  1. 銀(은)은 나는 鑛(광)이 있고 ㅐ鍊鍛(연단)하는 金(금)은 나는 곳이 있으며
  2. 鐵(철)은 흙에서 取(취)하고 銅(동)은 돌에서 녹여 얻느니라
  3. 사람이 黑暗(흑암)을 破(파)하고 끝까지 窮究(궁구)하여 ㄱ음예와 ㄴ幽暗(유암) 中(중)의 鑛石(광석)을 求(구)하되
  4. 사람 사는 곳에서 멀리 떠나 구멍을 깊이 뚫고 발이 땅에 닿지 않게 달려 내리니 멀리 사람과 隔絶(격절)되고 흔들흔들 하느니라

  1. Il y a pour l'argent une mine d'où on le fait sortir, Et pour l'or un lieu d'où on l'extrait pour l'affiner;
  2. Le fer se tire de la poussière, Et la pierre se fond pour produire l'airain.
  3. L'homme fait cesser les ténèbres; Il explore, jusque dans les endroits les plus profonds, Les pierres cachées dans l'obscurité et dans l'ombre de la mort.
  4. Il creuse un puits loin des lieux habités; Ses pieds ne lui sont plus en aide, Et il est suspendu, balancé, loin des humains.
  5. La terre, d'où sort le pain, Est bouleversée dans ses entrailles comme par le feu.
  1. "There is a mine for silver and a place where gold is refined.
  2. Iron is taken from the earth, and copper is smelted from ore.
  3. Man puts an end to the darkness; he searches the farthest recesses for ore in the blackest darkness.
  4. Far from where people dwell he cuts a shaft, in places forgotten by the foot of man; far from men he dangles and sways.
  5. The earth, from which food comes, is transformed below as by fire;
  1. 그 돌 가운데에는 ㄹ藍寶石(남보석)이 있고 砂金(사금)도 있으며
  2. 그 길은 솔개도 알지 못하고 매의 눈도 보지 못하며
  3. ㅁ威嚴(위엄)스러운 짐승도 밟지 못하였고 ㅂ사나운 獅子(사자)도 그리로 지나가지 못하였느니라
  4. 사람이 ㅅ굳은 바위에 손을 대고 山(산)을 뿌리까지 무너뜨리며
  5. 돌 가운데로 도랑을 파서 各種(각종) 寶物(보물)을 눈으로 發見(발견)하고

  1. Ses pierres contiennent du saphir, Et l'on y trouve de la poudre d'or.
  2. L'oiseau de proie n'en connaît pas le sentier, L'oeil du vautour ne l'a point aperçu;
  3. Les plus fiers animaux ne l'ont point foulé, Le lion n'y a jamais passé.
  4. L'homme porte sa main sur le roc, Il renverse les montagnes depuis la racine;
  5. Il ouvre des tranchées dans les rochers, Et son oeil contemple tout ce qu'il y a de précieux;
  1. sapphires come from its rocks, and its dust contains nuggets of gold.
  2. No bird of prey knows that hidden path, no falcon's eye has seen it.
  3. Proud beasts do not set foot on it, and no lion prowls there.
  4. Man's hand assaults the flinty rock and lays bare the roots of the mountains.
  5. He tunnels through the rock; his eyes see all its treasures.

  2. ㅇ그러나 智慧(지혜)는 어디서 얻으며 明哲(명철)의 곳은 어디인고
  3. 그 값을 사람이 알지 못하나니 ㅈ사람 사는 땅에서 찾을 수 없구나
  4. ㅊ깊은 물이 이르기를 내 속에 있지 아니하다 하며 바다가 이르기를 나와 함께 있지 아니하다 하느니라
  5. ㅋ精金(정금)으로도 바꿀 수 없고 銀(은)을 달아도 그 값을 當(당)치 못하리니

  1. Il arrête l'écoulement des eaux, Et il produit à la lumière ce qui est caché.
  2. Mais la sagesse, où se trouve-t-elle? Où est la demeure de l'intelligence?
  3. L'homme n'en connaît point le prix; Elle ne se trouve pas dans la terre des vivants.
  4. L'abîme dit: Elle n'est point en moi; Et la mer dit: Elle n'est point avec moi.
  5. Elle ne se donne pas contre de l'or pur, Elle ne s'achète pas au poids de l'argent;
  1. He searches the sources of the rivers and brings hidden things to light.
  2. "But where can wisdom be found? Where does understanding dwell?
  3. Man does not comprehend its worth; it cannot be found in the land of the living.
  4. The deep says, 'It is not in me'; the sea says, 'It is not with me.'
  5. It cannot be bought with the finest gold, nor can its price be weighed in silver.
  1. ㅌ오빌의 ㅍ金(금)이나 貴(귀)한 ㅎ水瑪瑙(수마노)나 藍寶石(남보석)으로도 그 값을 當(당)치 못하겠고
  2. 黃金(황금)이나 琉璃(유리)라도 比較(비교)할 수 없고 精金(정금) 粧飾(장식)으로도 바꿀 수 없으며
  3. ㅏ珊瑚(산호)나 水晶(수정)으로도 말할 수 없나니 智慧(지혜)의 값은 ㅑ紅寶石(홍보석)보다 貴(귀)하구나
  4. 구스의 ㅓ黃玉(황옥)으로도 比較(비교)할 수 없고 純金(순금)으로도 그 값을 測量(측량)하지 못하리니
  5. 그런즉 智慧(지혜)는 어디서 오며 明哲(명철)의 곳은 어디인고

  1. Elle ne se pèse pas contre l'or d'Ophir, Ni contre le précieux onyx, ni contre le saphir;
  2. Elle ne peut se comparer à l'or ni au verre, Elle ne peut s'échanger pour un vase d'or fin.
  3. Le corail et le cristal ne sont rien auprès d'elle: La sagesse vaut plus que les perles.
  4. La topaze d'Éthiopie n'est point son égale, Et l'or pur n'entre pas en balance avec elle.
  5. D'où vient donc la sagesse? Où est la demeure de l'intelligence?
  1. It cannot be bought with the gold of Ophir, with precious onyx or sapphires.
  2. Neither gold nor crystal can compare with it, nor can it be had for jewels of gold.
  3. Coral and jasper are not worthy of mention; the price of wisdom is beyond rubies.
  4. The topaz of Cush cannot compare with it; it cannot be bought with pure gold.
  5. "Where then does wisdom come from? Where does understanding dwell?
  1. ㅕ모든 生物(생물)의 눈에 숨겨졌고 空中(공중)의 새에게 가리워졌으며
  2. ㅗ滅亡(멸망)과 死亡(사망)도 이르기를 우리가 귀로 그 所聞(소문)은 들었다 하느니라
  3. ㅛ하나님이 그 길을 깨달으시며 있는 곳을 아시나니
  4. 이는 그가 ㅜ땅 끝까지 監察(감찰)하시며 온 天下(천하)를 두루 보시며
  5. ㅠ바람의 輕重(경중)을 定(정)하시며 물을 되어 그 分量(분량)을 定(정)하시며

  1. Elle est cachée aux yeux de tout vivant, Elle est cachée aux oiseaux du ciel.
  2. Le gouffre et la mort disent: Nous en avons entendu parler.
  3. C'est Dieu qui en sait le chemin, C'est lui qui en connaît la demeure;
  4. Car il voit jusqu'aux extrémités de la terre, Il aperçoit tout sous les cieux.
  5. Quand il régla le poids du vent, Et qu'il fixa la mesure des eaux,
  1. It is hidden from the eyes of every living thing, concealed even from the birds of the air.
  2. Destruction and Death say, 'Only a rumor of it has reached our ears.'
  3. God understands the way to it and he alone knows where it dwells,
  4. for he views the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens.
  5. When he established the force of the wind and measured out the waters,
  1. 비를 爲(위)하여 命令(명령)하시고 雨雷(우뢰)의 번개를 爲(위)하여 으길을 定(정)하셨음이라
  2. 그 때에 智慧(지혜)를 보시고 宣布(선포)하시며 굳게 세우시며 窮究(궁구)하셨고
  3. 또 사람에게 이르시기를 이主(주)를 敬畏(경외)함이 곧 智慧(지혜)요, ㅐ惡(악)을 떠남이 明哲(명철)이라 하셨느니라

  1. Quand il donna des lois à la pluie, Et qu'il traça la route de l'éclair et du tonnerre,
  2. Alors il vit la sagesse et la manifesta, Il en posa les fondements et la mit à l'épreuve.
  3. Puis il dit à l'homme: Voici, la crainte du Seigneur, c'est la sagesse; S'éloigner du mal, c'est l'intelligence.
  1. when he made a decree for the rain and a path for the thunderstorm,
  2. then he looked at wisdom and appraised it; he confirmed it and tested it.
  3. And he said to man, 'The fear of the Lord--that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding.'"
