1. ^ㄹ醉(취)한 者(자) 에브라임의 驕慢(교만)한 冕旒冠(면류관)이여 禍(화) 있을진저 술에 빠진 者(자)의 城(성) 곧 榮華(영화)로운 冠(관) 같이 기름진 골짜기 꼭대기에 세운 城(성)이여 衰殘(쇠잔)해가는 꽃 같으니 禍(화) 있을진저
   
2. 보라, 主(주)께 있는 ^ㅁ强(강)하고 힘 있는 者(자)가 쏟아지는 雨雹(우박) 같이 破壞(파괴)하는 狂風(광풍) 같이 ^ㅂ큰 물의 漲溢(창일)함 같이 손으로 그 冕旒冠(면류관)을 땅에 던지리니
   
3. ^ㅅ에브라임의 醉(취)한 者(자)의 驕慢(교만)한 冕旒冠(면류관)이 발에 밟힐 것이라
   
4. ^ㅇ그 기름진 골짜기 꼭대기에 있는 그 榮華(영화)의 衰殘(쇠잔)해 가는 꽃이 ^ㅈ여름 前(전)에 처음 익은 無花果(무화과)와 같으니 보는 者(자)가 그것을 보고 얼른 따서 먹으리로다
   
5. ^ㅊ그 날에 萬軍(만군)의 여호와께서 그 남은 百姓(백성)에게 榮華(영화)로운 冕旒冠(면류관)이 되시며 아름다운 花冠(화관)이 되실 것이라
   

1. Weh der prächtigen Krone der Trunkenen von "Ephraim," der welken Blume ihrer lieblichen "Herrlichkeit," welche steht oben über einem fetten Tal "derer," die vom Wein taumeln!
   
2. Siehe, ein Starker und Mächtiger vom HERRN wie ein "Hagelsturm," wie ein schädliches "Wetter," wie ein "Wassersturm," der mächtig "einreißt," wirft sie zu Boden mit "Gewalt,"
   
3. daß die prächtige Krone der Trunkenen von Ephraim mit Füßen zertreten wird.
   
4. Und die welke Blume ihrer lieblichen "Herrlichkeit," welche steht oben über einem fetten "Tal," wird sein gleichwie die Frühfeige vor dem "Sommer," welche einer ersieht und flugs aus der Hand verschlingt.
   
5. Zu der Zeit wird der HERR Zebaoth sein eine liebliche Krone und ein herrlicher Kranz den Übriggebliebenen seines Volks
   

1. Woe to that wreath, the pride of Ephraim's drunkards, to the fading flower, his glorious beauty, set on the head of a fertile valley--to that city, the pride of those laid low by wine!
   
2. See, the Lord has one who is powerful and strong. Like a hailstorm and a destructive wind, like a driving rain and a flooding downpour, he will throw it forcefully to the ground.
   
3. That wreath, the pride of Ephraim's drunkards, will be trampled underfoot.
   
4. That fading flower, his glorious beauty, set on the head of a fertile valley, will be like a fig ripe before harvest--as soon as someone sees it and takes it in his hand, he swallows it.
   
5. In that day the LORD Almighty will be a glorious crown, a beautiful wreath for the remnant of his people.
   

6. ^ㅋ裁判席(재판석)에 앉은 者(자)에게는 判決(판결)하는 神(신)이 되시며 ^ㅌ城門(성문)에서 싸움을 물리치는 者(자)에게는 힘이 되시리로다 마는
   
7. ^ㅍ이 유다 사람들도 葡萄酒(포도주)로 因(인)하여 옆걸음 치며 ^ㅎ毒酒(독주)로 因(인)하여 비틀거리며 祭司長(제사장)과 ^ㅏ先知者(선지자)도 毒酒(독주)로 因(인)하여 옆걸음 치며 葡萄酒(포도주)에 빠지며 毒酒(독주)로 因(인)하여 비틀거리며 異像(이상)을 그릇 풀며 裁判(재판)할때에 失手(실수)하나니
   
8. 모든 床(상)에는 吐(토)한 것 더러운 것이 가득하고 깨끗한 곳이 없도다
   
9. 그들이 이르기를 그가 ^ㅑ뉘게 知識(지식)을 가르치며 뉘게 道(도)를 傳(전)하여 깨닫게 하려는가 젖 떨어져 품을 떠난 者(자)들에게 하려는가
   
10. 大抵(대저) 警戒(경계)에 警戒(경계)를 더하며 警戒(경계)에 警戒(경계)를 더하며 敎訓(교훈)에 敎訓(교훈)을 더하며 敎訓(교훈)에 敎訓(교훈)을 더하되 여기서도 조금, 저기서도 조금하는구나 하는도다
    

6. und ein Geist des Rechts "dem," der zu Gericht "sitzt," und eine Stärke "denen," die den Streit zurücktreiben zum Tor.
   
7. Aber auch diese sind vom Wein toll geworden und taumeln von starkem Getränk. "Beide," Priester und "Propheten," sind toll von starkem "Getränk," sind in Wein ersoffen und taumeln von starkem Getränk; sie sind toll beim Weissagen und wanken beim Rechtsprechen.
   
8. Denn alle Tische sind voll Speiens und Unflats an allen Orten.
   
9. Wen, sagen "sie," will er denn lehren Erkenntnis? wem will er zu verstehen geben die Predigt? Den Entwöhnten von der "Milch," "denen," die von Brüsten abgesetzt sind?
   
10. Gebeut "hin," gebeut her; tue "dies," tue das; harre "hier," harre da; warte "hier," warte da; hier ein "wenig," da ein "wenig!"""""
    

6. He will be a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment, a source of strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate.
   
7. And these also stagger from wine and reel from beer: Priests and prophets stagger from beer and are befuddled with wine; they reel from beer, they stagger when seeing visions, they stumble when rendering decisions.
   
8. All the tables are covered with vomit and there is not a spot without filth.
   
9. "Who is it he is trying to teach? To whom is he explaining his message? To children weaned from their milk, to those just taken from the breast?
   
10. For it is: Do and do, do and do, rule on rule, rule on rule; a little here, a little there."
    

11. ^ㅓ그러므로 生疎(생소)한 입술과 다른 方言(방언)으로 이 百姓(백성)에게 말씀하시리라
    
12. 前(전)에 그들에게 이르시기를 ^ㅕ이것이 너희 安息(안식)이요 이것이 너희 爽快(상쾌)함이니 너희는 困憊(곤비)한 者(자)에게 安息(안식)을 주라 하셨으나 그들이 듣지 아니하였으므로
    
13. 여호와께서 그들에게 말씀하시되 警戒(경계)에 警戒(경계)를 더하며 警戒(경계)에 警戒(경계)를 더하며 敎訓(교훈)에 敎訓(교훈)을 더하며 敎訓(교훈)에 敎訓(교훈)을 더하고 여기서도 조금, 저기서도 조금 하사 ^ㅗ그들로 가다가 뒤로 넘어져 부러지며 걸리며 잡히게 하시리라
    
14. 이러므로 예루살렘에 있는 이 百姓(백성)을 治理(치리)하는 너희 ^ㅛ輕慢(경만)한 者(자)여 여호와의 말씀을 들을지어다
    
15. 너희 말이 우리는 死亡(사망)과 言約(언약)하였고 陰府(음부)와 盟約(맹약)하였은즉 ^ㅜ넘치는 災殃(재앙)이 流行(류행)할지라도 우리에게 미치지 못하리니 우리는 ^ㅠ거짓으로 우리 避難處(피난처)를 삼았고 虛僞(허위) 아래 우리를 숨겼음이라 하는도다
    

11. Wohlan, er wird einmal mit unverständlichen Lippen und mit einer andern Zunge reden zu diesem "Volk," welchem jetzt dies gepredigt wird:
    
12. So hat man "Ruhe," so erquickt man die "Müden," so wird man "still"""";" und sie wollen doch solche Predigt nicht.
    
13. Darum soll ihnen auch des HERRN Wort eben also werden: Gebeut "hin," gebeut her; tut "dies," tut das; harre "hier," harre da; warte "hier," warte da; hier ein "wenig," da ein "wenig," daß sie hingehen und "zurückfallen," "zerbrechen," verstrickt und gefangen werden.
    
14. So höret nun des HERRN "Wort," ihr "Spötter," die ihr herrschet über dies "Volk," das zu Jerusalem ist.
    
15. Denn ihr sprecht: Wir haben mit dem Tod einen Bund und mit der Hölle einen Vertag gemacht; wenn eine Flut "dahergeht," wird sie uns nicht treffen; denn wir haben die Lüge zu unsrer Zuflucht und Heuchelei zu unserm Schirm gemacht. {~} {~}
    

11. Very well then, with foreign lips and strange tongues God will speak to this people,
    
12. to whom he said, "This is the resting place, let the weary rest"; and, "This is the place of repose"--but they would not listen.
    
13. So then, the word of the LORD to them will become: Do and do, do and do, rule on rule, rule on rule; a little here, a little there--so that they will go and fall backward, be injured and snared and captured.
    
14. Therefore hear the word of the LORD, you scoffers who rule this people in Jerusalem.
    
15. You boast, "We have entered into a covenant with death, with the grave we have made an agreement. When an overwhelming scourge sweeps by, it cannot touch us, for we have made a lie our refuge and falsehood our hiding place."
    

16. 그러므로 主(주) 여호와께서 가라사대 ^으보라 내가 한 돌을 ^이시온에 두어 ^ㅐ基礎(기초)를 삼았노니 곧 試驗(시험)한 돌이요 貴(귀)하고 堅固(견고)한 基礎(기초) 돌이라 그것을 믿는 者(자)는 急切(급절)하게 되지 아니하리로다
    
17. 나는 公平(공평)으로 ^ㄱ줄을 삼고 義(의)로 錘(추)를 삼으니 雨雹(우박)이 거짓의 避難處(피난처)를 掃蕩(소탕)하며 물이 그 숨는 곳에 넘칠 것인즉
    
18. ^ㄴ너희의 死亡(사망)으로 더불어 세운 言約(언약)이 廢(폐)하며 陰府(음부)로 더불어 맺은 盟約(맹약)이 서지 못하여 넘치는 災殃(재앙)이 流行(류행)할 때에 너희가 그것에게 밟힘을 當(당)할 것이라
    
19. 그것이 流行(류행)할 때마다 너희를 잡을 것이니 ^ㄷ아침마다 流行(류행)하고 晝夜(주야)로 流行(류행)한즉 ^ㄹ그 傳(전)하는 道(도)를 깨닫는 것이 오직 두려움이라
    
20. 寢床(침상)이 짧아서 能(능)히 몸을 펴지 못하며 이불이 좁아서 能(능)히 몸을 싸지 못함 같으리라 하셨나니
    

16. Darum spricht der HERR HERR: "Siehe," ich lege in Zion einen "Grundstein," einen bewährten "Stein," einen köstlichen "Eckstein," der wohl gegründet ist. Wer "glaubt," der flieht nicht.
    
17. Und ich will das Recht zur Richtschnur und die Gerechtigkeit zum Gericht machen; so wird der Hagel die falsche Zuflucht "wegtreiben," und Wasser sollen den Schirm "wegschwemmen,"
    
18. daß euer Bund mit dem Tode los werde und euer Vertrag mit der Hölle nicht bestehe. Und wenn eine Flut "dahergeht," wird sie euch zertreten; sobald sie "dahergeht," wird sie euch wegnehmen.
    
19. Kommt sie des "Morgens," so geschieht's des Morgens; also "auch," sie komme des Tags oder des Nachts. Denn allein die Anfechtung lehrt aufs Wort merken.
    
20. Denn das Bett ist so "eng," daß nichts übrig "ist," und die Decke so "kurz," daß man sich drein schmiegen muß.
    

16. So this is what the Sovereign LORD says: "See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation; the one who trusts will never be dismayed.
    
17. I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the plumb line; hail will sweep away your refuge, the lie, and water will overflow your hiding place.
    
18. Your covenant with death will be annulled; your agreement with the grave will not stand. When the overwhelming scourge sweeps by, you will be beaten down by it.
    
19. As often as it comes it will carry you away; morning after morning, by day and by night, it will sweep through." The understanding of this message will bring sheer terror.
    
20. The bed is too short to stretch out on, the blanket too narrow to wrap around you.
    

21. 大抵(대저) 여호와께서 ^ㅁ브라심山(산)에서와 같이 일어나시며 ^ㅂ기브온 ^ㅅ골짜기에서와 같이 震怒(진노)하사 自己(자기) 일을 行(행)하시리니 그 일이 非常(비상)할 것이며 自己(자기) 功(공)을 이루시리니 그 功(공)이 奇異(기이)할 것임이라
    
22. 그러므로 너희는 ^ㅇ輕慢(경만)한 者(자)가 되지 말라 너희 結縛(결박)이 尤甚(우심)할까 하노라 大抵(대저) ^ㅈ온 땅을 滅亡(멸망)시키기로 作定(작정)하신 것을 내가 萬軍(만군)의 主(주) 여호와께로서 들었느니라
    
23. 너희는 귀를 기울여 내 목소리를 들으라 仔細(자세)히 내 말을 들으라
    
24. 播種(파종)하려고 가는 者(자)가 어찌 끊이지 않고 갈기만 하겠느냐 그 땅을 開墾(개간)하며 고르게만 하겠느냐
    
25. ^ㅊ地面(지면)을 이미 平平(평평)히 하였으면 小茴香(소회향)을 뿌리며 大茴香(대회향)을 뿌리며 小麥(소맥)을 줄줄이 심으며 大麥(대맥)을 定(정)한 곳에 심으며 귀리를 그 가에 심지 않겠느냐
    

21. Denn der HERR wird sich aufmachen wie auf dem Berge Perazim und zürnen wie im Tal "Gibeon," daß er sein Werk vollbringe auf eine fremde Weise und daß er seine Arbeit tue auf seltsame Weise.
    
22. So lasset nun euer "Spotten," auf daß eure Bande nicht härter werden; denn ich habe ein Verderben "gehört," das vom HERRN HERRN Zebaoth beschlossen ist über alle Welt.
    
23. Nehmet zu Ohren und höret meine Stimme; merket auf und höret meine Rede:
    
24. Pflügt zur Saat oder bracht oder eggt auch ein Ackermann seinen Acker immerdar?
    
25. Ist's nicht also: wenn er's gleich gemacht "hat," so streut er Wicken und wirft Kümmel und sät Weizen und "Gerste," "jegliches," wohin er's haben "will," und Spelt an seinen Ort?
    

21. The LORD will rise up as he did at Mount Perazim, he will rouse himself as in the Valley of Gibeon--to do his work, his strange work, and perform his task, his alien task.
    
22. Now stop your mocking, or your chains will become heavier; the Lord, the LORD Almighty, has told me of the destruction decreed against the whole land.
    
23. Listen and hear my voice; pay attention and hear what I say.
    
24. When a farmer plows for planting, does he plow continually? Does he keep on breaking up and harrowing the soil?
    
25. When he has leveled the surface, does he not sow caraway and scatter cummin? Does he not plant wheat in its place, barley in its plot, and spelt in its field?
    

26. ^ㅋ이는 그의 하나님이 그에게 適當(적당)한 方法(방법)으로 보이사 가르치셨음이며
    
27. 小茴香(소회향)은 도리깨로 떨지 아니하며 大茴香(대회향)에는 수레 바퀴를 굴리지 아니하고 小茴香(소회향)은 작대기로 떨고 大茴香(대회향)은 막대기로 떨며
    
28. 穀食(곡식)은 부수는가, 아니라 늘 떨기만 하지 아니하고 그것에 수레 바퀴를 굴리고 그것을 말굽으로 밟게 할지라도 부수지는 아니하나니
    
29. 이도 萬軍(만군)의 여호와께로서 난 것이라 그의 謀略(모략)은 ^ㅌ奇妙(기묘)하며 智慧(지혜)는 廣大(광대)하니라
    

26. Also unterwies ihn sein Gott zum Rechten und lehrte ihn.
    
27. Denn man drischt die Wicken nicht mit "Dreschwagen," so läßt man auch nicht das Wagenrad über den Kümmel gehen; sondern die Wicken schlägt man aus mit einem Stabe und den Kümmel mit einem Stecken.
    
28. Man mahlt "es," daß es Brot "werde," und drischt es nicht gar "zunichte," wenn man's mit Wagenrädern und Pferden ausdrischt.
    
29. Solches geschieht auch vom HERRN Zebaoth; denn sein Rat ist "wunderbar," und er führt es herrlich hinaus.
    

26. His God instructs him and teaches him the right way.
    
27. Caraway is not threshed with a sledge, nor is a cartwheel rolled over cummin; caraway is beaten out with a rod, and cummin with a stick.
    
28. Grain must be ground to make bread; so one does not go on threshing it forever. Though he drives the wheels of his threshing cart over it, his horses do not grind it.
    
29. All this also comes from the LORD Almighty, wonderful in counsel and magnificent in wisdom.
