1. ^ㅏ섬들아 내 앞에 ^ㅑ潛潛(잠잠)하라 民族(민족)들아 힘을 새롭게 하라 가까이 나아오라 그리하고 말하라 우리가 가까이 하여 서로 辯論(변론)하자
   
2. ^ㅓ누가 東方(동방)에서 사람을 일으키며 義(의)로 불러서 ^ㅕ自己(자기) 발 앞에 이르게 하였느뇨 ^ㅗ列國(렬국)으로 그 앞에 屈伏(굴복)케 하며 그로 王(왕)들을 治理(치리)하게 하되 그들로 그의 칼에 티끌 같게, ^ㅛ그의 활에 불리는 草芥(초개)같게 하매
   
3. 그가 그들을 쫓아서 그 발로 가보지 못한 길을 安全(안전)히 지났나니
   
4. ^ㅜ이 일을 누가 行(행)하였느냐 누가 이루었느냐 누가 太初(태초)부터 萬代(만대)를 明定(명정)하였느냐 나 여호와라 ^ㅠ太初(태초)에도 나요, 나중 있을 者(자)에게도 내가 곧 그니라
   
5. 섬들이 보고 두려워하며 땅 끝이 무서워 떨며 함께 모여와서
   

1. Laß die Inseln vor mir schweigen und die Völker sich stärken! Laß sie herzutreten und nun reden; laßt uns miteinander rechten!
   
2. Wer hat den Gerechten vom Aufgange erweckt? Wer rief "ihn," daß er ging? Wer gab die Heiden und Könige vor ihm "dahin," daß er ihrer mächtig "ward," und gab sie seinem Schwert wie Staub und seinem Bogen wie zerstreute "Stoppeln,"
   
3. daß er ihnen nachjagte und zog durch mit Frieden und ward des Wegs noch nie müde?
   
4. Wer tut's und macht es und ruft alle Menschen nacheinander von Anfang her? Ich "bin's," der "HERR," der Erste und der Letzte.
   
5. Da das die Inseln "sahen," fürchteten sie "sich," und die Enden der Erde erschraken; sie nahten und kamen herzu.
   

1. "Be silent before me, you islands! Let the nations renew their strength! Let them come forward and speak; let us meet together at the place of judgment.
   
2. "Who has stirred up one from the east, calling him in righteousness to his service? He hands nations over to him and subdues kings before him. He turns them to dust with his sword, to windblown chaff with his bow.
   
3. He pursues them and moves on unscathed, by a path his feet have not traveled before.
   
4. Who has done this and carried it through, calling forth the generations from the beginning? I, the LORD--with the first of them and with the last--I am he."
   
5. The islands have seen it and fear; the ends of the earth tremble. They approach and come forward;
   

6. 各其(각기) 이웃을 도우며 그 兄弟(형제)에게 이르기를 너는 膽大(담대)하라 하고
   
7. ^으木工(목공)은 金(금) 匠色(장색)을 奬勵(장려)하며 마치로 고르게 하는 者(자)는 메질군을 奬勵(장려)하며 가로되 땜이 잘 된다 하며 못을 단단히 박아 偶像(우상)으로 ^이흔들리지 않게 하는도다
   
8. 그러나 ^ㅐ나의 종 너 이스라엘아 나의 ^ㄱ擇(택)한 야곱아 ^ㄴ나의 벗 아브라함의 子孫(자손)아
   
9. 내가 땅끝에서부터 너를 붙들며 땅 ^ㄷ모퉁이에서부터 너를 부르고 네게 이르기를 너는 나의 종이라 내가 너를 擇(택)하고 싫어버리지 아니하였다 하였노라
   
10. 두려워 말라 내가 너와 함께 함이니라 놀라지 말라 나는 네 하나님이 됨이니라 내가 너를 굳세게 하리라 참으로 너를 도와 주리라 참으로 ^ㄹ나의 義(의)로운 오른손으로 너를 붙들리라
    

6. Einer half dem andern und sprach zu seinem Nächsten: Sei getrost!
   
7. Der Zimmermann nahm den Goldschmied zu sich und machten mit dem Hammer das Blech glatt auf dem Amboß und sprachen: Das wird fein stehen! und hefteten's mit "Nägeln," daß es nicht sollte wackeln.
   
8. Du "aber," "Israel," mein "Knecht," "Jakob," den ich erwählt "habe," du Samen "Abrahams," meines "Geliebten,"
   
9. der ich dich gestärkt habe von der Welt Enden her und habe dich berufen von ihren Grenzen und sprach zu dir: Du sollst mein Knecht sein; denn ich erwähle "dich," und verwerfe dich "nicht,"
   
10. fürchte dich "nicht," ich bin mit dir; weiche "nicht," denn ich bin dein Gott; ich stärke "dich," ich helfe dir "auch," ich erhalte dich durch die rechte Hand meiner Gerechtigkeit.

11. each helps the other and says to his brother, "Be strong!"
    
12. The craftsman encourages the goldsmith, and he who smooths with the hammer spurs on him who strikes the anvil. He says of the welding, "It is good." He nails down the idol so it will not topple.
    
13. "But you, O Israel, my servant, Jacob, whom I have chosen, you descendants of Abraham my friend,
    
14. I took you from the ends of the earth, from its farthest corners I called you. I said, 'You are my servant'; I have chosen you and have not rejected you.
    
15. So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
    

11. 보라, ^ㅁ네게 怒(노)하던 者(자)들이 羞恥(수치)와 辱(욕)을 當(당)할 것이요 너와 다투는 者(자)들이 아무 것도 아닌 것 같이 될 것이며 滅亡(멸망)할 것이라
    
12. ^ㅂ네가 찾아도 너와 싸우던 者(자)들을 만나지 못할 것이요 ^ㅅ너를 치는 者(자)들은 아무 것도 아닌 것 같이, 虛無(허무)한 것 같이 되리니
    
13. 이는 나 여호와 너의 하나님이 네 오른손을 붙들고 네게 이르기를 두려워 말라 내가 너를 도우리라 할 것임이니라
    
14. ^ㅇ지렁이 같은 너 야곱아, 너희 이스라엘 사람들아 두려워 말라 나 여호와가 말하노니 내가 너를 도울 것이라 ^ㅈ네 救贖者(구속자)는 이스라엘의 거룩한 者(자)니라
    
15. 보라, ^ㅊ내가 너로 이가 날카로운 새 打作(타작) 機械(기계)를 삼으리니 네가 ^ㅋ山(산)들을 쳐서 부스러기를 만들 것이며 작은 山(산)들로 겨 같게 할 것이라
    

11. Siehe, sie sollen zu Spott und zu Schanden werden "alle," die dir gram sind; sie sollen werden wie nichts; und die "Leute," die mit dir "hadern," sollen "umkommen,"
    
12. daß du nach ihnen fragen "möchtest," und wirst sie nicht finden. Die "Leute," die mit dir "zanken," sollen werden wie nichts; und die "Leute," die wider dich "streiten," sollen ein Ende haben.
    
13. Denn ich bin der "HERR," dein "Gott," der deine rechte Hand stärkt und zu dir spricht: Fürchte dich "nicht," ich helfe dir!
    
14. So fürchte dich "nicht," du Würmlein "Jakob," ihr armer Haufe Israel. Ich helfe "dir," spricht der "HERR," und dein Erlöser ist der Heilige in Israel.
    
15. Siehe, ich habe dich zum "scharfen," neuen Dreschwagen "gemacht," der Zacken "hat," daß du sollst Berge zerdreschen und zermalmen und die Hügel zu Spreu machen.
    

11. "All who rage against you will surely be ashamed and disgraced; those who oppose you will be as nothing and perish.
    
12. Though you search for your enemies, you will not find them. Those who wage war against you will be as nothing at all.
    
13. For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.
    
14. Do not be afraid, O worm Jacob, O little Israel, for I myself will help you," declares the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.
    
15. "See, I will make you into a threshing sledge, new and sharp, with many teeth. You will thresh the mountains and crush them, and reduce the hills to chaff.
    

16. 네가 그들을 ^ㅌ까부른즉 ^ㅍ바람이 그것을 날리겠고 회리바람이 그것을 흩어버릴 것이로되 ^ㅎ너는 여호와로 因(인)하여 즐거워하겠고 이스라엘의 거룩한 者(자)로 因(인)하여 자랑하리라
    
17. ^ㅏ可憐(가련)하고 貧乏(빈핍)한 者(자)가 물을 求(구)하되 물이 없어서 渴症(갈증)으로 그들의 혀가 마를 때에 나 여호와가 그들에게 應答(응답)하겠고 나 이스라엘의 하나님이 그들을 버리지 아니할 것이라
    
18. 내가 ^ㅑ자산에 江(강)을 열며 골짜기 가운데 샘이 나게 하며 ^ㅓ曠野(광야)로 못이 되게 하며 마른 땅으로 샘 根源(근원)이 되게 할 것이며
    
19. ^ㅕ내가 曠野(광야)에는 柏香木(백향목)과 싯딤나무와 花石榴(화석류)와 들 橄欖(감람)나무를 심고 沙漠(사막)에는 ^ㅗ잣나무와 소나무와 黃楊木(황양목)을 함께 두리니
    
20. 무리가 그것을 보고 ^ㅛ여호와의 손이 지은 바요 이스라엘의 거룩한 者(자)가 創造(창조)한 바인 줄 알며 헤아리며 깨달으리라
    

16. Du sollst sie "zerstreuen," daß sie der Wind wegführe und der Wirbel verwehe. Du aber wirst fröhlich sein über den HERRN und wirst dich rühmen des Heiligen in Israel.
    
17. Die Elenden und Armen suchen "Wasser," und ist nichts da; ihre Zunge verdorrt vor Durst. Aber "ich," der "HERR," will sie erhören; "ich," der Gott "Israels," will sie nicht verlassen.
    
18. Sondern ich will Wasserflüsse auf den Höhen öffnen und Brunnen mitten auf den Feldern und will die Wüste zu Wasserseen machen und das dürre Land zu Wasserquellen;
    
19. ich will in der Wüste geben "Zedern," "Akazien," Myrten und Kiefern; ich will dem Gefilde geben "Tannen," Buchen und Buchsbaum "miteinander," {~}
    
20. auf daß man sehe und erkenne und merke und verstehe "zumal," daß des HERRN Hand habe solches getan und der Heilige in Israel habe solches geschaffen.
    

16. You will winnow them, the wind will pick them up, and a gale will blow them away. But you will rejoice in the LORD and glory in the Holy One of Israel.
    
17. "The poor and needy search for water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst. But I the LORD will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.
    
18. I will make rivers flow on barren heights, and springs within the valleys. I will turn the desert into pools of water, and the parched ground into springs.
    
19. I will put in the desert the cedar and the acacia, the myrtle and the olive. I will set pines in the wasteland, the fir and the cypress together,
    
20. so that people may see and know, may consider and understand, that the hand of the LORD has done this, that the Holy One of Israel has created it.
    

21. 나 여호와가 말하노니 너희 偶像(우상)들은 訴訟(소송)을 일으키라 야곱의 王(왕)이 말하노니 너희는 確實(확실)한 證據(증거)를 보이라
    
22. ^ㅜ將次(장차) 當(당)할 일을 우리에게 陳述(진술)하라 또 以前(이전) 일의 어떠한 것도 告(고)하라 우리가 硏究(연구)하여 그 結局(결국)을 알리라 或(혹) 將來事(장래사)를 보이며
    
23. 後來事(후래사)를 陳述(진술)하라 너희의 神(신) 됨을 우리가 알리라 ^ㅠ또 福(복)을 내리든지 禍(화)를 내리라 우리가 함께 보고 놀라리라
    
24. 果然(과연) ^으너희는 아무 것도 아니며 너희 일은 虛妄(허망)하며 너희를 擇(택)한 者(자)는 可憎(가증)하니라
    
25. ^이내가 한 사람을 일으켜 北方(북방)에서 오게 하며 ^ㅐ내 이름을 부르는 者(자)를 해 돋는 곳에서 오게 하였나니 ^ㄱ그가 이르러 方伯(방백)들을 灰三物(회삼물) 같이, 土器匠(토기장)이의 진흙 밟음 같이 밟을 것이니
    

21. So lasset eure Sache "herkommen," spricht der HERR; bringet "her," worauf ihr "stehet," spricht der König in Jakob.
    
22. Lasset sie herzutreten und uns "verkündigen," was künftig ist. Saget "an," was zuvor geweissagt "ist," so wollen wir mit unserm Herzen darauf achten und "merken," wie es gekommen ist; oder lasset uns doch "hören," was zukünftig ist!
    
23. Verkündiget "uns," was hernach kommen "wird," so wollen wir "merken," daß ihr Götter seid. "Wohlan," tut Gutes oder "Schaden," so wollen wir davon reden und miteinander schauen.
    
24. Siehe, ihr seid aus "nichts," und euer Tun ist auch aus nichts; und euch wählen ist ein Greuel.
    
25. Ich aber erwecke einen von "Mitternacht," und er kommt vom Aufgang der Sonne. Er wird meinen Namen anrufen und wird über die Gewaltigen gehen wie über Lehm und wird den Ton treten wie ein Töpfer.
    

21. "Present your case," says the LORD. "Set forth your arguments," says Jacob's King.
    
22. "Bring in your idols to tell us what is going to happen. Tell us what the former things were, so that we may consider them and know their final outcome. Or declare to us the things to come,
    
23. tell us what the future holds, so we may know that you are gods. Do something, whether good or bad, so that we will be dismayed and filled with fear.
    
24. But you are less than nothing and your works are utterly worthless; he who chooses you is detestable.
    
25. "I have stirred up one from the north, and he comes--one from the rising sun who calls on my name. He treads on rulers as if they were mortar, as if he were a potter treading the clay.
    

26. ^ㄴ누가 처음부터 이 일을 우리에게 告(고)하여 알게 하였느뇨 누가 以前(이전)부터 우리에게 告(고)하여 이가 옳다고 말하게 하였느뇨 能(능)히 告(고)하는 者(자)도 없고 보이는 者(자)도 없고 너희 말을 듣는 者(자)도 없도다
    
27. ^ㄷ내가 비로소 시온에 이르기를 너희는 보라 그들을 보라 하였노라 ^ㄹ내가 기쁜 消息(소식) 傳(전)할 者(자)를 예루살렘에 주리라
    
29. 果然(과연) ^ㅂ그들의 모든 行事(행사)는 空虛(공허)하며 虛無(허무)하며 그들의 부어만든 偶像(우상)은 바람이요 虛誕(허탄)한 것 뿐이니라
    

26. Wer kann etwas verkündigen von Anfang? so wollen wir's "vernehmen," oder weissagen zuvor? so wollen wir sagen: Du redest recht! Aber da ist kein "Verkündiger," "keiner," der etwas hören "ließe," "keiner," der von euch ein Wort hören möge.
    
27. Ich bin der "erste," der zu Zion sagt: "Siehe," da ist's! und Jerusalem gebe ich Prediger.
    
28. Dort aber schaue "ich," aber da ist niemand; und sehe unter "sie," aber da ist kein Ratgeber; ich fragte "sie," aber da antworteten sie nichts.
    
29. Siehe, es ist alles eitel Mühe und nichts mit ihrem Tun; ihre Götzen sind Wind und eitel.
    

26. Who told of this from the beginning, so we could know, or beforehand, so we could say, 'He was right'? No one told of this, no one foretold it, no one heard any words from you.
    
27. I was the first to tell Zion, 'Look, here they are!' I gave to Jerusalem a messenger of good tidings.
    
28. I look but there is no one--no one among them to give counsel, no one to give answer when I ask them.
    
29. See, they are all false! Their deeds amount to nothing; their images are but wind and confusion.
