출애굽기(2 Mose) 22장 [개역한글 : Deutsch : NIV]

1. 사람이 소나 羊(양)을 盜賊(도적)질하여 잡거나 팔면 그는 소 하나에 소 다섯으로 갚고 ^ㅛ羊(양) 하나에 羊(양) 넷으로 갚을지니라
   
2. ^ㅜ盜賊(도적)이 뚫고 들어옴을 보고 그를 쳐 죽이면 ^ㅠ피 흘린 罪(죄)가 없으나
   
3. 해 돋은 後(후)이면 피 흘린 罪(죄)가 있으리라 盜賊(도적)은 반드시 賠償(배상)할 것이나 賠償(배상)할 것이 없으면 ^으그 몸을 팔아 그 盜賊(도적)질한 것을 賠償(배상)할 것이요
   
4. 盜賊(도적)질한 것이 살아 그 손에 있으면 ^이소나 나귀나 羊(양)을 無論(무론)하고 ^ㅐ갑절을 賠償(배상)할지니라
   
5. 사람이 밭에서나 葡萄園(포도원)에서 먹이다가 그 짐승을 놓아서 남의 밭에서 먹게 하면 自己(자기) 밭의 第一(제일) 좋은 것과 自己(자기) 葡萄園(포도원)의 第一(제일) 좋은 것으로 賠償(배상)할지니라
   

1. Wenn jemand einen Ochsen oder ein Schaf stiehlt und schlachtet's oder "verkauft's," der soll fünf Ochsen für einen Ochsen wiedergeben und vier Schafe für ein Schaf.
   
2. Wenn ein Dieb ergriffen "wird," daß er "einbricht," und wird dabei "geschlagen," daß er "stirbt," so soll man kein Blutgericht über jenen lassen gehen.
   
3. Ist aber die Sonne über ihn "aufgegangen," so soll man das Blutgericht gehen lassen. Es soll aber ein Dieb wiedererstatten; hat er "nichts," so verkaufe man ihn um seinen Diebstahl. {~}
   
4. Findet man aber bei ihm den Diebstahl "lebendig," es sei ein "Ochse," Esel oder "Schaf," so soll er's zwiefältig wiedergeben. {~}
   
5. Wenn jemand einen Acker oder Weinberg "beschädigt," daß er sein Vieh läßt Schaden tun in eines andern "Acker," der soll von dem Besten auf seinem Acker und Weinberg wiedererstatten. {~} {~}
   

1. "If a man steals an ox or a sheep and slaughters it or sells it, he must pay back five head of cattle for the ox and four sheep for the sheep.
   
2. "If a thief is caught breaking in and is struck so that he dies, the defender is not guilty of bloodshed;
   
3. but if it happens after sunrise, he is guilty of bloodshed. "A thief must certainly make restitution, but if he has nothing, he must be sold to pay for his theft.
   
4. "If the stolen animal is found alive in his possession--whether ox or donkey or sheep--he must pay back double.
   
5. "If a man grazes his livestock in a field or vineyard and lets them stray and they graze in another man's field, he must make restitution from the best of his own field or vineyard.
   

6. 불이 나서 가시나무에 미쳐 낟가리나 거두지 못한 穀食(곡식)이나 田園(전원)을 태우면 불 놓은 者(자)가 반드시 賠償(배상)할지니라
   
7. 사람이 돈이나 物品(물품)을 이웃에게 맡겨 지키게 하였다가 그 이웃의 집에서 逢賊(봉적)하였는데 그 盜賊(도적)이 잡히면 갑절을 賠償(배상)할 것이요
   
8. 盜賊(도적)이 잡히지 아니하면 그 집 主人(주인)이 ^ㄱ裁判長(재판장) 앞에 가서 自己(자기)가 그 이웃의 物品(물품)에 손 댄 與否(여부)의 調査(조사)를 받을 것이며
   
9. 어떠한 過失(과실)에든지, 소에든지, 나귀에든지, 羊(양)에든지, 衣服(의복)에든지, 또는 아무 잃은 物件(물건)에든지, 그것에 對(대)하여 或(혹)이 이르기를 이것이 그것이라 하면 두 便(편)이 裁判長(재판장) 앞에 나아갈 것이요 裁判長(재판장)이 罪(죄) 있다고 하는 者(자)가 그 相對便(상대편)에게 갑절을 賠償(배상)할지니라
   
10. 사람이 나귀나 소나 羊(양)이나 다른 짐승을 이웃에게 맡겨 지키게 하였다가 죽거나 傷(상)하거나 몰려가도 본 사람이 없으면
    

6. Wenn ein Feuer auskommt und ergreift die Dornen und verbrennt die Garben oder "Getreide," das noch "steht," oder den "Acker," so soll der "wiedererstatten," der das Feuer angezündet hat. {~}
   
7. Wenn jemand seinem Nächsten Geld oder Geräte zu bewahren "gibt," und es wird demselben aus seinem Hause gestohlen: findet man den "Dieb," so soll er's zwiefältig wiedergeben;
   
8. findet man aber den Dieb "nicht," so soll man den Hauswirt vor die "Götter""""" "bringen," ob er nicht seine Hand habe an seines Nächsten Habe gelegt.
   
9. Wo einer den andern beschuldigt um irgend ein "Unrecht," es sei um Ochsen oder Esel oder Schaf oder Kleider oder "allerlei," das verloren "ist," so soll beider Sache vor die "Götter""""" kommen. Welchen die "Götter""""" "verdammen," der soll's zwiefältig seinem Nächsten wiedergeben.
   
10. Wenn jemand seinem Nächsten einen Esel oder Ochsen oder ein Schaf oder irgend ein Vieh zu bewahren "gibt," und es stirbt ihm oder wird beschädigt oder wird ihm "weggetrieben," daß es niemand "sieht,"
    

6. "If a fire breaks out and spreads into thornbushes so that it burns shocks of grain or standing grain or the whole field, the one who started the fire must make restitution.
   
7. "If a man gives his neighbor silver or goods for safekeeping and they are stolen from the neighbor's house, the thief, if he is caught, must pay back double.
   
8. But if the thief is not found, the owner of the house must appear before the judges to determine whether he has laid his hands on the other man's property.
   
9. In all cases of illegal possession of an ox, a donkey, a sheep, a garment, or any other lost property about which somebody says, 'This is mine,' both parties are to bring their cases before the judges. The one whom the judges declare guilty must pay back double to his neighbor.
   
10. "If a man gives a donkey, an ox, a sheep or any other animal to his neighbor for safekeeping and it dies or is injured or is taken away while no one is looking,
    

11. 두 사람 사이에 맡은 者(자)가 이웃의 것에 손을 대지 아니하였다고 여호와로 ^ㄴ盟誓(맹서)할 것이요 그 임자는 그대로 믿을 것이며 그 사람은 賠償(배상)하지 아니하려니와
    
12. 萬一(만일) 自己(자기)에게서 ^ㄷ逢賊(봉적)하였으면 그 임자에게 賠償(배상)할 것이며
    
13. 萬一(만일) 찢겼으면 그것을 가져다가 證據(증거)할 것이요 그 찢긴 것에 對(대)하여 賠償(배상)하지 않을지니라
    
14. 萬一(만일) 이웃에게 빌어온 것이 그 임자가 함께 있지 아니할 때에 傷(상)하거나 죽으면 반드시 賠償(배상)하려니와
    
15. 그 임자가 그것과 함께 하였으면 賠償(배상)하지 않을지며 貰(세) 낸것도 貰(세)를 爲(위)하여 왔은즉 賠償(배상)하지 않을지니라
    

11. so soll man's unter ihnen auf einen Eid bei dem HERRN kommen "lassen," ob er nicht habe seine Hand an seines Nächsten Habe gelegt; und des Gutes Herr soll's "annehmen," also daß jener nicht bezahlen müsse.
    
12. Stiehlt's ihm aber ein "Dieb," so soll er's seinem Herrn bezahlen. {~}
    
13. Wird es aber "zerrissen," soll er Zeugnis davon bringen und nicht bezahlen. {~}
    
14. Wenn's jemand von seinem Nächsten "entlehnt," und es wird beschädigt oder "stirbt," daß sein Herr nicht dabei "ist," so soll er's bezahlen. {~}
    
15. Ist sein Herr aber "dabei," soll er's nicht "bezahlen," so er's um sein Geld gedingt hat. {~}
    

11. the issue between them will be settled by the taking of an oath before the LORD that the neighbor did not lay hands on the other person's property. The owner is to accept this, and no restitution is required.
    
12. But if the animal was stolen from the neighbor, he must make restitution to the owner.
    
13. If it was torn to pieces by a wild animal, he shall bring in the remains as evidence and he will not be required to pay for the torn animal.
    
14. "If a man borrows an animal from his neighbor and it is injured or dies while the owner is not present, he must make restitution.
    
15. But if the owner is with the animal, the borrower will not have to pay. If the animal was hired, the money paid for the hire covers the loss.
    

16. ^ㄹ사람이 定婚(정혼)하지 아니한 處女(처녀)를 꾀어 同寢(동침)하였으면 聘幣(빙폐)를 드려 아내로 삼을 것이요
    
17. 萬一(만일) 그 아비가 그로 그에게 주기를 拒絶(거절)하면 그는 ^ㅁ處女(처녀)에게 聘幣(빙폐)하는 一例(일례)로 돈을 낼지니라
    
18. 너는 ^ㅂ무당을 살려 두지 말지니라
    
19. ^ㅅ짐승과 行淫(행음)하는 者(자)는 반드시 죽일지니라
    
20. 여호와 外(외)에 ^ㅇ다른 神(신)에게 犧牲(희생)을 드리는 者(자)는 滅(멸)할지니라
    

16. Wenn jemand eine Jungfrau "beredet," die noch nicht verlobt "ist," und bei ihr "schläft," der soll ihr geben ihre Morgengabe und sie zum Weibe haben. {~}
    
17. Weigert sich aber ihr "Vater," sie ihm zu "geben," soll er Geld "darwägen," wieviel einer Jungfrau zur Morgengabe gebührt. {~}
    
18. Die Zauberinnen sollst du nicht leben lassen.
    
19. Wer bei einem Vieh "liegt," der soll des Todes sterben.
    
20. Wer den Göttern opfert und nicht dem HERRN "allein," der sei verbannt.
    

16. "If a man seduces a virgin who is not pledged to be married and sleeps with her, he must pay the bride-price, and she shall be his wife.
    
17. If her father absolutely refuses to give her to him, he must still pay the bride-price for virgins.
    
18. "Do not allow a sorceress to live.
    
19. "Anyone who has sexual relations with an animal must be put to death.
    
20. "Whoever sacrifices to any god other than the LORD must be destroyed.
    

21. 너는 ^ㅈ異邦(이방) 나그네를 壓制(압제)하지 말며 그들을 虐待(학대)하지 말라 너희도 애굽 땅에서 나그네이었었음이니라
    
22. 너는 ^ㅊ寡婦(과부)나 孤兒(고아)를 害(해)롭게 하지 말라
    
23. 네가 萬一(만일) 그들을 害(해)롭게 하므로 그들이 내게 부르짖으면 ^ㅋ내가 반드시 그 부르짖음을 들을지라
    
24. 나의 ^ㅌ怒(노)가 猛烈(맹렬)하므로 내가 칼로 너희를 죽이리니 ^ㅍ너희 아내는 寡婦(과부)가 되고 너희 子女(자녀)는 孤兒(고아)가 되리라
    
25. 네가 萬一(만일) 너와 함께한 ^ㅎ나의 百姓(백성) 中(중) 가난한 者(자)에게 돈을 꾸이거든 너는 그에게 債主(채주)같이 하지 말며 邊利(변리)를 받지 말 것이며
    

21. Die Fremdlinge sollst du nicht schinden noch unterdrücken; denn ihr seid auch Fremdlinge in Ägyptenland gewesen.
    
22. Ihr sollt keine Witwen und Waisen bedrängen.
    
23. Wirst du sie "bedrängen," so werden sie zu mir "schreien," und ich werde ihr Schreien erhören; {~}
    
24. so wird mein Zorn "ergrimmen," daß ich euch mit dem Schwert töte und eure Weiber Witwen und eure Kinder Waisen werden.
    
25. Wenn du Geld leihst einem aus meinem "Volk," der arm ist bei "dir," sollst du ihn nicht zu Schaden bringen und keinen Wucher an ihm treiben.
    

21. "Do not mistreat an alien or oppress him, for you were aliens in Egypt.
    
22. "Do not take advantage of a widow or an orphan.
    
23. If you do and they cry out to me, I will certainly hear their cry.
    
24. My anger will be aroused, and I will kill you with the sword; your wives will become widows and your children fatherless.
    
25. "If you lend money to one of my people among you who is needy, do not be like a moneylender; charge him no interest.
    

26. 네가 萬一(만일) ^ㅏ이웃의 옷을 典當(전당)잡거든 해가 지기 前(전)에 그에게 돌려보내라
    
27. 그 몸을 가릴 것이 이뿐이라 이는 그 살의 옷인즉 그가 무엇을 입고 자겠느냐 그가 내게 부르짖으면 내가 들으리니 ^ㅑ나는 慈悲(자비)한 者(자)임이니라
    
28. 너는 ^ㅓ裁判長(재판장)을 ^ㅕ辱(욕)하지 말며 百姓(백성)의 有司(유사)를 詛呪(저주)하지 말지니라
    
29. 너는 너의 秋收(추수)한 것과 너의 짜낸 汁(즙)을 드리기에 더디게 말지며 너의 ^ㅗ처음 난 아들들을 내게 줄지며
    
30. 너의 ^ㅛ소와 羊(양)도 그 一例(일례)로 하되 ^ㅜ七日(칠일) 동안 어미와 함께 있게 하다가 八日(팔일)만에 내게 줄지니라
    

26. Wenn du von deinem Nächsten ein Kleid zum Pfande "nimmst," sollst du es ihm "wiedergeben," ehe die Sonne untergeht;
    
27. denn sein Kleid ist seine einzige Decke seiner "Haut," darin er schläft. Wird er aber zu mir "schreien," so werde ich ihn erhören; denn ich bin gnädig.
    
28. Den "Göttern""""" sollst du nicht "fluchen," und den Obersten in deinem Volk nicht lästern.
    
29. Deiner Frucht Fülle und Saft sollst du nicht zurückhalten. Deinen ersten Sohn sollst du mir geben.
    
30. So sollst du auch tun mit deinem Ochsen und Schafe. Sieben Tage laß es bei seiner Mutter "sein," am achten Tag sollst du mir's geben.
    

26. If you take your neighbor's cloak as a pledge, return it to him by sunset,
    
27. because his cloak is the only covering he has for his body. What else will he sleep in? When he cries out to me, I will hear, for I am compassionate.
    
28. "Do not blaspheme God or curse the ruler of your people.
    
29. "Do not hold back offerings from your granaries or your vats."You must give me the firstborn of your sons.
    
30. Do the same with your cattle and your sheep. Let them stay with their mothers for seven days, but give them to me on the eighth day.
    

31. ^ㅠ너희는 내게 거룩한 사람이 될지니 ^으들에서 짐승에게 찢긴 것의 고기를 먹지 말고 ^이개에게 던질지니라
    

31. Ihr sollt heilige Leute vor mir sein; darum sollt ihr kein Fleisch "essen," das auf dem Felde von Tieren zerrissen "ist," sondern es vor die Hunde werfen.
    

31. "You are to be my holy people. So do not eat the meat of an animal torn by wild beasts; throw it to the dogs.
