1. 그러므로 ^ㅗ主(주) 안에서 갇힌 내가 너희를 勸(권)하노니 ^ㅛ너희가 부르심을 입은 부름에 ^ㅜ合當(합당)하게 行(행)하여
   
2. 모든 ^ㅠ謙遜(겸손)과 ^으溫柔(온유)로 하고 오래 ^이참음으로 사랑 가운데서 ^ㅐ서로 容納(용납)하고
   
3. ^ㄱ平安(평안)의 매는 줄로 聖靈(성령)의 하나되게 하신 것을 힘써 지키라
   
4. ^ㄴ몸이 하나이요, ^ㄷ聖靈(성령)이 하나이니 이와 같이 너희가 ^ㄹ부르심의 한 所望(소망) 안에서 부르심을 입었느니라
   
5. ^ㅁ主(주)도 하나이요, ^ㅂ믿음도 하나이요, ^ㅅ洗禮(세례)도 하나이요,
   

1. So ermahne nun euch ich Gefangener in dem "HERRN," daß ihr "wandelt," wie sich's gebührt eurer "Berufung," mit der ihr berufen "seid,"
   
2. mit aller Demut und "Sanftmut," mit "Geduld," und vertraget einer den andern in der Liebe
   
3. und seid "fleißig," zu halten die Einigkeit im Geist durch das Band des Friedens:
   
4. ein Leib und ein "Geist," wie ihr auch berufen seid auf einerlei Hoffnung eurer Berufung;
   
5. ein "HERR," ein "Glaube," eine Taufe;
   

1. As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received.
   
2. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.
   
3. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
   
4. There is one body and one Spirit--just as you were called to one hope when you were called--
   
5. one Lord, one faith, one baptism;
   

6. 하나님도 ^ㅇ하니이시니 곧 萬有(만유)의 아버지시라 ^ㅈ萬有(만유) 위에 계시고 萬有(만유)를 統一(통일)하시고 萬有(만유) 가운데 계시도다
   
7. ^ㅊ우리 各(각) 사람에게 ^ㅋ그리스도의 膳物(선물)의 分量(분량)대로 ^ㅌ恩惠(은혜)를 주셨나니
   
8. 그러므로 이르기를 그가 ^ㅍ위로 올라가실 때에 ^ㅎ사로잡힌 者(자)를 사로 잡고 사람들에게 膳物(선물)을 주셨다 하였도다
   
9. ^ㅏ올라가셨다 하였은즉 ^ㅑ땅 아랫 곳으로 내리셨던 것이 아니면 무엇이냐
   
10. 내리셨던 그가 곧 모든 ^ㅓ하늘 위에 ^ㅕ오르신 者(자)니 이는 ^ㅗ萬物(만물)을 充滿(충만)케 하려 하심이니라
    

6. ein Gott und Vater unser "aller," der da ist über euch allen und durch euch alle und in euch allen.
   
7. Einem jeglichen aber unter uns ist gegeben die Gnade nach dem Maß der Gabe Christi.
   
8. Darum heißt es: Er ist aufgefahren in die Höhe und hat das Gefängnis gefangengeführt und hat den Menschen Gaben "gegeben."""""
   
9. Daß er aber aufgefahren "ist," was "ist's," denn daß er zuvor ist hinuntergefahren in die untersten Örter der Erde?
   
10. Der hinuntergefahren "ist," das ist "derselbe," der aufgefahren ist über alle "Himmel," auf daß er alles erfüllte.
    

6. one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
   
7. But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it.
   
8. This is why it says: "When he ascended on high, he led captives in his train and gave gifts to men."
   
9. (What does "he ascended" mean except that he also descended to the lower, earthly regions?
   
10. He who descended is the very one who ascended higher than all the heavens, in order to fill the whole universe.)
    

11. ^ㅛ그가 或(혹)은 ^ㅜ使徒(사도)로, 或(혹)은 先知者(선지자)로, 或(혹)은 ^ㅠ福音(복음) 傳(전)하는 者(자)로, 或(혹)은 ^으牧師(목사)와 敎師(교사)로 주셨으니
    
12. 이는 ^이聖徒(성도)를 穩全(온전)케 하며 奉事(봉사)의 일을 하게 하며 ^ㅐ그리스도의 몸을 ^ㄱ세우려 하심이라
    
13. 우리가 다 하나님의 아들을 믿는 것과 아는 일에 ^ㄴ하나가 되어 ^ㄷ穩全(온전)한 사람을 이루어 ^ㄹ그리스도의 長成(장성)한 分量(분량)이 充滿(충만)한 데까지 이르리니
    
14. 이는 우리가 이제부터 어린 아이가 되지 아니하여 사람의 ^ㅁ詭術(궤술)과 奸詐(간사)한 誘惑(유혹)에 빠져 모든 敎訓(교훈)의 風潮(풍조)에 밀려 ^ㅂ搖動(요동)치 않게 하려 함이라
    
15. 오직 사랑 안에서 ^ㅅ참된 것을 하여 凡事(범사)에 ^ㅇ그에게까지 자랄지라 그는 ^ㅈ머리니 곧 그리스도라
    

11. Und er hat etliche zu Aposteln "gesetzt," etliche aber zu "Propheten," etliche zu "Evangelisten," etliche zu Hirten und "Lehrern,"
    
12. daß die Heiligen zugerichtet werden zum Werk des "Dienstes," dadurch der Leib Christi erbaut "werde,"
    
13. bis daß wir alle hinkommen zu einerlei Glauben und Erkenntnis des Sohnes Gottes und ein vollkommener Mann "werden," der da sei im Maße des vollkommenen Alters "Christi,"
    
14. auf daß wir nicht mehr Kinder seien und uns bewegen und wiegen lassen von allerlei Wind der Lehre durch Schalkheit der Menschen und "Täuscherei," womit sie uns "erschleichen," uns zu verführen.
    
15. Lasset uns aber rechtschaffen sein in der Liebe und wachsen in allen Stücken an "dem," der das Haupt "ist," "Christus,"
    

11. It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers,
    
12. to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up
    
13. until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
    
14. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming.
    
15. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ.
    

16. ^ㅊ그에게서 온 몸이 各(각) 마디를 通(통)하여 도움을 입음으로 連絡(연락)하고 相合(상합)하여 各(각) 肢體(지체)의 ^ㅋ分量(분량)대로 役事(역사)하여 그 몸을 자라게 하며 사랑 안에서 스스로 세우느니라
    
17. 그러므로 내가 이것을 말하며 主(주) 안에서 ^ㅌ證據(증거)하노니 이제부터는 異邦人(이방인)이 ^ㅍ그 마음의 虛妄(허망)한 것으로 行(행)함같이 너희는 ^ㅎ行(행)하지 말라
    
18. ^ㅏ저희 聰明(총명)이 어두워지고 저희 가운데 있는 無知(무지)함과 ^ㅑ저희 마음이 굳어짐으로 말미암아 ^ㅓ하나님의 生命(생명)에서 떠나 있도다
    
19. 저희가 ^ㅕ感覺(감각) 없는 者(자) 되어 ^ㅗ自身(자신)을 放蕩(방탕)에 放任(방임)하여 모든 더러운 것을 慾心(욕심)으로 行(행)하되
    
20. 오직 너희는 ^ㅛ그리스도를 이같이 배우지 아니하였느니라
    

16. von welchem aus der ganze Leib zusammengefügt ist und ein Glied am andern hanget durch alle "Gelenke," dadurch eins dem andern Handreichung tut nach dem Werk eines jeglichen Gliedes in seinem Maße und "macht," daß der Leib wämmchst zu seiner selbst "Besserung," und das alles in Liebe.
    
17. So sage ich nun und bezeuge in dem "HERRN," daß ihr nicht mehr "wandelt," wie die andern Heiden wandeln in der Eitelkeit ihres "Sinnes,"
    
18. deren Verstand verfinstert "ist," und die entfremdet sind von dem "Leben," das aus Gott "ist," durch die "Unwissenheit," so in ihnen "ist," durch die Blindheit ihres Herzens;
    
19. welche ruchlos sind und ergeben sich der Unzucht und treiben allerlei Unreinigkeit samt dem Geiz.
    
20. Ihr aber habt Christum nicht also "gelernt,"
    

16. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
    
17. So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking.
    
18. They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts.
    
19. Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, with a continual lust for more.
    
20. You, however, did not come to know Christ that way.
    

21. 眞理(진리)가 예수 안에 있는 것같이 ^ㅜ너희가 果然(과연) 그에게서 듣고 또한 ^ㅠ그 안에서 가르침을 받았을진대
    
22. 너희는 ^으誘惑(유혹)의 慾心(욕심)을 따라 썩어져 가는 舊習(구습)을 좇는 ^이옛 사람을 ^ㅐ벗어버리고
    
23. ^ㄱ오직 心靈(심령)으로 새롭게 되어
    
24. 하나님을 따라 ^ㄴ義(의)와 眞理(진리)의 거룩함으로 지으심을 받은 ^ㄷ새 사람을 입으라
    
25. 그런즉 거짓을 버리고 各各(각각) 그 이웃으로 더불어 ^ㄹ참된 것을 말하라 이는 ^ㅁ우리가 서로 肢體(지체)가 됨이니라
    

21. so ihr anders von ihm gehört habt und in ihm "belehrt," wie in Jesu ein rechtschaffenes Wesen ist.
    
22. So legt nun von euch ab nach dem vorigen Wandel den alten "Menschen," der durch Lüste im Irrtum sich verderbt.
    
23. Erneuert euch aber im Geist eures Gemüts
    
24. und ziehet den neuen Menschen "an," der nach Gott geschaffen ist in remchtschaffener Gerechtigkeit und Heiligkeit.
    
25. Darum leget die Lüge ab und redet die "Wahrheit," ein jeglicher mit seinem "Nächsten," sintemal wir untereinander Glieder sind.
    

21. Surely you heard of him and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus.
    
22. You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires;
    
23. to be made new in the attitude of your minds;
    
24. and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
    
25. Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body.
    

26. ^ㅂ忿(분)을 내어도 罪(죄)를 짓지 말며 해가 지도록 忿(분)을 품지 말고
    
27. ^ㅅ魔鬼(마귀)로 틈을 타지 못하게 하라
    
28. 盜賊(도적)질하는 者(자)는 다시 盜賊(도적)질 하지 말고 돌이켜 ^ㅇ貧窮(빈궁)한 者(자)에게 救濟(구제)할 것이 있기 爲(위)하여 제 손으로 ^ㅈ受苦(수고)하여 ^ㅊ善(선)한 일을 하라
    
29. ^ㅋ무릇 더러운 말은 너희 입 밖에도 내지 말고 오직 德(덕)을 세우는 데 所用(소용)되는 대로 善(선)한 말을 하여 ^ㅌ듣는 者(자)들에게 恩惠(은혜)를 끼치게 하라
    
30. ^ㅍ하나님의 聖靈(성령)을 근심하게 하지 말라 그 안에서 너희가 ^ㅎ救贖(구속)의 날까지 ^ㅏ印(인)치심을 받았느니라
    

26. Zürnet, und sündiget nicht; lasset die Sonne nicht über eurem Zomrn untergehen.
    
27. Gebet auch nicht Raum dem Lästerer.
    
28. Wer gestohlen hat der stehle nicht "mehr," sondern arbeite und schaffe mit den Händen etwas "Gutes," auf daß er "habe," zu geben dem Dürftigen.
    
29. Lasset kein faul Geschwätz aus eurem Munde "gehen," sondern was nützlich zur Besserung "ist," wo es not "tut," daß es holdselig sei zu hören.
    
30. Und betrübet nicht den heiligen Geist "Gottes," mit dem ihr versiegelt seid auf den Tag der Erlösung.
    

26. "In your anger do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry,
    
27. and do not give the devil a foothold.
    
28. He who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with his own hands, that he may have something to share with those in need.
    
29. Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
    
30. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
    

31. ^ㅑ너희는 모든 惡毒(악독)과, 怒(노)함과, 忿(분)냄과, 떠드는 것과, 毁謗(훼방)하는 것을 모든 ^ㅓ惡意(악의)와 함께 버리고
    
32. ^ㅕ서로 仁慈(인자)하게 하며 불쌍히 여기며 ^ㅗ서로 容恕(용서)하기를 하나님이 그리스도 안에서 너희를 容恕(용서)하심과 같이 하라
    

31. Alle Bitterkeit und Grimm und Zorn und Geschrei und Lästerung sei ferne von euch samt aller Bosheit.
    
32. Seid aber untereinander "freundlich," herzlich und vergebet einer dem "andern," gleichwie Gott euch auch vergeben hat in Christo.
    

31. Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.
    
32. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
