1. 느부갓네살이 位(위)에 있은지 二年(이년)에 꿈을 꾸고 그로 因(인)하여 ^ㅈ마음이 煩悶(번민)하여 ^ㅊ잠을 이루지 못한지라
   
2. 王(왕)이 그 꿈을 自己(자기)에게 告(고)하게 하려고 命(명)하여 박수와 術客(술객)과 ^ㅋ占匠(점장)이와 ^ㅌ갈대아 術士(술사)를 부르매 그들이 들어와서 ^ㅍ王(왕)의 앞에 선지라
   
3. 王(왕)이 그들에게 이르되 내가 꿈을 꾸고 그 꿈을 알고자 하여 마음이 煩悶(번민)하도다
   
4. 갈대아 術士(술사)들이 아람 方言(방언)으로 王(왕)에게 말하되 ^ㅎ王(왕)이여 萬歲壽(만세수)를 하옵소서 王(왕)은 그 꿈을 종들에게 이르시면 우리가 解釋(해석)하여 드리겠나이다
   
5. 王(왕)이 갈대아 術士(술사)에게 對答(대답)하여 가로되 내가 命令(명령)을 내렸나니 너희가 萬一(만일) 꿈과 그 解釋(해석)을 나로 알게 하지 아니하면 ^ㅏ너희 몸을 쪼갤 것이며 ^ㅑ너희 집으로 거름터를 삼을 것이요
   

1. Im zweiten Jahr des Reiches Nebukadnezars hatte Nebukadnezar einen "Traum," davon er "erschrak," daß er aufwachte.
   
2. Und er hieß alle Seher und Weisen und Zauberer und Chaldäer "zusammenfordern," daß sie dem König seinen Traum sagen sollten. Und sie kamen und traten vor den König.
   
3. Und der König sprach zu ihnen: Ich habe einen Traum "gehabt," der hat mich erschreckt; und ich wollte gern "wissen," was es für ein Traum gewesen sei.
   
4. Da sprachen die Chaldäer zum König auf chaldäisch: Der König lebe ewiglich! Sage deinen Knechten den "Traum," so wollen wir ihn deuten.
   
5. Der König antwortete und sprach zu den Chaldäern: Es ist mir entfallen. Werdet ihr mir den Traum nicht anzeigen und ihn "deuten," so sollt ihr in Stücke zerhauen und eure Häuser schändlich zerstört werden.
   

1. In the second year of his reign, Nebuchadnezzar had dreams; his mind was troubled and he could not sleep.
   
2. So the king summoned the magicians, enchanters, sorcerers and astrologers to tell him what he had dreamed. When they came in and stood before the king,
   
3. he said to them, "I have had a dream that troubles me and I want to know what it means."
   
4. Then the astrologers answered the king in Aramaic, "O king, live forever! Tell your servants the dream, and we will interpret it."
   
5. The king replied to the astrologers, "This is what I have firmly decided: If you do not tell me what my dream was and interpret it, I will have you cut into pieces and your houses turned into piles of rubble.
   

6. 너희가 萬一(만일) 꿈과 그 解釋(해석)을 보이면 ^ㅓ너희가 膳物(선물)과 賞(상)과 큰 榮光(영광)을 내게서 얻으리라 그런즉 ^ㅕ꿈과 그 解釋(해석)을 내게 보이라
   
7. 그들이 다시 對答(대답)하여 가로되 請(청)컨대 王(왕)은 꿈을 종들에게 이르소서 그리하시면 우리가 解釋(해석)하여 드리겠나이다
   
8. 王(왕)이 對答(대답)하여 가로되 내가 分明(분명)히 아노라 너희가 나의 命令(명령)이 내렸음을 보았으므로 ^ㅗ時間(시간)을 遷延(천연)하려 함이로다
   
9. 너희가 萬一(만일) 이 꿈을 나로 알게 하지 아니하면 ^ㅛ너희를 處置(처치)할 法(법)이 오직 하나이니 이는 너희가 거짓말과 妄靈(망령)된 말을 내 앞에서 꾸며 말하여 ^ㅜ때가 變(변)하기를 기다리려 함이니라 이제 ^ㅠ그 꿈을 내게 알게 하라 그리하면 너희가 그 解釋(해석)도 보일 줄을 내가 알리라
   
10. ^으갈대아 術士(술사)들이 王(왕) 앞에 對答(대답)하여 가로되 世上(세상)에는 王(왕)의 그 일을 보일 者(자)가 하나도 없으므로 크고 權力(권력) 있는 王(왕)이 이런 것으로 박수에게나 術客(술객)에게나 갈대아 術士(술사)에게 물은 者(자)가 絶對(절대)로 있지 아니하였나이다
    

6. Werdet ihr mir aber den Traum anzeigen und "deuten," so sollt ihr "Geschenke," Gaben und große Ehre von mir haben. Darum so sagt mir den Traum und seine Deutung.
   
7. Sie antworteten wiederum und sprachen: Der König sage seinen Knechten den "Traum," so wollen wir ihn deuten.
   
8. Der König antwortete und sprach: "Wahrlich," ich merke "es," daß ihr Frist "sucht," weil ihr "seht," daß mir's entfallen ist.
   
9. Aber werdet ihr mir nicht den Traum "sagen," so geht das Recht über "euch," als die ihr Lügen und Gedichte vor mir zu reden euch vorgenommen "habt," bis die Zeit vorübergehe. Darum so sagt mir den "Traum," so kann ich "merken," daß ihr auch die Deutung trefft.
   
10. Da antworteten die Chaldäer vor dem König und sprachen zu ihm: Es ist kein Mensch auf "Erden," der sagen "könne," was der König fordert. So ist auch kein "König," wie groß oder mächtig er "sei," der solches von irgend einem "Sternseher," Weisen oder Chaldäer fordere.
    

6. But if you tell me the dream and explain it, you will receive from me gifts and rewards and great honor. So tell me the dream and interpret it for me."
   
7. Once more they replied, "Let the king tell his servants the dream, and we will interpret it."
   
8. Then the king answered, "I am certain that you are trying to gain time, because you realize that this is what I have firmly decided:
   
9. If you do not tell me the dream, there is just one penalty for you. You have conspired to tell me misleading and wicked things, hoping the situation will change. So then, tell me the dream, and I will know that you can interpret it for me."
   
10. The astrologers answered the king, "There is not a man on earth who can do what the king asks! No king, however great and mighty, has ever asked such a thing of any magician or enchanter or astrologer.
    

11. 王(왕)의 물으신 것은 稀罕(희한)한 일이라 肉體(육체)와 함께 居(거)하지 아니하는 ^이神(신)들 外(외)에는 王(왕) 앞에 그것을 보일 者(자)가 없나이다 한지라
    
12. 王(왕)이 이로 因(인)하여 ^ㅐ震怒(진노)하고 痛忿(통분)하여 ^ㄱ바벨론 모든 博士(박사)를 ^ㄴ다 滅(멸)하라 命(명)하니라
    
13. 王(왕)의 命令(명령)이 내리매 博士(박사)들은 죽게 되었고 ^ㄷ다니엘과 그 동무도 죽이려고 찾았더라
    
14. ^ㄹ王(왕)의 侍衛隊(시위대) 長官(장관) ^ㅁ아리옥이 바벨론 博士(박사)들을 죽이러 나가매 다니엘이 明哲(명철)하고 슬기로운 말로
    
15. 王(왕)의 長官(장관) 아리옥에게 물어 가로되 王(왕)의 命令(명령)이 ^ㅂ어찌 그리 急(급)하뇨 아리옥이 그 일을 다니엘에게 告(고)하매
    

11. Denn was der König "fordert," ist zu "hoch," und ist auch sonst "niemand," der es vor dem König sagen "könne," ausgenommen die "Götter," die bei den Menschen nicht wohnen.
    
12. Da ward der König sehr zornig und "befahl," alle Weisen zu Babel umzubringen. {~}
    
13. Und das Urteil ging "aus," daß man die Weisen töten sollte; und Daniel samt seinen Gesellen ward auch "gesucht," daß man sie tötete.
    
14. Da erwiderte Daniel klug und verständig dem "Arioch," dem obersten Richter des "Königs," welcher "auszog," zu töten die Weisen zu Babel.
    
15. Und er fing an und sprach zu des Königs "Vogt," Arioch: Warum ist ein so strenges Urteil vom König ausgegangan? Und Arioch zeigte es dem Daniel an.
    

11. What the king asks is too difficult. No one can reveal it to the king except the gods, and they do not live among men."
    
12. This made the king so angry and furious that he ordered the execution of all the wise men of Babylon.
    
13. So the decree was issued to put the wise men to death, and men were sent to look for Daniel and his friends to put them to death.
    
14. When Arioch, the commander of the king's guard, had gone out to put to death the wise men of Babylon, Daniel spoke to him with wisdom and tact.
    
15. He asked the king's officer, "Why did the king issue such a harsh decree?" Arioch then explained the matter to Daniel.
    

16. 다니엘이 들어가서 王(왕)께 求(구)하기를 期限(기한)하여 주시면 王(왕)에게 그 解釋(해석)을 보여 드리겠다 하니라
    
17. 이에 다니엘이 自己(자기) 집으로 돌아가서 그 동무 ^ㅅ하나냐와 미사엘과 아사랴에게 그 일을 告(고)하고
    
18. ^ㅇ하늘에 계신 하나님이 이 隱密(은밀)한 일에 對(대)하여 矜恤(긍휼)히 여기사 自己(자기) 다니엘과 동무들이 바벨론의 ^ㅈ다른 博士(박사)와 함께 죽임을 當(당)치 않게 하시기를 그들로 ^ㅊ求(구)하게 하니라
    
19. 이에 이 隱密(은밀)한 것이 ^ㅋ밤에 異像(이상)으로 다니엘에게 나타나 보이매 다니엘이 ^ㅌ하늘에 계신 하나님을 讚頌(찬송)하니라
    
20. 다니엘이 말하여 가로되 永遠(영원) 無窮(무궁)히 ^ㅍ하나님의 이름을 讚頌(찬송)할 것은 ^ㅎ智慧(지혜)와 權能(권능)이 그에게 있음이로다
    

16. Da ging Daniel hinein und bat den "König," daß er ihm Frist "gäbe," damit er die Deutung dem König sagen möchte.
    
17. Und Daniel ging heim und zeigte solches an seinen "Gesellen," "Hananja," Misael und "Asarja,"
    
18. daß sie den Gott des Himmels um Gnade bäten solches verborgenen Dinges "halben," damit Daniel und seine Gesellen nicht samt den andern Weisen zu Babel umkämen.
    
19. Da ward Daniel solch verborgenes Ding durch ein Gesicht des Nachts offenbart.
    
20. Darüber lobte Daniel den Gott des "Himmels," fing an und sprach: Gelobt sei der Name Gottes von Ewigkeit zu Ewigkeit! denn sein ist "beides," Weisheit und Stärke.
    

16. At this, Daniel went in to the king and asked for time, so that he might interpret the dream for him.
    
17. Then Daniel returned to his house and explained the matter to his friends Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah.
    
18. He urged them to plead for mercy from the God of heaven concerning this mystery, so that he and his friends might not be executed with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.
    
19. During the night the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a vision. Then Daniel praised the God of heaven
    
20. and said: "Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are his.
    

21. ^ㅏ그는 때와 期限(기한)을 變(변)하시며 ^ㅑ王(왕)들을 廢(폐)하시고 王(왕)들을 세우시며 智慧者(지혜자)에게 智慧(지혜)를 주시고 知識者(지식자)에게 ^ㅓ聰明(총명)을 주시는도다
    
22. ^ㅕ그는 깊고 隱密(은밀)한 일을 나타내시고 어두운 데 있는 것을 아시며 또 ^ㅗ빛이 그와 함께 있도다
    
23. ^ㅛ나의 列祖(열조)의 하나님이여, 主(주)께서 이제 내게 ^ㅜ智慧(지혜)와 能力(능력)을 주시고 ^ㅠ우리가 主(주)께 求(구)한바 일을 내게 알게 하셨사오니 내가 主(주)께 ^으感謝(감사)하고 主(주)를 讚揚(찬양)하나이다 곧 主(주)께서 王(왕)의 그 일을 내게 보이셨나이다 하니라
    
24. 이에 다니엘이 王(왕)이 바벨론 博士(박사)들을 滅(멸)하라 命(명)한 ^이아리옥에게로 가서 이르매 그에게 이같이 이르되 바벨론 博士(박사)들을 滅(멸)하지 말고 나를 王(왕)의 앞으로 引導(인도)하라 그리하면 내가 그 解釋(해석)을 王(왕)께 보여 드리리라
    
25. 이에 아리옥이 다니엘을 데리고 ^ㅐ急(급)히 王(왕)의 앞에 들어가서 告(고)하되 내가 ^ㄱ사로잡혀 온 유다 子孫(자손) 中(중)에서 한 사람을 얻었나이다 그가 그 解釋(해석)을 王(왕)께 아시게 하리이다
    

21. Er ändert Zeit und Stunde; er setzt Könige ab und setzt Könige ein; er gibt den Weisen ihre Weisheit und den Verständigen ihren Verstand;
    
22. er "offenbart," was tief und verborgen ist; er "weiß," was in der Finsternis "liegt," denn bei ihm ist eitel Licht.
    
23. Ich danke dir und lobe "dich," Gott meiner "Väter," der du mir Weisheit und Stärke verleihst und jetzt offenbart "hast," darum wir dich gebeten haben; denn du hast uns des Königs Sache offenbart.
    
24. Da ging Daniel hinein zu "Arioch," der vom König Befehl "hatte," die Weisen zu Babel "umzubringen," und sprach zu ihm also: Du sollst die Weisen zu Babel nicht "umbringen," sondern führe mich hinein zum "König," ich will dem König die Deutung sagen. {~}
    
25. Arioch brachte Daniel eilends hinein vor den König und sprach zu ihm also: Es ist einer gefunden unter den Gefangenen aus "Juda," der dem König die Deutung sagen kann.
    

21. He changes times and seasons; he sets up kings and deposes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.
    
22. He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him.
    
23. I thank and praise you, O God of my fathers: You have given me wisdom and power, you have made known to me what we asked of you, you have made known to us the dream of the king."
    
24. Then Daniel went to Arioch, whom the king had appointed to execute the wise men of Babylon, and said to him, "Do not execute the wise men of Babylon. Take me to the king, and I will interpret his dream for him."
    
25. Arioch took Daniel to the king at once and said, "I have found a man among the exiles from Judah who can tell the king what his dream means."
    

26. 王(왕)이 對答(대답)하여 ^ㄴ벨드사살이라 이름한 다니엘에게 이르되 ^ㄷ내가 얻은 꿈과 그 解釋(해석)을 네가 能(능)히 내게 알게 하겠느냐
    
27. 다니엘이 王(왕) 앞에 對答(대답)하여 가로되 王(왕)의 물으신바 隱密(은밀)한 것은 博士(박사)나 ^ㄹ術客(술객)이나 박수나 ^ㅁ占匠(점장)이가 能(능)히 王(왕)께 보일 수 없으되
    
28. 오직 ^ㅂ隱密(은밀)한 것을 나타내실 者(자)는 하늘에 계신 하나님이시라 그가 느부갓네살王(왕)에게 ^ㅅ後日(후일)에 될 일을 알게 하셨나이다 王(왕)의 꿈 곧 王(왕)이 寢床(침상)에서 ^ㅇ腦(뇌) 속으로 받은 異像(이상)은 이러하니이다
    
29. 王(왕)이여 王(왕)이 寢床(침상)에 나아가서 將來(장래) 일을 생각하실 때에 ^ㅈ隱密(은밀)한 것을 나타내시는 이가 將來(장래) 일을 王(왕)에게 알게 하셨사오며
    
30. 내게 이 隱密(은밀)한 것을 나타내심은 ^ㅊ내 智慧(지혜)가 다른 人生(인생)보다 나은 것이 아니라 오직 그 解釋(해석)을 王(왕)에게 알려서 ^ㅋ王(왕)의 마음으로 생각하던 것을 王(왕)으로 알게하려 하심이니이다
    

26. Der König antwortete und sprach zu "Daniel," den sie Beltsazar hießen: Bist "du," der mir den "Traum," den ich gesehen "habe," und seine Deutung anzeigen kann?
    
27. Daniel fing an vor dem König und sprach: Das verborgene "Ding," das der König fordert von den "Weisen," "Gelehrten," Sterndeutern und "Wahrsagern," steht in ihrem Vermögen "nicht," dem König zu sagen.
    
28. Aber es ist ein Gott im "Himmel," der kann verborgene Dinge offenbaren; der hat dem König Nebukadnezar "angezeigt," was in künftigen Zeiten geschehen soll.
    
29. Mit deinem Traum und deinem "Gesichten," da du "schliefest," verhielt sich's also: "Du," "König," dachtest auf deinem "Bette," wie es doch hernach zugehen würde; und "der," so verborgene Dinge "offenbart," hat dir "angezeigt," wie es gehen werde.
    
30. So ist mir solch verborgenes Ding "offenbart," nicht durch meine "Weisheit," als wäre sie größer denn "aller," die da leben; sondern "darum," daß dem König die Deutung angezeigt würde und du deines Herzens Gedanken erführest.
    

26. The king asked Daniel (also called Belteshazzar), "Are you able to tell me what I saw in my dream and interpret it?"
    
27. Daniel replied, "No wise man, enchanter, magician or diviner can explain to the king the mystery he has asked about,
    
28. but there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries. He has shown King Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in days to come. Your dream and the visions that passed through your mind as you lay on your bed are these:
    
29. "As you were lying there, O king, your mind turned to things to come, and the revealer of mysteries showed you what is going to happen.
    
30. As for me, this mystery has been revealed to me, not because I have greater wisdom than other living men, but so that you, O king, may know the interpretation and that you may understand what went through your mind.
    

31. 王(왕)이여 王(왕)이 한 큰 神像(신상)을 보셨나이다 그 神像(신상)이 王(왕)의 앞에 섰는데 크고 光彩(광채)가 特甚(특심)하며 그 模樣(모양)이 甚(심)히 두려우니
    
32. 그 ^ㅌ偶像(우상)의 머리는 精金(정금)이요 ^ㅍ가슴과 팔들은 銀(은)이요 배와 넓적다리는 놋이요
    
33. ^ㅎ그 종아리는 鐵(철)이요 그 발은 얼마는 鐵(철)이요 얼마는 진흙이었나이다
    
34. 또 王(왕)이 보신즉 ^ㅏ사람의 손으로 하지 아니하고 뜨인 돌이 神像(신상)의 鐵(철)과 진흙의 발을 쳐서 ^ㅑ부숴뜨리매
    
35. 때에 鐵(철)과 진흙과 놋과 銀(은)과 金(금)이 다 부숴져 ^ㅓ여름 打作(타작) 마당의 겨같이 되어 바람에 불려 ^ㅕ간 곳이 없었고 偶像(우상)을 친돌은 ^ㅗ泰山(태산)을 이루어 ^ㅛ온 世界(세계)에 가득하였었나이다
    

31. Du, "König," "sahst," und "siehe," ein großes und hohes und sehr glänzendes Bild stand vor "dir," das war schrecklich anzusehen.
    
32. Des Bildes Haupt war von feinem "Golde," seine Brust und Arme waren von "Silber," sein Bauch und seine Lenden waren von "Erz,"
    
33. seine Schenkel waren "Eisen," seine Füße waren eines Teils Eisen und eines Teils Ton.
    
34. Solches sahst "du," bis daß ein Stein herabgerissen ward ohne Hände; der schlug das Bild an seine "Füße," die Eisen und Ton "waren," und zermalmte sie.
    
35. Da wurden miteinander zermalmt das "Eisen," "Ton," "Erz," Silber und Gold und wurden wie eine Spreu auf der "Sommertenne," und der Wind verwehte "sie," daß man sie nirgends mehr finden konnte. Der Stein "aber," der das Bild "zerschlug," ward ein großer "Berg," daß er die ganze Welt füllte.
    

31. "You looked, O king, and there before you stood a large statue--an enormous, dazzling statue, awesome in appearance.
    
32. The head of the statue was made of pure gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze,
    
33. its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of baked clay.
    
34. While you were watching, a rock was cut out, but not by human hands. It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay and smashed them.
    
35. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were broken to pieces at the same time and became like chaff on a threshing floor in the summer. The wind swept them away without leaving a trace. But the rock that struck the statue became a huge mountain and filled the whole earth.
    

36. 그 꿈이 이러한즉 내가 이제 그 解釋(해석)을 王(왕) 앞에 陳述(진술)하리이다
    
37. 王(왕)이여 王(왕)은 ^ㅜ列王(열왕)의 王(왕)이시라 ^ㅠ하늘의 하나님이 ^으나라와 權勢(권세)와 能力(능력)과 榮光(영광)을 王(왕)에게 주셨고
    
38. 人生(인생)들과 ^이들짐승과 空中(공중)의 새들 어느곳에 있는 것을 無論(무론)하고 그것들을 王(왕)의 손에 붙이사 다 다스리게 하셨으니 王(왕)은 곧 그 ^ㅐ金(금)머리니이다
    
39. 王(왕)의 後(후)에 ^ㄱ王(왕)만 못한 다른 나라가 일어날 것이요 세째로 또 놋 같은 나라가 일어나서 ^ㄴ온 世界(세계)를 다스릴 것이며
    
40. ^ㄷ네째 나라는 强(강)하기가 鐵(철) 같으리니 철은 ^ㄹ모든 物件(물건)을 부숴뜨리고 이기는 것이라 鐵(철)이 모든 것을 부수는 것 같이 그 나라가 뭇 나라를 부숴뜨리고 빻을 것이며
    

36. Das ist der Traum. Nun wollen wir die Deutung vor dem König sagen.
    
37. Du, "König," bist ein König aller "Könige," dem der Gott des Himmels "Königreich," "Macht," Stärke und Ehre gegeben hat
    
38. und "alles," da Leute "wohnen," dazu die Tiere auf dem Felde und die Vögel unter dem Himmel in deine Hände gegeben und dir über alles Gewalt verliehen hat. Du bist das goldene Haupt.
    
39. Nach dir wird ein anderes Königreich "aufkommen," geringer denn deins. Darnach das dritte "Königreich," das ehern "ist," welches wird über alle Lande herrschen.
    
40. Und das vierte wird hart sein wie Eisen; denn gleichwie Eisen alles zermalmt und "zerschlägt," "ja," wie Eisen alles "zerbricht," also wird es auch diese alle zermalmen und zerbrechen.
    

36. "This was the dream, and now we will interpret it to the king.
    
37. You, O king, are the king of kings. The God of heaven has given you dominion and power and might and glory;
    
38. in your hands he has placed mankind and the beasts of the field and the birds of the air. Wherever they live, he has made you ruler over them all. You are that head of gold.
    
39. "After you, another kingdom will rise, inferior to yours. Next, a third kingdom, one of bronze, will rule over the whole earth.
    
40. Finally, there will be a fourth kingdom, strong as iron--for iron breaks and smashes everything--and as iron breaks things to pieces, so it will crush and break all the others.
    

41. 王(왕)께서 ^ㅁ그 발과 발가락이 얼마는 土器匠(토기장)이의 진흙이요 얼마는 鐵(철)인 것을 보셨은즉 그 나라가 나누일 것이며 王(왕)께서 鐵(철)과 진흙이 섞인 것을 보셨은즉 그 나라가 鐵(철)의 든든함이 있을 것이나
    
42. 그 발가락이 얼마는 鐵(철)이요 얼마는 진흙인즉 그 나라가 얼마는 든든하고 얼마는 부숴질 만할 것이며
    
43. 王(왕)께서 鐵(철)과 진흙이 섞인 것을 보셨은즉 그들이 다른 人種(인종)과 서로 섞일 것이나 彼此(피차)에 合(합)하지 아니함이 鐵(철)과 진흙이 合(합)하지 않음과 같으리이다
    
44. 이 列王(열왕)의 때에 ^ㅂ하늘의 하나님이 ^ㅅ한 나라를 세우시리니 이것은 永遠(영원)히 亡(망)하지도 아니할 것이요 그 國權(국권)이 다른 百姓(백성)에게로 돌아가지도 아니할 것이요 도리어 이 ^ㅇ모든 나라를 쳐서 滅(멸)하고 永遠(영원)히 설 것이라
    
45. 王(왕)이 ^ㅈ사람의 손으로 아니하고 山(산)에서 뜨인 ^ㅊ돌이 鐵(철)과 놋과 진흙과 銀(은)과 金(금)을 부숴뜨린 것을 보신 것은 ^ㅋ크신 하나님이 將來(장래) 일을 王(왕)께 알게 하신 것이라 이 꿈이 참되고 이 解釋(해석)이 確實(확실)하니이다
    

41. Daß du aber gesehen hast die Füße und Zehen eines Teils Ton und eines Teils Eisen: das wird ein zerteiltes Königreich sein; doch wird von des Eisens Art darin "bleiben," wie du es denn gesehen hast Eisen mit Ton vermengt.
    
42. Und daß die Zehen an seinen Füßen eines Teils Eisen und eines Teils Ton sind: wird's zum Teil ein starkes und zum Teil ein schwaches Reich sein.
    
43. Und daß du gesehen hast Eisen und Ton vermengt: werden sie sich wohl nach Menschengeblüt untereinander "mengen," aber sie werden doch nicht aneinander "halten," gleichwie sich Eisen und Ton nicht mengen läßt.
    
44. Aber zur Zeit solcher Königreiche wird der Gott des Himmels ein Königreich "aufrichten," das nimmermehr zerstört wird; und sein Königreich wird auf kein ander Volk kommen. Es wird alle diese Königreiche zermalmen und verstören; aber es selbst wird ewiglich bleiben;
    
45. wie du denn gesehen hast einen "Stein," ohne Hände vom Berge "herabgerissen," der das "Eisen," "Erz," "Ton," Silber und Gold zermalmte. Also hat der große Gott dem König "gezeigt," wie es hernach gehen werde; und der Traum ist "gewiß," und die Deutung ist recht.
    

41. Just as you saw that the feet and toes were partly of baked clay and partly of iron, so this will be a divided kingdom; yet it will have some of the strength of iron in it, even as you saw iron mixed with clay.
    
42. As the toes were partly iron and partly clay, so this kingdom will be partly strong and partly brittle.
    
43. And just as you saw the iron mixed with baked clay, so the people will be a mixture and will not remain united, any more than iron mixes with clay.
    
44. "In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever.
    
45. This is the meaning of the vision of the rock cut out of a mountain, but not by human hands--a rock that broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold to pieces. "The great God has shown the king what will take place in the future. The dream is true and the interpretation is trustworthy."
    

46. 이에 느부갓네살 王(왕)이 엎드려 ^ㅌ다니엘에게 ^ㅍ절하고 命(명)하여 禮物(예물)과 ^ㅎ香品(향품)을 그에게 ^ㅏ드리게 하니라
    
47. 王(왕)이 對答(대답)하여 다니엘에게 이르되 너희 하나님은 참으로 ^ㅑ모든 神(신)의 神(신)이시요 ^ㅓ모든 王(왕)의 主宰(주재)시로다 네가 能(능)히 이 隱密(은밀)한 것을 나타내었으니 네 하나님은 또 ^ㅕ隱密(은밀)한 것을 나타내시는 者(자)시로다
    
48. 王(왕)이 이에 다니엘을 높여 貴(귀)한 ^ㅗ膳物(선물)을 많이 주며 세워 ^ㅛ바벨론 온 道(도)를 다스리게 하며 바벨론 ^ㅜ모든 博士(박사)의 어른을 삼았으며
    
49. 王(왕)이 또 다니엘의 請求(청구)대로 ^ㅠ사드락과 메삭과 아벳느고를 ^으세워 바벨론 道(도)의 일을 다스리게 하였고 다니엘은 ^이王宮(왕궁)에 있었더라
    

46. Da fiel der König Nebukadnezar auf sein Angesicht und betete an vor dem Daniel und "befahl," man sollt ihm Speisopfer und Räuchopfer tun.
    
47. Und der König antwortete Daniel und sprach: Es ist kein "Zweifel," euer Gott ist ein Gott über alle Götter und ein HERR über alle "Könige," der da kann verborgene Dinge "offenbaren," weil du dies verborgene Ding hast können offenbaren.
    
48. Und der König erhöhte Daniel und gab ihm große und viele Geschenke und machte ihn zum Fürsten über die ganze Landschaft Babel und setzte ihn zum Obersten über alle Weisen zu Babel.
    
49. Und Daniel bat vom "König," daß er über die Ämter der Landschaft Babel setzen möchte "Sadrach," Mesach und Abed-Nego; und "er," Daniel blieb bei dem König am Hofe.
    

46. Then King Nebuchadnezzar fell prostrate before Daniel and paid him honor and ordered that an offering and incense be presented to him.
    
47. The king said to Daniel, "Surely your God is the God of gods and the Lord of kings and a revealer of mysteries, for you were able to reveal this mystery."
    
48. Then the king placed Daniel in a high position and lavished many gifts on him. He made him ruler over the entire province of Babylon and placed him in charge of all its wise men.
    
49. Moreover, at Daniel's request the king appointed Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego administrators over the province of Babylon, while Daniel himself remained at the royal court.
