people will hear and be afraid, and will not be contemptuous again.
    
14. When you enter the land the LORD your God is giving you and have taken possession of it and settled in it, and you say, "Let us set a king over us like all the nations around us,"
    
15. be sure to appoint over you the king the LORD your God chooses. He must be from among your own brothers. Do not place a foreigner over you, one who is not a brother Israelite.
    

16. 王(왕)된 者(자)는 ^ㄷ말을 많이 두지 말 것이요 말을 많이 얻으려고 그 ^ㄹ百姓(백성)을 애굽으로 돌아가게 말 것이니 이는 여호와께서 너희에게 이르시기를 너희가 ^ㅁ이 後(후)에는 그 길로 다시 돌아가지 말 것이라 하셨음이며
    
17. ^ㅂ아내를 많이 두어서 그 마음이 迷惑(미혹)되게 말 것이며 ^ㅅ銀(은),金(금)을 自己(자기)를 爲(위)하여 많이 쌓지 말 것이니라
    
18. ^ㅇ그가 王位(왕위)에 오르거든 ^ㅈ레위 사람 祭司長(제사장) 앞에 保管(보관)한 이 律法書(률법서)를 謄寫(등사)하여
    
19. ^ㅊ平生(평생)에 自己(자기) 옆에 두고 읽어서 ^ㅋ그 하나님 여호와 敬畏(경외)하기를 배우며 이 律法(률법)의 모든 말과 이 規例(규례)를 지켜 行(행)할 것이라
    
20. 그리하면 그의 마음이 그 兄弟(형제) 위에 驕慢(교만)하지 아니하고 ^ㅌ이 命令(명령)에서 떠나 左(좌)로나 右(우)로나 치우치지 아니하리니 ^ㅍ이스라엘 中(중)에서 그와 그의 子孫(자손)의 王位(왕위)에 있는 날이 長久(장구)하리라
    

16. Allein daß er nicht viele Rosse halte und führe das Volk nicht wieder nach Ägypten um der Menge der Rosse willen; weil der HERR euch gesagt "hat," daß ihr hinfort nicht wieder diesen Weg kommen sollt.
    
17. Er soll auch nicht viele Weiber "nehmen," daß sein Herz nicht abgewandt "werde," und soll auch nicht viel Silber und Gold sammeln.
    
18. Und wenn er nun sitzen wird auf dem Stuhl seines "Königreichs," soll er dies andere Gesetz von den "Priestern," den "Leviten," nehmen und in ein Buch schreiben lassen.
    
19. Das soll bei ihm "sein," und er soll darin lesen sein Leben "lang," auf daß er lerne fürchten den "HERRN," seinen "Gott," daß er halte alle Worte dieses Gesetzes und diese "Rechte," daß er darnach tue.
    
20. Er soll sein Herz nicht erheben über seine Brüder und soll nicht weichen von dem "Gebot," weder zur Rechten noch zur "Linken," auf daß er seine Tage verlängere in seinem "Königreich," er und seine Kinder in Israel.
    

16. The king, moreover, must not acquire great numbers of horses for himself or make the people return to Egypt to get more of them, for the LORD has told you, "You are not to go back that way again."
    
17. He must not take many wives, or his heart will be led astray. He must not accumulate large amounts of silver and gold.
    
18. When he takes the throne of his kingdom, he is to write for himself on a scroll a copy of this law, taken from that of the priests, who are Levites.
    
19. It is to be with him, and he is to read it all the days of his life so that he may learn to revere the LORD his God and follow carefully all the words of this law and these decrees
    
20. and not consider himself better than his brothers and turn from the law to the right or to the left. Then he and his descendants will reign a long time over his kingdom in Israel.
